Tells something when the Ask won't give! Not going to give anything away anymore and the PPS will keep increasing over the next few weeks on the great possibility of pass in January! Hoping funds clear today for me so I can jump in at a decent price before it goes to high!

The minivac 7 may have failed... They are known to lose suction industry wide! That is why Baltia upgraded all minivac's to Dyson DC65's now! As far as the Mini Evac 7 goes though, Baltia is still waiting for the final discussion from the FAA, truth be told! That decision is expected by Jan. 15th!
Great! Yes most the volume today was bought at the ASK! Not much long until I can buy that golf course I once talked about! I think tomorrow will be up again and the ask will hold positive as well! Hopefully people don't stay to long on the sidelines before jumping in. May that weren't sure are already back in from reading other posts!

I do not feel this is a GOOD investment, but feel it's The GREATEST investment to come along! The reward way out way the risk and will make many people a lot of money that invest! The likely hood of Certification as a part 121 Airline is guaranteed!
Not True at all, at the ASM Igor stated the possibility of a Mini 8 if this did not come back in there favor, but felt that they should wait first to see if the FAA would give the Pass on 7 or 3 first before going down that road since the fail rate is 37% and the likely hood of getting a favorable outcome was good! It was also stated at the meeting that the route was still theirs and its indefinite. They do not need a response and the DOT has not taken it away... Pure Bupkis and hearsay!
IMO and many others THAT is unfair and one sided. I think the FAA realizes this now and WILL do the right thing for Baltia. If they don't, I know a judge would see the industry standard and bring justice to all involved, including awarding compensation to those effected by the actions! Safety can't be claimed if it is allowed industry wide.

A few days of maintenance and delta would be able too. When the Slides were deployed at the Mini's that maintance was not needed. The fact is that the FAA is being one sided up to this point on the slide issue. Once the FAA gives the thumbs up on the Mini the maintenance will be complete in less then two weeks. That was stated at the ASM. Funds are in place to do the maintenance needed.
Yup and one of those airlines could use N706BL with no questions ask. What's the difference? Still seems one sided to me! They just replace the slide and fly the very next day when these planes fail a slide. No Mini needed like Baltia is being told to do!
No, not mentioned..., but from what I hear it was done for more advertising (not from ASM) and the company has the backing they need to complete the process for at least the next 3 months from the ASM. That doesn't mean though they won't have the backing after that too if needed. There was many that stated they would give Baltia what ever it took to get this process done. I see the FAA doing the right thing thou and this not being an issue in a few weeks.
Not true and that was stated at the ASM. Some like myself attended and know the truth! Not just posting BUPKUS like some Claims!
Baltia is also financially and managerially fit per the FAA and DOT or they wouldn't be at the Mini Evac part of the cert process. 35 of 39 steps complete. The only thing holding them back is a issue that is obliviously industry wide from the SDR's yet no one else is required to live up to the standards opposed on Baltia once certified. Seems one sided to me and does not make sense. In fact the way the FAA rules work would allow Delta to buy N706BL today and since they are certified already to flight 747-200's and C checks are done on the plane, fly it the very same week with passengers aboard. No questions asked!

Agreed! But we must use different math skills here for it to sink in...so that is why I said the other airlines have a 100% fail rate on the aircraft that I have SDRs on! To say it any different can get confusing I guess!
All the SDR's I have gathered in 2014, (22) so far have all been one slide that deployed from the aircraft and it failed. That's a 100% fail rate on that aircraft if we use the same math skills! Baltia had 1 slide failure out of 5 deployed on 4 Mini's which is a 20% rate, 1 fail out of 6 deployed on one which is 17% and one that 2 of 5 failed. Which is 40%. Industry average is 37% fail rate and if you average all Mini's you get a fail rate of 22% from Baltia. Care to elaborate?
That doesn't even make sense. They would have to deploy the slides for them to fail. And yes they would fail at that rate if the FAA made them deploy the slides like they have to Baltia. The SDR's I have are from accidental flight attend deployments to maintenance tests that the slides failed to deploy correctly or at all. Here's one for everyone's enjoyment and there are many more! Baltia carries $100,000,000 aircraft liability insurance, generally ground only, of which $10 million is through State National Insurance Co. and $90 million through Lloyds of London. Baltia is in the process of adding flight risk insurance of one billion dollars US ($1,000,000,000) prior to initiating flight. The Company will carry airline liability insurance as required for a US airline by DOT regulation.! Good DD will help people find these thing instead of listening to the BUPKUS

It won't be posted because there is no lawsuits against Baltia. This is not the first time this has been claimed and every time never comes to being true like many other claims. The only lawsuit that I can see possibly happening is against the FAA if things aren't handled fairly. The truth though is that Baltia is expecting good news by Jan.15th from the FAA. I have a feeling the FAA will do the right thing this time and give Baltia a pass or R1 test to show they have the problem fixed. Over the last few days I have been compiling slide failures of other airlines in the last 2 years. It is shocking to see the amount of failed deployments of slides yet those airlines are still allowed to fly without any hesitation! Like I said before though, I truly believe the FAA will do the right thing and we won't have to use these SDR documents to build our own case (The Shareholders) to take to the courts for a judge to decide if the FAA gave Baltia a fair process compared to industry standard practices. I started in 2014 and already have over 20 deployments that failed to deploy correctly or not at all when they should have. I would expect to see the same amount of more when I go thru the 2015 slide SDR's throughout the next few days. And believe me the FAA did not stop these large airlines from flying until these Airlines schedules a Mini to prove they are fit to fly for a month to 6 months waiting period like they have to Baltia! Just think about that one for a min....Who do you think the judge would side on?
And speck, that is when fuel was double the cost as it currently is today. The profit they will now be expect to make is almost twice as thought to be then! Good post though to show where we are heading!
