That doesn't even make sense. They would have to deploy the slides for them to fail. And yes they would fail at that rate if the FAA made them deploy the slides like they have to Baltia. The SDR's I have are from accidental flight attend deployments to maintenance tests that the slides failed to deploy correctly or at all. Here's one for everyone's enjoyment and there are many more!
