When I say financials, I'm saying:
1. Balance Sheet
2. Income Statement
3. Statement of Cashflow (tougher to get)
You can derive lots of info from these types of reports.
You can get all kinds of liquidity ratios, operating ratios,
leverage ratios. You trend these over time and you can get a picture, somewhat away from all the hype. Then a guy can feel better about picking up 20,000 to 40,000 shares.

Does anyone have financials? Would like to get any of the newest info and put it through my new excel financial analysis worksheet!
Thanks

BTW the edgar links doesn't look very new on the web site....
"The most important question I think is not what you believe about the Bible, but are you following Christ. Most people debate scriptures as an excuse for not following Christ. If we all followed Christ, we would have no hunger, no extremely wealthy and extremely poor. There would be no wealthy nations and others starving. "
The most important person in history is Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus who taught love, forgiveness, sacrifice, unity, and humility. This is not to say, though, that Christians have an excuse to be intolerant, hateful, or judgmental towards those of differing faiths. On the contrary, we are called to live in love and harmony. As a Christian, I am committed to following the Lord Jesus and what He stands for. His word, the Bible, is the revelation of God to His people and it contains the truths revealed from God about Himself and what He desires for us. I am saying that the Bible, as the only inspired word of God, says we are to love our enemies and pray for them that persecute us (Matt. 5:44).
The essence of tolerance and is best exemplified in the life of Christ who forgave and healed so many -- even though they did not deserve it. He was merciful and we need to be just as merciful and kind. Religious tolerance is a vital part of getting along here and in the world. But, we also need to fight for the faith and not back down from the truth. Deliver this truth with love.
Recognize that denominations, to a small degree, are necessary and will never go away, doctrinal purity is a plague when it unnecessarily divides that which has been made Holy by Christ’s blood. It may already be that doctrinal idols have invaded our churches after all, we too often sacrifice people on the altar of doctrinal purity. Then we politely and lovingly expel fellow believers from our churches and bless them on the way out because they baptize by immersion or don't, or speak in tongues or don't, or believe or don't, etc. Hurt and confused, some wander the spiritual landscape looking for a safe haven only to fall prey to false teachers or the seductive call of the world. Yes, we need doctrinal purity and we may even need to die for it one day, but doctrinal purity is not our God. Confessions and creeds are not our bread and wine. We should not sacrifice the blessing of unity for the minutia of purity. But some will say, "These doctrines are important and our church has the truth." Perhaps. But Jesus said the world would know we were His disciples by the love we have for one another, not the purity of our doctrine.
And what does the world see in all this? Does it see a visible church full of sacrifice, full of love, or full of people who consider others more important than themselves?
Shalom

Evolution Explained
One day a 6 year old girl was sitting in a classroom. The teacher was going to explain evolution to the children. The teacher asked a little boy:
TEACHER: Tommy do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
TEACHER: Tommy, do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
TEACHER: Go outside and look up and see if you can see the sky.
TOMMY: Okay. (He returned a few minutes later) Yes, I saw the sky.
TEACHER: Did you see God?
TOMMY: No.
TEACHER: That's my point. We can't see God because he isn't there. He doesn't exist.
A little girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions. The teacher agreed and the little girl asked the boy:
LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
LITTLE GIRL: Tommy do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY: Yessssss (getting tired of the questions by this time).
LITTLE GIRL: Did you see the sky?
TOMMY: Yessssss
LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the teacher?
TOMMY: Yes
LITTLE GIRL: Do you see her brain?
TOMMY: No
LITTLE GIRL: Then according to what we were taught today in school, she must not have one!

Company Also Reveals Merger Discussions And Option Negotiations on Texas Oil Field
LOS ANGELES, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Chancellor Group, (OTC Bulletin Board: CHAG - news) said it should receive clearance from county authorities today on completed electrical work at its Shinkle Field oil and gas property in Greenwood County, Kansas, and begin production immediately afterward.
Ashraf Khan, company chairman and chief executive officer, said the company also plans to drill more new wells than originally announced and pick up adjacent property in the near future.
The company had earlier said that in full production it expected to produce more than 2,400 barrels of light crude oil a day from more than 10 existing reopened wells and 20 new infill wells as well as more than 10 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.
The company said it expects to reveal tomorrow the final terms of its previously announced $6,000,000 equity financing.
Khan said the company is exploring merger opportunities with two publicly- held companies, one listed on NASDAQ and the other on the American Stock Exchange. He said a more definitive announcement about a potential merger could be made within a week.
The company is also negotiating an option to acquire a 60% interest in a proved producing oil property in King County, Texas. The company would earn its interest on a well-by-well basis at $120,000 a well for up to 63 wells. Drilling and production could begin within 90 days. The property has a production history of some 7,000,000 barrels of light sweet crude oil from shallow depths and potential net recoverable reserves to Chancellor Group's interest of more than 26 million barrels of light, sweet crude oil.

The U. S. Department of Fish and Wildlife is advising hikers,
hunters, fishermen and golfers to take extra precautions and keep alert for bears while in the Gatlinburg, Yosemite, Mammoth, and Tahoe areas.? (I would also add the Potter - McKean County area)
They advise people to wear noise-producing devices such as little bells on their clothing to alert but not startle the bears unexpectedly. They also advise the carrying of pepper spray in case of an encounter with a bear. It is also a good idea to watch for fresh signs of bear activity.
People should recognize the difference between black bear and grizzly bear droppings. Black bear droppings are smaller and contain berries and possibly squirrel fur. ? Grizzly bear droppings have little bells in them and smell like pepper spray.
Colt - great post!! that was just one barrel right?

Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner. (Nehemiah 8:18)
On occasion when my wife and I are traveling, we will stop at a restaurant called the Cracker Barrel. These restaurants feature a laid back country atmosphere replete with antiques and a large stone fireplace. When we have the opportunity to dine there, my favorite meal is country ham, hash brown casserole, turnip greens, and homemade biscuits. For some reason I can never
get enough of that simple meal.
And like our favorite meal, we should never be able to get enough of God’s Word. From the day that Ezra found a copy of the Law and began to read it to the people, the people made the Word of God a daily part of their lives.
The Word of God was feeding their soul and drawing them closer to their God. We are reminded that “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” And without that steady diet of the Word of God, our faith would begin to weaken to the point of non-existence. And without faith, “it is impossible to please to God.”
Reading the Bible should never become just a habit, or an obligation. Reading the Bible should be a desire on the part of God’s people to hear what He has to say about their lives. Some people will read the Bible every day in a systematic way that will carry them through the Book in one year,
others like myself get ‘lost’ among the pages as God’s Spirit speaks to my heart and reveals truth and principle. Neither way is wrong, so long as we make a point to allow God to speak to us through His revealed will, the Bible.
Some people make it a habit to jump out of bed in the morning, grab a cup of coffee, read the paper, look over the days’ work schedule and prepare themselves for what lies ahead. That’s great, but think how much better your day would be if, over that cup of coffee you allowed God to speak to you through His Word? Listen, if you don’t want to meet the devil during
the day, allow me to suggest that you meet God first thing!
Miss your breakfast, your lunch or your break, but don’t miss an opportunity for God to speak to your heart through His Word.
Pastor Matthew Mills
God Understands
Sometimes you feel that no one understands.
You look to others to give a helping hand.
But God is in the shadows at your command.
Just call unto him for he really understands.
The pain you bear may seem very hard at times.
And in your lonely hours all you can do is cry.
But in the stillness of the night you can hear
A steady calm voice so near at your right hand.
God is saying just trust me my child I understand.
When God went to Calvary and on the cross
He carried all of our pain and sorrow.
He let us know there's help for tomorrow.
So be encouraged God gives grace to stand.
Trust no one else lean on God he understands.

Clouds, what do I see?
Jesus is coming for me!
I believe, it's too real;
ecstatically happy glory be!
Are you ready?
Are you whole!
Have you crucified your flesh?
Do your eyes fill with tears,
at the very mention of his sacred name?
Universal fame!
Have you totally fallen in love with our savior?
Perfect love.
Perfect peace.
He's almost here, ready to take me far, far away!
Tranquil bay!

All in Christ
Teachers, preachers, laymen listen,
brother, sisters all in Christ:
love, respect, forgive, forget
there is much to do here yet.
Turn backs on pride, let God's
spirit guide, turn from all your lofty ways.
Be patient and kind, protect one another,
as any of you would shield his own mother.
Don't be rude, don't seek your own;
don't keep a deed of wrongs.
Don't let knowledge puff your pride
Let love walk closely at your side.
Remember gifts will pass away
and you'll be face to face
accounting for your deeds of grace.
Jesus went to the cross to avoid our loss:
commanding one further commandment:
Love one another as a sister or brother
by this men will know you are mine.

Touch Me, Lord
Lord, touch me and make me
More like you.
Make me more gracious
In all that I do.
Make my little light shine
Wherever it's dark
So those walking in darkness
Will not miss the mark.
May my tiny light
Show others the way
That leads to you and a place
Much brighter than day

Kind a Adult only...
Redneck Bubba died in a fire and was burned pretty
bad. The morgue needed someone to identify the body, so his two best friends, Daryl and Gomer, were called for. Daryl went in and the mortician pulled back the sheet. Daryl looked and said, "Yup, he's burnt pretty bad. Roll him over." So the mortician rolled him over and Daryl looked and said,
"Nope, ain't Bubba."
The mortician thought that was rather strange and
he was pretty sure of the body's identity. Gomer was then brought in to identify the body. Gomer took a look at him and said, "Yup, he's burnt real bad. Roll him over." The mortician rolled him over and Gomer looked down and said, "Nope, ain't Bubba."
The mortician asked," How can you tell?" Gomer
said," Well, Bubba had two assholes." "What? He had two assholes?" asked the mortician. "Yup,
everyone knew about it, too. Every time we went to
town, folks would say, "Here comes Bubba with them two assholes".
