Even better, they recently halted the conversion of a debenture. A financing company was selling LTII shares in the open market upon conversion of the debenture. LTII stopped the conversion and is paying back the loan in cash, instead of stock. That is confidence in your company, and preserving shareholder value. Don't see that too often.

CADV thx, I'm aware of that but I liked this from the 10q "The Company will attempt to compensate for the terminated Agreement by using its resources to expand its current service to existing customers, market its services to and enter into contracts with new customers, and, if necessary, implement cost reductions measures until the revenues are replaced."
Also they have a wildcard =====
a multi-million dollar lawsuit and potential settlement with the Rhode Island BC/BS, who cancelled their contract for "performance related issues", then gave that contract to a former CADV employee who managed that account. There's a great chance they'll win, which could mean a 5 to 10 million judgment --- or up to .17 per share in cash. Not bad since currently selling under .02.
Current Lawsuit:
CareAdvantage, Inc. v. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Coordinated Health Partners, commenced March 2002 and pending in the Superior Court of the State of Rhode Island, arises out of the defendants’ termination of an Agreement effective as of January 1, 2000, among the parties pursuant to which the Company had been providing services. The Company (CADV) is seeking declaratory relief including judgment:
(i) that the Company’s failure to attain Performance Goals under the Agreement was as a result of the defendants’ conduct,
(ii) that defendants lacked cause to terminate the Agreement based on the Company’s failure to meet the Performance Goals, and
(iii) that the Company is entitled to compensation under the Agreement, including compensation for having been deemed to have met the Performance Goals. In addition, the suit seeks equitable relief and damages with respect to defendants’ hiring a physician formerly employed by the Company.

Good Morning,
This post I put on my forum today..FYI
I'm going to introduce you to an issue that I think and this is only my opinion, but the timelines appear positive that something is about to change into a going concern.
This issue "OPLM" is a shell..
This is a Swiss concern.. Address of principal executive offices Zugerstrasse 76B, Baar, Switzerland CH 6341 They are incorporated in the state of Florida
The A/S is 200 million with O/S at 70 million with a tradable float of approximately 60 million shares.
The last quarterly filings and denotes all pertinent info was on 06/30/2006
Here is where the timelines of change and the new head of this company.
On 10/06/2006 a 8-K was filed.
This 8-K denotes info on independent registered public accounting firm..The old firm leaving with a new firm coming on board.
On 10/13/2006 a 8-K was filed.
This 8-K denotes info Effective October 13, 2006, the board of directors of OpenLimit, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Marc Gurov as a Company director, chief financial officer and principal accounting officer.
Effective October 13, 2006, the board of directors of the Company accepted the resignation of Reinhard Stueber as a Company director.
Then the company.
Effective October 13, 2006, the board of directors of the Company appointed Henry Dattler as chief financial officer and principal accounting officer in addition to his duties as chief executive officer. Mr. Dattler also serves as the Company’s sole director.
Mr. Dattler graduated from high school in Munich, Germany with a university entrance diploma and enrolled in the Politechnikum. Mr. Dattler worked for over 30 years as an entrepreneur in various international business ventures. Over the last four years, Mr. Dattler has served as the chairman and chief executive officer of OPENLiMiT Holding AG and its subsidiaries.
My Comments:
Remember this is a shell. We all know that shells can sit idle forever, but it appears and I'm only going on a hunch and because of this activity that there may be something to these changes of events towards acquisition or reverse merger into a going concern.
The trading range has been between .01 and .04 since 09/2005,but recently since 10/2006 there has been some interest and increase in share price to the present range..However, this increase could come on the timelines that I mentioned above.
I have taken a position, but this issue is risky to say the least and under no illusions do I have any certainty that it will prevail into a positive investment..However the company has all filings in place for your DD.
You must do your DD and invest only funds that you do not have on time restraints..
Have a good day
