Uranium has taken a beating in the news lately ( UR spot drops, Cameco, Japan, cyclical summer). On the positive The investor dot com is calling the bottom in a letter put out today and Cameco will soon post blowout earnings from the U sold last Q for 280% more then it did the same Q last year and the China Nuke deal just announced. Could there be enough catalyst to get the sector moving again? There hre some beat up UR companies out there.

DigiTech PDGE Been in for a couple mths. All the companies guidance from the 4th quarter has come true except the following statement that would make the 2nd quarter better than the first. "We closed two offices in fiscal 2007 and, since then, have shuttered an additional three offices, removing $1.7 million in annualized operating expenses, the total benefit of which we expect to see beginning with the second quarter" Thats good for a few pennies a share.
PDG Environmental Announces Full Year and Fourth Quarter Results
Wednesday May 16, 8:00 am ET
Backlog at Record High; First Quarter to Mark Return to Profitability
PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PDG Environmental, Inc. (OTC BB: PDGE - News), a leading provider of environmental remediation and specialty contracting services, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended January 31, 2007.
"During the fourth quarter, we continued to take an aggressive approach to right-sizing the business and positioning the company for profitability in fiscal 2008," said John C. Regan, chairman and chief executive officer of PDG Environmental. "In a seasonally light period, exacerbated by the timing of the holidays, we succeeded in building contract backlog to the highest level in the company's history - over $52 million. We closed two offices in fiscal 2007 and, since then, have shuttered an additional three offices, removing $1.7 million in annualized operating expenses, the total benefit of which we expect to see beginning with the second quarter. In addition, we have recently named a new chief financial officer, Nick Battaglia, who will start with PDG Environmental on May 23rd. Nick has a good blend of experience in financial reporting and internal controls, acquisitions and raising capital, and we look forward to his start.
"Fiscal 2008 is off to a good start, and demand has been strong across the board. We are confident that the first quarter will mark the company's return to profitability, as margins improve and revenue again climbs to the $20 million range. We remain focused on organic growth while right-sizing our overhead and have already seen positive results from new marketing and sales initiatives."
From the first quarter "As anticipated, the first quarter of fiscal 2008 marked our return to profitability, as our right-sizing efforts bore fruit and we continued to book contracts at a strong pace - again resulting in a backlog of over $51 million," We are also preparing for an active hurricane season and are well positioned to take advantage of emergency response and reconstruction opportunities if they arise. Moving into the second and third quarters - traditionally our strongest - we are committed to growing the business organically while maintaining or reducing infrastructure costs and increasing field margins."
Bobwins, ILI.v Some firm called ILI for an update and the firm passed information recieved from company on to their followers. Information said they already applied for reinstatement.
This is from memory. Possibly I saw it in the ILI SH forum.
CL NGUGF It came back down after you pushed it up this AM LOL. Just grabbed some @ 0.4452 Nice pullback day.
CL001 Why do you like VGZ? Do you think its under valued or are you just in for a quick trade?
cl001 NGG I was waiting for a little more weakness this AM when the bids were .46 and it got stronger. Now I know why.
with gold production gradually increasing to an expected annualised production rate of 35,000 ozs gold by October 2007 at Sinivet alone and without the bonus of the other metals I think its a good time to add.
Got my dalxf at .14 when Rogue brought it to the board a bit ago. Waiting and smiling for 3 bagger in the making.

cl001, Of the Moly stocks, what would you be buying today if you had no moly for short and long term gains and how would you compare that decision to buying FNI at this level.
Thanks in advance

cliffvb, BRLC That was my thinking. Out with a 2 bagger before the retail season ends. Going to be a little rocky with the short interest I think.
BRLC UP 20% since the dive less than 30 days ago and my last post. Five respected Analyst have given multiple valid reasons why $12.50 ( on avg.) is a reasonable value for BRLC. Consumer Reports rates Olevia TVs the Best Buy in Five categories.
It has to be worth a lot more than todays price and when the earnings come out, that huge short interest has to think about covering.

NVT + .09 TO .37 on waiting for Finland drilling results. I'm up 60% since April. Market cap is still minuscule, est if the results are good. Todays volume seems to think so.
Drilling results on nickel property in friendly Finland any day on property that already has historical drill info conducted by Finish Geological Survey ( A total of 62 shallow holes were drilled in the contact area of the ultramafic complex with the basement rocks over a strike length of 12km. Nearly all the drill holes returned significant nickel, copper and platinum - palladium - gold values) CEO Mohan is said to be top notch, very experienced and straightforward. 20 Mil of 46+ Mil float controlled is by insiders and Pinetree is on board. Their are other project in Labrador and Ecuador.
ADA Gap up. New 52 week high today???
nutsaboutgolf2001 Turn of Month Effect with no rational reason. Appreciate that info, was a good read and usefull information to use when making trading decisions. Have a great weekend.
ROGUE AND CL001 DXE.V, Have you seen the recent insider purches on DXE.V/DALXF.PK...... Dualex Energy International?

Mike ADAIF.pk I got the same story from AT ( waiting for the new shares from company )and they did contact the re-org dept.
lol SRGG Just noticed $20 should read $20million on my last post
SRGG Just got some cheapies on the dip. Hoping we get news of what they are going to do with the $20 dollars. Their web site is being redone as well, maybe that will give us a clue to the new direction.
TwinTurbo Yes and very recently he has said confidently to me, no RS anytime in the near future. I've sat with Bob face to face and known him for a few years now and I take him at his word.
This doesn't mean I think we don't need one at some point, but I think he wants to do the share holders justice and get the company on the map first. Been a long road but it looks like there is much progress being made as we speak.
Maybe I missed a post but have you guys noticed that the moderator is gone
Guy SAM I was right there with you thinking I'd get it back for less. I only took %10.
seekup XNN I've been watching and waiting for the review this weekend by Victor as well. I thought about calling him. The rest of those guys sound negative as it looks too good to be true, but I think Victors riview will be good. I think it'd be to big of a mistake for the company to make technical claims it could not back up or to put scandoulous videos on their web site. If production numbers are lagging timewise and the reviews and the product are favorable, than everything will fall into place just a little bit later.
There is another site I have at home that lists websites that have the product for sale. Victor got his so we know they are available. If the review is good, we should get a pop
DougQuaid, Starcore now with bids at .77, the best thing is that there are no sellers for those bids. Do they know something?
cl001, SRGG Like you said before, Free money.
Bobwins When you say adding, I'm guessing you mean adding for a long term hold?
I like the trend, up on 3 times the 10 day average volume. The June chart is very encouraging in liew of all the quiet news events that have trickled out from the company this year.
I'm thinking we have a good shot at waking up one day soon to see the grand opening of AXMP with full news updates and an obviously good conclusion to all the quiet news that we few people are paying attention to and all accompanied by a reward for our patience.
FFF, Can you direct me to information on Corr vs Pepsi that was finalized May 15, 2007 Thanks in advance.
BRLC, I own some in the low 5's. I think the mess is in the rear view mirror. Anyone else here besides Spex have an opinion on this one. Looks like the numbers will soon over come the adversity to me.
About 40 symbols on my resource watch list and not A single green.
ASPN strikes again.
Aspen Exploration Successfully Tests 1,764 MCFPD Natural Gas Well West Grimes Gas Field Colusa County, California
DENVER, CO, Jun 25, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Aspen Exploration Corporation (OTCBB: ASPN), with offices in Bakersfield, California, and Denver, Colorado, announced today a successful flow test on a prolific gas well located in the Sacramento Valley gas province of northern California.
The WGU #15-13 well, located in the West Grimes Gas Field, Colusa County, California, was directionally drilled to a depth of 8,300 feet and encountered approximately 50 feet of potential gas pay in several intervals in the Forbes formation. One of these intervals was perforated and tested gas on a 1/4 inch choke at a stabilized flow rate of 1,764 MCFPD. The shut in tubing pressure was 4,020 psig and the shut in casing pressure was 4,030 psig. This was the fourteenth successful gas well out of fourteen attempts by Aspen in this field. Aspen plans to drill three additional wells in this field this year on its 10,000 plus acre leasehold. Aspen has a 21.0% operated working interest in this field.
Aspen recently drilled a dry hole, the Reason Farms #18-1, located in the Grimes Gas Field, Sutter County, California and is currently drilling the Nelson #1-10 well, also located in this prolific gas field.
In the Sacramento Valley, Aspen has drilled 33 successful gas wells out of 35 attempts during the last 3 1/2 years (94% success rate) and drilled 41 successful gas wells out of 47 attempts during the last 5 1/2 years, a success rate of 87%. Aspen currently operates 59 gas wells and has non-operated interests in 21 additional wells in the Sacramento Valley of northern California and has non-operated interests in approximately 33 oil wells in Montana.
Future news releases will keep shareholders informed of Aspen's continuing progress and drilling activity. Aspen's stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol ASPN.OB. For more information concerning Aspen,
Bobwins, I like that article, the last paragraph, esp since I have some experience with the on board hydrogen generating DCX Natrium that ran on NaBH4 Sodium Borohydride using platinum in the membrane. It ran well with zero emessions, but the lack of platinum (the catalyst) and the infrastructure was the biggest problem going forward.
Please get us or me that next weeks article.

NGG FYI A posting on SH suggests that they will have their broken seals fixed so we can get those gold bars to market.
From SH, I talked to Bob (CEO) this monday, and he said that the new pumps would be delivered this week, and installed within ten days.
Bobwins CBV Looks promising for some patient dollars. Maybe we can get some before CL001 gets back from vacation. LOL!
Spexculator, BRLC, I bought the day after the crash at 5.25 as I liked the beaten down status with the bright outlook, the bad rumors that have been rebutted by the company, the fact that 15million shares just got bought in a PP at 5.75 and the fact that 6 analysts are expecting an average .75eps for the year. They make a good TV for a good price with good margins and were going into the retail season soon.
XNN Added today at 2.39 I thank somebody.
