Hi Yank and all.
Without ever meeting the XIDE team . . . I came to suspect they were super-conservative in managment style (if we just build . . . they will come).
Maybe the workers should just kind of revolt and buy out their companies (or at least start buying their own stock at such reduced prices) and get on the board-of-directors, walk off the job and condemn the company for anti-green environmentalism and worker/community safety issues). That will get some BOD attention with that kind of media coverage. It just might take Carl Ichan type from movie Wall Street to clean house herein (by coming to the resuce after petitioning the court). I know my ideas above are far out . . . but the XIDE line workers should be part of this regogranization plan and its control . . . how good is a union or any set of workers that just stand their and watch their pensions and XIDE stock holding go to soil? Start a petition online to the president facdebook address and join with the community and the environmentalists and push in court for seats on any re-organization plan. that should frost XIDE BOD and management chair bond intellects. At least the wrkers can demand lead posioning tests and hold that data over the headso of the BODs and court. All Call accident chasing attys! Where is Labor Board, etc. in all this . . . under their desks or down in the cellar? United Auto Workers are not backing their fellows?
My opinion on the recovery and how it might go is let a big part of those couple of $Trillions off-shore profits stored in foreign deposits by USA multinationals, just come back into our USA tax-free: IF the multinationals build modern manufacturing and distribution systems and power grids and hire legal USA citizens that are unemployed. We will pay the taxes and the corporations can proudly declare they did their part also. That , apparently, is what they believe (the 1%) . . . taxes is for consumers and the hired help only?
XIDE is nuts as they have the patents on new-tech Pb batteries and must start fighting for market share. This management team is anti-community in style and way back in the stone age on marketing and profiting.
I would love to know how all the Li-ion batteries are being re-cycled . . . just legally (for present) covered over with dirt or taken out and dumped beyond the limits? They are explosive and very toxic in their present concentrated cases. The environmentalists (not on pay of corporations secretly) should start asking the right questions.
Wonder how much R&D funding will be in the re-organization plan and if there will be no 'parachutes' for management that FAILED. Needs to be investigation of all this stuff built right into the re-organization plan.
Let the results fall where they may.
XIDE needs some military contracts to tide it over this reorganization and they should be tied right to performance oversight by DOD and DOE (build right into re-org plan). Up-date a USA plant and specifically direct the new battery tech contract to it. We have a lame duck administration that surely can twist some budgeting for such. After all . . . saving creating tech high-paying jobs is important domestically . . . or is the plan to use the BK CHP 11 to out-source USA XIDE batteries fr;om overseas XIDE plants? Whats the XIDE workforce going to do . . . sit it out and get special job-loss benefits and re-training?
We know they can't retrain the management and the BODs . . . that's a Bridge To Far. <---in reference to your last comment Lets see if the Judge has brass from his bench and calls upon the BOD and management to do a Cause Brief for the court to take under consideration . . . on why they should be retained in the re-organizati;on plan?
Just happened to pop back and read the comments.
Aside . . . we had a distance relative in the 1900s that grew and smoked her own toebac (lived quite a number of years as no additives in hers).
Looks like folks on this board are thinking they will be able to make $$s growing and selling? That may not be the case right now . . . as in Washington you're going to havet to be 'lice-d' and monitoring your output for safety and quality. This is no going to be a couple of pipe-heads making big $$s in some B-Grade Movie scenario. They are even thinking of having instruction courses growers must attend and pass. Financing sources are key and you will maybe have to show a business plan.
I suspect local gangs that sell on the street would not be happy with new competition? You will be selling to legal (maybe state) shops.
It will be interesting to see if the state charges you taxes, then can that serve as a deduction (state credit) on your federal income tax? You may end up your own accountant, as those with certification will hardly want to sign any federal tax returns, unless they have ti in writing that Feds approve of this.
You are going to smell mighty funny to the Police Drug Dogs and electronic sensor scans? Better have a legal piece of paper that states you are registered rec/medical grower?
Now you all know why I asked the question, what will be % of market that PHOT thinks will come from green thumb (think veggies) and what from rec/medical users?
If PHOT has no plans to directly market target home food/hobby persons, what is their fallback plan if say big grow greenhouses and businesses give them the shoulder? NMedia mentioned that other online 'greenhouse' systems might be set-up for say $300 or so. And, the internet is looking more and more like individual states will be applying sales taxes to purchases online.
It may be clear until latter part of 2014 before Washington state (for one) can get its act together . . . after all . . . O-bomb Medical Care Program is holding off another year on employer program launch. Look at
online paid gambling/gaming . . . even the individual states can't get together with the tribes, casinos, Federal regulators, state lotteries and
get simple sratch (sp) tickets for favorite sports team win-or-lose bets.
We best be hoping for some sales revenues next fwq quarterly reports . . . or PHOT could drop in price?
Thanks for reply.
I did not see it and posted something further up the board.
I was not after a free detailed report, I just wanted to know what base size greenhouse customer PHOT was targeted towards. I know they have to make a profit, but I was wondering what simple system is available for the average persons. I doubt everyone would want to spend much to grow some medical/rec MJ. I found out it seems best to sell MJ stocks when they rise on faith and hope emotionalism without hard orders, etc.
Not against the company.
Just can't see how they will make their money.
Yes, they will sell the picks and shovels, but let us see the revs growth.
What size (e.g. 20 X 20 ft.) greenhouse are we talking here?
I do not 'get it' why power wattage has to be so high, if skylights are used and solar cells? The greenhouse can only be indoors (hidden) type?
Veg and herb growers are 'pushing' their plants for over 12 hours worth of lighting a day?!! That does not make sense.
? for you bright bulbs . . . what %s do you forecast for PHOT grow system purchasers . . . 20% natural gardeners customers and rest are MJ? I doubt this is national security stuff. We retail investors need to know such stuff to gauge whether this company can get real. Its great to hear (as one poster stated) new NH store is well placed for across state border traffic . . . but most students and minimum wage workers will be trying for just a few continuously groomed plants. In Washington State, folks can have a few personal plants growing indoors or on their property for medical (and very soon personal recreational use). they have to register those plants with city and state, and they will be inspected periodically. Most States will be that cautious.
The Feds get a copy of state data on you.
PHOT stock price should go over .07-.09 this fall IF various states can get their systems up and running. But their is no evidence to date, that PHOT is super-marketer or seller with track record in volume item selling. For example, has any private individual(s) stepped forward and financed their business? Still looks like PHOT is dependent on individual retail stock investors.
PHOT is trying to be middle man marketer including some retail stores and website sales thrown in. They are a grow shop that is moving into national marketing. Will PHOT be the go-to guys for MJ crowd . . . that remains to be seen.
My guess, for what its worth, a R/Split by April, 2014 if states and congress can't decide how to share the tax loot potential from MJ.
Bad hope for PHOT is if age group 18 or 21 to 35 years old doesn't (or can't or won't) learn to turn a screwdriver to build a greenhouse operation. So far as I can see . . . many in that generational group are twitters and curb sitters. This generational age group is mostly renters
and landlords don't like on-site 'problems'. Will PHOT be advocating for food stamp programs to allow exchange credits for growing items . . . you can buy veg seeds on food stamps retail. And, perhaps a shovel and fertilizer. What about gow lites? Ever see a brat grow veggies?
They won't even sew a T-Shirt. Wouldn't it be nice to ask the parents and relatives to present you a grow system? 'Mom . . . I am going to start a business!! Can you guys front me?' "Ah . . . mom . . . this will help me pay you back for paying for my college . . . this is something I really . . . really . . . want to do!'
PHOT best smart up and get with the cellphone appls. to run your automated greenhouse by tapping your screen. Wow . . . greenie reality comes of age. Instead of dropping $1000s on TV stock promo show interviews . . . maybe hire some tech college students to appl. automate your greenhouse goods?
Or, hire an x-software company executive with stock options? Surely.
I do not see any comment on management style and abilities of PHOT staff. In PHOT news on Ya Fin board . . . you can view the video that PHOT paid (?) to be interviewed on. I did not feel it was professional by PHOT (in my view, if they want to attract positive investment). You and others may feel my above thoughts are not 'helpful', however that's what I discerned. PR is something that should be professionally done?
Who is PHOT buying LED grow clusters from . . . CREE or Chinese?
You did not mention whether this PHOT sale pricing is for large grow areas or just say 25 X 25 sq. ft. individual user grow box.
Thanks for letting the board read your conclusions.
I had bot some WTWO.pk (still in business, but maybe BK?).
This company was in algae, greenhouse tech and is fairly nearby DC. Reason I am mentioning them is they tried to do several things different (bot their own land and constructed greenhouse).
But, strangely, they did not try to reach out to private greenhouse growers and medical plant growers. I could never quite understand why not. Lots of folks like personal yard greenhouses. This said, comparing the above company (among other small OTC vertical farming companies), can these small companies really compete with the likes of LOWES who sells greenhouse kits? I want PHOT to be successful and a good investment.
They can't get financing professionally (from credit union or banks it seems), therefore what else can they do but issue stock? Does it not look 'hard times' for supplying small grower greenhouses with enough sales stock on hand? This is in my estimation a long-term/slow growth market for those who want revs. Nevertheless, MJ and yard greenhouse use is going to grow as it dawns on Americans inflation makes growing your own reasonable pastime (and fun too)
I am holding my stock.
Consolidation will happen for most of these small OTCs . . . but the rationale is active and necessary for the local self-reliance of USA. This fall should see some direction develop as to whether PHOT and others can last and expand. R/Spilt or more buy-outs?
Do you folks envision PHOT as capable of supplying hundreds and thousands of small growers with tech? And, can PHOT compete in a world of DIY-ers? Or, do you see most Americans as too time-lacking to DIY as to greenhouse tech options? A cellphone appl. is available for stepper motor activation circuits, that could be made to operate automated greenhouses inclusive devices. Am I way-off-base?
I am replying to you . . . but my comments cover other posters too.
Lets see if the economy 'recovery' is real . . . or . . .
new figures' come up for unemployment, etc. in next quarter revisions.
The auto industry is moving to leasing (eventually most car buyers will just lease-for-life and roll over repeatedly into a new vehicle). Makes little sense to buy used, when you can't come out on repairs and unknowns.
Lets see how fast XIDE can expand its gel/circular plate battery plants. TSLA is only real EV car company (for now) making sense for investors . . . the automatic battery pack replacement at TSLA charging stations with 3 owner options in less than 4 minutes and screw-drivers the other EV brands. Doubt XIDE has the $$s to cover any major lawsuit(s) . . . 'hot pursuit' by emergency vehicle chasing lawyers will guarantee them first-in, first $$s out situation. This could go bad for us, by draining EXID funds useful for re-organization. The present judge may not go for this type of legal action over his turf? He thus could place re-organization points in his opinion that precludes raiding for lawsuits?
Hot time in old town tonight!
Droughts and heat-waves crash batteries big time . . . especially in stalled traffic jam road conditions. Old vehicles electrics and over-age batteries are prime conditions for new sales figures. This means trade-ins and if administration feels auto jobs will be driving force (pun intended) for good economic news . . . they will act to make sure XIDE plant capacity is utilized properly. Phone home XT! Clever public tears about how XIDE wants to help out too by recycling batteries (hurry up the process) might just come in handy.
XIDE may however; have to keep its head down until 'hear-come-the-judge'.
Consumer confidence is found in whipping out the credit cards . . . junior got to have some clothe for school days.
Wal-Mart is making quarterly 'sucking sound'. DC says 'read-my-lips . . . there is no inflation. That and $1.25 gets you coffee.
BK status is walk away from debts and hardly that bad for someone with a job and no house to lose. Rent is guaranteed, as is one car legally. Even the rich do it . . . its efficient modern
times financial action. Start a new business and roll right back in the game. Boy that job out-sourcing sure went well and the more new labor outside the gate . . . the lower wages go domestically. Big smile on Free Market-tours faces! Well . . . BK is 'Free Market' too . . . you who. No one to pay taxes and we Grease-it folks. Slide right into home plate!
On July 4 . . . we need to America Up!
We have got a lot to use if we can work together, to be together. Smart folk should be able to make money building a real new American Dream.
Lets see if XIDE can have an Electric Dream.
Its a shame-on-you that retail investors have been so badly used? Lets bounce the dice off the Street Wall and get some price action. How things change . . . but they remain the same.
I sincerely hope that XIDE reorganization action gets fast tracked.
BOL to all and happy times!
Well . . . if parents-to-be smoke/consume MJ and say that has an effect on their sexual genes . . . we end up with freaks?
Same basic argument applies to most of the garbage put in our foodstuffs and alcohol, cigs, gasoline exhaust fumes and un-reported nuke manufacturing of these wonder kin waste ventings. And . . . believe me . . . feds and states and retails do not want to go there (get PR on this slant). Carbon Credits . . . do they apply to MJ? Should PHOT get some for helping to lessen pollution? Government is silent on that too.
MJ and HEMP foresting and farming product uses have been around for 1000s of years . . . is human turning into zombies and lizard people? MJ may even have been one of the mystical "smokes" mentioned in the bible as used in middle eastern houses of worship. Nothing like getting the crowd high before you ask for 'donations'?
MJ has been medical plant used by frontier doctors and curers all through USA history (and before by native peoples) . . . until pharma manufacturers decided they would have far less product ideas to offer public . . . if public could grow medience in their backwoods plots. Grandma takes a little hyper-toot and goes right back to gardening.
Vets hospitals refuse treatment to mentally and physically wounded and broken war vets who say they are using pot, even though the vets are over medicated and traumatized by massive overloads of artificial drug effects on their systems and brains. Wounded go to sleep often easier with a few puffs or so of MJ . . . when their minds and bodies are screaming pain and disorientation. Positive effects of pot are so useful (you go gently to sleep and the brain gets to reset easier) . . . Vets Administration has been virtually forced to try some experimental programs that use MJ for worse patients ills. And you won't hear much about that. Bluntly speaking, modern super tranquilizers in massive prescribed doses do a lot of harm to the patient over time. Ever wonder why PFE drug company (and others) are rushing to try to patent MJ THC, etc. for themselves?
I drank as a teen and it didn't seem to make me a felon or mass murderer . . . but I was not using it to escape my life or did I become addicted to it. I suspect a lot of so-called addiction is really developed by trying to escape social/personal pain. And, some of us are just plain nuts and those are the ones that get out of hand on MJ, Alcohol and gun possession me thinks.
The real problem is society is too set against testing youth starting in pre-school for illnesses and personalities disorders.
We could save lots of violence and really help our population by addressing such issues early on. Meds later on or whatever, are not the answer either (only in limited cases) . . . we as a nation need to monitor and counsel positive environment and personal growth modeling to bring the best outcome for each individual?
Younger children always want to do adult things (and be like big brother/sister/dad/mother/uncle/aunt) . . . maybe we just need to focus on doing things in front of others? Its A-OK to be a gun solider . . . its just for practice . . . right? You take the Apes out of the woods . . how do act in the streets?
We are suppose to be able to evolve, though. Why not by positive reinforcements?
Governments know this (the Ape argument).
Always hide behind an argument . . . especially one that has no study to back it up. Lawyers and politicos keep falling back on the club of authority . . . who needs medical efficiency studies?
Tap . . . tap . . . we know we are right.
Don't know if I presented anything worthwhile . . . buts that kind of how I see it.
GLUU should go up (say .10-.20) today, on news of MSFT and ZNGA?
MSFT was one of my possibilities for purchaser/partner for GLUU scenario. The MSFT executive transferring over to ZNGA hiring . . . may not be a 'soft firing' cleaning out of their recent terrible experiences (e.g. new X-Box user preconditions and slow W8 acceptance). Note that MSFT executive moved over to NOK cellphone company, before MSFT got W8 SW on NO:K phones. This is a way to avoid legal problems with EU and USA trade commission feelings of MSFT attempting to continue to establish monopoly positioning.
GLUU is in position now where they will seemingly have to establish online pay-to-play in NV, etc. formally, to carry forward their aspirations. Suspect casino(s) and USA SW companies like EA and maybe somebody like IGT will be partnering with us. Or, just make a straight on offer for buy-out. That might drive our stock price up above $3, just on rumor. Can anyone think of others who might no the MSFT style foot-in-the-door with GLUU What about AMZN and Wall Mart?
I am thinking we do go above $3 before late fall, if our new games online show-up. I would like to see them positioned online before end of year holiday gift season.
Thanks for the multi-faceted article.
I own PHOT partly due to right of Americans to chose their drug of choice and recreational paths . . . ah . . . crime TV and violent VGs do not hurt youths? What about war and draft anxiety?
AMA is super hands-over-eyes when it comes to taking on harmful artificially laced cigs addiction and alcohol use in movies?
I should not use MJ (due to successful operations that did lower my eye pressures (doctor told me not to lower my IOP any lower).
The real reason I support PHOT is its is supplying the technology bases also for vertical farming via automated greenhouses. In an era when global warnings effects are hardly the same all over the planet, greenhouses are way to grow organic vegs in harsh winters and summer droughts. Same tools and you do not get federal problems selling greenhouse enhancements. Sell the picks-and-shovels to the miners strategy?
Smoking MJ MAY make psychosis display more active or not. Its mental stress in 'modern times'/work situations
that is more the culprit. Crime war, congestion, pollution, economic downscaling . . . that leads to human spiritual loss and its spread effect into our daily life. One does not need addiction to cover over flaws in character and socialization.
A-Type violent behavior is often intensified by above forces on our gene pool. Bad products and bad brain code go together?
Unemployed and distressed folks waling around pot-shops? Get real. Go downtown to your local bus depot and streets and quick-stops selling alcohol and cigs . . . guess what . . . they were there before MJ toot shops opened. Bad anti-MJ political argument logic.
The TV video paid for ads on tommy TV show by PHOT were horrible PR . . . 'ah . . . ah . . .' virtually very sentence came across like really bad marketing for company? This is not the way to effectively get PHOT stock price above .045 range? Shows less than necessary positive public image by management?
If congress passes border protection enhancement Bill that includes $billions of pork and state/federal jobs (look what I did for you!)politics . . . one might be hopeful the online gambling and MJ states rights use choice law are federally passable. And, big cig companies are jumping-on-in to E-cigs market . . . guess what next market for shareholders and stock bonuses is right behind?
We will see PHOT (if they can increase their management skill expertise), reach above .10 stock price easily this end-of-year holidays and 2014 elections year.
Thanks for the multi-faceted article.

I saw and read that article also.
Think GLUU will be above $3 by end of year holiday season ( or in 1st quarter of 2014).
Mobile gaming and gambling on both, is the coming thing all over the world. Worse case scenario I foresee is GLUU gets bot out for over $4. That's a conservative buyout price?
Anyone know who has the larger share of the USA gambling software market . . . I would think right now Android system (which is Lenix (sp) operating system). MSFT seems to have its head in the sand, as no online gambling platform info has
been released. Good thing MSFT does not own any sports teams.
Speaking of sports teams . . . USA sports leagues are fighting against online sports betting . . . their argument is inferior players could take side-bets against playing teams and rig games. Also, college teams are against it too. However; Vegas and States all for online sports betting. Wonder who will win?
English economics writer says 75% of USA families are living paycheck-to-paycheck. No worry . . . they have cellphones and computers and someone buys lottery tickets.
Question: how is kids and adults having to pay money for extra game features and bonus features, much different from online gaming betting . . . opposes-see . . . did I say that? Geepes all those gamers gaming via credit cards . . . that's OK though.
The reason its OK is that all the profits go to (hopefully) USA in-country sources. The Tribal Nations will lose their vaunted exclusivity for gambling online from their tribal casino venues.
They will get the shaft (pun intended) via they have invested in big $$s for their casinos . . . guess they should have banked some of those profits. Vegas and state governments will win and so will GLUU and ZNGA. Novel long-shot idea: tribes united gambling association throws in together and buys up GLUU and
ZNGA, and goes online pay-play for games and sports betting.
Even better: tribes buy into cruise ship lines (or their own pie-rate outside USA boundaries SAT-cellphone transmission online-gambling hookup). Give out free cellphones with their own key code exclusive chips inside? Get LLC status 'south-of-the-border' and one sends a money order certified down to open an account? Tribal over-land Drone transmitters? I do not think Sky Net masters will like that.
Just some idle thoughts while we watch the congressional online pay-to-play gambling/gaming bill ink dry. Throw in some Pork jobs and new tax revs . . . what's not to like?
Everyone have a good 4th holiday!
GLUU roll them dice!
Just watching SCTY as part of Musk empire.
Noted your post . . . something else to consider . . . more solar cells installed . . . more cleaning crew costs and insurance costs (remember Musk SCTY owns them)? Did not SCTY guarantee to do both for solar cell installed clients as part of deal? Security comes to mind also . . . though solar cells per say are harder to transport and 'fence'. Aerial photos should show up where new solar cells are installed, and then one compares install premits to new construction. Sky-Net will protect you!
Don't forget recycling costs to SCTY.
SCTY never has announced what one does with old malfunctioning solar cells, you can bet Wall World must have brought up that eventually.
Electric utility costs will inflate as time goes, due to grid over-loads and utility 'annual bonuses' for their employees. Throw in emergency power option for buyers and solar makes sense. Big firms understand their power costs will eat them up, as infrastructure of USA Grid is out-dated. Utilities would like to stop all their customers from gaining electricity without them in the mix, selling it. Lets see how that works out. Musk is already having 'problems' with in state dealer associations that act politically to stop his vehicle sales directly to customers, without middle man fees. Best hope that when O-bomb is out at end of his term . . . new president does not act like Mr. R as president with Mr. Carter's White House solar cells. Mr. R liked horses . . . good thing he was not president when cars came in? To his favor, though, he indirectly feed rise of solar cells with Star Wars R&D and in space power needs (Space Treaties kind of outlawed nuke reactors in orbit).
OK . . . both you fellows . . . why do shorts have to cover big very soon?
I kind see some logic in your posts IF shorts know XIDE Q status is soon coming to a end, e.g. XIDE has a lucky break in speedy return to XIDE stock symbol. Earnings were not that great for XIDE. You are both feeling the shorts will cover rapidly now and move on to another shorting opportunity OR not much to still short at *.15? If the latter, do you folks envision XIDEQ daily vo;lume to fall significantly?
OT: DBEN . . . if you are sports nut . . . particularly like football to bet on (however) . . . checkout book"Trading Bases Peta 2012 date. The author was successful Hedge Fund accounts manager-type. He formed and ran the insider Wall Street $100?person betting pools on sports outcomes. The book jumps all around as one reads though it fromm stocks, to philosophy of why we bet and how to win at investing by taking the same form of odds to success of team bets, based on players and what can happen in sporting events. Focus is primarily on Baseball . . . but the betting philosophy action goes for how to pick your cards in Vegas or how to analyze managers as if they have some similar characteristics to batters and 'who on first?' The author developed a series of stats based on the rules of the particular game you bet in (or on) and claimed he did far better than average bettor. I, for one, am not sports nut . . . but its a fairly quick read through and might give the individual investor (like me) some alternative points to apply to investing in stocks. I mean . . . we invest in a casino royale bet style right? All or nothing. I saw in the betting philosophy of the book, some ideas of how to gauge a company's management plays. I would never have ever read or found the book . . . except there it was at my local public library. Inter-library loan it?
796.357 Peta 2012 library shelf code
Also have and like the book on Black Swan Investing by professional counter-investor of Wall Street Fame (became a Billionaire investing and writing about his method of ratio-ing counter investment options to his stock picks that had got in trouble). Maybe their really is hope for XIDE? I bet their (somehow) would be. Particularly, after their last Q status comeback activity.
I lost in the stock market by betting the new administration was going to use AT to boost us out of the recession of 2007-2008. . . change and hope . . . sure. Congress took the Animal Farm approach instead: If it isn't broken (yet) . . . why change it or plan for the coming change?!! Rather, its all about raiding the tax-payers 401/retirement assets, and the larger (or clever) you are (company), the more you get from the feeder. Only problem is . . . eventually . . . one eats out the feeder and the young animals starve. Along comes the farmer with a cattle stick to keep the herd healthy and growing. The above is not Harvard expensive educational philosophy . . . but it does track basically what make things works. Good management is far and the ways a very limited breed.
Thanks Big Yank.
Your info on EU results was great.
We did drop a cent (or two) but not out of business yet.
Rises one's worry index that management team had no desire to smooth EU component buy-out problems.
Earnings last reported seem to show no $$s in R&D category, at least it was all (-s) listed. XIDE management looks like just sitting and only doing what is necessary to survive (for now).
Would that equate to 'coasting' behind (or under the desk) until retirement 'royals' is earned?
OT somewhat: Strange battery tech company in EU (IQPOF.pk).
Has website, or at least use too). STock hardly has buys and not recommending it. Just that their tech ideas for PB battery design and sales is monitoring chip in battery that displays (to dash?) charge status of vehicle battery, and their design has ability to be 'remotely keyed from your office, home, etc. to pre-heat its self for cold weather starting advantage. Not sure if sourcing their production from Asia or lower Slavic country production/assembly plant. Seems this battery tech would go with Pb acid batteries. BA Li-ion aircraft batteries situation, proves draw on Li-ion batts not a good thing (they 'pre-heat' themselves by being 'overdrawn per wattage drain). ---no pre-heating recommended, for performance advantage.
Another Pb acid battery advantage: is new moisture in the battery does not equate to dangerous explosive situation. Generally it just boils out slowly?
Anyone have estimate on XIDE profit margin on their Gel batteries? Wouldn't it have to be roughly 50% above manufacturing cost---as relates to setting of wholesale tier price point? Wondering what XIDE production capacity/sales of their Gel sealed battery is?
Also anyone have notion of what type of battery XIDE sells to USA Navy?
What about back-up lead batteries for solar electric cells?
I doubt anyone is buying Li-ion car sized batteries for home/cabin battery backup.
Understand Chinese navy might be using silver batteries in some of their conventional subs. That's sounds like great recycling price target situation. And, Chinese State Bank can carry the silver on its books as collateral bonds. Silver batteries are used in your computer, etc. XIDE buys a small silver miner (in actual business) and gets double value investment return? They can sell silver rings-and-things too! :) And, in today's new bubbles economy . . . carbon investment credits and loan to its credit banker . . .? I didn't go to accounting school . . . but it sounds so 'In Vogue' off-sheet book keeping-ish.
And, what about XIDE getting into Zinc-Air batteries?
Just some possible comment subjects while we herein await the lead paint to dry or peel . . . take your pick?
Its as pleasure to receive input from someone like you and the rest of the board. We investors all kind of left hanging out in the wind, as far as any accurate facts on XIDE that go beyond our limited ability to talk to anyone in the know My personal opinion this is hardly a way to treat retail investors that are trying to make some money and backing XIDE. This is another indication of management that is playing some game. I can find no real reason except public shame, why any worthwhile management team would sacrifice their relationship value with their retail stock investors, masked as some legality. Japanese management, for example, with such a company performance, might well be bowing and issuing a statement of failure of their worthy investors of all ranks?
A company that can't (or won't) take criticism and questions from retail (outside the annual meeting, if there), is closing itself off from other avenues of enhancement. They always say they cannot comment on company matters, but they can sure take the comments handed out by analysts and media like The Fools. I would judge that the company follows this and other message boards. Some of us retail investors really believe in battery technology advancements as a necessary part of USA recovery efforts (including defense needs). I for one . . . have car art T-shirts NASCAR that show the XIDE brand labeling on raced cars.
I wear them oft
If one does not use Q-groups with employees and have management occasionally working different floor assignments in plants, etc., how can management honorably accept their salaries and perks and efficiently run the enterprise? Do XIDE line, etc. workers feel unable to present suggestions and comments to staff? Believe me Mr. Honda is reported to have ate the same food with the employees, as they were served in company café. And, worked along side them. Mr. Musk of Tesla fame, is shown in videos to be right down where problems are in his company and employees feel able to openly make comments, etc. And, he is not wearing suit and tie and rings-and-things. He is also successful billionaire head of enterprises.
Yesterday, I had a brief chat with car person across the street from me and he has XIDE Gel tech battery in his late l970s Volvo . . . he loved the battery and thinks is very progressive and powerful product, at over 1000 cranking amp-hours of capacity.
XIDE apparently, has this attitude that wholistic economics is not a company policy. That illusion will definitely work against them in dawning millennium economy. Take the plants, get help as needed from independent but reliable outside company sources, and fix each site as they go. Instead, XIDE management is seen acting like a bunch of MBAs trained 30 years ago in accounting. They are probably fearful of having anyone of their BODs that can actual run a business successfully, understands crisis management, and feels shame for their inadequate performance as a supposed team and company?
They should be working 24/7 to help right XIDE or leave and go sit and watch. Where is EPA and OSHA . . . toothless as usual. What a negative energy aura XIDE presents to its employees, suppliers, buyers, neighbors and the planetary eco-balance. XIDE cannot even publically state they have Failed. XIDE needs to team down and develop innovative and automated plants one at a time . . . and gain positive PR from that. GM and others came back to USA bases, with newest tech . . . others can do this also.
Even Chinese bot AONE and are committed to taking something and make it better . . . not perfect . . . , for USA economy foothold.
If XIDE closes plants instead of improving them statewide, they will soon lose their ability as company to be able to do anything in USA . . . but import. That's the dumbest jobs program I could imagine. We work together . . . or we fall together.
What's the chance of getting a R/Spilt that takes us off the OTC?
I am thinking XIDE corporation will keep the XIDE stock symbol (its their company ad logo). Why give it up to some other registered company to soil as they chose.
Maybe we are go OTC status for 3-12 months as the old heads in charge figure out making lead batteries is a toilet paper industry and they need to downsize themselves (their performance is . . .).
Other-side-of-the-coin is they did get the re-bonding until 2018, lets see how long it takes them to 'burn-it-up' with survival-as-usual mechanics.
Pray the hail merry option we get a slow but steady climb out of dumps-villa. Maybe XIDE should partner/buyout with some smaller battery innovators? Hire board members like past president of Cry-sler (Lee-He-Be)and that presidential race contender that told the TV president debate audience that if Naf-Ta was voted in . . . 'there will be a big sucking sound' for American jobs and economy. Ross P dude. Shark Tank or Donald-The-Hair YOUR FIRED1 Shake-and-throw-out? XIDE is on the-highway-to-hell . . . not the-highway-to-heaven (please someone text the trainmen!)
I sold out the year this company finally stated the truth . . . n actual 'real' demo of their tech in commerce setting and the viable pro-type world steam record run testing . . . was to put it mildly . . . a distant event.
CYPW is still years behind doing what they have always needed to do . . . go hat-in-hand (realistically a decade behind) . . . to real experts and let them fix this '
engine'. Still the same hidden problems . . sealing . . . time line-of-use reliability . . . materials manufacturing issues . . . failure on contracts (where's the beef).
The army and Raytheon contracts are . . . hmmm . . . lets look at this radical side-avenue of tech . . . just to be certain we have our bases covered.
Base-line tech innovation for robotics, green engines, and Sky-Net is way beyond this little dim bulb Florida make-believe.
Harry or car will be doing what in 10 years . . . he can't even get a steam boat going publicly? Been done for over 150 years, one way or the other. Publicly . . . he still ges to events and stands around smiling so cute . . . and lets everyone look t his mock-up pro types. He just doesn't tell the audience what they are looking at? To-the-moon (full) comments appreciated . . . tell/show me and others where this is at.
Hay-ya Harry . . . here is a freebie . . .tell the audience you are actively looking into hiring someone to 3-D print your car and engine . . . that should be another gig 'forward to the future!' You can manifest destiny how little innovation moguls are bringing back USA jobs . . . forget bringing all those overseas %billions back into the good old USA TAX-FREE.
Still wtching frm the sidelines.
Where are the company funding sources coming from? Retail investor buys?
If so expect stock price to go down to finance the company?
Where are the commercial banks and innovation targeting hedge funds, etc. funding this seemingly revolutionary product? Company claims it will knock-the-socks and butt off the face paint and health segments of skin care and security, etc.
Does anyone actually think the stock price can hold on daily PRs that promise heaven without substance? Where are the large tel-marketer retailers ala QBC? AMA has no position on this tech?
You do know doctors buy up blood sampling firms to make extra profits behind-the-schemes. The doctor9s) may be 'retired' from practice, but they share the coins with their fellows through referrals? This revolutionary approach to blood and tissue sampling is destined to upset their profit apple-cart. Example: Tesla EV company is being fought by state associations of traditional retail display brick-and-motar auto dealers. Tesla takes the EV directly to your house on appointment and a sales team demos it with you (and your family and friends at your time of choice.
Unless BIZM can get with it real soon . . . the PRs non-results stream of hype will do what? I would love that BIZM is super successful, I like the tech purpose. Would like more than a sugar high and crash.
I am continuing to hold a small amount for now.
Biggest problem I see is that XIDE management fumbles the ball.
What do I mean? Management is focused on survival, which is fine. However' management is not focusing on innovation and really daring marketing and manufacture and technology issues.
Old school cards-to-chest scenarios will not see this company survive. China, domestic USA and EU competitors will continue to eat their lunch. XIDE with present team in place will not make 2018 except as BOT out company. As present, XIDE mmgt. is seemingly paid off to kill the company? They need dynamic youthful new blood and innovative marketing and tech development.
Is XIDE even focused on dynamic expansion of its battery market?
Evidence so far, is no.
XIDE has the tech (gel-acid and circular plates patents to control Pb acid battery market. Their price points are terrible, to say the least. Its all-or-nothing now for us retail investors.
And this team can't market!
Nano-tech (grapheme carbon electrodes and rapid protyping and new manufacturing schemes better be on the immediate horizon, or its slow death and buy-outs of XIDE. You cannot use legality to foster innovation.
XIDE needs GREEN battery technology.sForget the salvation-by-2018 financing roll-overs to keep it head just above water. You innovate or die. Present management and boatrd-of-directors is heading XIDE for X-existence. They have ceded the battlefield to their competitors . . . what . . . were they hired to silk lace their golden parachutes and ride the pony into the ground?!!
Fire-and-hire or die soiling themselves out of existence.
Sorry for the harsh words . . . but they need to move on.
You want profits . . . get some daring team members.
This stock has no revs, yet is over $4, IPO on OTC market. One should be cautious herein? No evidence yet . . . of any major investment stock buys by outsiders. Their first 'product' price range was mentioned as around $200. So far . . . retail stock investors have funded the company. Over $3 stock price appreciation since IPO on OTC stock is tempting profits for insiders and their friends?
Go to > fast go exist . com (take out the spaces) and read short article with video about 16 year old who has created $15 device that can detect cancer and explosives, via a cellphone attached.
Amazing what he was able to accomplish by himself and using some university lab facilities by permission.
He and his friends are working on tri-recorder device for 'Tricorder X prize'. Other groups of inventors and scientists are also in the X-Prize contest to develop real tri-corder.
Not against BIZM (really want them to succeed). I am not in stock . . . just watching from sidelines.
I kind of figured Calif. would be filling its pants about the spent batteries not getting processed in Calif., and the political implications of the workers going on UNC claims. It would be fairly intellectually 'sloping' for all those greenie issues like, e.g. extra re-transportation contracts out-of-state to get by. Tax revs are nice to have. One does wonder why the company (XIDE) would let itself get in this pollution creator labeling category. Looks like someone tried to keep going and hid the leaks?
This is very interesting maneuvering by legal team of XIDE. . . looks like a lot of company 'garbage' got taken care of in this CHP11 petition? Judge should get our appreciation for thinking sensibly and smoothing this out, by letting the Calif. plant continue for now.
Maybe things will change now, and no OTC status for XIDE and no ending of present common retail investors shares? Stock shorting might be ending?
What we do not know (as retail holders)is whether XIDE refinancers
will have demanded a complete ending of our present retail stock holdings. XIDE has a long-held name recognition in the battery business . . . and I would bet that lots of retail stock holders do buy the product of the firm they carry in their IRAs, etc. Why lose customers unnecessarily? I know I got taken on WA Mutual stock and I do not to this day do any business with the company that took them over. I drew my saving acct.
We could see burst up to .50-89 range soon . . . but maybe not go over $1 until court rules further?
Wouldn't it be great if someone like 60 minutes did a favorable special on XIDE> turn-around? If XIDE carries this off . . . my word . . . even Don Trump couldn't have done it smoother.
What the Chinese are doing is buying up American patents and physical plant know-how for pennies on the dollar, while now possessing a way to legally by-passing the long process of starting a Chinese owned company in USA from ground up. The bot company becomes a ready-made shell legality, they can use. And, China can legally now have the option to declare their new USA companies as a physical Free Trade Zone (they can then operate it as part of USA under China sovereign . . . spy from . . . have Chinese security forces therein). We have best leaders in world money can buy . . . when they are not twittering . . . or grand-standing?
Judge did allow loan from JPM to process, under CHP 11 status, which leads one to propose that judge might not now disallow petition of XIDE? I am wondering . . . though it might well not happen.
Like other posters have proclaimed . . . a quick restart for Calif. recycling plant might be best news we could receive?
There should be some retail investor interest that JPM stepped forward with the loan. JPM is huge. Would be nice to have renewal pledges from major USA customers for XIDE batteries.
Another angle: Middle East just keeps heating up.
If Oil supplies get struck or embargoed by Straits Closure and/or missile attacks on oil fields and ports > . . wondering how lead prices will perform under such circumstances? Wouldn't all commodity prices rise and take some pressure off XIDE balance sheet? Such happening might be fuel for a short sneeze? I suspect it is also doubtful that Iran could maintain its economy beyond 90 days in such a situation, unless Russia steps in with extra petro supplies, etc.
Just have to hold for now . . . until 'hear comes the judge'.
Retail stock investors . . . First In, and Last Out.
Company (XIDE) has to clean up or fix-up the Calif. battery site . . . both cost money . . . wonder what those costs will be? 1-5 $Mil?
Would it not be nice to announce earnings after close today?
Also a nice time to announce CA battery plant will close permanently OR be open by August 1 (on agreement of court under postponement of BK CHP ll stay-of-motion request to judge for the present).
Someone should ask truck drivers and RRs where are all the spent/to be recycled lead acid batteries being stored/re-routed to. Is XIDE panning to buy/partner with another USA/Mexico battery recycle plant? One has to ask themselves . . . would CA allow all their spent batteries to dumped in the ocean at night?
I do not think so. Therefore, it would make sense for feds to step in and demand these batteries to be recycled a-sap. RRs and truckers (even independent) will have demanded that XIDE fulfill its contracts to them (and pay for double or triple hauling and rehauling costs to them. I don't think XIDE mmgt is that 'un-cord-e-nat-ed'.
Who will XIDE partner/buy in lead acid battery business to recycle these CA batteries (and those shipping in to CA)?
Will FEDS offer temporary storage at one of their many unused storage sites for XIDE?
No news from Governor Brown of CA . . . why?
This should be big issue if CA residents think it out (doubtful).
XIDE stock price may rise to +.36 by close . . . just to set-up before end-of-day news? "
Big boys own this stock and are all loaded for adventure on the sidelines. Or, does XIDE stock price drop below .17 to set-up short-sneeze for Monday?
You have almost sure thing bet XIDE is NOT going to close its USA battery business. Follow the $$s . . . the loan was for what . . . acquisitions and new recycling plant tech . . . where . . . would CA not go for new tech lead recycling plant to boost its green and jobs needs? I am in for long haul and taking the gamble XIDE is not going to pull a pistol to its head or foot. Mmgt. stock options and bonuses are too addictive for that . . . besides 'what would the neighbors think'? We the retail trash are the neighbors . . . they dump on . . . get it?
K
Another point . . . TSLA may be selling $50-5060K mid-size EVs to 1% and few remaining MC-ers . . . but lead batts are where the real market is and will be for decades, as rest of USA continues to be down-scaled to onion pickers, by bankers and multi-nationals. Also, new model cars are due this fall and next year and they will not have Li-ion batteries in them. Imagine if XIDE applies computer-management, based on stop-go demand vehicle road flow condition read-outs/control to the basic TSLA battery cell technology? And also utilizes circular plate battery tech it has with sealed gel lead battery (also its battery tech now in its higher-priced batteries)? And XIDE guaranteed the recycling, as they are major USA/international battery company.
XIDE came back once before from the Out-Land of Green-hate and Legal Zombie-ism . . . lets see how the cards fall.
Please excuse my multiple posts on same subject message.
Good luck to all.
Thursday and Friday . . . below $2 by EOD?
Wonder if BOD got stock @ maybe less than .20/share?
Surely insiders that own it, got shares very low and can't lose by selling above $3.
Looks like retail provided the advertising and rental bucks for Calif.
Very little word out of company on retail price of scanner.
Nor, production.
I am beginning to suspect EU TV guy and author (sells in USA bookstores), dropped some #$$s on to BIZM to help it get started.
Nothing really wrong with that, yet it would be nice to find out who is financing BIZM . . . maybe BIZM gets PR soon on say $ 1-3 mil financing . . . we shall see.
Monday-WED run-up was rather typical for small OTC company, next two days should be further revealing. Doubt company wants stock below $1.50-1.85 area. Over $1 IPO price for OTC, seemingly provides some indication of wanting to have quality product and company image maintained. If sells continue for 2 more days . . . should be able to 'pull' $1-3mil cash out of this stock for wages and 'expenses'. Then, next week another PR or two.
Not wanting to get into your discussion with Yank.
You both have interesting points.
How are the currency moves verse's USA $ going to effect XIDE
next earnings call (if we get one)? I assume we are using foreign-based battery production to compete with Chinese batteries? China-sourced production is slowly getting more costly(Mexico, is roughly on a par if you figure in shipping costs)?
The company AXPW(?) that XIDE had a deal with for carbon nano-material battery post that fit right into standard lead acid battery production lines and increase amp-hours of power usage . . . what happen to that idea? Would that not be cost competitive for stop-engine-off at traffic lights usage the federal government wants?
Would buying up some small Ultra Cap companies have been a good idea when XIDE recovered to $4-6 price range last?
Law firms are perhaps hoping for XIDE BK.
Lets see if they get it. Can XIDE stock price keep in this price range for next couple of weeks? The way things are politically (internationally), the USA government might call up and tell everyone to cool it . . . we are going to need all the battery capacity we can get . . . if China, Iran, and Russia keep pushing the Middle East counter moves to USA, EU, etc. What if Obomb drops a couple of battery contracts on XIDE . . . and instructs EPA to 'Fed-Dex'(suspend) Calif. adventures? Saving XIDE and assigning DOE to oversight its recovery and save USA company and jobs would grease-fry the shorts.
You are seeing BK or OTC status and reorganization?
However; if goes to pink sheets or OTC, would this not disallow stock purchases by likes of BlackRock and other hedge funds and mutual funds?
Isn't that where the stock option plays come in?
How does 120 year old XIDE battery name (and NASCAR Ads) figure in a BK? Lots of battery users know the name. Why 'burn' up a internationally known company brand name, over some improvable Calif. localized environmental issues?
Next 2 quarterly earnings should be at least stabilized and maybe even some positive results coming?
What if XIDE does reorganization and again comes out of BK?
I am hoping this company gets some relief and stock goes back up (at least .40-.80 short-term and during 2014 rises back up to +$2.00). Never would have thought XIDE management would have let this goes so low in price.
Will China come in and offer $2 Billion to take off another USA competitor?
Looks like you have the scenario in hand.
What a brilliant run around amba-chasing lawyers, Calif. Greens, and State that seemingly could now 'inherit' the lead Fields?
Do we move to .PK Land, .Q stock status, BK and sell USA old plants, etc. and keep the rest of XIDE worldwide market (we get to ship back into USA free-trade ala importing from low-wage/lower environmental laws country sites). Lets see how Con-grease and the obomb administration likes to eat the USA potential for cake-on-the-face and negative out-sourcing of USA union scale jobs. Congress gonna love bug this loop and scream bloody murder of America? Or, will some DC calls be made to Cal Pacifica? 'Jerry Dude . . . hear you have a problem over there . . . maybe we can get the blocks all lined up . . . .'
Maybe old XIDE management team is not so brain-impaired as they appear . . . with their silence.
This is shaping up into fun plots mucho like 'The Good Wife' TV series?
BOT few hundred shares XIDE yesterday.
Why maybe even Mr. Gates will find the time to come-on-down and rescue some 3rd world USA citizens. No telling what gems XIDE has in their patent vault after 120 years. And, some of their USA battery plants are very competitive modern assembly line format plants. Nothing like dumping all the problems and get a huge tax write-off, wash-rinse and pile on some new stock options for the team overseas. No wonder everyone loves the American Dream.
One might wonder if a lot of legal teams are going to be working shifts this weekend wondering how to un-screw themselves?
Oh . . . its terrible to see grown adults cry big baby tears in court. No golf this weekend?
XIDE just might have the ammo to 'TRUMP' in this Casino Royale deal?
Tommy . . . bot in today . . . thanks for printing the report as it followed some of my thoughts, and provided the logic as to why and where GLUU is/could go.
I particularly liked the idea the company can do monetary prizes on its games/gmabling online w/o federal law passing.
My thoughts to board is that yes, GLUU is takeover candidate. Probably 10-20 companies of varying size, including maybe casinos,
would/are interested.
Folks like EA, IGT, CZR, ZNGA all have cash sitting around, to name a few.
New GLUU products this year, current revs and user base, Goggle
growing fast . . . what's not to like? Expecting soon to see slow steady climb in stock's price. Maybe China buy GLUU to go along with their USA bacon company rice-burgers?
My money cleared today.
Yet I did not enter.
This stock mystifies me . . . yes it does have NV USA state connection (and that's how scams get fronted).
As NY Banker proposed, there is tremendous talent and 2 leading EU companies involved in its tech development. BIZM promo has some high quality aspects and some low quality aspects.
Most troubling is the need to seek OTC promo/funding to get going. Being associated with standard pink sheets rev-up is hardly something a true high tech company would want.
Why . . . if company has product ready for shipping (see their website photos of open boxes with them in) and 'call for ordering info telephone number', why no big money fronting them for production and sales and marketing?
What's the sales plan . . . it takes money to fly over product to USA possible sales meeting, etc. Company has not been clear on where its marketing, etc. monies are coming from. It looks like from retail investors? If this product was so revolutionary and potential . . . Germany government would have stepped forward with EU support and pushed this right to the top of medical grant/support/orders line. large drug and medical instrument companies would be filling their pants trying to buy it or get it off-the-market.
With what tech skills and experience I have . . . the product seems very useful and method of reducing pain and its cost in the medical care and commercial uses chain. By random sampling ratios . . . the product should at least be able to read correctly 50% of scans. That 50% successful read rate use would make it cost-and-time effective in emergency and operative/treatment backup data-ing. Blue-blazes . . . most folks can't hit anything with a 7-shot clip in emergency combat situations.
Promo-method is amateurish and path to funding is hardly encouraging for the next 'Apple'.
Shark Tank: I am sitting on the sidelines and continue to wait and watch. I do want the product to be successful . . . if only to kick the blood-takers in their money pocket . . . blood draws are an unnecessary pain in the era of bio-sample testing electronic chips. Obomb administration should be all over this to cut USA health care costs and discomfort to patient. HLS appls. alone, would make this useful product for governmental grant and testing trials.
If the product will be tested/used on EU big TV show . . . where are the scanners ready for sale? Will first contract be to remote outland buyer . . . as letter of intent? Been there . . . done that and I lost. Sales and revenues and direct slaes staff?
thanks for the reply.
What exactly are you basing your research into product on?
Is it that they chose the OTC route of fuinancing (apparently)?
Or, belief tech cannot be possible?
There is a USA doctor that has created a bood drop reader for reading blood besides diabetic use. His group sells it retail on internet for less than $100. The test strips are somewhat pricey.
Also, diagnoistic bio-chips that work on drop of blood are widely used in hospitals and some blood testing labs for quite a while.
Not same IR tech.
Do not understand why you think company is scam.
I agree most otc stocks are questionable, to say the least.
It is troubling that no major testing lab players jumped in on this tech. Could it be it upsets their 'apple cart' relationship with medical profession? If you are a doctor, you know that those past 40 . . . do not like learning 'new tricks'. What position do you think AMA would take on this tech? Just curious.
I was talking to a doctor alone by ourselves and asked him why he entering medical profession . . . he said he looked around and it could make him the most money. Doctoring has gone integrated itself into the dark side of life? :) ex-social worker :(
Would enjoy to also hear comments of other posters that might have opinions on tech and company. Lets hope for $2.25 area at least.
I tend to agree.
Its too soon to see a major price drop (just expanding its promo outing).
I have wondered what the device will sell for (I expect eventually *$80-150 to retail, though it must be $200-2,000 right now?
I have been wondering what funding backing they have (silent partners). That they decided to go OTC probably says something (they do not have large funders at present). That could change very rapidly, IF the EU Vegan show author stuff registers with the public? At a minimum, naturopaths will buy it (that alone should be over 10K units market)?
Anyone have a price range estimate for the device, at this time?
I did not want to contact them to check the 'order now' phone they have up.
Other companies have sold retail infrared-LED sports/personal medical devices for skin surface and sub-q booster healing use for *$80 and up. Also magnetic emf/wave healing devices. All this stuff is in bio-electronics field of health (big in EU). They were not medical-type read-out devices. If you are DR. in medical or biological field . . . you can begin to appreciate how this can effect tradition medical technology spectrum and medical treatment regime.
Looking like they spent some years developing the actual pro-types and manufacturing some and first tentative CTs in EU hospital.
My first buy will be a small one for long term hold, soon.
Volume could reach 5-10 with not too much difficulty . . . maybe over 15mil. Few are educated enough to realize we might definitely have an 'Apple' experience in direct medical care, before us. AS ordinary folk and traders check on . . . a nice bouncing channel formation up could develop, in successive waves of stock activity.
XIDE goes back to $2-5 level after earnings call, based on higher lead prices worldwide . . . or it gets bot out . . . or crashes into BK. I predict company is worth plenty and this is dirty pool by other battery companies attacking it. This company must have many patents yet undisclosed. Several countries would like to buy this franchise just for themselves and their national use (let alone exports in third world? l
Lead chemistry is cheap and productive capital well tested.
Cheapest form of battery for villages, as can also use solar, lights, and cell towers, vehicles, etc. infrastructure interchange. XIDE should have bot the urine battery developed by 2 Chinese student engineers. Military use alone and ecological would have huge shipping weight advantages. But probably too revolutionary for their old school ideas? Very easy to make and use. Might be possible to filter water for consumption quality level too.
I will be taking small position chance on this company.
Just imagine how to deal with millions of pounds of spent Li-ion batteries. Dangerous and explosive exposed to air and water mixture. And, cannot be burned.
I was mistaken in that you may have thought I saw it on commercial TV, etc. It was a video on their website (Biozoom.net). I had found their stock ad on CNBC.com . . . human I screwed up. Wouldn't I be great relaying messages to nuclear strike force!
My online broker will not let me buy this stock for 3 days until funds clear, as its under $3 price range.
Volume was good today.
Everyone probably thinks this company is scam.
And, few seem to know of it.
The message board content is 'vague', for now.
Doubt most believe this trek med-trak is valid product.
I am going to buy in soon, and hold some for long range.
Lets see how things go this week. No stock promo ad letters inclusion yet campaigns. This will be big or what?
No one has talked about monies backing company.
Maybe William The Kirk can be contacted for AD power, and exchange some stock for $$s? Cap Kirk should be all over this . . . he did his own movie Groom Lake. This is right up his alley. When I buy into it . . . I will print-out stock packets for distribution to my doctors. Just for fun.
Carl Zeiss and big German phone company involved, in R&D and appls development.
EU promos for Vegan and exercise freaks now, with use tie-in to worldwide book author/TV show host. I like what has transpired so far.
Now attempt to . . . get it on TV in EU for free as team medical staff pull out the corder-health readers on game field, and take status readings on players. So announcers start asking what are they doing?!
Then, reporter would go down to interviews the trainers---->We use these to measure players instantly and coach can determine who needs a rest on the bench.
Wait until this product is tested live on USA TV . . . Dr. Oz show, military teams, even enhance health screen sensor array on fighter aircraft for crews (remember the F-35 cockpit oxygen deprivation issue)? there was no 'announced' cause and how to prevent it from happening repeatedly. Caused expensive super-fighter to be grounded and then restricted in field of use actions.
Endurance sports shows, endless applications.
Company said on their website have patents, and more on the way in over ten fields of readings needs like HLS and rescue/emergency teams.
Saw the TV ad for the stock.
Went to their website. Impressive, for a penny stock.
Particularly the color photos and names of owners, advisers.
Photos of at least 2 cardboxes boxes produced.
I am not one of the 1%.
Wonder where the $$s are coming from for TV ad (2 minutes of air-time?!).
Stock price volume not registering any dramatic upswing yet.
Previous poster had great idea . . . do social media before funding TV (or at least concur promo).
I found some NASA freq growth LED lites for say under $10 (Chinese). If I am not mistaken PHOT's LED growth lites are over that price range?
But . . . youth heads and urban indoor gardeners will be buying these low-wattage (possible to solarize EMF supplied) growth lites. The REV is on! Interesting to see if Holder 'takes-a-walk' to protect his king. Another avenue of tactic . . . Holder announces MJ fed 'hands-off' position as a test . . . and signs a couple of other things like fed sponsored MJ testing research verification project, online gambling and such before he would leave.
Go down to your local MJ accessories shop(s) and ask about LED growth lites sales. Check their shelf stock (that's tells whether they are selling or not).
I do foresee a definite market for everyone that loves real flowers and vegs, and realizes they can grow indoors year-around.
LED lights are great for reducing wattage draw on houses with old wiring. I have used Chinese $7 LED lites in my house for several years, but several have gone toes-up way before their lifetime advertised. Normal lighting LEDs cast light spectrum towards wihiteness over-glare. Unless one could put a filter on them for use as grow lites, I doubt one could get full-spectrum or red shift spectrum for quality growing. Check out Wal-Mart and Lowe's lighting section also.
Just for interested posters . . . have seen artls (web-search) on delta-ing growth factor of plants and flowers through tiny soalr cell direct implanting connection to veg plant. Its a micro-amp/micro voltage emf application only. Its experimental.
OK basement boy heads . . . science up! Its said in minor emf appl. to speed growth of plant say 5-10% . . . but that's unproven as yet. I doubt most horti-folks have heard of this method. Surpisedly, some geek-ies have tapped large growth trees with electrodes to charge cellphones. Do not over-do it or tree can lose ability to draw enough nutrients and water from soil. Don't be Dr. Frank-can . . . love the earth and work with it.
Lucky folks that bot last year! I did not.
Thing that interests me is does Mr. Musk know some things I do not.
1. Has there been a breakthrough in super-capacitors. Batteries are expensive and costly to recycle.
2. With today's CODA EV China/USA Calif. BK and BYD Chinese electric bus sales in Calif. (they charge quicker than USA EV buses), when will this vaunted USA/World EV market happen?
USA economy is not evidencing jobs growth and USA proper capital investment. Can't even get funding for infrastructure repairs, that are degrading. Congressional salaries and perks are A-OK and go up, but projection is to drop SSDI to 80% coverage 2016 payment (due to overload of applications). USA claims it has lost over $1 Trillion dollars in defense and commercial secrets via foreign hacking. Yet TSLA is safe from foreign knock-offs. that's cool.
3. Japan having troubles getting its QEs to register growth, witness their stock market. If ever a nation needed EVs and electric solar . . . its Japan.
4. Now Eldon is off on Hyper-Loop mass transit for Calif.
5. Nation-wide EV charging network by end of 2015, or so, if his new target for TSLA.
Mr. Musk is doing fine for 1%, yet his dreams and accomplishments and work load are virtually impossible unless congress gets on board.
USA tax-payer (those that have a job and not off-shoring their profits) face a radical downscaling of income status outlook (at present).
Other poster talked of $80 TSLA pullback . . . seems possible . . . as wall street lenders raely let a huge uptick in stock price pass, without shorts to get free financing $$s for the loan they have bot. When you have roughly 25-50+% appreciation of your investment, why not take it and wait for TSLA stock price to fall? Cause when it falls . . . you will have no warning (electronic computerized drop).
Really hope I am wrong on above . . . but congress can't even seemingly grasp Rome is burning in the shadows outside their
taxpayers resort status. Fearful and depressed MC aren't opting for $60K EVs. And, its ever doubtful inflation is all cooled down. Do not forget . . . we are ever closer to WWIII heating up in ME . . . Arabs have nothing to lose now.
According to most recent filing, ZAAP pays more in taxes than last year. What did they produce? R&D way down. No sales.
Several more 3-wheel EVs coming to USA production . . . I seem to remember one company is in Oregon? Saw a 3-wheel set-up at burger parking lot . . . looked basically like fiberglass pull-up in front to get in . . . doom-buggy competition? VW engine?
The folks that sell nice padded 2seat tandem 3-wheel motorcycles could go a little extra and have fib glass convertible top on their rigs and install a roll- bar and bumpers. Roughly 50 MPG on highway cruise.
ZAAP is zipped . . . or so it seems.
When you keep going overseas to get funding, market, etc. and then suddenly switch to USA assembly site . . . that seems so 'stock' pinkie sheet set-up format?
Good luck . . . this is going to be so big!
Don't you just get that 'to-the-moon' feeling?
100s of thousands (if not tens of thousands) of scared Middle-Classers and poor just waiting to buy ZAAPS. Yes.
Not in this stock, however it would make sense to pay off for shorts now or very soon . . . its climbed quite a bit in last several months without middle class auto buyers coming over to Tesla EVs.
Everyone should look and see how many more of the 1% crowd are to buy Tesla EVs. Job growth is . . . well . . . not evident in retail consumer spending. Another 10 or 20 illegal naturalized citizens coming soon to a country near you (beyond those congress is working to make solid). That should kick-start USA employment figures and get legal USA unemployed citizens hiring up. Until Tesla makes sub-$15K EV that can compete with motorcycles and bikes and bus ridership (which I doubt they can or will) . . . it bubble-ville time for Tesla stock?
Does Mr. Musk knows of ICEL.com?
They have a Li-ion battery technology that sounds awful lot like his (computerized management cycling). Cease-and-Desist time?
Apparently, ICEL.com is in Cal, and may have only patent in process? Eldon might drive over for a look-see? I mean . . . GM has to lease/license Tesla tech use, right?
The 'Golden like Bonus salaries' we retail investors have provided, have not shown us any solid evidence info so far.
Some us are wondering why the company even had a shareholders meeting. All this company has is software pro-type, they cannot seem able to sell/lease to anyone.
Beginning to sound awfully lot like another pinkie sheet 'winner'.
It seems ATIG cannot even get a Tribal Casino to drop some funding on this concept. We have to let them use it for free.
Anyone one think this could go another 6 months or plus . . . in a freeze? The tip-off (or so it seems) was no 'action' last year for holiday seasons use. Wouldn't it be so sweet to have another shareholders meeting April, 2014, still in 'freeze'.
