Can someone post L2
I'm starting to think that seller with the 5 million is now done selling it all
I've heard the statement before.... volume precedes price....
does that mean were going up???
I agree, last time this went almost to 4 cents but it happened over a matter of weeks.
And the BLAQUE Capital company got paid 10k by a 3rd party to promote this. This could be that person trying to unload that 5 million.
Profitable company now contracted with GNC....
Good technical call.... looks like it's happening right now. then booooommmmm
Looks like the CENERGY line will be in GNC very soon. This is awesome news

haha true it is.
American bulls posts a buy signal and then a HOLD.... it doesn't do day after day.... buy buy buy.
It's a technical system.

fellow short
Where do you get this evaluation method? lol
Please do an evaluation on these 2 companies for me below
1. Revenue 78 million. net loss 10 million.
2. Revenue 78 million net gain 10 million
your evaluation method would come up with the same number.... whatever method you're using is completely worthless.
$80 million in sales, industry multiple of 1 times sales stock price of $14 plus...300% revenue growth ups that multiple to a $15 to $20 stock price on Nasdaq very soon.Floats to small to game this stock imho.
(B) Series B, Preferred Stock (Related Parties)
In August 2011, the Company issued an aggregate 51 shares of Series B Preferred Stock to two of its officers and directors. The Company accounted for the share issuance at par value since there was no future economic value that could be associated with the issuance.
This class of stock has the following provisions:
· Voting rights entitling the holders to an aggregate 51% voting control;
· Initially no rights to dividends;
· Stated value of $0.001 per share;
· Liquidation rights entitle the receipt of net assets on a pro-rata basis; and
· Non-convertible.
This is a nice solid close. Bill has given us a PR which we kept asking for. The greatest thing is what the PR mentioned concerning future announcements and that they are just waiting on Legal to approve the announcements.
This stock almost gets me too excited....lol
I'm sorry but the 3 amigos created a certain type of preferred series shares that gives them all voting rights. The 3 amigos still run the show over there. Frost and all other investors have no voting rights.
I agree. More financing coming, issuing more preferred shares
thank you for that awesome response
In all honesty, with those COGS percentages, MP needs to have revenues of 50 million in a quarter to break even or become profitable.
We will see where they are headed after seeing the next quarterly report. If they did indeed have the 28 MIllion in sales, then we can begin to compare the NET INCOME.
Right now Mslp is just a SUPER SUPER RISKY STOCK. Diluted at a ratio of 8 to 1 in the last year. This year they're already at 2 to 1.
Previous 3 quarters COGS(Costs of Goods Sold) %
Sept 30 78%
June 30 84%
Sept 30 78%
This needs to get closer to 60 to 65%. I believe this is around the industry average. Please correct me if wrong. Looking at another smaller supplement manufacturer, they average about 63.5% over the last 3 quarters. They are growing while being profitable so it's a completely different story.
I'm not sure if the whole buy one get one free or half off has affected these numbers. I'm sure it has. They have promoted the heck out of these products and given a lot at sale prices or discounts which leads to a higher % of COGS... hence the huge dilution and shareholders paying for products(in an inadvertent way)
The greatest part about this is that management has been keeping there word and also reading the boards here. They have been doing there best.
I can't wait for legal to approve the PR's .... the big news is coming..... weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
What is the cause of this dump today???
Total Current Assets 5,834,000
Total Current Liabilities 14,948,000
CURRENT DEBT(needs to be paid within 1 yr.) $9,114,000
net proceeds to MusclePharm from the closings were approximately $10.8 million after deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses.
This offering only gets them out of the gutter. However I'm sure they lost millions last quarter which wasn't put into the balance sheet yet.
Also a company this big wants to have more cash on hand. Lets say 10 million. Pretty reasonable. So if they lost 5 million last quarter and want 10 million in cash on hand to operate better, you will need to have at least another 15 MILLION dollars in dilution.
see where i'm coming from.
If its similar to opko.
You will get diluted more and more for a time. MP needs the money and would rather issue shares then get financing.
Once MP is sustainable/profitable and out of debt., Mr frosts investments will then be common stock on open market, boosting pps.
This company had lied and lied again. However I'm not sure where u got the no dilution promised idea?
They diluted by issuing more preferred shares. Maybe they don't affect the float today but it ruins future outlook of your shares.... Because they can become part of float in future.
More dilution will be coming. Mark my words. Look at balance sheet
I did some research on frost....
Take a look at some companies he's invested in....
My perspective is that he invests heavily and buys millions and millions of preferred shares in a company, pps goes down, then over time he buys common shares for cheap on open market. Pps shoots up
Wow, finally someone that understands the news.
Diluted O/S went from 3 to 6 million.
Everyones piece of pie just got cut in half
This its awesome news. I really like the honestly and integrity of management. They truly want to make us all very rich.
Congratulations, I hope you like making serious money, if not, u should just sell and get out now.
I've been really waiting for that hyper infusion.....heard it tastes awesome. Most pre-workouts don't taste good at all
But you would think a company going to provide such big retailers with product would need to own their own factory, oh wait, the CEO does. (:
Boom town
Interestingly i went to Costco 2 days ago and they started selling C4 by Cellulor in 2 packs. Its a pre-workout .
Maybe Costco started to realize sports nutrition demand.
Will we be next?
Very nice design. Gotta love that packaging
Sales without net income calculated for a buyout means nothing.
would u buy a company that lost 20 million last year.
And oh, i almost forgot, they diluted 8 times the outstanding shares in a year.
Look at Hostess. Unprofitable companies are bad investments.
How long has frost been CEO of OPKO
True but I'm guessing, a minimum of a 5 million dollar loss for quarter 4.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more than 8 million in losses.
But this new investor has the keys to get bigger investments in, like the company he is CEO for. However he is no CEO in this company

Thank you, i'm still watching this. Going to be a huge loss for 4th quarter I believe, (if it follows pattern of previous quarters)... more loans and/or dilution but I think the investors starting in at these prices might make some money
Starting to look
Is there a planned R/S
Is there a planned share buyback
How big was the NET INCOME loss last quarter.
Do you know how long they have to wait until they get an answer that they are approved to uplist or not.
What is opko
Solid bounce, chart looks good for take off again. Enjoy the weekend
I like that a lot
All least all 4 of company websites are selling products.
