The fact is that nobody really knows what's going to happen with this stock. Monday will be interesting or anticlimactic - that's all we know.
Certainly, there's lots that's fishy about this, but that's par for the course in pennyland.
On Friday, I was told there would be a release "next week" by somebody at PGI. Of course, some folks on this board ripped me as a fraud. Not so.
I got in at .31. Sort of regret not selling up at .55, but it was a small outlay (2500 shares) so we'll see what happens.
If you wish to see my short history as a full-time trader, you can check out or follow my Twitter feed: composed_trade. I only offer this because it sort of bugs me that people accused me of pumping and dumping and such when all I did was make a phone call. I was told about this stock from a friend of MWM in a chat room. I checked it out. Did some DD and passed along info that was new or different, relative to what was already posted here. To do that, I had to join. Figured I was helping in a small way.
This is clearly not a pump and dump. As somebody else noted, somebody uncovered this by coming across some filings. The spammers came out after the fact.
That's positive, but the number of shares doled out to different people involved with this seemed a bit outrageous. Maybe it's the norm, I don't know enough to know for sure.
I also wonder... is it common to pay executives in advance as the copies of the executive contracts contained in the filing reveal? Each one gets paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 150K a year, but they get the money up front as a "signing bonus."
Anyway, good luck on Monday. If it gaps up and looks weak, I am probably selling. If it gets support down around .26, I might hang on, otherwise, I will probably be out. We'll see.
