I think you are legitimate so I don't think you need to explain yourself to anybody.

My take is that the forthcoming company is legit. What this means for the stock next week, who knows?

Reading through those documents, it seems that most of the shares are owned by insiders so would that not reduce the outstanding in terms of what's tradeable?

And it seems that they expect a higher price, given the 3-for-1 split.
