Traders may not know the tech process but Teir 1s and foundries do. With all the positive information that has been stated on this board over and over for years why is it so difficult to get anyone to sign on. How many world records before someone notices. Just doesn't make sense. Even if not completely perfected for Teir 1s they would have to see its very close and with all the positive test result why wouldn't they want to get in first and be the leaders in the market. I'm sure Teir1s have gambled on much less. I guess they aren't just taking Lebby's word for it.

LWLG definition of near term: Someday in the future without any commitment. Marcelli near term is 13 years and counting.

You need to go back and read some of Marcelli corporate updates. He was stating near term revenue and contracts 13 years ago. Some strong LWLG supporters said they were going to give Dr. Lebby 4 years to get it done now its been 6 years and people keep saying they will give him another year. Different CEO same pattern.

If they did the LPC agreement yesterday with 2 so called signed agreement expected in the next 2 months. Doesn't say much about revenue expected. When will they be able to support themselves.

I don't blame the shorts for where the stock price is or that they can easily manipulate it or not. The shorts being able to drive the price down is due to the lack of any significant news, progress or deals signed. This all falls on Dr Lebby. He says we are on track to meet our goals but the train is always on track until it gets derailed. I'm expecting another ASM meeting with another slide of what goals were met and which were missed like last year. I think he said 8 out of 10 ain't bad. The 2 goals missed last year was of course the 2 most important one's we have been waiting for. 12 months plus 10 months is 22 months that's almost 2 years and still waiting and people question why some investors have doubts

Heck with the conferences. He should spending as much time as possible at the foundries and Teir 1s.

Any significant material event would have to come out in a press release. He will just regurgitate the shareholder update from 2 months ago. He has never said anything that we haven't already known at these conferences.

Well atleast we know their printer still works and they are still doing something. Nothing news worthy just the annual conferences shows he goes to. I think they are probably listening each year and saying you still haven't gotten over the hump. You said that last year. Maybe they will get another glass trophy and flash the hang loose sign.

Don't believe they are criminals or a scam but as most have agreed (even X) on the bonuses was like kicking dirt in our faces. It's like lending someone money to keep their house, family safe and lights on and they show up the next month with a new vehicle without paying you back. I think between free shares and salary is sufficient for where we are at this point. They should have waited till they signed a revenue contract.

The pay raises and bonuses seemed to never be in discussion for long they sign off on those in a timely fashion. Just revenue contracts can't get done for a product that will solve the world's problems. No one wants a piece of that no matter what stage of development we are at.

Looks like without conference announcements they got nothing more important to report. People keep posting everything that going on. 5-7 foundries, wafers, end users , tech transfers etc and 10 weeks pass by and no developments worth mentioning. May is right around the corner. Looks like another still in discussion slide at the ASM

Could you explain to me why short covering days have come and gone and nothing much happening with the share price. I'm being serious not negative. Really don't understand how the covering days come and go with no affect of share price or decrease in short interest.

Should have left out the Marcelli statement at the end. He was making more bold statement like then that when he was CEO and nothing developed. I will never trust anything Marcelli says.

I just wished that Dr Lebby would put that much time and effort into a press release. The board defends this company more then the CEO.
