Now that is irony. A pink sheet company helping to create laws rather than break laws. LOL...
You're spot on. And at 60% + profit margin after initial recoupment of acquisition cost, we're setting up nicely for a huge financial surprise with Made In The USA. The book will be on the radar of many interested in this hot button issue today.
O/S unchanged as of today. Just got off the phone with the transfer agent and the O/S remains unchanged at 461,206,692. So HDSN must be up to something here.
This restriction is getting absurd. I'm actively pitching to people about these FLDs, and they're having a heck of a time buying through the restricted brokerages. Most are switching to Etrade or Zecco, but some are just not willing to switch from TDA or the like. But come on, we heard over a month ago that this problem would be fixed imminently. Darn DTC...
Any word from Monk about the hold up? I know the company has done its part, but what in the world is taking so long?
Funny, I just replied to you with the same link. Plus there's the usual "buyout" rumors swirling around which are non sense more than likely. But it makes for a great trade. But these companies are worth putting a few thousand shares away for the long haul. I bought Dendreon back when it was at $4.00, and I sold in the $20s a few months later. Now it's in the mid $40s. Not long before I bough DNDN it was down in the sub $2.00 range, so you never know. It's nice to build a small position to ride with these spec bios, but they're also great for trading on top of that.
AGEN
Here's some of the buzz pushing this stock right now. It is only a blog, but the data is available and will be presented at the end of the month. The company is hosting an annual shareholders meeting webcast tomorrow at 5 PM EST. Lots of buzz making its way around this one. I don't pretend to understand the nuances of biotechs, but the data dumbed down for me looks impressive. People are now looking for the next Dendreon, and AGEN has a similar type of cancer vaccine approach for brain cancer (glioma) that made Dendreon a 5 billion market cap company before approval of their first drug.

In reply to one of the stickies on this board, the CEO said that he was "highly against diluting shareholders" Yet here we are a month later and we're diluted. Time for me to bail when a CEO's actions don't follow his words. Shocker, another stinky pinkie IMO. Best to all...
You betcha. Could have some wild swings in it. Great for a day trade for the next few weeks, but I'm betting this one might run a little more. Used to trade in the 2.00+ range before some bad data hit late 2009. But the new data coming out is blockbuster in light of Dendreon's Provenge approval.
Agreed, Josh is a good actor, and his theatrical debut has the real possibility to put him on the map in the realm.
May be a nice play on a rebound going into the May 30 release of news. Stock's been up significantly over the past few weeks, but many eyes are still not on this one. I'm getting a stash to tuck away for a little bit. Might be a nice day trade too.
Not getting any of mine. In fact, this incessant push down keeps making me put more into TDGI. I've flipped some big boards and keep taking profit and adding to my already bloated position here. Thanks MMs.
Thanks, Ryan. I know you stick to the facts, and once again you've proven it. Holds a TON of weight here IMO.
Jaw dropping results, your words or his?
AGEN moving on possibly unintentionally leaked information.
Antigenics is moving on possible unpublished data soon to be released. Interesting play here as data isn't supposed to come out until May 30th.

Also, click on download the program to see the PDF for yourself. If you're a brain surgeon, you can understand the significance of this. If not, well, it's great news.

Much better to PR it with sales results. Erics mind set is to PR when there's the most value for shareholders. Give it a little time, he'll let us know how its doing and what it means to our bottom line. That's bang for your buck.
That sux. Seems like it was a planned dump. People were stuck in a dead stock, created some momo then dumped. Frustrating, but if you're patient it will happen again.
I appreciate your diligence, but rather than posting here where you're preaching to the choir instead send him emails until he answers, then post his reply.
True. And to wrap this post up, it's good to keep expectations in check. There are many who are way too emotional about their investment here (not speaking to you) and will sell out of frustration if numbers are not out of this world for RD. We'll be just fine as Eric has continually schooled us that he knows how to run a business.
You're right, it is just a documentary, and historically they have terrible numbers at the box office. Hannover's best shot is to break even at the box office and rake it in on the DVD sales. I'm hoping they only paid a few hundred thousand for Racing Dreams as I'm sure with NASCAR behind it and the cult-like following of the karting association, it will pull in probably in the 1 million range all said and done at the box office. But as you said in a previous post, the box office is unpredictable and can surprise and disappoint unexpectedly.
I think the minimum hope for Racing Dreams is to have it break even on TDGI's investment in the box office with momentum and publicity leading into the MORE PROFITABLE DVD/VOD market.
But the point is irrelevant unless correctly couched in terms of what TDGI paid for the film. Even it does horrible by your standards, if TDGI only paid a few hundred thousand for it and it does over 1 million at the box office, that's a huge success IMO. Because then you factor in the millions it's likely to do in DVD/VOD sales, and those go right to bottom line business here.
All that really matters is to know what TDGI paid for it. If they got it for say 500,000 and it does 2 million the box office, that's a nice return. The acquisition number is key to determining the success the film has to our bottom line profit.
Rain:
Since we have some major roll outs occurring in the near future, would it be possible to add to the iBox the info regarding what TDGI acquired it's soon to be released films for? I only know what they paid for Twelve, but I have no idea what they paid for Racing Dreams, etc. And I'm not sure if that info is known. But it would be great as we start seeing box office numbers rolling in to have a printed source to compare box office numbers with what TDGI paid for the film so we know where we stand. Thanks.
Thanks for posting. Your sentiment is correct. I don't really think the 8 tom8toes really meant that Racing Dreams will be at the top of the box office. But it's always good to hear a tempering point of view. The money from Racing Dreams will roll in from DVD/VOD sales in the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year.
who got the .0431 and .0435 at the close? anyone here?
I tried for 5 minutes, nothing. Then I went to the bid, nothing. Then I went to .0478 when the ask was at .0479 and I got a partial fill. Oh well, try again tomorrow. No better place IMO to set $10,000 right now.
Got 30,000 shares of the 200,000 I was trying to buy. They bypassed my bid at .046 - actually never showed it -- and closed us down at .0435. Why oh why is this so hard to buy shares here today?
Not filling me now for past 5 minutes. I've slapped the ask, been on the bid, they're playing hide the bid. Not very nice.
That's my plan...
I didn't mean to imply that a person is doing the 93 million volume, but there is some correlation to "one" persons postings and VNDM's activites as of late.
But whatever, we have to be close to the 200 million overhang. I honestly think we've already finished with it due to the volume, and what we're seeing now is just dribble waiting for news.
I still think one person is using VNDM for their own self-serving purposes. That "one" person seems to use ETMM and VNDM interchangeably a lot in other venues.
thanks. now i get to spend all of my time enjoying my computer rather than "cursing" it for not working. what's weird, a mac makes TDGI look even better - if that's possible. LOL
I asked only because Macs have automators that can do that very thing for people like me who don't have extreme computer programming skills.
Anyway, I'm sensing something big is brewing. Website down, VNDM keeps showing up on the bid as the highest bidder. News hanging in the balance. Something's gotta give.
He has become quite the pariah around here as of the last few months. Someone needs to give him some love.
Nice, I'm assuming you must be a Mac guy?
*YAWN* Is it the end of 2010 yet?
My weekly check in holding my bag, waiting for greener days...
Yes. In fact, one of the reasons I've curtailed a lot of investing in speculative bios is just that fact. The heavy, heavy type of shorting usually comes out of Europe having an effect on the price here. I don't pretend to understand it all, but trading in Europe to me is not necessarily a great thing for us. I equate it with heavy shorting and more manipulation. Very interesting though why Eric would be shooting internationally. Maybe we're going international? If so, we're all going to be filthy rich here.
Buy time? Nice retrace here. Lots of news coming out. Show me the MAGIC!!!
Testing the support at .045. If it holds, will be the second successful hold at that level. I like what I'm seeing here. Not the fact we're down, but that this stock is trading appropriately and not like the pieces of junk found elsewhere here.
Patience wins in the end. You can't wait? Someone's willing to buy your shares (hint hint)....
