All the new phones will have GPS imbedded...Cyber Tracker is obsolete before they can ship it, IMO....

Waitedg...those guys at FASC gave themselves $100,000 in bonuses over and above their salaries. They did so by dumping shares to you and others....in addition to traveling around the world on your "donations". That alone is enough to stay away from that POS. You may make a few bucks on a PR spike, but I think you know there are much better companies out there....you have found some good picks lately...stay with the winners that are definately growing, IMO. FASC has become almost a religion to some of the longs there....I expect to see a Golden KDS for them to worship!!! LOL!!!
If eveyone wanted the best car with the most options, we would only see a couple of models on the road.... Price, warranty, service, company history.... Would you buy a car from a pink sheet company whose stock sells for 5 cents?????
Texas...there are about 36 other companies listed at the show with GPS products (maybe more if they chose to register under another product sector), and none are one trick ponies....ie, have many other products. HISC only lists the Cyber Tracker and GPS products have been around for quite a while so aren't really "news worthy" at the show, IMO.....
samule0b...Wake up and smell the poopoo!!! LOL!!!

Has HISC filed the FORM 10-SB12G yet??? I think that has to be done before the OTC listing. Check EPMI, they filed back in July, August, and November but still aren't listed yet....

50 cents a share or about a half billion $ market cap?? Are you people totally insane or smoking some really good chit??? If this company had that kind of potential, they would have done a Nasdaq IPO, raised all the funds they needed, and eliminated the huge dilution. It's fun to daydream though....LOL!!!!
Maybe you would be more interested in the BIPH blinders..... 100% Corinthium leather and cubic zirconia studded??? A self flagellation whip is included at no charge if you order now!!!
I could also say that a big dump order came in and MM's ran the pps up to suck in buyers for the dump shares.......
Waitdg in a year has gone from holding FASC to playing NMGC....I vote him "Most Improved Investor" in 2005!!!! LOL!!!!
Yesterday the MM's or some knew the drilling had started...now today the MM's are playing games.....sure...
That makes sense, especially if they have some positive news coming up that will further support the pps and attract the institutional investors.....
What are they doing????
Thanks Hogfan.....

Gd2Aussie3...what do you think?? Better fundamentals are usually required to hold a RS price, or is AVN close to a big improvement?? I haven't been following it that closely.
Creeping up....maybe we'll finally get some good news...but..
so far my predictions here have been off by months!!! LOL!!!
It's amazing what some will believe....now I understand why the Nigerian email scams are successful on some.....
Red...have they filed a 10K for SEC approval yet??? Once the filing is OK, then they apply to the OTC, when approved, they then have to tie up with one MM to list. After a month, I think, other MM's can come aboard without paying the listing fee.....(all as I remember on another stock)....
-- UH: SMSI: Reiterate Buy - Our 1Q06 Top Pick --
08:51am EDT 6-Jan-06 C.E. Unterberg, Towbin SMSI: Reiterate Buy - Our 1Q06 Top Pick
We are selecting Smith Micro Software (SMSI) as our top pick for 1Q06. We
believe the company is well positioned to benefit from the acceleration in
adoption of wireless data services, buffetted by Verizon Wireless' (VZ, NR)
aggressive rollout of EV-DO and enhanced services.
We believe the company likely saw a strong finish to the year, as we believe VZW
is continuing on a strong ordering pace. While PC card sales could moderate
somewhat from the very strong performance in 3Q05, we believe data kit unit
shipments will be strong this quarter, the first quarter of availability for
data kits. We believe Verizon Wireless expects data kits to see strong demand
from customers, as it enables them to leverage their EV-DO handsets for PC
connectivity.
We believe that Sierra Wireless' (SWIR, NR) recent positive preannouncement was
at least partially attributable to demand in EV-DO services and therefore bodes
well for SMSI, which has an exclusive relationship with Verizon Wireless for the
software that enables the PC cards and other devices to communicate with the PC.
VZW announced its V CAST music download service enabled through the EV-DO
network. While the companies have not commented on SMSI's participation in this
service, we suspect that given SMSI's relationship with VZW and the need for
connectivity kits between the PC and the handset in order to download and upload
songs, we believe SMSI could benefit from this service rollout. VZW plans to
roll out the service on January 16, 2006. VZW said about two million EV-DO
handsets in use will be able to access the service after a firmware upgrade.
We believe other catalysts for the stock include the announcement of new
enterprise customers, which we believe could come sometime in 1H06, and traction
with the Stuffit Wireless product at carriers and handset manufacturers.
We reiterate our $9 price target, or 20x our 2006 EPS estimate of $0.42,
excluding net cash per share of $0.88. Risks include a wireless capex slowdown,
lumpiness of EV-DO take-rates, and high customer concentration.
Plans to Up-List???? Haven't they applied yet?????
Nanotech will underwhelm -- again.
Nanoscience may make some impressive breakthroughs, but it will need years to become a commercial product. That's good news for fly-by-night companies that have slapped a nano-label on their dodgy business model. The headlines will only rev up speculative investing in their stocks.
(Play the momos only, IMO)

Thanks for the pictures....I was gonna order some prints, but each one costs 4 shares of HISC!!!! So maybe this will hit 10 cents today as a result of the show??? Or will they have to dump a few million more shares to pay the show expenses?????
In its weekly natural gas report, the Energy Department said underground storage of natural gas in the lower 48 states totaled 2.64 trillion cubic feet last week, an increase of 1 billion cubic feet from the prior week that left inventories 3 percent below year-ago levels. Analysts had been expecting a small decline in inventories.

OT: rickguy6...RB is run terribly!! If a group of posters want to get rid of you, they correspond by email or via a post, than TOS you as a group on every post they can. IMO, RB is set up to automatically TOS posters depending on the number of "complaints" they get. Note that the pump and dumpers rarely get TOS'ed from RB because serious investors don't pull that crap, they just want to hear the good AND the bad about a stock. I think you have to email RB to get reinstated.....than wait forever for a reply. If the group TOS's you again and again....then forget it!!! Ihub is run so much better, IMO, and as you know pizzes off many of the pro-pumpers that they eventually get canned from here because they can't stop with the violations and personal attacks. I finally gave up on RB and don't miss it at all!!! You can still read the posts for a good laugh!!
Or one could say...."Well, maybe there are a few individuals out there who would remain glued to a stock they love.....coupled with a dreary life.....and are not here for financial reasons. Seems rather twisted, but in today's day and age, kind of oddly understandable, in a perverted way."
Maybe just the stock stinks.....
Once they get the export license, do they have to get an import license for the point of sale country????
OT: Ronald...I think the Republicans left a CT with you so they could locate you at your second coming......
They need personal thumpers like they used in Dune to call the worms....sound is the best locator underground....
Huggums' EGLF.OB running again on news...Element 21 Golf Scandium Driver Receives USGA Approval
Wednesday January 4, 8:00 am ET
TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 4, 2006 -- Element 21 Golf Company (E21) (OTC BB:EGLF.OB - News) is pleased to report that the Company has received confirmation from the United States Golf Association (USGA) that its Scandium driver is compliant with the USGA's rules of golf with COR value tested at 99.9% near the imposed limit.
"The USGA ruling and the arrival of our new products for the PGA show provide for a great start to 2006," stated E21 President and CEO, Dr. Nataliya Hearn. "Over the next several weeks we will be sending product to our sales representatives in preparation for the spring buying season. We are also in the process of filling initial pre-orders and sending samples to several other golf companies and to several PGA Tour professionals. Working with a new material represents a very steep learning curve, and I commend our product engineers, designers and manufacturer for their efforts to get our driver completed. We have spent considerable time and resources establishing an exclusive and proprietary production path for our driver."
The Scandium driver technology represents a significant departure from the prevailing titanium driver construction technology, and offers balanced moments of inertia and an unprecedented sweet spot. The result is very tight dispersion even for off center shots, as well as a notable increase in distance. One player called it "Control You Can Feel, Distance You Can See(TM)."
The driver market in the USA, valued at over $1 billion annually, represents close to 50% of all golf equipment sales. Even with the four-fold increase in titanium costs, it is believed that over one hundred thousand pounds of titanium is converted to golf clubs every month. Current price trends, and tight titanium supply vs. scandium's value-added benefits and performance enhancing features, allow E21 to be in a position to manufacture components for other OEM and license component manufacturers to work with its alloys.
About Element 21 Golf Company:
Prior to the end of 2005 PGA Tour an unprecedented number of high profile golf professionals have switched or began testing E21's Scandium Eagle One shafts. Element 21 is utilizing its experience working with advanced Scandium metal alloys to introduce this unique space-age material to the golf industry. Scandium alloys were originally developed for application in aerospace application including MiG series fighter jets, leading-edge missile applications, and the International Space Station.
Scandium metal alloy clubs represent the first new innovation in golf clubs in decades. Scandium provides significant increases in distance as well as accuracy and consistency. Due to Scandium's advanced composition, coupled with numerous design innovations, these clubs offer improved feel while reducing shock transfer to the player's hands.

NGAS Resources Acquires CBM Assets in Arkoma Basin
Tuesday January 3, 4:55 pm ET
LEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2006--NGAS Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: NGAS - News) today announced the acquisition of the coalbed methane (CBM) assets of Dart Energy Corporation located in the Arkoma Basin within Leflore County, Oklahoma and Sebastian County, Arkansas. In the transaction, NGAS acquired an estimated 7.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas (Bcf) reserves, comprised of 4.3 Bcf of proved developed producing and 2.7 Bcf of proved undeveloped (PUD) reserves.
On the acquired properties, NGAS has a 25% non-operating interest in 48 gross producing wells, 19 PUD locations and 13 probable locations. In addition, as part of this transaction, NGAS Resources also acquired a 25% interest in the gathering system servicing the project area.
The total purchase price of the assets was $11.4 million. NGAS funded the purchase with a portion of the proceeds from its recent convertible note financing.
"This transaction represents yet another affirmation of our acquisition strategy of purchasing quality producing properties which offer significant upside to our portfolio and provide development drilling opportunities," commented William S. Daugherty, President and CEO of NGAS Resources. "While we remain focused on our Appalachian Basin assets, strategic acquisitions outside our core area will enable NGAS to continue increasing production and proven reserves. This transaction is very well suited to our strategy and our long-term growth plans." Added Mr. Daugherty, "Although the Arkoma Basin represents a new area for NGAS, the project is an excellent fit with our existing expertise."
Reserve and production highlights include the following estimates:
7.0 Bcf total proved reserves at November 1, 2005, 61% proved developed reserves
14,000 gross acres (3,500 net) of which approximately 60% is undeveloped
Average daily net production of 1,400 mcf
NRI averages approximately 20%
25% non-operated working interest (WI) in 48 gross producing wells, 19 PUDs and 13 probable drilling locations
Highlights of the gathering system:
A 21.65 mile low pressure gathering system of 3 to 12 inch polyethylene pipe
An 8.48 mile compressor discharge gathering system consisting of both poly and steel pipe ranging in diameter of 8 to 16 inches
An 8.5 mile high pressure system consisting of 8 inch steel pipe
The transaction closed December 30, 2005, with an effective date of November 1, 2005. Subsequent to the effective date, NGAS has successfully drilled three additional wells, one PUD and two probable locations. A fourth well on a probable location is currently being drilled, and during 2006, the Company plans to participate in the drilling of at least one well per month to continue development of the CBM project in the Hartshorne coal formation.
About the Arkoma Basin
Of the known coalbed regions, the Arkoma Basin is one of the newest and potentially most lucrative developing plays. The Basin covers over 33,800 square miles in west-central Arkansas and southeastern Oklahoma. The in-place coalbed methane resources of the Arkoma Basin are located within approximately 12,000 square miles and are estimated to contain 1.58 to 3.55 Tcf of gas reserves. Much of the Basin remains under-explored.
About NGAS Resources
NGAS Resources is an independent energy company focused on natural gas development drilling and reserve growth with its main operations in the Appalachian Basin, primarily eastern Kentucky. Additional information, including the Company's report on Form 10-Q for 3Q 2005, can be accessed on its website at www.ngas.com.

The only "manipulation" here by MM's is to only dump enough shares to maintain a pps around 5 cents. Why else does the pps stay flat when this company releases "great" news??
Gateway_Stocks...the increase in OS shows up in their filings.....but you have to wait three months to see how many shares they dumped since the transfer agent won't release the info. AMEP's OS history shows they are not bashful about printing shares....a fact not included in most DD posts provided by some here...... IMO, shares paid for the rig plus associated expenses, but won't be shown in the filing since an "investee" owns the rig and so far investee financial details are not provided in the filings....nice setup.
GOOG "only" up 5%....had an upgrade today to $600. BTW, GOOG says they will never split.....
You use an alias like "I Eat Glue" and think it's a personal attack if someone makes a reference to it???? I am very sorry and apologize!!! Is it your real name???
I Eat Glue....does eating glue have the same effect as sniffing it?? I think so.....always the MM's fault when the fundamentals doen't support the pps......
Ah, come on Beigle...you know you would luv a double in a day versus slow and steady!!! LOL!!!
