It did retrace. Got some back under .52.
I really do not know why it dropped so much, earlier, today.
Still believe this could move up again but, do your own due diligence.
g.p.
I see only 600K at .0003 and 200k at .0004... eom
You will. eom
"was going to" is just planning. Had you had your bid in, those would have sold at .0003, most likely.
BTW, the 5M seller is not necessarily STUPID, as you seem to think; Look at the gymnastics that trade has made your mind run through...
g.p.
Okay. Planning and doing are quite distinct.
Did you just plan or did you actually put a bid at .0003?
BTW, UCPA is a fairly major investment for me. I already have doubts about a strong recuperation. I've seen too many situations where a Company relies on outside news rather than official PRs to maintain a certain level share price. Most of the time, it does not last. Hoping this is the exception...
g.p.
Are you asking or making a statement?
(The bold letters almost imply a statement)
g.p
Imo, that possibility is extremely remote.
'You're dreaming in Technicolor' (we used to say...)
GL anyway.
g.p.
Anticipation of a better financial than expected is
working, for now. Shares are up .10 since the news came out.
The rest of the week should determine if this is it or if it will rise further or retrace...
If the latter occurs, I'd say .53 would be a good buy.
g.p.
The climb back to .0006 will be much
harder than you think. Just getting to .0004 is
already a problem and, imo, if it gets to .0004,
there will be lots of sellers appearing out of nowhere.
Bold letters or not, it wont be that easy.
I'll be glad if it does... but I'm expecting .0001.
g.p.
Still the same, even with this extraordinary trade of
nearly $60 this AM.
g.p.
Today's news seem to indicate a greater year end
bottom line than expected.
Probably not enough to satisfy the Exchange $1.00
minimum share price, but...
Bought 2000 shares, this AM (at Market). I'm getting that confident about NTWK.
Your DD...
g.p.
I think that deep down inside, you know the answer.
There has been practically no volume since late May.
The American Exchange investors seem to have been abandoned.
g.p.
(If, by hazard, there would be buyers galore at .0004, it is almost certain that tons of sellers would appear at that price, happy to reduce their losses...)
Isn't he the same CEO who RSed the mother company a few times in the past?
To be 'legit', yes, this company is. Good luck with your .0002 buys.
g.p.
No, I am definitely not wrong. No matter how much one is ready to spend to lower his (her) cost per share, it can become that much more money lost if a management continues to stay silent and abandon one exchange.
On the other hand, should there be some very positive changes, this company could, eventually, recuperate somewhat.
At this point, neither of us is rightorwrongand only time will tell. I hope you'll be more careful before making such a statement.
g.p.
Because very few people like to throw good money after bad.
Actually, when was the last official news? How long lasted that spike of .0005 to .0016 and how much of that got traded rather than invested? ...and has anyone found out what caused that last spike?
One who will not average down on this one, under the current situation.
g.p.
(see 2305) Here, under the present setup, more money would equal to a likely larger loss. (Even though the average share cost would be lower, the amount invested would be higher.)
No, I'll just keep that open sell order and hold. JMO, of course, to each his own.
g.p.
I would think twice before doing anything like that!
The last 'run' was very short-lived and under the present situation, I would avoid averaging down.
(from one who has, here, in the past.)
g.p.
As post 2385 said, buying 'all those 4s' will not necessarily mean going up (outside of .0003 to .0004).
The MMs have a knack of finding more shares to sell...
I still say back to .0001 or less... unless the Company starts to care for this American market. So far.....
g.p.
Have a great 4th of July, all. (Eh!)
It's also amazing that those $6K can also be worth just $1K when this goes to .0001. The principle of throwing good money after bad.
Always two sides...
g.p.
I'm one of those .001 but I did not
trade in that last short run.
At this point, buying at .0004 would be
compounding my losses.
JMO.
g.p.
(As you can see, I'm expecting .0001 or less as long as UCPA keep being silent.)
Imo, mostly traders, which leaves many new
bagholders, I'm afraid.
But who knows?
g.p.
IMO, it would be throwing good money after bad... for now.
Secretive changes, not in America, not caring about the Americans, = little hope.
Keeping an open sell order (above .0005) but expecting rather, an income tax credit...
GLTA,
g.p.
Hey! You contradict yourself again.
A great price BEFORE dilution?
A Trader, eh? It's not the impression you give in your posts.
And since when has GRNE been producing money for Nexia?
g.p.
No, I would not question the share price.
Here you are, 4 of you, encouraging each other in the hope this eventually gains. Fact is, this Company tried to pierce the American market and flopped. It then delisted from a good Exchange to a much lower one. Business is, according to your reporting, not great but Okay.
America does not seem to be high on UCPA's priority.
The SP is low enough that I'll keep holding to my shares and unless some great communication changes occur, I do not think there is any hope...
GLTY all,
g.p.
Be very wary.
Only 2k at .005.
Trade here rather than invest or
risk becoming the new generation of bag holders.
(Just my dollar's worth.)
g.p.
Will it, really?
Last few times resulted in reverse splits.
Just my 50 cents worth...
g.p.
Same here. My Broker will carry this artificial .001 value for another 9 to 10 months.
Not expecting further trades here, unless, again, someone needs to bolster his account $$$ value...
GLTY
g.p.
You're taking 'advantage' of this dip? (You are, really?)
Fine and you may get lucky but any investment here above what one can afford to lose, imo, is folly.
JMO
g.p.
Perhaps, but I've seen many
OTCs and Pinks use just that (eg fewer than -x- registered shareholders) to take unilateral decisions...
g.p.
how many of those 40% are
registered shareholders?
(I'm not.)
g.p.
Really? Which one is it:
.004 (your recent post)
This is a great price entry
0001 Soon, this has gone through many reverse splits
You're jesting, or ...
for whatever reason,
you really do not like this company.
To me, it is news. Seems the Market thinks so too.
g.p.
Yes, but it will take time.
The MOU allows 75 days for DD.
If agreement and contract get finalized, news would likely be only in early Sept.
Again, this is a MOU. We've seen that before. This time, will it be different?
g.p.
GL shorting! Today's news may change the whole picture:
"NetSol Technologies Signs $5 Million Contract With a Leading Global Bank to Implement Complete NFS(TM) Solution
2012-06-12 08:00 ET - News Release
CALABASAS, Calif., June 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, today announced it has signed a contract with a leading global bank valued at approximately $5 million, whereby the company will implement its entire NetSol Financial Suite (NFSā¢) solution, including the Wholesale and Retail platform.
The new project ranks as one of NetSol's largest NFS implementations to date in terms of value, and includes product licenses, business process consultancy and on-site implementation services. NetSol anticipates that the implementation will be completed by the end of calendar 2012.
"New contract wins like this further support our optimistic outlook for the current fiscal year, and our increased enthusiasm for growth in fiscal 2013," said Najeeb Ghauri, chairman and CEO of NetSol. "I applaud the entire team for their efforts in securing this important new business..."
Far from the minimum required share price to be listed but I think it is the only missing criterium; a timely small RS may be enough...
g.p.
Thanks, S-75, for your quick and
honest answer.
I put very little weight to charts for promoted OTC or Pink.
"To each his own". And, yes, JMHO as well...
GLTY too,
g.p.
On the other hand, "all or none" often means your order stays open. I'd rather pay an occasional $10 commission on a $1 partial fill, than miss fills regularly.
Depends how active one is and what one is ready to accept.
g.p.
JYO or do you have
arguments to support your view?
g.p.
Wishing you luck, Lucky.
All of us will need it here.
OTC and Pinks that only report indirectly, with or without revenues, usually end up at .0001...
I'll be very glad if this does go up to .0008 to .001.
Losing lots, at this point and the inactivity or very low volume speaks loudly...
g.p.
T.U., keep it that way! eom
