Well those FILINGS weren't written yesterday! If investors want to buy at this level, that's their right! Each investor has the opportunity to read financial statements of a company before committing to becoming a shareholder! In conclusion, if any potential investor is concerned about large dilution in this companies future, they don't have to become a shareholder in this company! It's their own personal decision! Correct?
That's a personal opinion about the dilution! Similar to like someone saying that everyone here is down 3/4 since August! I know I don't fall into that category! I am completely happy with the price I got on a few hundred thousand shares today..
Well for every seller, there is a buyer! I highly doubt anyone buying here is concerned about any short term or daily price fluctuation!
But this company has always had limited revenue! But this company has always had the possibility of dilution to fund the growing business! This would not be something new and the financial statements from the last decade would verify that! How could something like this be overlooked by a current investor or a potential investor? Who invests into a company without reviewing the companies financial statements? Isn't a companies income the first thing anyone should look at before becoming a shareholder? The only option for someone becoming a shareholder in a known non-profitable company is the future company goals and achievements... TSOI falls into this category!
Google: OTC Stop Loss
"Stop-loss orders occur when traders place a trade to sell penny stocks when they reach a specific price. Once a penny stock gets to that price, the order turns into a market order and attempts to fill it"...

And how did you draw the conclusion that everyone here is down 3/4 on their investment? This statement might only reflect on certain individuals and not everyone! Correct? Being down 3/4 would mean that certain individuals would have had to buy TSOI stock near the high of the the last run to .13 in August! Not everyone buys stock at the high of a stock run...
If any investor was concerned about the time required for the company to achieve their goals of the EUA and the Phase 3 partnership, why not use a stop loss? After the August spike to .13, the stock has been in a downtrend! At what point does the investor say to themselves that it's taking too long for the company to achieve their goals and I should get out now to possibly prevent more losses on their investment? The opportunity to exit at higher prices presented itself to investors and the investor gets to decide on their own to hold or not, or simply use a stop loss...
Tim is the CEO of the company and if any possible dilution is needed for the growth of the company, it would be his decision to make! The financial filings for the last decade show the possibility of it and if anyone was concerned about some kind of a massive dilution, why even become a shareholder in TSOI? Wouldn't it be perceived as too much of a high risk investment? Nobody has to remain a shareholder in TSOI if they don't like the situation the company is in!
If it wasn't the outdated Jadicells, what was the most convincing factor for becoming a shareholder? The EUA? The financials? The supplements? Did Jadicells become outdated before or after the August run?
I really thought there would be some more enthusiasm from the message board after another day of rising bid and volume size! I am gonna have to buy another 500,000 tomorrow! Let's see the sellers play games on the ask tomorrow and we will see how far they want to retreat...
If it wasn't the outdated Jadicells, what was the most convincing factor for becoming a shareholder? The EUA? The financials? The supplements?
If anyone wants to address the August pump, why not bring up the February pump first that took the share price 25% higher than the August pump before settling at .03 in August? Do you believe there was anything that could have been learned from the February pump to .17 by any potential investors before the August pump? If there is something that could have been learned, what is it?
But if "we all should" have sold and bought back at .015 as stated, the facts prove that the filings show a possibility of dilution for the last decade! What was researched about the companies financial situation before becoming a shareholder?
Hey, I just checked the filings and they show there has been a possibility of dilution for the last decade! Isn't it fair to say that these filings are available for viewing by any potential investors?
But isn't it true that the TSOI filings show the possibility of dilution over the last decade? Or are the financial filings from an OTC penny stock overlooked the majority of time by potential investors?
But isn't it true that the filings show the possibility of dilution over the last decade? That obviously didn't make some people concerned before buying in! Correct? Or are the financial filings from an OTC penny stock OVERLOOKED the majority of time by potential investors?
Did you have time to read the TSOI financials from over the last decade? There is really some valuable information in them! Priceless information! Something every investor should read before buying in!
Almost all OTC penny stocks dilute to fund their growing business! Why would TSOI be any different? The TSOI financial records reveal these statistics for the last decade! The possibility of dilution is the same now as it was a decade ago! If there are "supposedly" no future catalysts, and the CEO is "supposedly" a liar as stated, why remain devoted to the company? What is the upside?
No catalysts haven't come to fruition YET! Correct? Do you have any proof that those catalysts will NEVER come to fruition? If so, post the information because myself and the board would like to read it.
Bio plays can take time! How long does it take to read filings about potential stock dilution for non profitable companies like TSOI? Personally for me, that's the first thing I research before buying into any company! How about you?
Another question? This company has never been profitable in the history of the company so how could there not be any mention of possible dilution in recent filings or the ones from years gone by? As an investor, I noted possible dilutions before coming aboard...

Tell us about the financials that were available for viewing purposes in August and before hand? Was there anything in writing in any of them that talked about possible stock dilution at anytime in the future that would bring concern to any potential investors? If there seemed to be no concern about any dilution just a few months ago, why now? There doesn't seem to be much interest in filling bids at .025 and below!
I love your enthusiasm! Which is your favorite upcoming catalyst? The EUA or the Phase 3? Long and strong!
How do you not have a choice? You believe and state TSOI is going to sub penny in less than a couple months? The price is at .026 and regardless of how much anyone is down, why create greater losses for yourself? So you can be more disappointed in Tim Dixon? I see a big difference in being down $32,000 compared to being down $50-60,000.00 in the near term! Why do that to yourself?
Look at the bright side! People have the opportunity to exit now before things "supposedly" get significantly worse! Opportunity is knocking!
One million wanted on the bid at .0261! Someone obviously wants "worthless" shares!
But again, the company has been in the negative for years! For some, that is considered a buy signal...
Well if the company is 12 million in the negative, how much in the negative was it last year? What about the year before that? What about the year before that? The company has never been profitable and simple due diligence would have revealed that to any potential investor at any time over the last decade! It seems to me some current investors believe that TSOI being in the negative was irrelevant prior to them becoming shareholders. Who doesn't look at a companies current revenue and financial situation before climbing aboard? Then decide to complain about the subject up months later? Why?
Tim speaks the truth when he stated the January note was paid off in 2019 about a month ago! Remember? Some poster said if he was wrong about it, he was gonna be leaving permanently! I love how this dilution concern was never an issue in August! Remember? This note wasn't just written yesterday! The stockwits guy can believe whatever he wants but that doesn't mean what he believes is factual...
One other thing to note about Ichim and his over 100,000,000 shares of TSOI stock and again he doesn't take a salary! Ichim sold his last company for a share price of $1.08/share. Next, find out how many millions of shares he had when he sold the company? Next, I know how many millions of shares Ichim had when he sold it and believe me when I tell you that he doesn't have to work at all if he doesn't want to! So now he is here at TSOI working without taking a salary and still accumulating millions of more shares recently! Any guesses why that is?
I knew it was a penny stock when I bought into it and that doesn't bother me. Dixon and Ichim both own 9 figures of TSOI stock and Ichim just recently bought 2.5 million at .032! Dixon a month or so back bought over a million shares at .052! Why do these two guys even spend any money at all buying TSOI stock if the shares will "supposedly" be worthless forever as some posters here believe? Do they spend decades of their lives working for a company without taking salaries to eventually retire or die without literally getting paid a dime when it's all said and done with? What's the point? Would you put yourself in a situation like that? There has to be some reasoning behind it and that's basically why I am here! I look at this investment as not a "if", but a "when"...
Who said the Phase 3 catalyst is no longer intact to remain a long term shareholder? The measly 90 days that have passed? Did Tim Dixon verbally come out and say that the Phase 3 is no longer part of the companies future? There seems to be a lot of assumption around here that an EUA or Phase 3 partnership announcement is going to automatically change the direction of the share price! That's a hypothetical idea which means it is yet to be proven truthful! That concept should have been thought of by many here after the run to .13 in August... At the end of day, it is extremely rare for ANY OTC penny stock to hold gains! It's best to plan accordingly the next time...
Peoples opinions of TSOI are entitled to change! I am just confident that if the share price was still near the August high of .13, nobody would really be complaining that the EUA and Phase 3 are not happening or taking too long! Someone saying that the earlier run in February up to .17 and then sold off to .03 is completely irrelevant from the August run that sold off is laughable. The August run to .13 was back under .10 in about a week and if that isn't a verifiable WARNING SIGN to compare to the February selloff from .17 down to .03, I really don't know what is...
Did Tims press releases orchestrate the 100 million share trading days? How does someone coordinate something like that? He obviously didn't pump the stock to sell ANY of his OWN shares! He could have diluted at that time to pay for the phase 3 trials! Let me know when the EUA and Phase 3 have officially been cancelled with a press release...
Stop losses for OTC stocks like TSOI do exist!
8/25/2021 is not years ago! It's not even 100 days old!
He called this also!
"This sweet undervalued stock is consolidating nicely. May look to close green as news and really just people finding out about this gem will drive this well past 52 week highs. This for me is a long hold as I believe in what the company is doing and man this is unheard of in pinks"...
I completely agree Bob! But unfortunately when a high risk, OTC stock share price fails to hold gains, the finger pointing is blamed on the TSOI management! This EUA and Phase 3 can take time to happen and get going and I personally knew that before buying in. Am I concerned? No...
