I agree on the need to be realistic, and I have more than enough shares to not warrant me wanting a dip. A lot of us bought a lot of shares at 0.0001.
That is why I think it would be a good play on Henry's part to send out a tweet as soon as the financials are officially submitted for peer review. That would show that everything is progressing normally instead of any unmentioned delays.
If that itself takes a couple days, I do not want everyone having too high of expectations that the 10K will be out this week. Two or three days to finalize, two or three days for the peer review, and a couple days to file would push this into next week. If it is out this week, that is awesome. However, nobody should start panicking if it is not. We are real close. Go PHIL!
I apologize for the typos on the last message. I was just wondering how long it was going to take the auditor to finalize the financials before submitting them for review.
I thiught is said the auditor was finalizing the financials for peer review.
It would be nice if Henry would send out a tweet when the auditor officially submits the financials for per review, but I will be happy with whatever info we can get.
Sorry, from a long-term holder of Phil and not for.
Facts is in regular contact with the CEO. You can look back at his prior post to do some DD. He has called almost every tweet, and he has called most upcoming news. You would do well to pay attention to what he posts. Welcome and good luck for a long-term holder of Phil!
I thought you were under a NDA for privately investing in Phil. Were you paid off at the end of December or later, and yiu can now comment? Glad to have you back!
Agreed. Even though I am locked and loaded, I will use this as a buying opportunity if this drops to 3s or below.
I agree that most of us will not sell all of our shares in order to take advantage of the dividend and future pps prices (the sky is the limit). The laguage has changed. Just another reason to beleive this is finally coming together. You can make 1000s quickly. However, this does not work like a lottery ticket where the day the numbers are drawn are set in stone. However, make no mistake, Phil's numbers are coming up really soon.
Am I correct in that shareholders now have no shares in American Pacific Plastics unless they hold till after June 30, 2021?
Thanks for the heads up. I wonder if the tweet will come today, tonight, or tomorrow. Lets hope for the best.
Oh, it happened. Some people still have the documents associated with the requests. Do you not remember when this time last year this was vetted?
Am I correct that he only removed himself as director and not as secretary?
Facts, I know you were considering loaning Henry money this time last year along with several others. Can you shed some insight on how you were to be paid back? Was it a certain number of shares, cash plus interest, or a choice of the two when it came time to collect? I am interested as it leads to a theory that I cannot help coming back to, but I would like to disprove to myself. If anybody else that was involved has relevant information, please share. Thanks!
Just for conversation's sake, what incentive do these two holdouts have to submit the information to Henry this week? They could wait till the pps crashes next week, convert for more shares, submit the info, wait for the filings, and enjoy getting rich? Also, if Henry filed all of the financials next week and got current, he could immediately buy shares back at a much lower pps.
Thanks for the info!
Thanks! It has been vaguely discussed that the reason Henry has not just posted the unaudited financials is that he has to have the audited ones for certain projects involved with the fund. I just am not sure exactly where the line is drawn. I would assume that since the Dubai deal is to fund one of the largest projects that they would be unwilling to hand over 350 million dollars without the audited financials. However, I have no factual knowledge one way or the other.
I know unaudited financials were enough to open the Lux fund. Do you know if the 350 million can move in Dubai without the audited financials? Thanks!
If Henry is on that flight to Dubai, I would have to assume the audited financial/financials to be posted are complete, and he is heading to Dubai to collect the final funding for the Lux fund. If so, the rocket boosters are warming up again.
My point exactly! Pay attention to those who know what is going on with Phil, the ADE, and other deals. Do not pay attention to those who are paid by NMs to keep the price down. As many as we have seen show up here means this has unprecedented potential. GLTA!
Everyone has to realize that this is a 50/50 shot at getting wealthy. Let me explain. No matter what has happened in the past, the first Lux fund devoted to Vietnam projects was activated several months ago by PHIL. You can be as negative ss you want, but no real investor does not say holy crap. The key is if he can get the GAAP audited financials completed in January and they remotely meet expectations. This stock may pop above 0.01 based on that alone. If getting current involves PRs of multi million or billion deals, this will go insane. How many of you bought a lottery ticket tonight. Ding, Ding ding+!
Henry was obviously unable to stop the noteholders from converting totally. Also, we think that the required shares designated for the PPP projects were already accounted for. However, the new law that went into affect on the 1st governing PPP projects has significantly changed the project criteria. The equity requirements could have definitely changed. See the article in my previous post. GO PHIL!
Has anyone actually read the info on the PPP Vietnam project's changes via law that took effect on 01/01/2021. Ultimately the capital, security, and equity requirements all changed (increased). This will tie up more money from investing companies, but it will quickly weed out the all show players. GO PHIL!
What are everyone's thoughts on closing price for tomorrow?

I think this shows the extension of the buyback till June.
I get the record new accounts. However, based on the shares outstanding and growing, and the likelihood of hitting the expert market soon, do you really feel even newbies will buy in and make this home? Based on the other options (and there are many), do you really believe there is enough for them to invest. Most that have been here for awhile (90% of investors) know what is really going on. Does this have unlimited potential, yes. Does it offer a place to most likely loose your entire investment, yes. Please provide additional rational to invest other than individuals have no place else to put their money. Thanks!!!!
I totally get the skepticism related to Henry's tweets and actual/fake texts. I am optimistically skeptical as well if there is such a thing. I do not post any texts or emails as the majority of the info I get is second hand as it is with most on here. Also, most individuals who actually see the texts from secondary sources are not willing to burn those sources in order to look good on any message board. Yes, even if I see the text or email itself, I have to take into account that it is not first hand and anything can be faked. I trust some more than others, but everyone has to make those distinction/decisions on their own. GLTA
Cowboy is fine with me. However, I think anything predicting that shares were over the 13.47 was speculation based on the under retail conversions at that time. Prior dilution was not necessarily seen to be matched/pre-empted by a buy at 0.0001 for similar or additional amounts. Honestly, those current purchases could be hidden dilution disguised by the under retail 25 mil purchases, but why. So,is Henry now buying up comparitive shares to the diluted shares as soon as or prior to them processing, and has he been doing the same or more behind the scenes with the once per week allotment. Granted, I am skeptical to an extent as those purchases would be over the allotted 25% volume allowed even with the increased volume, and some may violate the allotted late in the trading day purchases, but it must be considered at this point.
His most recent Twitter post stated 13.47 bil out.
I know you have praised Facts for posting proof of his contacts with Henry, and I am definitely not oppossed to that opinion. Can you please post the text or email where Henry stated the outstanding shares where 16 billion. Thanks!
So, based on your info and opinion, number 1 is out. So, he either is directing these below market purchases in order to keep the pps low for a future buyback, noteholders are tired of Henry's postponments and converting, or there is some other unkonow reason for these below market purchases.
If he has the financials or the info provided to bring the company current, then he definitely has way more current financial info than your average investor since we have seen nothing filed in over a year.
I may be an idiot for holding as well. However, we know the Lux fund is real, and we have legitimate PRs on the last few deals. By fake deals, are you referring to the ADE and others yet to be formally announced. I, by no means, am saying there may not be nefarious activity going on here, but which fake deals are you talking about? Thanks!

I would think there would be consequences for Henry buying shares based on financial information only available to him and a few others while allowing notes to convert below retail in order to mislead all other investors.
So, what does everyone think the reason is for the continual below retail purchases? Lets go multiple choice.
1) Henry is buying back shares and does not care if he looses safe harbor.
2) Henry is controlling the amount of shares converted in order to keep the pps low for an upcoming buyback.
3) Noteholders have grown tired, and they are screwing him with no Vaseline to help the pain.
4) None of the above (please do not select this option without providing a well developed alternative reason)
All responses are welcome, but please keep answers focused on the topic and not the normal Henry is an idiot reply. Thanks!
Sorry , responding to a lot of posts. What “fake site”. Thanks
