Bob, you didn't lose anything today. As long as TMPS is anywhere below 52 cents, a buy-in is golden. A $6m market cap on Tempus has to be the biggest joke on the pinksheets right now. The frickin Tri-stars alone are worth more than that IMO. No note/debt is going to be 'called.' Bashholes are all assbackwards here.
Yes. The crybaby sourgrape loser contractor is permitted to go directly to the military contracting officer. Do an internet search on government contract protests if you want to read about it for a very long time.
The 2016 Kingdomeware v. US was the most recent one I read.
IMO this OAR protest is taking way too long for whatever reason. They must be using some tacit blackmail/extortion here. Military refueling is in demand, the pie is plenty big enough for all, yet they have decided they will hold up this contract with this pssy protest as long as they can, just because they got the boot after 2 extensions. I hope the Navy remembers this for a very long time. Don't bite the hand that feeds you omega, you may be the one that ends up bitten.
Its not an SBA protest. OAR protested directly to the Navy contracting officer. That's why SBA and OHA don't have any record of it. OAR used an SBA rule. TOTAL BS that the Navy allowed them to protest this way, but it is what it is.
Im thinking its going to take another contract win to shake it loose here. Seems the Johans have taken the 'we cant do anything until this protest is decided' approach. Hate to say it guys, this can take years. I already did some research on direct protests that went outside the SBA/OHA/GAO scope. If it isn't resolved soon and oshmegma takes it to COFC,,,,it will be years, not months. Sorry for the reality dose. I hope it doesn't happen.
Nice fiat NWO cabal attack, straight down $1500 in a matter of seconds. Currently failing as it always will. BTC here to stay frauds, embrace it and move on.
Amen to that. She's just another broken record. Many of 'em on ihub. Just keep spewing the same bullcrap over and over and over, and if by pure luck it happens one day, THEN scream over and over and over 'SEE I TOLD YA SO, I TOLD YA SO'! LOL yeah after moving the goal posts a few thousand times. KelliBlue, stopped watch.
Straight down $280 in 2 minutes. I call that total fraud total derivative/futures bullshit manipulation.
Not much help from the other so-called BIGS! BTC roofin it, $15k next.
SMALL BUSINESS TRISTAR LLC. in the words of Defense Systems Journal.
DSJ and the rest of the common sense world know that TriStar/Tempus is
a 'small business.' Hey insider Omega hacks, we know you are reading this, and have someone constantly monitoring this thread. Wouldn't it be a shame if DSJ were to sue you for,,,,,I dunno,,,,,defamation, slander, libel, whatever, for impugning their journalistic integrity? After all, your protest is trying to say TriStar isn't a 'small business' or some kind of other grabasstic reach around the true facts nonsense, right?
If Im wrong why don't you stop being cowards and let the taxpayers (ya know, those of us that FUND YOU!) see your protest filing, so that we can gauge the credibility of your argument? What is the big, guarded secret/s that you self-proclaimed 'INCUMBENT PROVIDERS' are so afraid of? Maybe DSJ will hit your protest filing with a FOIA request,,,,
https://www.dsjournal.com/2019/04/22/navair-awards-112-million-commercial-air-refueling-contract-to-small-business-tristar-llc/
71 shares @ bid / .2190. LMAO!!!!! A $15 deal. SOMEONE just had to sell 71 shares of TMPS right now, today! Im sure it wasn't an algo tree shake attempt, or anything nefarious like that.
If legit, who is the genius that needed 8 bucks in full 'matter of life or death' fashion? Most trade commissions are $5 to $8 or so. Dumping TMPS for this amount of money makes no sense. I call total BS until someone comes on here (since this thread seems to be the only real TMPS news source) and fesses up for a 71 share dump! lol unreal
LMAO pure idiocy, but by all means PLEASE keep posting your insane ignorance about 'grey markets' and 'dilution' when neither has happened here, and furthermore will never happen. Priceless PoppinJ entertainment value.
Bob, that's a bingo. And by the time bashholes 'wait for a PR' on all that, the train will be long gone from the station. The time to buy is now in the low 20 cent range, not once TMPS blasts into dollars.
Whiz I pointed that out yesterday. Amazing how entitled sourgrape OAR is allowed to use an SBA rule yet protest outside of the SBA box. Its likely they knew this would end up being the longest time delay of the contract, in full premeditated fashion.
Doubtful the 'incumbent' cryer, err,,provider will succeed by protesting to the same person that made the decision, and decided in favor of TriStar. Then they will of course 'appeal' to OHA, where a quick decision should be the final word.
SPECULATION on my part, I state it is purely my opinion and mine alone.
Does anyone else think that The Johan's/TMPS possibly countered OARs lame SBA size argument with the SBA 'premeditated protest' argument? IMO OARs had the protest written and ready to go IF they lost which they did. According to the SBA rules this alone is grounds enough for immediate dismissal. TMPS does not have to have a 'smoking gun.' Only has to cast a shadow of doubt.
Lets recall REG FD violator (OH, in my opinion of course) peteritcher posting here that Omega would/did protest long before the early May 8k put out by TMPS. Amazing that he/she knew that just a few short days after the award. I guess it should be up to the Navy contract officer to determine if OAR 'was already prepared' to protest when they lost. Just sayin.
That explains it. The same type of responses Ive been getting. My guess is that OAR did this deliberately as to keep their lameass sourgrape protest from being known to the public.
Cant believe the Navy official is taking this long to make a decision. IF they filed the protest based on the SBA size rule, THEN those standards and time constraints must also apply to the decision. Fair is only fair.
As was said they referred to themselves as 'incumbent provider.' Super weak and definitely proves they're just bitter they lost something they had. Sitting on your laurels for years will do that.
Yes sir I agree wholeheartedly. Anyone dumb enough to keep a short position open deserves the consequences. It wont be pretty for them. Float of 8.9m will be very unforgiving when a MM must buy real shares and not more fake naked short shares to cover.
TMPS should already be in the $2 to $3 area with a market cap around $55m IMO.
Awesome Buck, thank you. Let the bash-holes stay in the dark. Don't post anything here that will help them.
SHANA! Glad you're back. I don't do twitter. Is your twitter name also shanak10?
Do you have a copy of Omega's protest? Im trying to find it in order to gauge the potential outcome. No contacts at SBA seem to know anything about it. Same with OHA/GAO. I was pointed in the direction of the Navy contracting office/officer, do not have his/her contact info.
IMO the Omega protest should not be a guarded secret of anykind, and they cannot hide behind 'national security interests' because TMPS hasn't done
anything yet with this contract.
Most definitely IMO. The Navy isn't going to award a $121m contract without having 100% confidence in the winner. My opinion.
BillJay, IMO 'the Johans' should take a leap of faith and correct ALL the other flaws while TMPS waits on the protest. Lets say the worst happens and TMPS is denied the entire contract and its gifted back to OAR. That certainly DOES NOT end the game for TMPS, so why not just go ahead with all other matters instead of using this current 'bottleneck' approach? They have other current contracts, yes? They're still doing other operations, right? They should get off the pinksheets and get the filings current regardless of this protest.
However, things being what they are, keep squawkin and squeekin,,,,SBA says 'the answers' lie here, so just keep contacting until someone gives
a satisfactory answer as to this BS protest.
https://www.cnic.navy.mil/contact_us.html#ndw
We all agree the current market cap is a joke, it was a joke before the most recent contract.
Finally got an answer from the SBA. They DO NOT, repeat DO NOT have any info on solicitation contract number N00421-19-D-0034. They said to contact the 'contracting office.'
Apparently Ohole-a cited the ridiculous SBA size rules, and protested directly to the Navy. All FWIW. This would explain why we didn't hear anything 'within 15 days', and why we are in this insane limbo stage. TMPS is grossly undervalued, we all agree. But no one is going to load up or buy another huge block until this bullshit protest goes away. That's the reality, proven by the volume.
Yeah buck I recall all that. And I remember thinking that couldn't be the only thing in their protest. There is no way the Navy contracting officer would've overlooked a detail that simple IMO. And what possible justification would Omega have for disqualifying TMPS as 'not a small business'? Absurd on its face, and if that's all it is we should've heard something long before now. Today is 2 months past the award date and the SBA is supposed to make some kind of original decision within 15 days of protest receipt. Its possible the original decision was denied, and that they immediately appealed to OHA/GAO, IMO.
OK Im not trying to argue with you, but that doesn't exactly jive with what Omega is putting on its website. Surely they can 'put whatever they want' but likely they have to back it up with facts. "THE GLOBAL LEADER IN COMMERCIAL AERIAL REFUELING." Seems rather stark to me, how about you?
Been trying to get FOIA info on Omega's original protest filing so that we can see EXACTLY what the hell it is they're protesting. IMO if they are trying to disqualify TriStar LLC as a small business, that likely already met with a thud and was denied. Remember, they got (2) 6 month extensions so IMO the Navy is not happy with their performance (only makes sense, right?).
If its contract size, then IMO it gets much deeper & complicated (more likely since a basic web search gets you nowhere). ANYWAY, squeeky wheels get the grease, todays contact is Amy Kim, Washington, DC area 2, 202-205-6915. Once again, I left a voice message. CALL AND PESTER folks! We need answers here, and this should be public information. That is unless Omega or the contracting officers are going to play the 'national security' card. Then we wont be able to find out a damn thing, but I want to hear one of these 'government officials' say it out loud. Call your congressman too if all else fails. Doesn't hurt to tell he/she that you voted for them, whether you did or not. All IMO.
AJH a quick question if I may. We/Tempus/TriStar would be 'number 2' only if this current $121m Navy contract gets through the (seemingly endless BS SBA size) protest unscathed and fully intact? Otherwise isn't Oshmegma still 1 or 2, or whatever they are in the A2A standings?
More good news from GAO,,,,
https://www.gao.gov/products/GAO-19-480
Hey Malone, do your best spin job.
Chief, my reason for posting that was to point out that the GAO seems like it wants to move on from the status-quo. Im not saying its a direct hit to Omega (although it could be IMO) and their BS protest, but rather that it appears the military is heading in the right direction for the future.
Further, IMO Omega and its willing tools should have to answer some interim questions.
Do these Navy refueling missions have a DIRECT EFFECT on national security, and is the protest delay harmful to national security? Are necessary missions being delayed due to Omega's greedy 'size' protest? Heaven forbid, but should some sort of tragic accident occur during this time, when TriStar could possibly be 'up and running' with the contract, wouldn't OAR be somewhat responsible (probably not)?
Can a sitting President overrule such an obvious bullshit sourgrape loser protest in the name of national security? Could a sourgrape crybaby loser contractor be charged with high treason for potentially damaging national security? ALL IMO. Questions that demand answers. This isn't a contract for carpet and drapes.
A92 is the one to ask about that. I think OARs uses the KC-10s. You can look on their website. I think its omegaaerialrefueling dot whatever.
GAO report,,,,
https://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/news/2019/06/12/air-force-reluctant-to-refuel-with-boeing-kc-46.html
Hopefully a trend with the military, moving away from Boeing and sourgrape Ahole-a. KelliBlew and Maloon just vapor locked, thinking this was a link for the protest denial. Fear not tools, soon enough.
I hope a weak hand dumps and you get filled. In fact Im hoping these insane greedy MMs do run this down to a nickel, short term.
Maybe $150 tonight,,,,lookin strong.
LITECOIN continues to lead the market while BTC and ETH continue to wallow sideways. XRP is never any help.
The insiders and MMs ALWAYS get 'privileged inside information' before 'the market' does. Right pennypincher? Right BobbyWorms? How many other Ahole-a sourgrape crybaby insiders were on this thread trying to manipulate TMPS downward on a daily basis for the past year? Those are the 2 most prominent bashholes, Im sure there were/are others.
BREAKOUT!
Rob I did the same thing. Kept getting full voice mail messages. So, sent a few emails. Lets see what happens. I don't understand why a docket number is such a guarded holy grail secret. After all this is the SBA/GAO and it is a taxpayer funded contract. This should be easily accessible information IMO.
Many Thanks Shana. Thank you for all your DD here. Sorry to see you go, and best of luck to you.
OK ladies and gents its time for a full court press on this BS crybaby protest. I contacted SBA, was told to contact the rep in 'my area.' So I did and as usual got voice mail. Then sent a few emails trying to find out the SBA docket number of Omega's whine, I mean protest. That SOB is harder to find than unicorns and leprechauns. Anyway, here is the SBA link. FIND THE CONTACT INFO for the rep in your area, and do your best to get this damn number once and for all, so that we all can keep an eye on it or at the very least find out what the hell the hold up is. A decision by SBA should've been made a month ago. This is ridiculous. Link,,,

If you guys that are much more 'in the know' about this have already posted this, sorry for the redundancy.
In fact, there may be a little 'payback' protest of the next contract Omega wins. Ya never know.
Well I suppose anything is possible, but after this I seriously doubt TMPS would ever want to be involved with Omega again. Just my .02.
Your guess is as good as mine, as far as any future sub-contracting. IMO I don't think anyone from TMPS will ever want anything to do with Omega, ever again. Whatever good relationship bridge they had is now burnt IMO.
Curious though, what would TMPS need Omega for as far as subbing?
Me either. Its obvious they're sour grapes because they didn't get it. Sat back on their laurels for far too long IMO.
A direct competitor being allowed to file a 'size of award' protest. What a total joke.
