TPAC Targets Boeing’s $250 Million Bearings Business Needs
Date : 04/20/2016 @ 11:00AM
More TPAC Updates Monday morning:
Monday, the head of the new BDG will be here to discuss the 100k PO topic and more. Get your questions together. He's going to start the 10/2 business report answering the question that so many have asked about (100k PO).
Is TPAC Management changing? If so, it might be that Kevin Gould, Paul Wiggum, and Jason Wenig are taking the helm.
Now that would be BREAKING NEWS!
TPAC = The Phoenix Rising.....
From a TPACMuse Tweet today: "This is truly the phoenix rising from the ashes. TPAC faces just one major challenge, supply and demand. There is no problem actually manufacturing the actual part. What we are seeing is more capitalization is needed to manufacture the volume needed per the quotations and open-orders. For this follow USA Financial Regent to explain the financial plan for funding."
More Aviation Business for BOEING (see article below). TPAC is now working with BOEING to finalize Quals so once completed they will be able to supply parts.

Boeing, U.S. Army to Remanufacture 117 Apache Helicopters. Agreement provides for upgrading AH-64D Apaches to new AH-64E, training, support and spares
MESA, Ariz., April 14, 2016 – Boeing [NYSE:BA] continues its role as the United States’ leading provider of attack helicopters with a contract to remanufacture 117 AH-64D Apaches to the new, more capable AH-64E model. The agreement, which also includes the acquisition of Longbow Crew Trainers, logistical support and spares, carries a total contract value of about $1.5 billion.
The U.S. Army has stated it plans to acquire 690 AH-64E Apaches, 290 of which are now under contract with this latest award.
“The AH-64E Apache continues to meet the requirements of aviators, battlefield commanders and soldiers deployed on missions worldwide,” said U.S. Army Apache Project Manager, Col. Jeff Hager. “The Army, Boeing and Team Apache suppliers continue a valuable collaboration that ensures soldiers have the latest technologies to succeed in defending freedom with this outstanding weapons system.”
“With our integrated production, services and training teams, Boeing is able to affordably support the Army through each phase of the Apache’s lifecycle,” said Kim Smith, vice president, Attack Helicopter Programs, Boeing Vertical Lift. “The dedication and commitment to first-time quality by Boeing teammates and suppliers combine to deliver an Apache that is ready to meet the rigorous demands of the men and women who depend on it.”
The agreement modifies an existing contact among Boeing and the Army for the full-rate production of lots 5 and 6 Apache helicopters. The Army will return 117 AH-64D Apaches to Boeing’s Mesa, Ariz. production center to be remanufactured into the AH-64E configuration. The Army followed a similar model when the AH-64A Apaches were remanufactured into AH-64Ds.

We have a well-defined path & will meet with Boeing again up in the Seattle area in April & in China in April or May for a shop inspection
Yes it does! TPAC will be very busy finalizing there supply chain relationship with BOEING and AVIC in April and May.
Acquisitions may also be finalized during this period.
More details on TPAC's relationship with PROJEN should also unfold during this period.
April thru July 2016 should be a very productive period for TPAC.
TPAC early Monday morning NEWS would be nice! A little surprise after the long weekend perhaps? The Boeing weeklong suppliers conference is coming up soon.
BOEING will be visiting TPAC's China facility within weeks! This bodes well for a long-term relationship. Next up is AVIC!
$.25 this summer would be great! The TPAC-BOEING meetings this week bode well for the TPAC-AVIC meetings soon thereafter.
AVIC needs TPAC to help enhance AVIC's relationship with BOEING.
The TPAC Business Plan (June 2015) is starting to kick into high gear.
Yes, below. Flying into Seattle. I don't think they are here for sightseeing.

TPAC's Supply Chain relationship with BOEING is under development this week.
TPAC supplying BOEING-AVIC-PROJEN in 2016. Can't get much better than that.....except when you add in the BUYBACK!
Yes, looks like Seattle. Looks like there are follow-up meetings between TPAC and BOEING this week! Great things ahead!
Nice. I think TPAC is almost ready to solidify the BOEING relationship starting this week and ramping up in April.
What your company's name that has done business with TPAC?

brucedale, can you identify your company that does business with TPAC? TIA
TPAC should set up an office in Seattle to work closely with BOEING during the Boeing Compressed Flow (90 Day) Supplier Qualification Pilot Program (Apr-Jul 2016).
TPAC-BOEING Supply Chain Development Timeline:
• TPAC provides list of ASTM approved standards to Boeing Commercial Aviation Services for aftermarket spares provisioning (Jan/Feb 2016).
• Boeing SM to close LTA’s with current suppliers and identify any needs or gaps for BAC Spherical Bearings, Rod End Assemblies, etc. (Mar 2016).

TPAC is attending the Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit (A&DSS) in Seattle in April. This should help solidify the TPAC-BOEING supply chain relationship.
Description of the A&DSS Seattle: The Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit Seattle is a supply chain event that brings together aerospace and defense primes, tier suppliers and contract-manufacturers. Engineering, procurement, supply chain, fabrication, commodity teams, suppliers and service providers will meet through pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. A&DSS Seattle is the venue where requirements meet technologies and capabilities without the distractions found at traditional exhibitions.
A&DSS Seattle description from Kellie Lish (Supply Chain Integration, Boeing Company): "We have found the Aerospace and Defense Supplier Summit to be a very effective event to link our Boeing professionals with a large number of qualified new suppliers in a short amount of time. It is also a great way for our key suppliers to connect with new sources to explore their capability, capacity, and innovation."
TPAC-BOEING Supply Chain Development Timeline:
• TPAC provides list of ASTM approved standards to Boeing Commercial Aviation Services for aftermarket spares provisioning (Jan/Feb 2016).
• Boeing SM to close LTA’s with current suppliers and identify any needs or gaps for BAC Spherical Bearings, Rod End Assemblies, etc. (Mar 2016).

Don't forget that BOEING wants to make CHINA happy with new planes and TPAC wants to make BOEING and CHINA both happy making bearings in China.
Negotiations are in the works in both the US and in CHINA!
300+ BOEING Planes ordered by China last SEP.

TPAC EPIC 2016 dependent on the outcome of the following events:
TPAC Recent Key Events (starting in DEC15):
- BUYBACK/RETIREMENT (in progress)
- BOEING MEETING AND SUMMIT (completed/info provided)
- BOEING BRIEFING (pending)
- AVIC MEETINGS (completed)
- HK BANKER MEETINGS (completed, Term Sheet pending)
- FINANCING ACQUISITIONS (Term Sheet pending)
- ACQUISITION TARGETS (4-5 identified and can get BOEING Quals thru TPAC)

- AUTOMOTIVE MEETING (TPAC invited to PROJEN HQ in China to discuss partnership)
- MARITIME MEETINGS (TPAC has products for ships)
- BOD (new addition and connections to BOEING, NG, etc.)
I don't think any setbacks for COMAC given the number of planes needed in China over next 20 years. I think China still wants a homegrown Commercial Airplane (C919)to compete with Boeing and Airbus.
No matter what they all need TPAC bearings.
BOEING Forecasts Airplane Demand @ $5.6 Trillion......
"Over the next 20 years, we are forecasting a need for 38,050 airplanes valued at more than $5.6 trillion."
Great news for TPAC as a Boeing Supplier.
http://www.boeing.com/commercial/market/long-term-market/
Don't forget Bearings for Bombers.....I believe TPAC intends to supply bearings to the defense industry whether Boeing, Northrup Grumman and/or Lockheed Martin.

TPAC Article (January 2016) about the TPAC SURGE......focused on the BUYBACK and the PO that just got completed.
Is another TPAC SURGE coming soon?
http://www.insiderfinancial.com/trans-pacific-aerospace-company-otcmktstpac-still-surging/114162/
Yes, and whether BOEING, NORTHRUP GRUMMAN or LOCKHEED MARTIN, I think TPAC will get business and be in the supply chain of all 3 at some point in 2016. Looks like BOEING will be first, but then should have more clout for the other companies.
As noted in a prior post, NG is building the new USAF B-21 Long Range Strike Bomber which is a multi-Billion$ Contract.
USAF B-21 Long Range Strike Bomber design revealed today.....even though BOEING did not win this contract I believe TPAC may eventually get in the supply chain for NORTHRUP GRUMMAN as well. Good news for Bearing manufacturers such as TPAC.

Looked at TPAC BOEING Briefing again and looks great for the future. Nice timeline to get things done over the next few months. As McKay has indicated this won't happen in a day or a week, but looks like it will happen within months.
2016 looks to be a BREAKOUT year for TPAC.
