Careful at these levels Lerium, IMO, my family has had a position here, on more than off, for over 35 years. The are dropping stores like hot cakes and though they own some of the best locations in the retail sector their product line is out of date with virtually every age category. Until they can attract the masses back with in style products and fix their image after the coupon phase out debacle your rolling the dice IMO. Under $7 again usually is the upside trade but at these levels I would wait and see before diving in IMO
Half and Half
Did your owl peck your eyes out?
You should get a ferret!!
They confirmed another issuance at a $1? What date did you say this is taking place?
Go to any board that Ali and Ron are tied to and you will find Wilma and Krysti it's apparently a full time job for them IMHO.
Where you been?
We heading back in the right direction?
Must be since you haven't posted since you predicted the decline.
That's true.
Tried to get into fly on the wall but you need a sub to access articles. Hoped to see how much was purchased on the 12th. Just having the position and adding to it is positive. Your right, even if he picked up every share the last 15 days he still wouldn't be close to that number.
No I dont think so I just saw it posted yesterday in the SEC filing on TD Ameritrade site.
Be nice!
Cranky from the ass kickin you got last night????
I see there was a 13G filed on May 12th and released yesterday.
Robert Mead 5.27% ownership of 4,695,000 common stock
Nothing but time.
Hope your optimism is right spear. Not going anywhere, long here, but that filing really pissed me off.
Haven't heard from him since he flipped out on dude. Article ain't looking so hot anymore.
You have to admit Ali is the one projecting 30 million revs and licensing agreements with multi billion dollar companies. After reading the filing what's not to be disappointed about. Did you read anywhere in the report about revs or big company license deals? Did you read anything about a buyback and dividend return? That's not being a smart ass that's facts nothing has happened since that big statement put out 3 months ago. They paid down some, debt yes, you mean to tell me they are going to get the rest of the promises done in 6 months good luck. Hope I'm wrong but right now looking like shame on me for believing his crap. IMO
Jason N is definitely no dummy. He has always seemed to have this companies back. The FDA was looking for reassurance on some front, like you said we are not privy to that information. Everyone wants this to move along faster than it's going to. Like you stated, politics plays a huge part in the outcome. How this has been handled since the rejection letter tells me this is a formality. In time we will be rewarded. If you are not buying down here big mistake IMO. GLTU.
Hope so too, but if they think what was put out yesterday is going to boost confidence in investors with DD their sadly mistaken. Secrecy is fishy and something smells like fish. For crying out loud Ali prove us right and give us something we can believe in going forward.
That's all very well but who is the company they came to an agreement with and is the company reputable with connections to take this technology to the next level? If so, what are their plans going forward? Revo gets 40% percent of what, because I am not sure the company they have an agreement with capable of generating revenue because I do not know who they are. 3 months of waiting and all that filing told me was there's an agreement, which was old news and someone came up with 900k to put on Revo books. Other than that it was more fluff IMO
Very much needed.
Need a name of a company NOT tied directly to REVO to boost confidence of investors.
900k was proven, to a point, but where did it come from?
Other than that the filing didn't reveal much else and left everyone in the dark again.
Bold statement to say your going to generate 30 mil in revenues now explain to the investors how your going to do it!
Im long here but I want facts not dodge ball figures and secret partners.
No surprise this stock is down today!!
It will go up by days end, that was just one big trade.
It will go up by days end, that was just one big trade.
How come the board approved it if their not in favor. Yes it didn't get final approval but the new study already has been granted the FDA go ahead. Doesn't sound like their against it.
My thoughts exactly!
Why go through the trouble of fighting this when a few million brushes poor little DECN under the rug?
Is dragging this out in hopes of insolvency the goal here?
Even so, have to think it would be more efficient to make an offer we can't refuse and get on with business. Something more we're missing on this whole situation. Obviously it's triple damages when we win but even at that a drop in the bucket for JNJ.
Too quite, even for this management, I agree there is another angle.
Is there anything worse than getting beat by a NY team in the finals?
GO MCET!!!
Million plus club here RQ(riddle queen)!!
What's the new and improved news for your "______ _______" stance this week??
Instead of attacking posters on here and/or criticizing the stock why don't you post some facts other than the fact percentage wise what it's down for the day. Scam how so? Patent junk how so? dilapidated how so? talk about full of yourself and FOS. Least dude states reasons for his opinion you should try it!!!!!
No one is saying it is a "non existent type of insurance"! First, for the right amount of money you can insure anything, Second, an commercial endorsement can be added to a policy that's why commercial insurance is mono line. For the right amount of money Lloyds of London will insure anything. My point is the existence of the recall, the company had prior knowledge of the strips being recalled, therefore, during the application stage to insure that business pursuit, DECN would be required to divulge the information. An underwriter would not issue a policy for recalls with knowledge that the insurance company would have to pay out a claim in the very near future. No one is denying that this type of insurance doesn't exists, myself, I have never had a client for the need. I have access to CHUBB and can also write their products and yes this would be a area they would underwrite but not in this circumstance Mr. S
Being an insurance broker myself and not being able to know the law in which the insurance was purchased, if there even was insurance purchased, I highly doubt recall insurance, if there is such a thing, would apply here. IF they were to purchase a policy for this they would have divulge information pertaining to the recall on the application because obviously they knew. No insurance company is going to issue a policy knowing in the very near future there's going to be a claim made. Not buying that scenario!!
Only bus you should be talking about is the bus your backing up to buy more MCET.
BTW sounds to me like you would enjoy watching basketball instead of hockey. Apparently you weren't around in the Al Secord era. This is a subdued version of what once was real hockey. Haha! Go Anaheim!!
Have a great rest of the week MCET faithful hitting the boundary waters to catch me some walleyes!!!
Domination and execution are two complete different animals!!
We dominated Kane executed
Now that we can agree on, unless of course your blind!!
ksuave,
Last I checked none of us are in the know. Rather Aly or Mr S. we need to either stay long or bail according to our own DD. Aly has simply posed a hypothetical situation based on what he has read and came to a conclusion. If there is no filing or uplist DECN will still operate it's business Friday just how they have for the past umpteen years. Sounds like you have lost faith in your position happens to all of us. Too many things IMO have been put in place, taking on JNJ, acquiring genstrips, trying to accomplish uplist and hiring Krakauer. IMO doesn't seem like the company is folding the tent here. Execution of timelines is poor, yes, but this doesn't cry failure.
I am sure DECN paid down at acquisition because they were already aware of the problem. recall numbers were more than likely figured in to the price.
one thing to say to you
best team doesn't necessarily always win.
think you know what i'm talkin about
Was in this years ago when it got FDA board approval and then din't pass FDA and then again 3 days before it got final approval I bought in again and reaped my reward finally. A shame to see it down to these levels. What's going on here? Management lose their way, no sales or not enough? Always bothered me the company only had one drug. Looks like the shorts are winning the battle is there any chance the company can turn this thing around? i see the insiders even sold off. What is the long position side off this? Any input would be appreciated.
Valid point
Concern taken but I think we all know the debt incurred and if this deal doesn't go down how this financial situation could snowball. IMO, I see the debt of 3.5 million as peanuts considering the reward. IMO I think there are a lot of companies willing to make sure REVO is taken care of until this is settled in order to reap the rewards. IMO I think this process is very complicated a will take time to figure out the terms of the agreement. Thanks for the input.
Unlike JHOOD I'm am glad you have an opposing view. Never hurts to hear another angle, rather the intentions are good or bad does not matter. Everyone needs to collect the data to form their own conclusion rather to invest or not. As stated before I believe you are looking at past performance, nothing wrong with doing so, I on the other hand am looking and the value of the patent. Evaluating numbers I also would not have a position here but the patent/licensing is the draw for me.
Dude,
Though it took awhile thanks for answering my question. I would agree with your numbers according to the filing. The case about until ink is put to paper the patents are of no numeric value, agreed also. The debt for a company of this size on paper seems astronomical, however, the patents I think we can agree, is the reason were all here in the first place. All the notes, Ali's salary and everything else that goes along with it can be thrown out the window if a licensing agreement comes to fruition. No one is arguing the debt or numbers, no one is here because of the past. Forward looking statements is why we are here. If they are true the future trumps the past and all is forgotten. We are here because this is a game changer if Ali is true to his word. 4 million is peanuts if Ali is true to his word. We can all agree to that.
You and I both know there will be more PR and this thing will shoot up, but as usual you took the question posed and diverted. You can read into the filing all you want and say according to the filing this is a bottom line number REVO presented BUT if YOU would answer the question since YOU think REVO said the patent is only worth $32000. Do YOU believe that is the value and if so I would understand you short stance here. Simple yes/no answer NOT REVO's stance your's please.
Don't remember REVO making mention of a specific value for patents anywhere in filing. Heck if those patents are valued at less than $32,000 funny the company isn't already bought out My words not REVO's
Pretty sure it states no revenue how come you cannot decipher that your a smart guy right? Where does it state there are NO assets, last I checked patents have value aka assets correct? Please enlighten me as usual.
All standard jargon put in all pink sheet filings. Gotta do better than that. But please answer the question about the claim the patents having NO value!!!
Dude
Are claiming there is no value in the patents?
