Bliss, now that's funny!

Bliss, good calls on the market. Glad you are back. I jumped in ISEE and am surprised by the consolidation on PRFN, but still seems good. Hope you had fun this last week! duchamp
Any opinions on KRY? Lookiing for an inexpensive stock to play in the short term. Thanks in advance. duchamp
Bliss, would have been a good scalp, but didn't trust the way it was being traded. Did you receive my email I sent you yesterday? Didn't want to take up board space for my nonsense. Up from here...... duchamp
Bliss, I did sense the mm were scrambling for shares on Friday. That's great!
Let's also hope that it doesn't retrace too much on Monday. Thanks for the encouragement................... duchamp
Bliss, I don't have enough shares to make me rich unless it goes to 3 or 4 dollars, but if it goes to 50 cents, It will make a difference in college costs for my daughter.
so much for being "spooked". Now I wish I had bought more. Live and learn

Does anyone have an opinion on bond funds for a 529 account. I am looking to move dollars out of an aggressive fund during this next downturn, but not sure if a bond fund is the way to go or if just being in cash is a better bet. Thanks in advance. duchamp
bliss, almost bought more yesterday, but was a bit "spooked" by the downturn. Up from here hopefully. duchamp
Bliss, I like your blog page. Pretty colorful and informative. Thanks for sharing it with us and keep up the good work. duchamp
Mr. Cash, was on the fence about posting that in the first place. Now I know why. Thanks for reminding me about the rules.
We have been fooled into thinking we have a democracy here. Good post, Cashpro.
Bliss, thanks for passing on that article. Is this why hydrocarbon is on your radar? duchamp
Is anyone farmiliar with ARSC? It's a homeland security company that used to go under the name KHNA. Thanks, duchamp
Bliss, I kind of get that feeling. You are way more on the inside of their explorations, etc.., but the mystery of it all keeps me interested enough to own 50,000 shares. Thanks for all your work. duchamp
Bliss, this hydrocarbon thing has my head spinning. Hope it gives prfn a nudge. duchamp
Bliss, could you work your magic on prfn and avnx?
Interesting article in the NYT on the state of gold. Are we headed in the direction of Argentina?
Bliss, good call......
Bliss, I love the madness of these kinds of companies. Too much disconnect between business model and price, but I am actually going to jump in and buy a bunch. I hope it isn't just for entertainment value though. Have fun!
Bliss, Prfn is less than a dime. They are almost giving it away.
Frank, yes it feels like it wants to go down, but i'm feeling a bit antsy and impulsive which is wHy I am oftentimes too early.
Happy belated birthday Airdale! Is anyone out there in hub-land trading avnx? Too early?
Chris, great story and hats off to you. It's a real balancing act even if you aren"t trading.
I wish I had done that, but was a bit too optimistic. The companies I was invested in never participated in any of the rallies and I wasn't quick enough to sell. So, just trying to look ahead. Maybe it would be best to take the loss and wait for a clear 80w low or hold on with what I have, but not put new money to work. There does seem to be some sector rotation that i will look into, but tight stops in place. Maybe someone on the board has suggestions for making safe dollars in the market over the next 6 months.
Thanks for your input.... Duchamp
Is it time to buy a new mattress? Liquidity in the stock market feels like it has been drying up for some time now. I can't imagine investors putting money to work in an environment like this. Look at small caps. They have been stagnant for 1-2 years. Is it a bottoming process with upside potential or is it the first wave down into a crash? I am looking for a mutual fund or stock that can weather all the upcoming turbulance because I will not have the time to follow the market in the next 6 months.
Not sure of the right approach. Maybe finding the right short for the october 80w low is the way to go.
I welcome all suggestions and appreciate all the expertise and professionalism of everyone on this board.
ps, chris, I was surprised to see you were a grand dad, been reading your ge posts for over a year and thought you were in your early 30's.
Thanks, and I appreciate your contributions to the board. Will you send some of your warm weather my way?
BlissBull, are you the one invested in PRFN? It is an interesting company and wondered if you are still a fan of their long-term outlook.
Depending on the location, I would love to meet all of you. Been following the board for a few years and appreciate the many ideas, links, and fun here. Also, I am a cmt and have been in practice over 10 years and would love to help Airdale.
138k, Linzy..... just got caught up on the posts here and wanted to mention that I am also in the ladies camp. Thanks to all for the Valentine's greeting. Hope the men had a fine day too.
Pmiles, thanx. Shorting seems risky right now to me. I am looking to accumulate for the next long play. I think you have a stronger stomach than I have. GL
PMiles, Thanks. I am looking for a short term play. I will do some dd this weekend but was wondering what others were looking at.
any thoughts on Gold? Drooy seems like such a buy at these levels but too speculative.
Dow Deva, Good morning to you as well. I wonder if the price will go down when the dollar gains ground again. Doubt it. You should have stocked up and sold it to us Hub junkies for a large gain. Have a good one.
DD, thanx for the link. I will order in the morning. It's expensive, but still cheaper than flying to France. Thanx again.
Thanks. I have been drinking Droste for about 15 yrs and ready for a new brand.
Mr Cash, was it you that recommended Valrhona Cocoa? Trying to find it in this neck of the woods, but haven't been successful yet. Can you only get it in France? Thanks. Also, thanx for sharing your knowledge with the board. Your TA is of great help to many of us.
It is hard not to be emotional, but we all know that cooler heads prevail. You are a gem and glad you are on the healthy side again. All the best to you and all the other posters in 2005.
What if we just designated one day or evening a week (like Sunday evenings) for board discussion on philosophies. That way anyone that would like to be involved in learning or just reading will know where to find the discussion? I find the subject very interesting and would love to explore it more as well. Again, thanx to all that contribute to this board.
ziggy, GO AWAY!!!!!!
