Anyone with any powder should help close this strong going into the weekend.
hUH?@?!
The shareholders wouldn’t be statistically relevant
Thats BS. This was not known. It is a surprise. Oracle was supposedly all ready up and running. I’m a shareholder now so I want this company to succeed but I’m not going to make excuses for them when they drop the ball.
Its from today
This is disappointing. So Oracle isn’t even going to begin to be trained until Q3. Someone on nFusz team dropped the ball here.
Sellers seem to be done. Any buying pressure could send this north quick.
That would be uncouth
We’ll see. Maybe.
I’m not sure tv commercials are the best use of their funds
Has anyone seen a commercial yet?
Great time to enter!
Why? Everything I’m looking at says today was the bottom. Thats why I plan on putting more than the average persons yearly salary into the stock tomorrow. I’m not a koolaid drinker so please give me your reasoning. I will logistically look at it.
Ehh that trial was okay... it was not done well though. There was no real world application. I’m reserving comment on it.
Well since I’m now a shareholder this is “devils advocate”: they hire these firms in desperation to turn things around. I have seen it on the OTC a thousand times.
Honestly though I see it as a good thing. Rory definitely needed some advice. And whoever advised him to stfu was smart. The silence is most likely a good thing.
I feel like I have always said the tech is good. Its whether people will use it or not is what matters. The google glass thing is awesome. But I would never use it. And neither would anyone else.
ESL is a fantastic use of this technology btw.
I probably shouldnt have posted publicly. Rory will probably hold all news until I sell :)
I don’t think that theory applies here. FUSZ is in a unique situation outside or normal stock theory. It had such an insane run up a few months ago that the SMAs are out of whack. Sure, getting back above the 200 would be bullish but staying under it isn’t necessarily bearish.
All right. I can actually see the benefits of that. Assuming teachers and parents actually use it. It’s a lot more personal than and email or piece of paper. I take it from one of your earlier posts that you work in the education industry in some fashion.
You know what. I’ve decided to buy in tomorrow. 50k shares starter position. Ill shut my trap tomorrow and next week and see what happens. Fair disclosure I will probably sell everything if it doubles.
Didn't Rory say there were a ton of other schools that had contracts as well? What happened to those?
lol okay
Im going to be calling tomorrow to figure all of this out for myself. I don’t believe anyone on the internet.
Are you talking about the video where Rory didn’t understand how to calculate PE ratios?
Then there would be no need for a silent period.
Lol that sounds about right.
I all ready addressed that. It would be a material event and would require an 8k.
Any public offering would be made, well, public. There would have to be an 8k. The end of Q silent period is nonsense. This is self imposed silence. The reason why is up for speculation.
There was no quiet period at the end of Q1.
Sadly most of these people will not realize it until long after it's over.
Silence is likely because there is nothing to report. There are no new contracts, no sales to speak of, nothing coming from Oracle or Marketo. The tech has failed to gain traction with the market. When there is nothing good to say Rory types go silent. If there was actually great stuff going on he would be screaming it from the rooftops. We all know it.
He created a cult. No matter how bad things get, they seem to love him even more. Stockholm Syndrome comes to mind.
The lawsuit stems from a debt agreement though.
I'm so excited for 30's, 20's, teens and then singles!!
"no debt" except for that 10 million dollar pending lawsuit.
I know that the stock has been steadily tanking for over 2 months now. I know that no matter what they put out it doesn't help stabilize the stock. I, in fact, do know what their product looks like and how it works. Apparently no one wants it. No one is buying. I know that they sold a paltry $8,003 in sales in Q1.
There is very little guessing with Amazon. If they are entering a market, they are going to do very well. This spells trouble, even more trouble, for nFusz. Good luck.
Why does the market not care about those successful results?
You misspelled sellers.
what exactly are Donahoe and LHA doing for the company? I guess LHA gets a little pass since they maybe just signed on. But whatever it is, it's not working out well.
We don't yet know exactly what Amazon has or doesn't have techwise in this arena. I would NOT bet against them though.
