Just reviewed the RB 4 movie script plot. MGM is remaking the original 1987 movie. I was wondering how they would proceed (plot-wise). Interesting that movie plot will involve Omni Corporation wanting to sell their Drones for use in USA, and latest (released) combat military robo pro-type looks a lot like 1987 movie robot. Two themes (Drones, AI military robot forces) blend right in with the present.
Nice info.
Probably have budget around $40-100 million?
Did you see if it will be filmed as another Detroit based scenario plot?
I would assume so.
Take your pick Iran, China, North Korea or ETs against RoBo and the Cops?
Samuel L. Jackson plays O-Bomb? Or mayor?
Should bump GLUU over #3.50, as we approach 2014?
The cellphone game is way to play the franchise . . . way easier then toys contracting, unless you develop a cellphone run toy robo?
Shorts may not win this one.
Folks looking like a winner herein for us.
Fine with me . . . we should know if GLUU has The Right Stuff by first part of 2014. It should not take too long to whip up a proto for first 2 MGM games (RoBo and Bond). Put some programmers working through a weekend video clipping the movies, to the actor movement equations based on some renewed plots. I would suspect MGM has already got that done and GLUU and them have looked it over first.
Then, they made their deal.
Would you say 2-3 months to get it smoothed, audience test plays and produced.
This is not going to take 1 million dollars to get going. Just re-fixes until old and new audiences like it. Online games by-pass retailers profit margins.
MGM could even set up their own special promo codes for paid online in game advertisement specials. Religious holiday/ school winter break times would be great to debut the games, with a big TV/Facebook, etc. player contest.
Online venue becomes the worldwide casino player/user land . . . and you still have the physical casinos and TV show presentation to back it up. Drive up to your favorite Burgers Wars spot and the server hands you a free promo code game card, with your order.
What GlUU and MGM end up doing is by-passing IGT and the other machine fellas, when your cellphone/tablet/laptop SW becomes the game machine. Or, work with new MCZ game pad that hooks up to all of them and you mack the stick instead of beat the fingers numb text playing.
This just might go well for us.
Wouldn't the high $3s be sweet?
We should soon break $3 before we head down again.
What I proposed that I see coming for online-ism . . . I do not know the actual time frame. But how must pain can government afford for common folk to receive; before DC understands we are not going back to 1930's 'take the hit and just wait for the rainbow, parked out in the street, holding a sign Will Work For Anything!'
GLUU will get BOT up, unless MGM does it first.
I sure hope our GLUU cards fall into place, win and show deck.
Others have said China might be the oats we need to pull us past $3.
One of these days, we all will wake up and guess what . . . CNBC, etc. has our director on TV explaining what we have to offer investors.
I do not see anything wrong with that scenario.
Ride the rodeo bubbling roller coaster ride!
Keep some cash and keep some lower priced shares?
The 'magic' herein is folks step forward and the bidding war begins for GLUU.
IGT and EA and MSFT need more online-ism revenues.
MGM has their toes in the magic spa waters.
Traditional gaming is set to go online $$s pots.
Same for gambling and sports betting.
Congress will roll over or lose tax revenues.
Feds raided private Medical MJ Club businesses, Washington State Capitol Olympia, to lay down the law to a state that voted to go states rights on legal recreational MJ for any citizens that want to. The reason I bring this up is online sports betting and paid-for-profit gambling and gaming are new electronic drugs of choice for down-and-outters and rich folks in new america. DC comic act will not cut it . . .GLUU is riding on the wave of the future. Congress is just learning to twit and they do like to gamble. Epic collide with reality networking coming.
Online profitable business model(s) is new economy happening right before their faces and they do not get. How else will we ever hope to employ folks except to pay them to play for profit.
We are moving ever faster into Matrix meets AI SkyNet.
You can play (on the very latest coming SW) with others: you get to gamble for prizes and $$s and video candy points. Land and Sea ship casino properties know this: thus they are leaping into the gambling/gaming cloud.
GLUU and MGM is the new association. What this means is the 'Casino' property goes virtual. The 'value' of this stock is off-books accounting mirage . . . even old-school MSFT is scrambling to move into ZNGA and Face book model . . . sure MSFT gets some new $$s from its latest game console . . . but they know mobile IS the new game console. Terror in micro-ville! They don't have it!
Please rise and then drop the GLUU stock price . . . please!
Regardless of up-coming earnings news (= or + or -) . . . look with the Big Boys beyond this to up coming quarters.
The USA economy has no real hope for now . . . electronic work playing online is the best bet congress can offer for revs and 'meds' for a depressed population . . . that has no Hope and Change . . . and the government agencies get to watch over the shoulder as folks play.
Try to get your head around 3-D, you being James Bond dropping into his next Gig par sailing through a dark night . . . down into a super-adventure. Your friends (or strangers) have already their plan to wax you, for $$s and points awards. The story changes, as you and they act to avoid each other's plans. Live Life Play. There will be NO unemployment! Junior and Judy will be hooked up across the E-Wave in their basement home-hood apartments. E-Gangs will be the New Bully Pen. Silly-Con Valley will save America. Congress is walking backwards into the new territory. Scientific Innovation is the New Government.
Want to bet GLUU?
I can't believe a huge company like XIDE has no restructuring plan, as plan B, on the shelf waiting for update as needed. Not calling your statements into question, not my intent.
Humans love to need to believe the future will be alright.
Its how we manage our affairs.
Very few (if any) private or government businesses have ever thought much of disaster planning. We never think these events (loss and mistaken judgments) can happen to us.
I would suspect (as one poster commented), the large industrial and military battery contracts, seemingly would be the only USA battery component plants XIDE would now focus on as keep able corporate structure. Such tech would possess future battery production scenario for XIDE?
When you said TaTa to poster(s) . . . I had stock TATA Motors come to mind.
Not a battery expert, yet from what I have read . . . new Gel tech Pb batts are competitive for many users for new decade, or so (as they are established tech, cost competitive to exotic other batt techs and have less-explosive potential).
If one reads up and thinks a little about politics of economic trends coming up for USA and rest of world . . . we are all in for lots of change. To the best of my ability I see human species vastly challenged and not able to adapt to dawning AI networked economy and society. The NWO may become de-centralization and under such circumstances . . . batteries will still be much desired to stabilize such enterprises and grid systems.
Just my opinion, though it does look very sad that XIDE BOD was never able to achieve any sense of what their mission statement was for? They missed a number of important trends happening like the realities of working with massive retail establishments (e.g. Wall Mart positional bargaining) and need to enter the Li-ion tech area gradually.
I doubt I could explain to most why I invested in XIDE, except it was just a low-cost/small position coin flip (call it a Black Swan investment scenario). Things are never as they seem . . . and often dark pools fishing adventures?
In general agreement with your analysis.
I hope PHOT does not drop below say .03, as that would be counter productive to its image. Earnings will tell all. I have seen no evidence in stock price PHOT is selling major pricey grow systems to anyone. I doubt they have any online sales to report.
Let the FEDS attack Washington State employee run MJ clubs, stores, etc.
This will provide leverage for citizen/user protests. Olympia (Washington State Capital Dome) Summer Street Stuff.
In Washington State, it still appears the State expects to establish Washington State employee-run stores to dispense MJ? Would love to see FEDS come in and raid a State run Store. That's national headlines no one can stop . . . Great Story material . . . make a movie Lions Gate! Imagine mass crowds of youth with pot zombie T-Shirts and makeup wandering around federal buildings . . . just actors . . . out for a walk. Something like a T-Shirt saying The Feds raided my Mind Melt!
Whats next Kissing illegal? Holding hands in public Fine?
Washington DC is closing in on Legal MJ for recreation. DC now has medical MJ law . . . any raids on home-town turf?
Drone attacks MJ stores . . . Flash! And Dash!
This would make great comedy Live Stuff.
Material Law dis-cleared on Washington State streets!
Drug Over Lords must be laughing at administration panic.
Washington State citizens sign petition to become an Open Territory of USA again. O-Bomb says No to States in The Hood. Or Washington State goes to POT.
Where is the beef PHOT?
Mick provides some technicals, it can go either way (up briefly and then down).
That's what I would be setting up (if I could control GLUU stock). Obviously I do not. Without major news GLUU will generally go up and down until we get some game sales feedback from China on GLUU latest games launched. Hope against hope our Zombies ate my friends gets going in USA and worldwide.
MGM must have its hand over GLUU software developers hand . . . to ensure Robo Cop 4 and Bond are fashioned into something really acceptable to gamers and gamblers. I am trusting that will for sure happen. This is the real Wild West of Gambling/gaming for $$s and I (for one) am sure glad we are now with a Big Pockets Type (MGM). They think Big and for THEIR future.
Just my opinion, there are some very small 'casino' places . . . kind of like food, taverns, truck stops. I do not see that way forward for GLUU and gambling online . . . however how much of a registering physical site do you need in NV to launch an online website presence? Native Tribal casinos (or whatever) are seperate entities, but way secondary to major Big Business Casinos. Tribals fight against one another and face huge obstacles to continuing against 'will' of Big Business.
I would think we (GLUU) will have to fit into MGM casino as our launch site. Or their sponsored physical constructed building.
I think that's how the NV gaming agreement is set-up. You have to online game/gamble (from a cellphone/tablet/laptop) on a casino physical site with their acceptance and fee agreement. You must be within their Wifi space (outside a window or dinner space, most likely pay-to-pay like you do at say Starbucks (which OKs your access code at the register with your services purchase slip (a coffee and treat).
Anyone else have an idea how this will go (operate) for retail players online in NV? I am saying the big boys (a full casino) rule the roost in NV.
MGM is like money in the bank, for now.
We get to develop their games and run some of ours (by premision).
I expect this to be good 'movie time' for both MGM and GLUU . . . got your popcorn and candy and drink? By (hopefully) coming Holiday Season 'We has Whales Captain!), steadily more retail investors and maybe some funds also. Can you say above $3.00? Oh Yeah, I hopes.
One problem area is that the government (EPA and Calif) seems to never get it right (meaning where is the dump site/plant active over-site step-bye-step sign off). Incredible that XIDE can get away with 'fan-ing off' Judge Judy . . . 'I don't think we can get a recovery plan set-up in 6-9 months, Judge . . . is that OK Sir?' My guess is they already have had the plan for years.
Revealing that the Judge does not demand (in public for XIDE) exploration for such a plan in XIDE files or fines them for contempt and disrespect of Court.
No wonder everyone goes to Delaware to get 'justice'.
Want to make a bet some of those problem plants get tossed over to the Feds, to add to their non-achieved list? 'Hope' will not 'Change' anything.
Never hire a lawyer and a social worker to create the new american energy dream.
Got to love Battery Wars.
MGM appears to now be in position (visa its holding warrants) to either block any potential hostile takeover of GLUU, or to now have an extra card in its possible future hand in online gaming dreams. This is encouraging news to me . . . though it may be confusing to some others. Through its warrants, MGM is also again leveraged for Asian 'adventures'. MGM may know something none of us knows about 'What's Up Doc?' in rice burger land. I am holding my shares, so please bank it down so I can add some more---please!
This is one of the easiest online gaming/gambling plays that is establishing itself slowly in this market space. MGM manuvering was impressive . . . for peanuts they secured another option to either protect or enhance their future.
Our GLUU next quarter earnings should show positive slant.
We are banging on resistance door around $3.
If someone (hint, hint) is buying under $3 . . . they could get nice free warrants sandwich say about $3.25-3.50?
Forget the drop 'noise' caused by ZNGA outing USA online gambling.
Just invite them over to our board.
Why not start wondering who could get the ear of the NV gaming paper pushers for a GLUU Lic. A OK. Desert Mirage eventing down the road?
RoboCop 4 meets the Dome Zombies and James Bond goes to Vegas to help Pussy Galore and her girls take down the Precious Metal Wolfs. This could work.
I am replying to my own post, as I forgot to mention be extra care about being around banks of LEDs. Wear wide-berm hat, quality sun-glasses, gloves and long-sleeve shirt. Better to be very careful than not.
LEDS are way more focused on a spot spectrum wavelength load.
You know about lasers and eye damage. LEDs are steps closer to laser spectrum and focused light source, than regular lights. Do not look at LEDs straight-on. Ask your doctor or eye glass person and aviation/lighting techs.
This is all new stuff . . . and you know what happens to 'first in' users in every tech field . . . they become experimental subjects. Daa!
Thanks for the site from board, I am sure all appreciate the info.
Looks like (without checking) that all or most of their lites are from China.
Again, USA falls behind by trying to 'cost-up' this simple technology.
CREE for instance, is price nuts. Buy USA and get screw-drivers or same from China.
I am thinking of taking ordinary small LED flashlites battery powered or can be solarized easy enough, ganging them in multi-spectral appls. and growing some vegies indoors for a first try. So if I am doing so . . . I suspect others are getting into home boy stuff DIY set-ups also.
I guess that makes me a cheap-skate?
PHOT still has not showed its investors (and we are not matrix volunteers or sheep-heads), any direct evidence of caring about PR and their image with us.
That tells me they are way behind the curve in learning.
Perhaps the new hired talent can right their ship compass path.
We retail investors will, of course, pay for their salaries.
PHOT has about 1-2 years time span to get an act going, or others will just step in and over their remains. PHOT (to me) was shown no hard evidence they can operate a chain of retail stores, an online business, or present professional image. Within 6 months, we will know if they have made meaningful progress?
Another angle.
Note that online gambling/gaming/security safety issues/gun control/Mid-East (what's up Doc . . . T-Peopl?}, 'Show-Shine whistling' Dixie in Russia . . . looks like high ups have plenty on the table. Not much room or time for current administration (right now) to solve any MJ issues. Soon another 3-6 states could approve at least medical MJ. Then, its in Congressional basket to at least free states to do MJ with appropriate basic overlay of federal standards.
I am not a SW person, just thinking the box.
I doubt PHOT could fund/create a SW system for grow tools industry that wo;uld be meaningful, but I could be wrong.
My hope is that PHOT would just make up a simple/tablet or laptop managed grow system SW also.
Then, sell it for easy purchase by small time home gardeners and growers.
You can automate a stepper motor or electrical valve relay for peanuts with off-the-shelf tech objects, DIY stuff. At least one major phone SW provider has it ready to download as app. for whatever use.
Could be wrong but I do not see 1000s of large grow culture buyers, as most will probably be one-two person ops, for self use. I heard of a guy that took his IRA savings and set up an independent grow house, but his business plan is far less then perfect (unless he has free transportation to armers markets). This any the 1930s . . . when little businesses can show up at the local graocery store and they will buy their vegies and grow. I once knew an old time farmer that made beer nuts from corn, packaged it and sold it to taverns. Now days . . . you can lose your tavern lic. if caught doing that.
Our government is dimmer that a rusty lite-bulb.
Instead of promoting very small and local businesses with oversight . . . they fight that concept. Small business (to feds) is way over $1 million annual accounting size.
Another angle in all this: does anyone think large well-set-up 'other market' growers are going to stand by and just watch their profits and sales move away and how is it they are able to continue (in-country) to continue to have large grow farms? PHOT will not be selling things to them its doubtful.
Next earnings report from PHOT could be up 1000% . . . but from what . . . small baseline? PHOT . . . if it happens . . . might be a lot of months from significant upgrades by anyone . . . but their own drummer.
If we do not get much above .04 . . . then the 'other' option is to drop what?
I think I should shut-up now . . . and just sit back and read the posters.
A steady fortune to all!
Shouldn't some of this software (ERP) be available in rudimentary form . . . over-the-counter retail?
I am hoping they (PHOT) are not using this PR to buy some $1-200K install package. Seems they could easily hire a number of unemployed persons that could SW design a specialty ERP pack for not too much $$s? Am I missing how complicated this is?
It will take them many months to get this going, unless they start with a typical shell product and one that can be added to quite easily.t
In my opinion . . . which is nothing worthwhile . . . PHOT will need to buy a simple scanner/reader tag sit-up and code read (scan) the packaging labels right into their system. A simple card reader hand-held should get them up and running. Retail accounting program would save and document each piece as it moves bout from warehouse grow stage i. . . to retail sale. I doubt (Lthough I may be wrong) and of their initial stores will hire more then say 3-6 employees per store. Your thoughts? Are you seeing this company (PHOT) as the next APPLE or Amazon of weed grow supplies? The ERP news is great, but PHOT has yet to show its a class act. Do not forget the Feds have 'canned' a number of Calif. outlets, and might seize the PHOT sales records. That does not scenario will for immediate sales increases. It will be months (maybe many) before the 'flight line' is cleared for takeoff.
The latest PRs have not served in any way to lift-off the PHOT stock.
We have more interested buyers, but they are buying for hold status @ .04, I suspect. gamblers just like me and others. Its not little folks like me that are day-trading this stock. they appearto be 'Quant' vacumn set-ups.
Note that with electronic cigs (including those using 'different' oils) . . . big players are threatening to drop mega $$s on this nascent industry.
Its a big question mark, if Amazon and Lowes types will step on the likes of PHOT. Research who bot Blue E-Cigs, advertised on TV.
Lets truly hope so.
I think its kind of a losing battle to put normal folks in jail (just fine them) for drug of choice (if that's the case smoking cigs and drinking rocket fuel--> by Al content definition). thats a real bad economical ploan (over half the population in jail eventaully and unable to get jobs afterwards). If you fine them---its a form of universal health care plan---the fine = your health care prenimm). If you really want to make it simple . . . just issue everyone an electronic networking card with their photo on it, etc. info. Now that's real national planning that could help save USA and open the doors for companies like PHOT. Most of The Dome Zombies were never capable (or trained by media hookup), to think clearly.
Not sure if PHOT has The Right Stuff (management wise and business plan), to reach something beyond say .25 or even maybe $1. We shall see.
My eye doctor (I live in Washington State) does not want my IOP eye pressure lowered anymore from its current range. I can't eat or drink or smoke MJ. I do support freedom of choice for others though.
Most investors here on this board do not seem to understand a company thats this young in age (PHOT) that actively seeks their intial funding round(s) from issuing stock (without reeal good sales volume and revs from their products) . . . is kind of strange . . . that's a nice way to say it.
The real test for PHOT (in my opinion) comes next year, as MJ politics heats up and government has to take a stand. I would be happy with .15-.40 stock price . . . buts that is just me.
I do not expect we are ready to set-up a $$s bubble grown station on the moon quite yet. But I would take $5/share for some PHOT I kept just to see how far WonderLand can twist.
Great news . . . thanks from the board.
Zombies is in . . play on movie and TV series.
Should have made it possible for everyone to dress up their facebook image and jump graph it over into a game care-ick-tor. Just imagine the fun of being your own player profile in Zombie Dome. Yes . . . the company can use my idea . . . why would anyone care . . . right on . . . in the new ZeroLand Economy: Data Mining will bring recovery to America.
Detroit . . . we alls have the cool one . . . Robo 4 fights the Zombs.
Personally, I now understand that I misread the XIDE situation potential from the git-go.
I assumed XIDE would tighten up their belt and get with it . . . afterall they have a big public recognition factor (over 120 years of USA and world business record). And, naturally, like everyone else I also figured a big corporation has decent management and can be a turn-around. However; now I see XIDE is just manuvering to avoid fines, etc.? The court system will create the battery business model. I guess if one can lay enough paper down . . . you can wall on water.
They (XIDE) are playing the card game in the dark and us investors can only listen for strange sounds. Its looking more and more like the outcome depends on when (not whether) government can accomodate the company apparent desire to drop all its bad operational sites on anyone willing to take them.
I think most of us look at a stock, and virtually all the info we see is out-dated or very suspect. We are caught up in a tech-focused casino game.
Its true that probability is a 50-50 coin flip (any number of reasons will intervene to smooth the distribution curve into a graph sine wave). What the textbooks do not emphasis is the noise fluctuates the graph when you zoom in to a particular spot in time period on that graph. The best bet is either sell everything and take the tax-loss, or go sit on the curb . . . drink your choice . . . and await the possibility part of USA XIDE will survive (as Yank tells us the Gel battery tech is the better bet to survive intact). The big unknown is whether anyone will buy what part of XIDE and will they keep the XIDE trademark? Doubtful the USA military will want to accept Chinese owned XIDE battery tech in their systems.
Thus, my feeling is O-Bomb will cellphone up with Calif. and his Right Wing Buds and plan some face savings rescue.
This creates a better than 25% prob that XIDE USA survives in some form.
And it may well be that that survival is the bet to take? Time awaits.
Now . . . now.
Remember Dick Cheney is associated with Is-real . . . anything that has say 5 test subjects is really solid stuff!
Be nice . . . its Full Moon time.
We must not dis on those that believe we are on the way to Blue Chip status . . . anything is possible in an infinite universe, that periodically implodes on itself.
Reality, of course, is PHOT gets to say .07-.19 in next run-up from Nov 2013 to July 2014.
Positive note: the boys and girls at PHOT have finally realized new faces are needed to PR our little cup cake. They are only roughly 6 months begin the curve.
On a lighter subject . . . Wash DC is close to going full legalization for MJ.
Now all the REC summer interns can perform at maximum potential and not get the evil eye from the mother hoving drones as they rush down and back from the street vendors. See Divine Code can be written.
Everyone outside The Dome can now legally do high 5s as they twitter between roll-calls?
Detroit will be saved when 'Hoped and Chained' . . . returns the hood to glory when a new presidential library funded by whatever . . . 'pops' up and another park for the homeless is created nearby. Actually De-rot will become a magnetic enterprise zone for returning overseas multi-national to create new factories . . . with federally tax-free status.
In Robo-Cop 3 . . . Japan mega-corporation saves Detroit . . . maybe they will make Robo 4 therein and China could step in as new owner/developer?
Phot would do nicely in such an environ.
Then it would most truly become a blue chip?
I can't remember . . . which comes first . . . Alice To The Moon! Or, is it hard quarterly rising profits?
I still hold for the Rush To Judgment you just know our PHOT will have.
Perhaps we should take note and chart the response times and comment of posters as the moon cycles. Or, fun indeed, of responding positive to negative posts ratios.
BAC has more layoffs, FedX business traffic delivers lessen, the Big Mac gets Mac-ed as sales drop off . . . and as one poster on a distant forum in another galaxy commented . . . divide the FED monthly $85 T-Bill purchases by number of monthly part-timer and low wage jobs created = roughly $700K/job created. Wow!
Maybe we should just give everyone in america including illegals $50K/person and see if the economy recovers real fast. And, they would have to pay taxes when they spend it. That means even PHOT might just get some purchases of its $200 Hamburger MJ grow machines. And, we could afford lifetimes retirements for Congress, for only one term in office!
Had not thought of Japanese angle/angel.
The (Japanese) do not lie around on BODs . . . they like results.
The Asians (including China) send their best people, bring $$s and can prepare a reorganization business plan very very quickly. Would it not be nice to see such happen and presented publicly in court brief . . . as they stand up and petition the court to make a direct offer (of course, with cash in several open brief cases with guards and lay copies of a reorganization plan around the tables? I love drama and directness. That would get front page/evening news headlines!!
The Pig is done . . . come get your BQ ribs!!
TECHNOLOGY: Nissan is having some troubles getting its EV North American Sales, and EU car companies have really good battery research and car designs coming strong!
On XIDE Naval battery production: is that to be craved off along with cellphone tower battery business? Does it not kind of seem bad business . . . to drop that end of XIDE business domestically? China might not be able to swing those plants into a USA XIDE battery business buyout (strategic security/defense issues . . . my . . . do we have to give them everything! Japan probably could swing those parts of the domestic USA business. Would XIDE BOD ask for royalties on such given production run?
Poor fellows need MORE to save face. New GLUU game for cellphones, etc. "Zombies Ate My Friends" . . . maybe there is room for "Zombies ate my BOD'?
US Army amongst others . . . including NASA have made atomic low-level waste batteries since the 1950s or there about . . . wouldn't that change the battery world equation? They cost (right now) plenty, but lots of 'For Free' yard sale nuclear waste sitting around all over the world. Thus, could shoot two birds with one bullet/sling stone . . . USA gets nuclear waste dump at XIDE disaster plants and XIDE makes some money, plus nuclear batteries would be guarded by troops in lead suit armour and government has investment that earns $$s for general fund games as active cell tower/grid hooked power source. I better be careful they might actually see something worthwhile lin above to cut the deficit and clean up nuclear industry mess and make USA energy independent. And you would not have to Frack the drinking water. Maybe I could become energy sectry. , for one day before my self-driving limo software got hacked on the freeway?
Everything rests on the desperation of smart phone users to spend for revamped old school game scenarios. What could go wrong in an improving networking economy? Please push us pass $3.25 . . . yes!
Wonder if MGM warrants represent first stage of toes-across-the-waters for a buyout? Online gaming/gambling for pay is next stage of Wild West Frontier for the Future Economy. Wonder if Hope-and-Change is focused on saving Detroit now . . . that would fit right in . . . remember RoboCop series is based on the rise of a certain city . . . you know. This could get 'Very Interesting' . . . Bug-Z . . . just imagine the Zombie Pac-Mans eating up Detroit! Dudes we are Holly Bolly Gold Award stuff . . . lets all call LionsGate! Pacific rim Pizza eat-out with the Vampires meats the Zombie Bus Station Freaks!
ZNGA is g;oing to so put out!
Extremely blunt Yank.
You have this depth perception of seeing into things.
The board and I thank you.
Technology.
Would the Chinese see this lead ship as a skip-hop-and-a-jump option to get right into the USA domestic battery marketplace? You bye pass GO (the legal mess of incorporating in USA and take-over a failed USA company entity for peanuts and a cup or two of rice options). Is this kind of what they (the Chinese) hope to accomplish with AONE? XIDE becomes their backup plan, if AONE fails.
Your post shows a whole different slant on 'Whats Up Doc?'.
Maybe XIDE becomes movie Wall Street 3? When the old fella is dying the Strip Vultures close in. Junk Dealers Forever! New lexi-con for America's future to profits program . . . or nature meets itself in the strip mall mirror . . . who ha . . . writing briefs is real work!
As we have surmised . . . new owners or winners . . . get to dump the lead sled band onto the willing few in the audience of pain. Rush should jump right on this as vindication America is coming back! Efficient Market Hypo and all that. When the Free Market Bubble tops out . . . the new profit waveform is controlled strip clubbing.
I know nothing of the man.
Just looks to me like he kissed this BOD and his upper urber leader . . . bye . . . bye boys. Connotes project failure for XIDE?
He is getting out before someone pins something on him . . . 'we were there . . . but we are not responsible'---> We are angels. Someone else did it. Hint, Hint---Wink, Wink. One less person dances around the empty chairs of responsibility? Lets see what other company wants to hire the guy and that will tell us how valuable he was (is). Would be nice to know what kind of 'leave package' he got.
Bluntly (and no offensive to the man) . . . is this the start of the management jumping off the titanic deck, or just a closed door meeting with the judge to make things look a lot better in the public eye? Maybe he goes states evidence and writes that book 'The Battery That Couldn't', and gets an honorary PHD at Battery U with tenure?
This is either a drop in the bucket of time noise for the coming emergency vehicle lawyers suits to disregard . . . or they will be looking up someone for case material? he is setting himself up for 'call to witness' at a trial?
You might just be able to get a cheapie B-Grade Movie script out of this yet . . . lets all get together LLC and grab the rights before the lead heads get it. :) Hope this doesn't offend . . . you ask for comments
Got to hope that comedy game 'Zombies ate my friends' goes over with the gamers. Without big online gambling/gaming OK news . . . are we stuck bouncing between low $2 range up to say $3, for next 1 or 2 Quarters?
As another poster commented . . . why didn't the BK judge can the XIDE management (ask to step down from his position)? That the judge did not . . . implies (to me) they are going to keep this sad sack mmgt. team in place . . . which might further imply XIDE 'gets a pass and return to go' and keeps its name out of t he dirt. You can be real sure Morgan Chase and the boys will not let anything get past them. As per Yank and I also mentioned in a past post . . . Calif. dumps the lead dump problem onto the EPA. O-Bomb and Calif. (having been the source of recent energy secty. venue) . . . Calif. gets a pass and EPA (us taxpayers) eat lead. Doubt XIDE even gets a fine out of this.
Shameful that XIDE management had (has) no plan out of this mess except having hide it for so long, but dumping all their problems on the bank that never fails (us taxpayers). Bad politics and national planning on energy policy . . . never hire a street organizer lawyer 'hope and change' and a bunch of 'bad code' congressmen to effect a turn around of USA energy policy.
BOD and management are not showing us (or anyone else) their 'magic talent' to right things. Just imagine if this were China . . . they actually have to plead for forgiveness . . . go to jail . . . or become rice paddy fill-ins.
Its amazing we cannot see any return around business plan even by December. XIDE is even embarassing the judge with their statements of non-ability to perform? Hope the judge had his coffee this morning.
Not looking good for even .25 soon . . . or that $1?
Might as well go take a nap under some shade tree, from the looks of things.
Doesn't it seem strange the XIDE brand name is getting dragged in the mud . . . Yank does that mean XIDE just doesn't care anymore or thinks we potential battery buyers are just plain electronically mold-able as return buyers?
That condition applies only to level 1 and 2 retail investors.
Those with access to level 3 (e.g. MM) can make market as required.
I have 2 small positions, and just patiently waiting to see either some action or until politics launchs all these tiny MJ stocks up a few cents or couple of dimes.
PHOT has a business pan (?) that can survive any failure of MJ stocks . . .
its community home greenhouses and vertical farming.
I was put off by the presentation the TV paid PR on internet provided on company. the speech abilities and clothing choice of the management guy looked quite lame. Looked and acted like street person picked up to do the interview.
Just get the big location retail store back est up and running . . . sell something.
Their sales catalog looks very high priced to me, based on the tech and companies they have chosen to associate with. the average job in cash conscious and hardly a biology graduate or techie. Just want some seeds, a grow kite or two, some fertilizer and a grow pot (not 2-20$ greenhouses.
that is the market I foresee PHOT has to reach . . . not folks going into major retail registered production. the little guys (if legal) just need a paper grower card?
When your stock price keeps falling after you get a loan . . . isn't that an indication you have sold out to whom?
This is not going to be some constant climber stock until we get real political dotted line and sealed stuff.
With all the recent news (GLUU, ZNGA, IGT, EA, on and on) . . . it looks mucho like you are on to the plan? ATIG does not have the funding to continue or a product that anyone would want now, with the tremendous field of competition (with spending $$s)?
How long can ATIG live in the 'freeze' . . . its getting very old.
I doubt management can muster the courage to tackle legal issues with SEC and relisting.
Maybe they should just sell ATIG for $1 to a distant friend and re-organize as another LLC corporation? If this company is to survive and get out of 'freeze' . . . there is zero evidence it can happen. The head of the team is mighty close to having to answer a lot of very interesting questions (and maybe get sued) by authorities . . . where is the money and who gets what we paid in as retail investors? These dudes better be able to show legally consumed contracts and accounting where-with-alls for all the funds paid out.
Maybe take over some 1 or 2 person software company and arise as a new entity. I do not even know if they will be able to do that.
The total lack of any current PRs or any updates is very telling.
Looks like its food stamps and living in a van for management?
Maybe safest bet is just gradually melt away into some back-water town and fall off the net?
You can always kind of tell when things are not going good for a company and its fold time . . . the PR get more fluffy and meaningless and longer and longer times in-between.
Welcome to the back alleys of Pink Sheet Land.
If this company can survive and prosper . . . that will really be some doing?
Why keep up the website and have a shareholders meeting?
Pull the plug and do the moon walk dance step . . . exit left . . . jump in the van and head for the hills
sorry to be so down on company
Hello everyone.
The most positive thing about PHOT is even if MJ business collapses (for any number of reasons), greenhouse business will go on.
Most negative thing about PHOT is no PRs (not even a photo of their new sales site building, or its interior.
I will just hold my small amount for now.
Is it just me . . . or does everyone feel the shut door by management towards us retail investors? Looks like the MJ crowd has the same old management objectives of any business . . . just buy the products and be gone . . . next in line . . . step forward.
Hope PHOT does not end up like CBIS and ERBB.
All fluff PRs . . . bubble top sell . . . and collapse.
Look at the EV companies . . . 90% are dead. Sure saved us from the oil companies. Stock action might come by spring 2014 . . . if nothing by then we are under .01? Up coming earnings could take us under .03,or over .06 . . . take your bet.
I would almost bet this company is not even smart enough to print up 1000s of handouts and hire someone to stand by colleges and retail outlets and stop-signs and handout promo ad sheets. Stand there and flash twist a Grow - Your - Own cardboard sign! Imagine a targeted zip code mailing.
Every vertical farming stock I have bot has tanked to nothing.
No one wants to urban farm anything. Maybe the best business plan is to sell MJ seeds with a biodegradable water sphere around their roots. At least you would catch some Jack-in-the-bean-stalk types that have no clue what FarmVille means. Where is Johnny Apple Seed when you need him?
My . . . would he drive the Home Boys nuts! 'You can't plant fruit and nut trees without a tax tag! What are you, home schooled or something!'
You just know earnings call is going to push this baby somewhere.
Bye--Bye---American -- Pie! Hello No-Where Land!
Small time stock holder.
One problem I foresee is PHOT might have 'insurance' issues, with their stores (unless they own their buildings outright)? If medical doctors are not able to write prescriptions for medical MJ use by health needy patients (especially those that cannot stand harsh side-effects of traditional massive pain/orientation drugs) due to IRS auditors, FDA, etc., property and business insurers are going to be just as hesitant.
PHOT however; is in the best product venue to avoid most of the MJ 'complications' as its prodcts are equally useful to organic vegan, hobby gardeners also. u
O-bomb administration is presently occupied with other legal issues, like 'leaks', border security bill, ME Suez Canal and Egyptian dwelling USA citizen potential evac needs and oil pipeline security therein. As DC proper city-state government is moving to legalize recreational MJ . . . very doubtfully much federal resistance to states rights to recreational MJ.
One has to realize this is rather new legal and regulation territory for Feds and States. Do not forget the VA is involved in this too (lots of PTSS vets would very much like to use MJ instead of present massive artifcial meds to calm their stress, and pain). Present federal law says no. Kind of strange, as many militarys around the world give emergency strength drug stimulants for peak-use special missions conditional situations.
Politically, its safer to let the States carry the legal use-standards ball and then be in position to say 'I was there (looking-over-their-shoulder' but I didn't do it). 'I did not have phone-sex with THAT Woman! . . . I must have dialed the wrong number in the poor light conditions?'
That kind of thing: plausible denial.
The best thing the states can do is go to local and state police forces and get their ideas and expertise on how to iron-out the problem areas that can be foreseen by law enforcement. Also state chapters of AMA, etc. medical wholesalers and retailers. They should have some good suggestions.
Eventually, even cig companies will be selling MJ products.
Already jumping in to E-cigs. Add a little branded oil of a certain type and what do we have . . . magic smokes. Beer and alcohol competition big-time. Wheeie! says the little pig skateboarding into new profits road junction trip. Reading phone messages and arc-lighting the citizenry with super smoke . . . wouldn't Rome have loved it! And, you get new revs, jobs. Who would have thought.
Its a coin toss whether PHOT management can bring in the sheep and cows.
Home Makers can beat their prices on grow machines, but will they want too? When I can get some more $$s I will buy more PHOT and 'greenhorse' stocks.
Hello all and questions to you Yank . . . COP splits itself into two companies . . . might XIDE do the same? California might not take too kindly to having Vernon as a toxic dump in-state to help clean up and oversee? Meetings in the Judge's chambers? Thus, I am thinking XIDE might just use the lawsuits and all to split its USA operations.
Uncle Dumo (Sam) will, of course, step-right-in and be more than happy to acquire another boondoggle? Nothing like having a distance cousin who takes anything for free?
Of course, were I that Uncle (as I scenario-ed in a previous post) . . . the take-over 'bargain' might include a military/government new tech gel battery automated plant assist contract. XIDE could come out of all this smiling and better off.
2 ships with Marines off Egypt now with helos (more in EU ready to back them up), if evac of USA citizens from Egypt needed and tactical defense of Suez Canal traffic flow. A certain country (unnamed) has fired tactical strike missiles into recently Evaced Russian ship and stores base in Syria. Those Russian stores and seperate Syrian military reserv Loses would be in the many millions of dollars (USA$ priced). Weapons stores were heavily damaged (some Syrian guard forces hit). Sounds alot like an act of war (imagine if China blew up USA stores in SE Asian country)? DC and matters of strategic USA mainland battery manufacturing capacity may be factor in 'settling' down the Cal Affair and 'Legal issues'? Powder keg in-flu-ances affect on XIDE? Oil transfer pipelines are issue also in ME. Higher Oil prices mean higher lead recycling and manufacturing and shipping costs . . . my oh my . . . anew scenarios for XIDE stock price effect? We could get some new and large buys coming in, to establish counter oil options positions? Never hurts to cover your bases.
Hello Yank . . . I am, of course, frustrated.
But beyond that, your notion is very acceptable to me (the long haul BK CHP 11).
How long we remain XIDEQ . . . it could go on for months . . . or even a couple of years . . . depending on how XIDE plays this out.
Hiring the big legal talent firm implies XIDE would scenario a rather quick fix to its problems, or they intend to use ever trick in the textbook to stale and remain in OTC (pinksheet) status for a much longer timeline.
Could XIDE be frightened of facing legal actions by retail investors in class action suit(s)? I still think we should be hearing from worker groups (IRA, etc. folk) worried about . . . where did their pensions go?!! UAW was right up their pressing administration on the politics of corporate responsibilities to its workforce. As far as I know (very little) we have not heard boo from lawsuit firms as to reaching out to the XIDE workforce with its law suits. Do you think this would (will) become an entirely seperate type of legal lawsuit status issue, not to be covered or addressed in the CHP 11? It would seem strange to me that XIDE has not thought this angle out, and would this mean XIDE does intend to really be out to just roll-the-lawyers off their back (which would mean it has sure plans to get the USA assets (most of their plants) up and run quite soon?
Might you ask your coffee pals what they see with the worker angle in all this? A smart law team might just turn XIDE on its head and petition the court . . . where's the pension monies?!! Another government dole to sweep under the electronic green rug?
Thank your stars our great generals in WWII were not lawyers . . . or we just might be speaking differently. America has fallen into a paper empire sink hole . . . filled with illusion of recovery.

I am not day-trading XIDEQ, though do the math on say 200K figuring .02 spread on shares bot short (if its still possible) and one gets $4k profit. Problem is the market maker and folks like blackrock can come in and take that (your short) away, if they want too.
Soon . . . couple of weeks or months . . . XIDEQ gets court OK to break up its USA holdings and someone maybe wants the rights to certain USA market product rights or their better plant sites?
We of small retail investor status are rather completely shut-off from any info . . . nice of company to just drop their BK move on us like a cruise missile. You can take the bet everyone in the know had advanced info.
One sure has to be smart to gauge these things looking in from the outside.
I am starting to see that exchange traded funds, that massively spread the risk and yet return dividend, are the best way to play the casino.
Just for kicks . . . maybe they can make a machine trade situation where you just take a pocket full of coins and just throw it at the machine . . . at least you get exercise and fun at the same time. Hay . . . that's kind of sounds like working to pay taxes!
s
Here is a real business idea . . . make T-shirt that say "I TRULY DISLIKE XIDE BATTERIES!" while you watch the lead drumings dry on the screen. If the SEC, FTC or whatever sues you . . . you will get famous and can write a book all about it. With any kind of luck . . . you can retire at age 70.
Hello all . . . maybe American Airlines wanted to keep the name, as a recovery entity? I must be stupid but I can't 'get around' all the talk of 20-30K airline new aircraft sales coming by 2020, after all only the 1% (or the top 15%) will want to fly anywhere. By 2020 era massive crime, pollution, war and congestion coming? Not trying to be doom-dayer but another billion or so mouths and garbage dump fills, probably mean turf wars. Humans (at least) USA type like to walk backwards into history?
AONE . . . I thought the Chinese were bidding too . . . with real cash or Gold . . . not IOUs? Yank opened the battery tech debate, so I leave it to him to say a little about AONE technical wonders. Why send spies to get our tech, when we just give it away? A famous USSR maxamo-leadership asked . . . why don't we just trade secrets and forget spending all that time and money on spying? MIT scientists were suppose to have heralded in the new era in batteries. Didn't we the USA government give a big free pass ($$s) to go directly to Wall Street and by-pass Jail (in the Monopoly money Game)?
Makes one wonder where is our Atty. General and his 'call-league Rocket Scientist Energy Czar . . . and . . . of course . . . Mr. lawyer/social organizer Hope and Change. Bureaucratic over-sight is . . . covering your what? Not ours evidently.
USA must have great leadership training schools . . . to give us the best boys? Makes one wonder who gets the coins from all this . . . ah . . . free market flip the coin . . . or is it just To Big To Fail? If so . . . maybe we do need Sky-Net to run the animal farm.
Interesting no comments from the labor force (line-dogs) at XIDE . . . are pensions guaranteed . . . thats the price of silence of the Lambs? My guessimate is XIDE knows it has a bad hand of cards domestically (Pb lead plant dumps) and they are cashlng out . . . yard sale venue: a big FREE sign on everything? Exciting for the parents of such stellar and costly educational gambits of maggot business schooling fame . . . to see their bucks and love child efforts, so washed down the drain?
May the board forgiven me my comments . . . though I have a feeling some others feel the same way
Yes, worked immediately. Thanks.
I think its really a help for all investors in ATIG to be able to receive and think about whats included therein.
Is it not strange that we retail investors were never notified of the shortfalls supposedly caused by this 'illegal attempt to takeover the company' . . . who in their right mind would want to take over this company? Only someone even less that ATIG management team?
ATIG has shown nothing to its shareholders for over 8 months, and they did not attempt to contact us about the illegal takeover? So . . . that's what owning a OTC/BB stock is about . . . you (retail investors) can give your monies to us . . . but we have NO responsibility to oversight the monies . . . just to pay our wages and very friendly vendors?
ATIG had a big lead in internet gaming/gambling venue in 28 states and they 'pee-d-it-away' (sorry folks that's the correct words to use).
All ATIG ever had was a cellphone app that any decent high school/tech school/hacker could have evolved and sold on Goggle Android system, etc.
I took a chance as I felt this as future of gaming/gambling. The native casino online attempt was very creative, but looks all but dead now (for ATIG). Tribals (like other folk) do not take to being used badly. For ATIG, that venue to online is probably closed now? Think about it.
Unless ATIG (through the Caymans LLC private financing over-our-heads), is backed by some kind of monies that want (and will) move, into USA internet online gaming/gambling markets in the famous 28 states non-pay-to-play scenario. . . we are joined together in the super-freeze ice age.
ATIG best can itself and rename itself and start all over again.
--Do a R/Split or just disappear gently into the background and keep silent forever?
We had the ball . . . management dropped it . . . fans are left with starring at a message board.
Maybe it would be nice to send us all artistic paper shares . . . and a ATIG T-Shirt . . . as a thank you for what could have been
This is not rocket science . . . writing an app . . . remember one thing here . . . everyone and their brothers and sisters is jumping into internet online gambling/gaming . . . the whole entertainment industry and communications industry . . . realistically who needs ATIG as a partner?
Hopefully, we can turn it around . . . but how?
Our probability of success is way below 50%
Hi, I am ATIG 'freeze' shareholder, probably 100s of us (if not 1000s).
I wentt to ATIG website and saw revolving yellow star, however my computer could not get it to download.
Anyone have means to download it to our website?
Why no word on our gambling results at Tribal casinos, or info on what ATIG plans to save itself? I tend to agree with others posting here that a certain fellow has just set himself up for a continluing paycheck with the Cayman LLC stock promotion. How can he communicate with us shareholders on that subject, when he is in 'freeze condition'?
I own GLUU also and see that company as a real entity that can have up-scaling
online gambling/gaming prescence.
Does ATIG even have any employees except this guy and his wife?
Guess we do not have SEC anymore (at least for retail investors). Why even does SEC 'freeze' a company, if they will not investigate its contracts that used retail investors monies? Why have a SEC comment and action on ATIG stocks?
SEC is kind of way late to this party . . . garbage crew has already done its cleanup and getting ready for next party?
Me too.
Maybe . . . we get a big draw-in of speculators before the court announcement?
I probably think I should just hold my small position, but if they give me .90-1.00 I should take it.
Best be careful . . . woman give haircut for free? Priest no save you.
Good Luck :)
I have held XIDE under the 1999-2000 era.
Guess I should have noted they are losers, but I took a small change again.
I had actually hoped for a turn around . . . amazing it took years. I missed its rise into $5-7 range.
As yank points out with his reflection on the direction the 'legal team choice' implies . . . this will be a circus strip-down (meaning I suspect XIDE management and BODs just focused their perks to keep coming, regardless of whether it entails cutting down/closing a lot of USA XIDE 'garbage dumps'? Figure the USA tax-payer will end up with the lead dumps, as public property under EPA clean-up. With Sequester Funding vistas . . . wheee! . . . we is going to post a sign up, chain link it in and set maybe 10 hired help playing build me a dream with hand-held test meters, with a guard post at the gate. They might even have a rented toilet shed.
My guess is XIDE would just like the old days, when stump-stupid retail investors brought cause XIDE was easy to read on their battery cases.
I still hold a little as we just might see a rally to near or above $1: Its fun to shoot gambling small retail shorts?
I am reading Jim Roger latest book, and he feels long stay in slow decline in for us all. Seems to be the case for XIDE (if it survives).
Sad that XIDE has not been able to capitalize on cellphone tower backup batteries. I think the old toots on the BOD can't be deposed . . . and they are not engineers and scientists and dreamers. XIDE might) have low-price point Pb batteries for 3rd (and 1st world poor) to power their new existence lifestyle . . . BODs might just fall into that market niche . . . by accident. Who would have thought, we is profitable by walking backwards into the new wonderland. We is SO good! Back pats for all! Now . . . order out for some of those $200 hamburgers we all deserve. And go to the recycle dump and get some cheap paint for the building front. The lawyers were right . . . these folk believe in us. Lets not let them down Boys!
