A telepone conversation, legally, has as much meaning as messages posted on these boards, and you know that is true. An LOI is not an order. AWSL is primed for a change. JMHO
W A Calahan
PS: Do not delete this message!
bnfkdb4:
An LIO, Letter Of Intent, is not an order !
W A Calahan
pisavsopbp622:
When will AWSL publish a PR that officially announces this order and contract? Thanks
W A Calahan
dbny:
Excellent and informative post about AWSL and its questionable promotion. Keep up the good work of protecting potential investors from putting money into AWSL! Thanks
W A Calahan
bnfkdb4:
AWSL is a company to behold, right ? You have attcked the poster with a personal slam, and it violates Ihubs rules.
W A Calahan
sykes111:
Excellent and informative post about AWSL ! Much better than the P&D posters on this board. They simply delete any of our messages that call them what they are and smother the board with their bravado and arrogance! Keep up the good work helpful to all.
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
It's called a Placer Claim and will require digging much deeper into the stream bed in order to find the real riches deposited there years ago. The surface stuff is only an indication of what might be below.
Walt Calahan
bnfkdb4:
AWSL is strong and this message board is an asset to all AWSL
shareholders even with a pompous fool like you posting messages like this. Give us all a break - - you are a bore! JOHO
W A Calahan
gemstone57:
Your observation about the JV with HMIT is valid, but then there a lot of similar basket cases that do recover in the "pinkie land" of stocks. The "Yogi True-ism, it ain't over till its over" just might be valid too ! JMHO
Walt Calahan
Orca:
It was an accident that I did (enough said, but some pinkies are irresistible) and so far also very lucky, but when I read the business plan and saw the OS share and float count I was hooked and started some serious accumulation (cost averaging). All these properties (claims) are now worth much more with the price of commodities reaching new highs - - a win, win story. Sometime in the future, the world economies must recognize that the printing of money will have to stop or this paper money will be worthless. I believe the world's political leadership will op for inflation (as they always have) to make the reconciliation for this excessive debt, and I hope they are right because deflation will be the road to hell.
Hang on to your NBRI shares while these self serving world politicians use short term solutions to fix long term problems ! JMHO
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
Me too ! And I started investing in NBRI when it was Enterayon way back when CEO Leopold began his game plan and thank goodness he did. We are all very fortunate !
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
The solution then is to not read between the lines. Unfortunately wars are started and Presidents are elected by us because of that. And PPS's are also effected by that, too! JMHO
Walt Calahan
bnfkdb:
As I have always said, AWSL is a bargain and an outright steal to the unprofessional and professional alike. Your continual important input of succink messages of encouragement to all AWSL investors is a joy to read. JMHO
W A Calahan
PS: As a former (Korean War) field artillery forward observer directing ordinance on the Communists, "Drop 50 FFE" !!
Woof, Woof!!
JCMoney:
NBRI is a bargain ! One of two things must improve: 1. The author of the PR's must improve his/her/their writing skills, or 2. We readers must improve our reading skills. Was it PM Churchill during WWII that praised the skills of the RAF fighter pilots by say, " the many must give thanks to the few", or something like that ! JMHO
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
Thanks, and the "fly-on-the-wall" thanks you, too. It clears the air, so to speak, and I mean no disrespect to anyone posting messages on this or any board, either.
Walt Calahan
bnfkdb4:
AWSL at these present PPS is a bargain. Your continual reference to your importance is interesting, but of no value to potential AWSL investor, the real driver to increasing the PPS. Try helping others with positive and unselfish words - - it will pay dividends to you, to me, and the questioner. Heck, the Christians employed this technique with great success - - ask the Romans! JMHO
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Excellent, and thank you. These message boards provide a new and novel way for company's to keep shareholders up-to-date on happenings of interest. Also, their cost compared to an official PR is a bargain - - zero dollars except for the time to compose the post. It would be interesting to find out what, if any, are the legal implications for disseminating company information this way. The world of communications is dynamic and ever changing for the better, especially cost wise. In my life time it progressed from newspapers to radio to TV to now to the internet (don't forget the telephone's and computer's contribution, too) is amazing - - it has changed our world to the Better ! JMHO
Walt Calahan
bnfkdb4:
AWSL is a solid investment, and the more a positive word is spread about its future to all interested investors the better it is for all of us. Sophistication is best displayed when someone who has a question receives a positive and unselfish response. Sometimes no reply is better than a caustic one - - AWSL will reward us all, not just a few. JMHO
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Good question to ask. From my perspective it is still alive since no official announcement one way or the other has been made by either side of the JV.
Walt Calahan

Like all history, it gets re-written to accomidate the reader's as well as writer's time period. Investing is a very dynamic process to be constantly revised to be of value.JMHO

Hercules1239:
BIEL timeline needs to be updated. Thanks
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Very often in a dynamic and fast moving market such as today's precious metals market that NBRI is in, old messages have lost their value (except for history buffs who enjoy reading their own prose) to investors concerned with what's ahead. I Suggest, in order to reduce "Sticky" clutter, that old ones be removed as newer ones appear. Just a thought.
So often, on financial message boards like this one, posters use their posts to influence the readers to accept their point of view, sometimes good, but often very bad. JMHO
W A Calahan
Kiwisteve:
Well said ! I have been preaching that for sometime, but not as effectively as you have just done. NBRI's management has drawn up a solid business plan to follow and have not altered it in any way. Good things are ahead for all if we have patience. JMHO
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
Thanks. Yes, his reply was complete and very informative about the financing, especially the time required before the money becomes available.
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
To quote Paul Harvey: "And now for the rest of the story !" - - - please tell us what CEO Leopold told you in his Email reply. Thanks

Compared to yesterday, the volume is HUGE !!!

tajitj:
If NBRI owns 10% of the Willa property, who owns the other 90%? And are they working the property since a lot of the support roads, etc are in place?
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
Forgive me, but it is beyond me to understand why you guys read something into this announcement which is straight forward without any fluff or ambiguity, and why you're concerned when the PPS goes up or down by a fraction of a penny. NBRI's management is not going to pocket the five million bucks ! This is a very reasonable line of financial assistance to enable NBRI to act when an opportunity presents itself. Also, the PPS will encounter resistence as it advances toward three cents, four cents, and on up to ten cents as the flippers take their toll. Patience, please ! NBRI will reward us all in the months ahead. JMHO
Walt Calahan
evenpar1:
I wish I could guide you to a reliable source for information about companies with low priced shares, but I have yet to find one. Just keep a watchful eye on the many market tip sheets for suggestions, but act only after much DD on your part as to the actual value of the company in question and its management. Good luck.
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
What are those conditions ?
Walt Calahan
upland:
I'm confident that CEO Leopold has an acquisition already in the works, and the Tangiers organization's commitment to provide the financing is based on this knowledge. Hold your shares and add some if you have some spare cash - - things are moving fast for NBRI so be ready for its next big move up !! JMHO
Walt Calahan
PS: Remember those million share days in the past weeks with hardly any PPS change ? Coincidence ? Perhaps - -
upland:
The reaction (sell-off) is from the many flippers who bought in a few months ago when the PPS jumped to three cents/shr. The longs who have been buying shares since then as the PPS retreated are holding. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Gem:
I don't like to speculate when it comes to NBRI, or start wild rumors, but watch, if you have time, the market activity of OSTO.PK (Origial Sixteen To One California mining company) in the weeks ahead - - - 500,000 oz of gold in the ground ready for pickens'!
Walt Calahan
JCMoney:
Patience pays when invested in a well managed company with a great business plan. Hold your shares now that the active stage for the Company is beginning to unfold. Count your blessings that you bought at the low PPS of the previous weeks and months !
Walt Calahan
gckitty:
I think NBRI is getting ready to acquire a producing mining company after the uplisting takes place. Interesting to watch the Company's next move in keeping with their business plan to become an active junior mining company.
Walt Calahan

Like the name of the company they are going to merge with !
Does anyone know ? JMO (no longer humble)

I believe it is because it is not in their best interest, or that of the largest shareholders. Where there is life, there is always hope - - death is eternal, so to speak. HMIT presents a real challenge to all! JMHO

gemstone57:
I think we are following the price action for NBRI to closely.
A swing, up or down, of a fraction of a penny on low volume has little meaning as to NBTI's future prospects. Patience is the key - - precious metal prices will continue their upward climb and the value of the Company's claims will increase, too. Hold your shares 'cause only good things are ahead for NBRI. JMHO
