TLFX, ask getting smacked right now, moving on up!
Haha, just when I said I'd be patient!
Great to hear an update from them, keep em coming and let people know what they are up to!

Yeah, the silence from the company is not helping matters. I've come to terms with the fact that this needs news to move it forward again. I got time.
ETRF back on bid, maybe he was waiting to see if we were going to have a pullback, but no one is selling! And the Ask just to slapped again... we are moving up!
TLFX UP 42% ALREADY!
I dont see VNDM either.
I'm in!
Picked up those 200k at .004, thanks for the gift!
Holding tight.
I hope the sideliners are soaking these up down here!
Hey JJ, Good morning.
Been too quiet as always around here. At least it looks like .0009 is bottom, we always seem to bounce from there.
Might be in this channel until we hear from the company. Can't imagine it's too much for the DEMA update! Maybe something bigger coming? We can only hope! :)
NITE Just went from .0032 to .0034 after a 10k hit, it was instant. They may be running out of shares to push this down with.
Agreed, the company did great with their financials, they just need to keep going with the updates!
I just saw two orders for 20k shares at .006 each go through on my etrade L2.
Guess some people wanted out today.
I'm happy to wait for the company to update us, hopefully it's soon :)
I keep checking their blog to see if they announce anything that that they have not PR'd and keep the board updated.
Same to you! Enjoyed the time off, but glad to be back and watching BWMG! Let's move back on up this week!
Everyone still resting after all the family friends and food?! Would be nice to hear updates about the DEMA show this week from the company.
Hoping we start the week of right by moving the PPS up!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. May you have a relaxing day with fam & friends!
Yeah, I'm a little surprised to see VFIN back, hopefully it's not much he has for sale or he just goes away altogether.
Still have the nice bid support at least.
Sure looks like they still own Easy Semi Truck Leasing America LLC to me...
They may just be getting ducks in a row, they filed on Monday, all we can do is wait and see what comes next.
Congrats, hoping this is as low as we go this week and next week we get some new eyes & interest here.
Ok, so is that all cleared up now?
The wording is definitely confusing, it does read as if they sold it, but then say they will use it to buy more trucks.
Last PR I found about trucks.

Yeah, I thought the SMA's would hold, but day ain't over yet. it's only been 1 hour! It looks like nice support at .009, 5+ Million on the bid.
Thanks for the follow-up JD.
1. So, Brownie's definitely has the ability to produce and deliver the Nitrox system.
2. That's good to know, UBS should have the website update / fix it.
3. Thats good for them!
4. I searched for a while and could not find this document. Maybe you can share what it says or may know where to find it?
I see your point, it does seem that Brownie's makes it out to be their proprietary system. I could argue that it's more "marketing" than being dishonest, when you have the right to produce and distribute a product, you market it as your own. Does UBS currently have a lawsuit against Brownie's? I can't find one, so I assume the way they are presenting the product is acceptable.
Either way, people can read your response and take from it what they like.
To me, they still had great financials and seem to be heading in the right direction attending trade shows, acquiring partnerships and getting the company straightened out.
Looks like we are in for a quiet week. Everyone feeling lazy for turkey day!
Not seeing much activity on a handful of pinkies.
Maybe it's better we don't hear from the company until early next week.
Actually, if you look at my previous post. I'm hoping technicals attract some people. Looks like nice support at .0012 and we didn't touch it today. Most of the market was down, I think we did OK.
Here is what I found.

The second type of crossover occurs when a short-term average crosses through a long-term average. This signal is used by traders to identify that momentum is shifting in one direction and that a strong move is likely approaching. A buy signal is generated when the short-term average crosses above the long-term average, while a sell signal is triggered by a short-term average crossing below a long-term average. As you can see from the chart below, this signal is very objective, which is why it's so popular.
You can actually see in the daily chart that the last time this happened, we had our little run into the .002's, once there was a sell off, it went under and the price stayed under. Now we are about to cross back up and have good financials from the company. IMO
Price is now above the 10, 20 & 50 day.
Let's hope the trend continues here.
Well we closed above the 50 day SMA on the daily chart and the 10 SMA on the weekly. Both at .0012
Made higher lows today than on Friday, so the daily chart still showing an uptrend.
I'm hoping .0012 stays as support from a technical standpoint.
Anyone else care to chime in about the charts?
It does seem like every time there is a buy, someone knocks it down on the bid.
I slapped the ask this morning when it was at .0015.
Maybe people are waiting for them to release a PR about DEMA which ended on Saturday.
I understand, the problem is that especially on these boards, most people need a link or some factual documents to back up your claims.
You said the company is putting out false PR's, we researched online on their own site and other sites and found conflicting info from what you said. You need to provide proof that what you say is true, otherwise it's your own opinion.
Why should everyone believe what you say over the company?
I welcome the different perspectives on this board, if there is something we should know about the company that can potentially hurt investors, please post away. However, it needs to be backed up by documentation.
The chart does look great, unfortunately not much buying pressure today.
I don't think anyone is being "slammed" here.
You brought up some points (without links), a few of us did some research and provided links to show that what you were alluding to didn't seem correct.
I'd be curious to see if there were lawsuits I missed, can you provide me a link to the one you were referring to?
I said at the bottom of my post it's nice to have some new discussions on the table. The company seems to be turning things around to get the PPS up, and we believe in them, at least for now.
People invest to make money, receiving good news from the company and being happy about it, is not a bad thing.
I wouldn't call it a PR, it's a company overview on the Businessweek website.
Do you have links for your claim? I provided them for mine.
I did do a search for the lawsuits. The one from 1998 read "terminated" under the notes.
The other one from 2008, Undersea are the plaintiff's, so they are suing someone else for patent infringement. I think the only way to do that is to be the patent holder! :)

So, could be a settlement in Undersea/BWMG's favor for someone wanting to use their technology without paying up!
It's great to have some new discussions on the table!
Seeing the same thing, tried to refresh it, but did not do anything.
Looking good so far today, a break of .002 would be a nice way to start the week!
I did decide, that's why Im here!
It seems you don't like doing much DD! A quick google search turned this up... from Bloomberg's Investing website.

The important part:
Undersea Breathing Systems, Inc. develops de-nitrogenated membrane systems that produce nitrox breathing gases for police, rescue, military, and commercial diving organizations. It also provides oxygen analyzers, rebreathers, food grade lubricants, test kits, nitrox wrappers, stickers, t-shirts, and accessories. The company was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Lake Worth, Florida. As of March 19, 2010, Undersea Breathing Systems, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Brownie's Marine Group, Inc.
Thanks for bringing it up though! Great DD here.
BWMG, had a nice week last week, looking to continue after great financials.

If you go to their patents page which is stickies at the top...

There are 2 documents which refer to their "oxygen enriched generation system"

Regardless, even if other companies have similar technologies, Brownies can possibly turn out to be the market leader especially with Bauer backing them. Bauer could have gone to another company, but it's Brownies products at their booth.
