I never said these three companies aren't infringing. I said SFOR is not the only company that has this kind of technology on the market.
You don't have a clue. Patents especially software patents are process patents. It is very easy to get around them.
My point is everybody here seems to think nobody else has this type of technology. Therefore they are infringing on SFOR or must have SFOR. That is just not the case. Many companies have beat them to the market.
Do your research they are not the only ones that have this type of patent
Here is what is most likely to happen. They run out the legal options they pay their salaries and whatever bonuses it takes to run out the money they take in. Then here comes the reverse merger with an RS into another shell. Longs end up with nothing!
Maybe, but there will not be an ongoing deal to use SFORs product. What does this tell you! Nobody wants the product which is obvious by the number of sales. Mark knows the legal battle is all they have. He knows this is not sustainable, so he wants to sell.
They wanted it to end also, however if the product was important why didn't they buy them out? Because they don't want it they never did.
Remember they've had eight years! Supposedly they settled with Microsoft for a lump sum payment because they didn't want a long drawn out battle. That's a load of BS! The only reason Microsoft had any involvement was because they bought out a company that was infringing on SFORs patent. They did not have any other dealings with SFOR and it's obvious they don't want any.
Their four pronged strategy is backwards. The first being litigation, the last marketing. Marketing should be number one! This shows lack of confidence in their product. Revenue from your product should always trump everything!
Hang in there! This will keep consolidating the whole way back to the trips!
What you are forgetting is all the competition they have. They've been trying to get this going for eight years, still no revenue to speak of. The competition has passed them and their patents a long time ago. Miss management has ruined this company.
Because that's the deal, a one time lump sum payment for past and present licensing. Your CEO makes great deals! Share holders will never see a cent from Mcrosoft.
There will be no out right sale of SFOR. If anything it will be some kind of merger or reverse merger into some shell company. Stockholders will get screwed you can count on it.
You mean SFOR needs a new pump!
And getting cheaper!
The difference is you are not buying from Walmart. Your not buying it from The manufacturer you are buying it from my goods. You can't return it to Walmart, that alone tells you they aren't selling it.
It is not confirmed until it has been heard in court and a decision passed down. Just because the CEO says they are, doesn't mean they are.
The Walmart pump is probably coming from some shareholder. Why set up a "my goods" account, to claim Walmart is selling it. This way he could sell his shares!
I don't tell anybody when to buy or sell. I'm only warning people about the history of SFOR. After 3 RSs in two years and 8 years being in the market they still can't support themselves.
Walmart Marketplace Buying Options
Here's what you need to know about buying from our approved Marketplace Retailers:
Marketplace items are not returnable to Walmart.com or Walmart stores
You can buy Walmart.com and Marketplace items in the same order
It's safe - we don't share your credit card information with Marketplace Retailers
Marketplace Retailers ship the items you buy from them
Tracking details (if available) can be found in your Walmart account
Marketplace Retailers provide customer service for the items you buy from them
This is nothing more than buying from Amazon.com. It doesn't mean that Walmart s behind it. My goods is the one selling it not Walmart!
Everybody has been speculating that it was going to be on QVC. But it's speculation that's all. There has been no PR about QVC.
News coming after hours?
The pump machine will be on today! Could close red.
With confidence being so low, only revenue will move us.
Kinda like the talk we've been getting from Ed? Ed is responsible for the loss of confidence here.
I have all the shares I want until there is revenue to speak of.
All that has already been taken into account in the current PPS.
I'm don't want Ed waisting time or money on reports, uplisting etc until there is revenue to support a PPS over .01
I understand everybody's frustrations with Ed and the missed timelines. However it would be sad to miss out on a great opportunity because of past resentment. I do think Ed is trying to do right by the share holders. He's not done the ridiculous RSs that so many pinks are known for. He needs to get his head out of the clouds and be realistic about what it takes to change the banking industry and he will succeed.
I'm still green!
Great DD, this is old technology, why do you think MSFT didn't buy it out? They don't want it!
If This company gets bought, it will be by another stinky pinky.
There's plenty of shares for everybody! 5 billion of them! Well....at least till the next RS. Oh no wait after the last RS they. Raised the AS from 3 billion to 5 billion! Maybe after the next RS it will be 10 billion! Plenty for everybody!
I'm calling BS! You have to look at the pros and cons of SFOR. So many are burying their heads in the sand and hoping for the best! Flip and take profits when you can. This is not a company that will ever turn a profit with this product. Just because somebody agrees with your opinion doesn't means it's right.
Loosing hope?
Well some here are chasing it down! But they can't average down fast enough.
The trap was obvious, but nobody wants to listen.
A trap is being set, beware!
They've been beginning for eight years now!
Exactly, nobody want the first versions! Why would they waste their time on a version 3!
