Thanks, Bob! Enjoy your self present! I'm sure someone will take up the slack and help out with the Grog!
Hope you have a Happy Holiday!
The lid is off the barrel for the holiday! Help yourself, if you think you can handle it! It IS the end of the year and the bottom of the barrel!
Consumer Beware!
Thanks, Sally! I just keep the total number of shares you report, not the prices you paid.(that would require more fingers and toes than I have)
I will add your total to the Armada's cargo.
Good luck and Happy Holidays!
Thanks, GG! I will update your numbers.
I have been behind the curve on getting a total share count posted, but I know we are well over 1.6 billion.
And to those of you who are dissatisfied with the quality of the Grog lately, I sincerely apologize! The alcohol was intended to cover the foul taste of the water, not the other way around.
(let's hope 2012 is a great year for CGFIA and the grog!)
CGFIA = (Could the Grog F'ing Improve Already?)
Wishing Happy Holidays to everyone, and a better New Year!
I think we get a few of your military buddies to help us out, and hire them to guard the gold!
Sounds like a sound plan, but make mine Maker's Mark. I never acquired a taste for scotch.
Who knows, CGFIA does well, I'll set that as a goal in life.
miggi, can I have the dust? I'm not greedy, I'll settle for the scrapings at the bottom of the barrel!
FWIW, I admire the kid, Parker Schnabel, the most. 16 and taking on the responsibility of managing and working a claim. Even if it is his Grandfather's, I think the kid has guts and brass balls!
How many kids, city or suburban, would do that?
I hope he finds the pay streak.
Got ya covered, Stew!
You own 50k more than I do right now! You think that will take care of us for a few years? The price of good booze is high, but I think if we are careful, we can make it last.
Come on, CGFIA, get moving, soon! Please?
No, Ry4n, Scottrade is $7.00 per trade plus a 1/2% on stocks under $4.00 per share. Buying $400 of stock will cost $9.00 (approx.)
I have used them for 4 years. CGFIA Is open for buys and sells on Scottrade. I have never had any problems with them.
To open an account, I believe you need $500, but you don't have to keep that much in there. Right now my balance is 2 cents!, plus the stocks, of course. Bank transfers take 3 days, but checks deposited at an office are credited the same day.
Good Luck.
Get them while we can, Stew. I just put my "mad money" on the line. It will be all the way or nothing.
I think of it like starting a garden. Plant the seeds now, watch the plants grow in spring, feast in the summer!
I intend to have CGFIA dinners for a long time!
Good luck, buddy!
Hope you catch the timing right.
Got my 1.8 mill this AM @ opening bell! At least we are trying Sergey!
Go CGFIA!
Only if you see it that way. Most others see progress on a very tough project watchdogged by the toughest mining agency in the United States.
That is what makes a ball game!
You back on your team, I'll back mine; CGFIA!
Sorry, debu, Grog TOU, and CGFIA Armada rules, at least till we drop a zero or two! Then it will be no more Grog, but "boat drinks" for all!
I haven't even had my tea yet this AM. It's only 7:20 here. No wonder I feel so dense!
"Two thumbs up" on that one Debu801! An extra grog for eloquence, but you'll have to wait till the sun is over the yardarm!
He definitely learned from the December 2010 DRMS board meeting. Guyer is a smart man. I doubt you can pull the same crap on him/CGFIA twice.
It is good to see the inner workings of things. Imagine the troubles he is facing that we are not seeing. "Guyer IS working his A$$ off for us" so true 567!
And the negative people can't see the hard work!
Oh well, their loss!
If you read the correspondence with Wally Erickson at the DRMS, you get the distinct impression that "once is enough" when dealing with him. You can't give him an opportunity to slap you down, because you will struggle to get back up. (reminds me if some nuns I had in grade school)
Guyer is learning how to play this guy's game, and WIN!
The 2 weeks is worth it if it gets CGFIA through is the first pass.
JMHO, but read the files, if you can afford a headache.
CGFIA
I'll bring him back after the holidays! This is just my "inner child" hoping for a gift from Santa, like dropping 2 zeros from the price of CGFIA!
DRY STACK INFO! Great find Josey!
Those two weeks would probably have been a stagnant time at the DRMS, with the holidays upcoming.
2 weeks? Not a problem in the overall plan.
CGFIA
That's just about as fast as possible! I can wait till then. It will make a nice birthday present for me!
Big projects like CGFIA take years to accomplish. They are working pretty fast, not just in my opinion, but by industry standards. 10 years to get a mining/milling operation fully functional, on average. Colorado is one of the toughest states for regulations. It is quite an accomplishment.
You have to read this interview, if you have any questions about the dry stack situation.
GREAT FIND JOSEY! Thanks!
CGFIA!
Thanks "Digits"!
I hope that is an acceptable nickname, I use it with all due respect intended, and only because I'm slightly dyslexic and would probably type my phone number instead!
I / We mods do appreciate the kind words of encouragement. The Admins also deserve a note of thanks too. They watch this site and help out more than most readers realize.
CGFIA is going through the "darkness before the dawn" in my opinion. Your comment about being on the "edge of something special" reflects that of many others in the group of CGFIA followers, IMO.
I truly feel and trust that Mr Guyer and Mr Rice are doing everything they possibly can to make this company a success. Time will tell if our beliefs will pay off. That is what investing in pink slip stocks is all about. The proof will be a rewarding increase in all our portfolios!
Thanks for reminding the masses of the reality of trading at this level.
Happy Holiday to you and your family.
GLTY,
CGFIA
It has me puzzled too, Sergey. I know people have been watching the DRMS website closely. It seems that it should have shown up there if it was released to the public.
I haven't seen it on the web page under CGFIA's file number. Perhaps it was held up by the DRMS for some reason. But that, admittedly, is just a wild guess.
At least we did get some news about it.
Let's look for some more to come.
Good Luck to us all!
CGFIA!
This post supports the theory that historic and assay results are so important to CGFIA! Just as 567 and several other posters have continuously said, the mines are the real value! The mill is just a means to that end, if CGFIA goes it alone as an independent entity.
Both, mines and mill, are important, but the "proven" estimates of precious metal reserves in the ground are what will be the attraction to the "big boys" for buyout purposes. (if you are a buyout believer)
I like to hedge my bets and believe in the potential of both. Let's face it, CGFIA has an opportunity for superb value with either direction it choses to go.
Thanks, BOBHWANG! Your background on gold information and research are phenomenal! You present us with another great post!
GLTY,
CGFIA!
I recently saw a number in the $16 million range, but that could be over a more extended time frame, AK. But, being conservative, you are correct. The point is, within a very short time of the C&D being lifted, CGFIA will be profitable.
Shortly after that, with leases and mining rights on multiple mines, CGFIA will be up to full capacity, milling their own ore.
WE will be sitting in Puerto Vallarta or Playa Blanca, soaking up sun and tequila! (no more watered down grog)
CGFIA!
Gargamoyle,
The gold DOES exist. It is indicated in the historical records, along with silver, and other minerals.
The problem over the years has been the economics of getting it to market. The gold needs to be separated from the waste rock and then concentrated into a more economical form to get it to a smelter.
That requires a mill. There is no working mill within hundreds of miles of the Silverton area. The POW mill is the closest one, geographically, and functionally. Start that up and you have a relatively modern, high capacity mill, making it a virtual monopoly.
The DRMS put a lot of obstacles in the way of the POW restart, due to environment concerns caused by previous owners. CGFIA has worked hard, struggled against the seemingly impossible, and is now in a strong position to meet the DRMS demands.
That restart of the POW mill is a very near. (see the info in the stickies above)
So, it isn't a matter of luck, but a matter of time before CGFIA is on the gold! (and silver, copper, lead, zinc, and in the Utah project, uranium)
Thanks for your good wishes.
GLTY, also!
CGFIA
We are all sailing on the same sea, Sergey, so let's hope we get a rising tide, fair winds and a following sea! (I know you sailors will understand that reference)
So onward we fight for a profitable CGFIA!
I wonder too, Hink. That number was just way too far out of line to be believable. With so many new readers here today, it needed to be corrected. Even if it was a joke, it should be noted as one, at least with a smiley face!
Lots of buying today, I hope the trend of buying continues, and the price starts to recover.
I think the crowd is made up of lots of flippers, and that is ok. Everyone has their own way of trading and trying to make money!
Let's see what tomorrow brings.
GLTA,
CGFIA
500 Billion? YOU'LL LOOSE THAT BET!
YOU need to heed your own advice and read, specifically the latest financials on CGFIA. The A/S is only 15 Billion. How can you possibly overstate that number by a factor of 33 times? That is just inflammatory rhetoric and irresponsible.
Just my informed opinion.
CGFIA
Let's spread the word! If you have cash, and were thinking of buying, let's see if we all can each buy a couple million CGFIA shares and get this price moving the right way!
Just remember, some of us are in later time zones, like the Alaska Armada, and the Pacific Pack like me, so an early morning mass buy will be tougher to to arrange. Maybe a late day schedule would be better?
I'm just one of the tribe here, so speak up Chiefs!
Ready to take back control from the MM's or at least make them pay for their treachery? I hope!
Hi Geeks, I am still experiencing trouble with messages going to the wrong poster. (usually the poster of the message I read just previous to the one I am sending a reply to, and usually in the same thread.)
Also, when writing a reply, if it is a longer message, I am experiencing shutdown of the iHub app before the message is completed. I am connected through a wireless network, and have a strong signal.
I have reset my phone, and am not experiencing any trouble with other apps, or any other functions on the iPhone.
Is there any progress being made since I posted the screenshots as you requested?
Thanks,
MTP
Killer, you are right. They do usually come in twos, but it may be a day or so in between. Let's hope they saved the best for last!
I'll have the cash ready tomorrow with some $$, so I'm in!
Let me know when it is time to pull the trigger!
You need to do a little more DD to get the true picture, but not too much. Most of it is simple arithmetic.
The employees (yes they are employed by Colorado Gold, not just stockholders.) get paid in stock ONLY. This year, they have NOT BEEN PAID so far.
Selling stock is their only personal source of income from CGFI.
Look at the dollar amount sold each year. You will see it is relatively consistent amount each year.
Your assumption that the officers are "dumping their ownership" is erroneous.
Keeping in mind that CGFI still owes payment for this year's employment, Guyer and Rice still hold a significant number of shares. And, you are only looking at the common stock. The Class B stock they hold is still in their possession.
The story is significantly different than you state.
GLTY
Nice avatar Hberg!
Let's hope CGFIA "breaks bad" tomorrow!
I'm ready to deal with the consequences!
6's and 8's, just like on a Vegas craps table! The second most rolled numbers on the dice. 7's being the highest.
Should we make them the "hard way"? 4 + 4?
The payout is 40 to one on hard way bets!
I'm ready for some good rolls.
Come on CGFIA, baby wants a new pair of shoes!
I hope! No real word yet, but I don't expect they will say too much until the details are worked out. That seems to be the way CGFIA likes to work.
There is so much good stuff in the offing, I'm not sure what will be next.
Mill reopening,
Assay results,
Merger news,
Dry stack submission and certification, (just to hit the high points)
and who knows what else Mr Guyer has in the works!
That's a good one, SG. My Dad said my feet needed to be big enough to keep my big head from tipping me over!
(My "big brother" has 15's. I'm the runt in the family.)
We are waiting on the final word, Blade! It will be a welcome addition to the corporation.
CGFIA
Get Ben and Jerry to help out with some "chunky monkey", and we might have a tempting offer for the fat guy!
CGFIA, Santa, don't forget! CGFIA, the GOLD stock, not that other imposter.
