People are done accumulating here. We will get the occasional "add" from current holders but like many of us have said, we need revenue producing news, big clients signed, etc. in order for any real volume to come in. Waiting for Shareholder Update which should be released soon according to Rory.
Still not seeing any changes to the website. I dont even think its THAT big a deal, the website is not awful. I just wish we would see SOMETHING that has changed. Its been pretty flat here lately.
Tedpeele, not to sound like im brushing you off or anything, but you should really just email Rory. I cant guarantee he will answer at all or to the fullest of your wishes, but only you can present the questions you have best, and i for one would love to know the answers. He answered me, albeit he somewhat called me out so he HAD to answer but i imagine he would get back to you within 48 hours with something.
Just saying, it helped me get answers, so toss him an email and get some for yourself (and the rest of us!).
rory@bbooth.com
I heard what I needed to hear when Rory answered my questions. This is still a gamble, everything on the OTC is, but he gave me enough faith that the risk here is worth the potential outcome, and thats as much as I can ask from a penny stock.
I added a little more to my position last week and will hold strong. We have several things to look forward to at this point. First and foremost is the end of March Investor Relations announcement, secondly and update on the Matrix/ACN account in Q2 (estimated), and lastly, the effects of the BBooth stock vetting and the distribution to different brokers/dealers in hopes of bringing on new investors.
Hopefully all good news coming!
I agree there is concern there tedpeele, but i have to imagine, with all of the expertise that BBooth has on board, the deals and excitement they claim to be experiencing, that the tech is the real deal and offers real value to the market.
That being said, i would like for it to be addressed by Rory as he is one person who will be able to answer it better than anyone.
I asked yesterday why a "launch date" would bring in a run. none of you answered. Im still confused. The launch date doesnt mean anything, its the customer response that counts. Maybe a PR will give you a bit of a bump, but glad i didnt jump in yesterday.
I dont see the pps moving for a little while unless we get some A+++ news put out. Seems like we are a ways away, but im more confident in the eventual outcome than i was prior to this week. Additionally, i dont see the price dipping much from where we are now as most people are holding strong.
I picked up a little more today solely due to the following statement:
However, i dont see much happening in the short term here. Rory mentioned a shareholder update coming soon, the Matrix deal will be updated in Q2, comments on investor relations coming EOM. I think we have time to get more for a little while. I may be done accumulating, wish i had more funds, but life aint cheap.
In for the long haul.
PS. I realize the irony in investing in something based on a quote that says no one should invest based on this statment....
I guess i dont understand why the launch of the product will set the pps soaring. I can launch a product tomororw but if no ones buying its a waste. We wont know the rate of subscribers/purchasers for a little while so why will the price go up tomorrow?
New here, what is the target price post launch tomorrow? .04? any estimations?
Thanks Rory!
There is something severely wrong with someone who continues, almost as if he cannot help it, to come back here and spend his time arguing with people online about something that he admittedly thinks is an awful idea, looks like it was put together by a 5 year old, and offers no value to anyone anywhere.
We are dealing with a troll. Its best to just ignore his comments... and there will be more, because this guys got issues.

to me
Thanks for your questions Matt. Between your questions and the ones HoT sent over, I've got my work cut out for me! But I'm actually happy to do it. All of your questions and most of the others I see on the board are legitimate questions any diligent investor would have - especially in the OTC environment. And because I recognize that many OTC investors have had less than positive experiences investing in OTC companies, I strive to distinguish bBooth by creating a much higher level of transparency, within the bounds of SEC rules and regulations, between management and our shareholders. I truly welcome your questions because they become the forum in which I can elevate that transparency. As I know you appreciate, my day starts early and ends late (though I'm not sure it ever really ends) so it may be later on tonight (PST) when I can respond to all your questions. And yes, you are welcome to share the questions and my responses (including this one) with the board and whomever else you wish. We're building something truly great here and questions from shareholders like you that force us to re-examine and test our initiatives are helping to accelerate that process. Thanks again Matt.
Best,
Rory
I will obviously send through all my questions and his answers once they arrive. Most likely tomorrow morning if he gets back to me late tonight.
The biggest issue that you have Stockseekr is that you think pointing out concerns is "bashing". When has Tedpeele or myself ever said this is a horrible investment, this is over, youre all idiots, sell now!? Not once.
You cannot take every criticism as a "basher" looking for lower prices. We are investors in the company, we want it to succeed as much as you or anyone else, but if that means biting our tongue and writing cheer posts to emit the aura to wandering potential investors that this is the next Apple then that wont happen. This is a board to discuss our investment, good and bad. Hell, if it was all good, none of us would probably be here commenting, wed be collecting our money and going on a vacation.
I dont take that as a personal attack, i AM nervous about this investment. I would be shocked if 90% of this board isnt nervous at this point. Maybe i voice my concerns a little more than others, but the concerns are valid. I consider what i am doing as "digging and asking questions". As i have said before, i would love to be bombarded with facts to make me shut up and only post "GO BBTH" from here on out. But the truth is we are sitting on a company with an outstanding administration, an interesting and widely praised product, a booming sales pipeline, an exponentially growing staff, and NOT ONE PAYING CUSTOMER. Time will tell.
If and when the revenue levee breaks, this will be one of the best rides we've all ever been on. You guys seem to think there is no IF. Unfortunately, i believe there still is one at this point.
Ill have my stationary ready if and when it does!
Lol this is the OTC bud, theres not a safe investment on here. Take a look around you. Theres ALOT to be nervous about.
No offense but these conversations with Rory are just hearsay. We have maybe the biggest BBTH enthusiast on this board apparently speaking with Rory regularly, seemingly 2 to 3 times a week, and then he relays Rorys answers back to us. It could, and most likely is, all be skewed in his viewpoint.
You want to be transparent? Record the calls, release the audio. I want to hear the words from Rory's mouth. I want to disect his choice of words/tone of voice/excitement levels for myself. I realize you are sort of our "representative" and im fine with that, happy about it to be honest, but these off limits, backroom discussions where we get MOST of our info from have to be taken with some skepticism.
Why doesnt Rory post on the board? He has time to have lengthy discussions on the phone with HoT... he can tell us all directly what he has to say.
I can only hope you are serious about leaving.
Ps. "Wont be going nowhere" is actually a positive comment.
Retention and conversion rates. Thats how. Walmart sends out two links:
1. A YouTube video (or any video) promoting their Fathers Day Sale with a static text box that says "Click here" to direct you to their site
2. A walkout from a tweet link that comes up on the bottom right corner of your screen with a celebrity (or anyone) at a barbecue saying "Dont forget its Fathers Day next Sunday" telling you to "Check out the deal on this grill, go ahead, click it" and the site being automatically pulled up in the back ground. (just an example off the top of my head).
Now which one are you going to watch fully? Which one would you click? Personally when i watch youtubes and those annoying text boxes are all over i X em all out immediately.
BBTH's tech is new, engaging, interacting, and DIFFERENT.
Comparing BBTH to THAT video just explained everythign i need to know about this guys point of view. Thank you for your input, invest, dont invest, honestly dont care, just dont waste our time anymore.
if you look through his posts on the other stock, he criticizes their graphic design elements as well: blurry pictures (which werent blurry to my eye), coding, other things as well. He even referred to it as "nitpicky". It honestly looks like hes looking for work and his strategy is to criticize companies and hope someone bites.
Look, im not defending this guy, i think hes, as you put it, close-minded and clearly has too much free time to be spending hours designing a new "skin" for a company he thinks is a scam just to stay true to his word for a group of people he has never met before. All of that is odd.
BUT... we cannot overthrow anyone who points out flaws or things just because we dont like what we are hearing. ANYTHING that could prove as a reason this may not work is worth looking into. And nothing would shut him up quicker than the CEO responding to it.
I dont have to prove to this or any company that i believe they are competent and trustworthy, its their job to prove that to me.
This guy brought up valid points with the ability of BBTH to sustain the EXTREME SHORT TERM GROWTH they are predicting. Im not saying he is right. He is 99% likely to be wrong. But instead of sitting here saying "OK guy, go back to your POS other stock that doesnt stand a chance" lets just pass it on to Rory, have him come back with an answer and send this guy packing.
We have a stock which is so transparent and helpful to shareholders, why not utilize it. Especially during a week which has been slower than any I can recall in recent memory.
Instead of calling his "accusations" (i reserve "concerns" for those who actually invest) ridiculous and off base, why dont we relay these to Rory who can then give us an answer and we can disect his reply and either put these accusations to bed or open our eyes to a new issue.
They are valid points, worth looking into.
Looks good, but im not really concerned with the look of the interface at this point. purely cosmetic, and as you have proved, can be changed easily.
Not exactly sure why you would spend the time to make that if you arent investing in the stock either, but to each their own i guess.
Going "all in" and throwing all your money into a stock that has yet to make a sale doesnt sound like a "great way to invest" either.
Seems like it. Less "gotta get in now or i may regret it forever" and more "if i sell now i may regret it forever"
Where are you seeing over 1 million potential subscribers with ORU? As per the PR:
i HOPE to have the chance and will gladly write it!
I am with you 100%.
Well, let me first state that I dont feel as though Rory has let me down at all. I think Rory is a great salesman. He has sold many of us the idea of BBTH, and has been very successful. But guess what? Thats what CEO's, especially those in the OTC do... they sell you the idea of the company. If the company were already successful, the financials themselves would speak for the company. As BBTH has basically 0 revenues yet, one of the BIGGEST jobs for the CEO is to gather investors and promote the company based on its POTENTIAL. Do you think that Rory will come out tomorrow if there is a huge technical issue that crops up? Do you think hes going to get on the phone to HoT and start notifying the shareholders? Dont count on it. I think Rory is very smart, obviously successful, and a huge benefit to shareholders and this company. I have nothing but respect for him, but hes out to look out for BBTH's best interest, not yours, keep that in mind.
One of the biggest ways that BBTH has left me dissapointed (but hopeful) is that it consistently makes claims and releases about how great the technology is, how no one has said "no", everyones loving it, but we have NOTHING so far that confirms any of that. Now why would a company on the OTC do that? 1. They could be just waiting for all those deals to come to fruition... or 2. They are just giving us fluff to keep us here while they struggle to get the deals in place behind the scenes... or 3. Some other reason unknown. My point is, as transparent as they are, we are all still in the dark. While they TELL US what shareholders want to hear, we see nothing that PROVES any of it. Disappointment thus far.
Additionally:
- Sing Promotion - Complete failure.
- Matrix Roll Out - For a tech that has everyone raving, why is it taking them 4 months to decide if they want to move forward with it?
- All the public demos we have seen have been weak. The tweets from Nick Cannon are videos, not walk outs. The Shareholder updates are YouTube videos, not walk outs.
- Revenues Cut in Half, Halved again - "We cut it in half, 100 million was still so unbelievable to shareholders, so we cut it in half again"... well were 2 months down in 2017 and so far, KNOWN TO SHAREHOLDERS, we have $0 million revenues.
- Website updates - Havent seen anything other than the opening VIDEO (not walkout) change. Not exactly an overhaul to update and make it look better.
Im depressing myself so ill stop, but my final thoughts: If you want to tell yourself that this company is a shoe-in done deal, thats fine, i think you are gambling with the potential of a massive let down (and hopefully not too large of a monetary loss) but thats your decision. Im keeping realistic on this one and TRUST ME, if this thing takes off like we are hoping, you and HoT and anyone else who wants one will get a personalized hand written letter from me saying "I am sorry i ever doubted this company". I am here, i am invested, i am a believer, but not for one second am I considering this investment as in the bag. As of where we are right now, we are far from a success.
Havent answered because it was an odd private message to receive and seemed like you were asking for my investing advice and I wont advise anyone one way or another, believe that should be up to yourself.
Additionally, if you would like my concise answer to how i "feel" about this stock: Dissapointed but hopeful.
You may look at what i post as negative, i look at it as realistic. While you seem to believe that this is a done deal, no risk, money making machine just waiting to be turned on, i like to consider the actual obstacles a company has to face to get to that point, present them to the board to generate a discussion AND more importantly to keep our feet on the ground.
Thats not a bad thing in my opinion. In all honesty, your blind faith, "Rory will never let us down" mentality is a very dangerous one and each post like that should have an asterisk stating "This is not a true representation of the stock at this point"
Stockseekr, you messaged me on February 7th 2017 asking me if I thought BBTH was a scam... Why the sudden unwavering confidence in BBTH? I mean i get that you can and should be hopeful with this stock, but "no worries"? I have several worries, all of which are real and justified. We have alot of people here starting to reconsider their holdings as nothing has happened/looks like it will happen for several months/longer. We need something to keep the interest in the POTENTIAL of BBTH alive because as of this point, the potential is all we have...
need valuable news here ASAP. avg volume is dropping, investor interest seems to be stale, gotta deliver something that shows this is going somewhere.
hopefully this week, but not holding my breath.
This past weekend was a perfect example of what a board can turn into when you drink too much of the kool aid, guys. We are all here and like this stock enough to invest in it, but that doesnt mean that people arent allowed to have concerns or point out flaws (perceived or reality). If you look at the bNotify app and tell yourself that it is top notch, professional, next level looking, you are lying to yourself. It doesnt look great. Thats just being honest. HeadsorTails even pointed out to the CEO that the website looked unprofessional/dated.
That being said, the video looks fine to me and the app doesnt have to look great for the demos. As the original poster said, a 5 year old could design one better, and if thats the case, im sure they will make it look better before its available to the public. Also, I think that guy missed the main point that they are interactive and can be embedded in a link (which i think will be the biggest success of this tech, btw, as clients will get a much better click through/watch rate with this style of ad). But he was just voicing a valid concern, one which we all SHOULD have, if you are a wise and cautious investor.
Dont jump down anyone who has a VALID concerns throat. This is a board for DD, good and bad, not for stock propaganda.
I believe its just people hoping for it, or trying to keep investors engaged... actually hurts the cause bc it feels like the company failed to deliver when in reality they never planned to deliver anything that week/month.
Yup... just keep that on repeat, as its been for god knows how long.
I agree, several times i have come close to accumulating more, but have always stopped myself. I want some validation before risking any more of my hard earned $$. I have a decent amount of shares, probably nothing compared to half of you guys here and will try to time it up as best i can if and when that validation comes. I still have alot of concerns regarding the tech and the company's delay of what seems like everything. For example, we were told the website would be updated in the "next few days" and that was a week ago. Granted, that could be semantics, but if all they changed was the initial walk out with the examples (which, by the way, is NOT a walkout, its a video (it doesnt follow you on the screen when you scroll)) then that is another example of over promising, under delivering.
Ill take your word for it. I hope there is a day where we can all laugh about how some of us doubted this company at times. We'll see
I hope so, but even for long term investors there comes a breaking point. Lets just hope something promising happens soon, and i believe that could happen anyday, but ive been telling myself that for months now.
