SPHS may be worth a look. Stock plunged after PO at $4 a share. Well below that now at $3.90?? I think a rebound in a few days is in the cards I'm gonna look at this one closely.

Also, CRK will recover. Oil is on the move up. There will be a report at 4:30 for last week's oil consumption, if there's a draw then we move up more. CRK and SGY move nicely with oil up. Also fed paper due out this week. Interest rate cut or no action will cause dollar to drop and oil to rise. I think the end of the week you'll be in great shape.

Second buy this morning at $24's learned from a master and plying the craft.

Hello everyone, just want to wrap up the day. For me it was mostly uneventful. Still in my 2 plays for tomorrow. UWTI and PTX. I hope everyone dos ok today. There were a lot of movers today both positive and negative. Hope people were able to
Take advantage of the positives and avoid the negatives. For tomorrow I'll stay in the same. Oils may have another down day and could reverse on API report at 4:30pm if so look for a stron continuation on Wednesday with the 10:40 API report. I believe SGY, UWTI, SDRL, and SDLP will have a few good days with news of large oil and gasoline draws in those reports. If not DWTI will go up the rest of the week until a reversal with next weeks reports or production cuts news from OPEC. Also dollar weakness can cause a nice spike in oil as oil traded in dollars and weak dollar means more oil can be sold. Additionally a continuation of China's recovery will also cause an increase in oil usage. Lastly, as was mentioned by someone with more understanding of the matter than I have, mm shorts that trade oil and OR shorts. (OR meaning other reporters of oil shorters), I think these are speculators. Covered huge last week. I believe to the tune of 60 mil barrels of oil. That should show in the report as a large purchase of oil I think and cause the numbers to look favorably for a large bullish move. With this in mind I urge everyone to be cautious and buy smart do your DD and follow the pertinent info streams. Let's hope for a nice profitable week. And pleas let us know how things are going. My watch for today are PTX up to $.88 in pre, I'm in since Friday. MDVN as I posted yesterday but couldn't catch that one as it moved early in the pre. AMD which is moving up in the pre a bit. I'll have to look more closely at this today. UWTI which will have a down day as oil is down about 2% so far this am which is 6% down for UWTI but 7% up for DWTI. May be a good day for D and time to start adding U in small quantities. I think these will be my watch for today. Two possibilities for tomorrow are MDVN closed at $67.16 Friday. With possibility of buy out by Pfizer http://finance.yahoo.com/news/pfizer-reportedly-close-spending-14-235257120.html I'll be watching this in the pre. Could hold a possibility of ~25% upside from here. Also still holding PTX from buy @ $.75 on Friday. Looking to see if it breaks $1.00 in the pre tomorrow. Will post more as it develops. Btw, I'll look in to that group chat idea and see if it's possible. Would be great to have realtime feedback and dialogue from the group during the trading session. Encouragement, guidance, or just someone to bounce ideas off of. Also more eyes for DD of potential buys. Then we may be able to do better on plays like STEM. Hahah nice post I101. While some of us use the weekend to spend our weekend relaxing and taking it easy you are crunching numbers, doing DD and grinding out winners. Hope everyone's having s great weekend. As I101 said we had great communication on Friday. I played UWTI, an old stalwart of mine. It did well for the past 21/2 weeks or so coming off of a low of $18xx to $29.xx I was in high $26-$28 made over 2k in 2 days. I follow that board and post there from time to time. Lots of helpful folks there. Particularly Toomuchmoney(TMM) and Kamakari always posting publicly to help others and willing to answer questions honestly. TMM is a TA trader and has helped me in the past do very well there. Kam is a fundementalist and breaks down the reports relating to oil, such as contracts long/ short and other info I don't truly understand too well. Also analyses the EIA/ API oil infest try reports and give open feedback. Point in all this is there's a belief that oil will move up in coming weeks perhaps $55-$70 region. UWTI is a 3x weighted ETF so be careful with it. Bit as such it's a good earner and can stand lots of volume in and out. Look for nice upward moves next few weeks in this on and the best of all is that it's never a straight up mover. Day flippers can get in and out with nice gains intra days and lower point buy back. Check it out and plan your moves ahead of trading. Also can be traded more slowly with nice success over few days periods. I suggest you check out their board and ask ques also watch oil starting 6:00pm est Sunday eve. Other drivers are world events, dollar weakness, and talks of oil production cuts. This should be in the $30's next week if trend continues. Also recent report of massive oil short covering out last week. (I am using info from poster Kam) shorts covered equivalent to -60 million barrels of oil. Lastly, I'm on the road right now on my way to a week on the cape w my family and traffic is crazy. Huge driving weeks can cause larger oil draws when reported by EIA/API on Tuesdays 4:30 pm est and Wednesday 10:30 am est respectively. Which can spike UWTI. I'll be watching oil west Texas crude and Brent closely starting sun and play UWTI accordingly on Monday. Also short side of UWTI is DWTI, it's inverse 3x ETF goes up when oil goes down. Never played it but it's there for those that are savvy to use during U dips. I also bought 4000 shares of PTX and stayed in over the weekend. There is takeover roofers but not very credible. However the price movement was very strong after hours and it traded over 36 mil shares 600k in after hrs. Hoping for a nice move on Monday. Let's see what we get. The wife is doing some of the driving now so I can drop a line here. Will check back in after a while. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Oil at $48+ right now, was at $42 a few weeks ago, $50 oil sends SGY over $20-$25 could happen tomorrow. Was ther a few weeks ago. Keep a close eye on it. NAT gas will follow as will natty gas plays.

SGY will also have another few good days, as will HRTX, and UWTI oil on an upward move. Agree w Cspi moving Ilya tomorrow also. I would use HRTX as a flip between $19-$24. Can be a good earner for a few weeks before breakout.

Hello everyone, just got done catching up on the board. I have a few pre market watches.
IPDN, REGI, AMRS, I think CRK has a better day tomorrow. Oil and NAT Gas up overnight. Also ARMS seems like a nice day tomorrow. Do your DD and watch you pre market for better info. For a long shot also watch for news pre from and old one GEVO. May be something in conjunction with REGI. Careful of GEVO though. May be a nice play one day but had an earning miss this quarter. Let's see what we get. Have a great nigh. I'm off tomorrow and all next week so will try to post more and will be watching the markets like a hawk.

And those my friend are the nuggets in the pile that makes it all worth while. I can think of nothing else in the world that makes me feel more self assure and strong as seeing that look in my sons eyes. I literally makes me feel like I can fly. It's sad that your grand son has to live through his youth with all of the blindness it brings and choose not to be a part of that. I know he's a child as well and being a father in HS is a mountain on an ants back. But I hope for his sake and the baby's sake he can grow and come around in short time. It's not easy and will never be easy but oh man it builds you something inside that cannot be replaced by anything else. Easy to say I know but worth atleSt a try.

I10122 what criteria are you using to arrow the list? And what methods do you think would be best to monitor preformance? TA? News search, PRs all of the above? Also will it be more advantageous if we take the list of 50 and decide it or further reduce it to 10-20 and all focus on those? What processes will you use to pare down to final 50? Is there anyone here with strong TA skills willing to teach techniques that they've had success with? Would be a help in refining some of our skills. Also what method of communication will we use to connect to each other once targets for investments are identified? I think all we need is some success and we will have plenty of knowledge and skillsjoinin this group. I can see it already.

For the record and in the spirit of getting to know each other, I'm also a man. Hahaha.
