First of all, I have alot of respect for your posts! You make all very valid points and I agree with your outrage at how share holders are dangling here while a celebration of a union between two people will occur very soon. I think he is learning to put a wall up between his business life and his personal life. This may strengthen his new marriage where maybe before he was all business with past wife. That is also encouraging as I have harped on him wearing to many hats and now he may be dishing off some of those responsibilities.

I am assuming at this point that the captain of the ship has put some trust with some core people to keep things running and we may still get news on something. Maybe the final draft of the promised PR has been written and just waiting for finalized details.

I believe that Jan. 10th will come and go without a negative event that some have forecast. Yes we are at the most critical junction of this company's life, as in soft start to full production and the amount of time involved. A few weeks back I snapped at this company for many reasons as I had a very bad week but I found some came to me and help build my spirits so I guess I come to you and others to hang in best as you can.
All in my opinion and praying for great things for us all.

I am leaning with Richard on his points of view.
Mark is wearing many hats and the main one is production efficiency.
The arguments can be made both ways but the stronger arguments lend its self towards a successful company. We have heard and read the PR's, radio interviews, tv shows, and had first hand knowledge of our visitors who all come back with glowing reviews.
We have also the negative side by myself and alot of frustrated investors who have grown weary of lack of news as of late.
All have a side and a story to tell but only the positive will stay and watch this miracle happen. I guess it all come down to the CHOICE! "Should I stay or should I go" (by the Clash) and that is your decision and I think the lyrics may fit for our position, agree? Good luck to all and all in my opinion(can and will change)!

I still have the phrase in my head, "under promise, over deliver" and when I heard that phrase, it made me go buy more shares and it also told me I was dealing with a company very well grounded!
This a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY dressed up in a cheap suit!
As I listen (but dis-believe) to the posters who just got out of jail tells us we have all made a mistake and if they are correct then I will go buy what they are invested in because they have proven to be smarter then I!
We all bought this company to fill a need, money but that was only part of the dream. It was for me to put my kids into college, pay down debt and maybe travel out west to see some friends in Milford but also to see a small town have a better standard of living, hence the Milford Miracle!
We have a CEO getting married and it tells me he must feel pretty good about the future so I believe that and well it carry's over to the company.
Believe in better days or believe in bad days, make a choice and thats what I am doing today.

I do not like the word "stripped" but effectively give Mark a singular position and you are right, let him do what he has done for so long, finding metals and mining them.
Someone said we need to take this to another level and I concur.
Mark has taken on to much and new management will clean up the holes and get the correct people in position to do their jobs.
I hope Mark realizes that this company has gone as far as it can with him and new money will demand smarter, laid out plans, goals, better investor relationship, and what nobody talks about is sales.
Having multiple buyers will keep the company from putting all their eggs in one basket.
All in my opinion with limited knowledge of mining.

They very well may be working their tales off and the new employee who replaced our last engineer may be getting things up to speed!
The gag order is always on and should be on but just give us an update on LTF or Number of loads out the door to smelter. I am not asking for the formula for rocket fuel just very basic, no big deal info is all. Keep it simple. Nate I do like your thought tho!

Totally sense your frustrations and I have emailed Charles also and asked some of those same type of questions in the past.
My heart truly wants this company to be successful but my logical side of my brain says we are missing alot of Official Details from the company.

We have heard great details from our road warriors who have traveled to the mill and got some great pictures. Now we need facts from the CEO himself, maybe a town hall meeting? No that will not happen, that I am sure of but maybe a conference call from Mark that may answer some questions. Just a thought.

The tensions (pressure) has been building since we dropped below a penny a share and in order to release this tension, a PR is needed that is truthful in nature, just the facts and well maybe some ambiguity but not much thats for sure!

RS500, as you know I had a bad day awhile back and well it was more of a melt down and I have since apologized but something still not right. All I can do at this point is hound Charles, have faith in God and trust what our road warriors have said.
I hope you email Charles as much as you can or call him. I have yet to do so because a phone call can be tricky when asking questions and a good talker can flip and switch subjects in a heartbeat and confuse the crap out of me so I stick to emails.

Thanks for the mention but my boots have yet to hit the Milford soil but I hope to have the funds to go to the Spring Fling with all who have and thank them also! This company has wrapped up so many hopes and dreams that I can just imagine the excitement that would hit so many! Their is the WHOLE MILFORD COMMUNITY that would truly be the benefactors of this company's success and would make me so happy to see this because I live in the State of Ohio and we have been decimated long before the economy tanked so I am vicariously living through the town and can relate!

Well if share count did increase then we may see a PR so they can sell some of those shares, agree? Thats ok as long as we get LTF then all should be good. Hey OB, what is the buy point according to your charts? I put a buy in at .003 but may be to low at this point.

Hey CDL, sorry to step on your post.
In response to having the Stop Sign removed. My thought is they do not have this as a priority as it is obvious to most of us. They are looking for loans through a bank or financier of some sort so they are not looking for investors at this time. Before you send me firm arguments understand that it is what is said as to what is NOT said and clarity of mind begins to understand all the while reading between the lines.
As to visitors to the mine well my thought is that it is cheaper and easier (only man hours) to have visitors put out what they see and feel and what they hear. The visitors will and do talk alot about the mine and will get support from the IHUB board to squash others whom disagree. I think CPRK has figured this out and uses us to talk to the public for them. I am not knocking all who visit the mine, spending money, taking time out and getting confirmation to information they have heard. I wish I had the funds to go myself but I rely on others and trust as to what is said which I am very grateful indeed!
Now my hope for the New Year is to see this matter of financing put to bed and we finally run the business like it should. Mark needs to wear one hat only and bring in the appropriate people that will take responsibility in full time capacity. This will be self evident(pps) with much more getting done behind the scenes and gaining full support from the investment community.

I respectfully disagree. As long as there is need, it shall be filled and of coarse at a price and Copper King Mining (CPRK) fills a great need along with mining in general.
Never say never when it comes to making money and supply meets a demand. America and Canada has natural resources that will continue to be sold around the world. Even going green will taking alot of copper, aluminum, steel, and what I believe will be used is rare earth metals.
Recycling will play a much bigger role because these metals will get pricier and well frankly, taking the trash out will be called keeping the cash as communities will get more involved in generating money from the people in the community. Talking to a friend from Texas and he was amazed how we still give throw away(give to local Garbage collections) metal in our garbage. From what I gathered from him was everything is for sale in Texas. I don't know if its true but we are getting savvier with what we throw away. The Great Depression gave away to a generation who threw nothing away and we are destine to repeat.
Look for our company CPRK to again be apart of this build out that is happening our round the world. All in my opinion and have a great New Year and CPRK Rocks!

Just watched a video and it showed how the Chinese is selling Real Silver(not ETF's or Certs) just above cost of mining it to its people! I do not know if they still are doing this but they were wheeling this out in plastic totes, amazing! The whole point of that was diversification away from the US Dollar I believe.

"What do you think the Chinese would bid for CPRK's mining rights? They could easily supply the infrastructure and the mgmt to get the ore out of the ground."

That would be like Toyota or Honda manufacturing here in the US!

At this point if management changed but we could keep our shares and the Milford Miracle intact, that would ok as long as new management came in with a boat load of cash to resolve the LTF and short term debt!
Having said that, I bet we have vultures flying above waiting to pounce and may explain why we have seen the posts negatively spewed, almost to speed up the process. Guessing and thinking out loud!

That is a great perspective! I felt that way awhile back but have had a bad attitude as of late but you remind me as others have and that is to have patience! When we get some transparency on production, cash flow, LTF, and a reduction in total shares then this could fly beyond most expectations. I do happen to agree that any LTF will most definitely pay down those STF loans and will help keep us out of lawsuits,
I also believe they will not have to announce they have gotten LTF because it will be self evident through purchases made on equipment and end of 1st quarter numbers hopefully submitted for all of us to see. So one way or another, we will know. Maybe Mark will buy his a house and hire a guy named Richard?! Time to lay that foundation of friendship with Mark, maybe in spring when we head out there for the "Milford Munch with the Bunch" thats my hunch, maybe some lunch or brunch! I will not eat green eggs and ham says Sam I am! (thats for the kids, they are home driving me nuts!) All in my opinion!

John, as I said before, you are awesome at writing and you would make a great PR person! That is a compliment!
You filled in some blanks and gave a great summation of what Mark has done, is doing, and will be doing.
Bottom line, he wears to many hats, needs to let go and let professionals do what they know how to do.
The success or fail of this company will ultimately fall on Mark and maybe that is his greatest fear! It would rank up their being President and Santa Clause and that is a lot of responsibility!

With all due respect and truly not here to create bad karma especially before Christmas.
The share holders and the short term creditors have financed the operations for quite sometime. The problem is very complex with a lot of moving parts and yes the parts that move in the mill also.
This company has been here for sometime and as a company grows, its ability to communicate to share holders should grow also.
The problem I have stated on a number of occasions is that Mark D. wears to many hats and in all accounts micro manages maybe to a fault. That tells me he lacks confidence in the people working for him or something maybe not right and he is holding back. That is what most feel and we continue to keep the fire to the feet unfortunately, Charles is taking all the heat from us share holders and surely stressed. I know this from responses in email I receive and yes, that is his job but he is controlled in his responses.
We have issues of the STOP SIGN, shares not available to investors form brokers, promised pr's not given in the time frame stated, stock price collapsing to new lows,Jan2010 default time frame on some loans, a key employee leaving, issues with equipment in the plant, but we also have great DD from the visitors recently and have stated multiple trucks going out with product along with drilling sites that show very promising results. We also have had LTF people behind closed doors which should take away the possibility of BK. So in a nutshell both good and bad.
The company needs to be able to multi task. Get the mill dialed in and producing with good consistency while on the investor relationship side communicating factually what is going on all the while selling new investors on why to buy the stock, essentially financing the company. Now give key people the tasks at hand and fix the issues. Some have said this is Mark's company and well thats great to say but Mark, stop wearing all the hats and let people do their job. So much more will get done!
This all in my opinion and thank God we still have that ability to debate and talk this through as we still live in a Democratic Society!

Great summation and yes the priority is not there to give us those numbers.
In some respect that would be fine but the LTF people will not buy more debt and project unless they have the numbers.
I have beat this issue enough for now.

Yes agree in the respect of that definition but the market has much bigger players who will not invest in this company UNLESS they see the numbers by a CPA firm and that is a FACT! The big players have people they have to give an account of why they bought a companies shares. If it was based on what we have heard officially, well that is why we have not gotten those big players yet.

I do not want to be the downer here and especially do not want to listen to OB but he has that right and as all of us.
As we listen to CNBC, CNN, Market Watch or whomever, it is always about the numbers, Top Line Growth, Bottom line growth ect.
This company has to evolve or it cannot survive in the current environment with share holders (public company) in my opinion.

As share holders, we gather all this information and we realistically make decisions based on that. We evolve and start to understand that potential does not pay the bills. Revenues, growth with real LTF that seperates the want to be's from the rest.

I want this company to succeed that is a fact! I do not want fluff, that is for the gullible (which I was in the beginning) but as we get good DD from the posters who visit, that is only a small part of the equation.

All in my opinion and keep the pressure on the company. The "squeaky wheel gets the grease" or it freezes up!

Please with all due respect and this hard to do but we have absolutely NO NUMBERS in regards to payable, receivables, and outstanding debt and that is a fact. We all are relying on the company telling us what is going on and ambiguous pr's do not help.

Most all agree CPRK is in its beginning stage but older share holders that I have talk to are pissed.

Accounting is so important and they have a CPA working for them so they are probably frustrated with Mark and the front office.
As some of you know my wife is in this type of business and all I can say is end of year is very hard when clients want to shuffle numbers, decrease revenues so there tax liabilities are lower.
Its a game and she often goes back to the IRS guide lines to say "that can or cannot be done" and she has lost some clients because she refused to lie or play that game. No I am not saying that this company is doing this!!! Just an example and possible scenarios.

I am not an expert but only use information that I have seen for my understanding. The board has more competent people and can answer and articulate this position better.

Please be patient with me but who truly controls the shares in the market? Is it the company? brokers? sorry if this is a lame question but I am confused and to hear your remarks on shares failing to deliver concerns everyone who owns shares of CPRK.
Maybe an email to Charles? JIT said Mark never got the email by CAM...my thought is Mark is confused and has to much on his plate.
This company needs a true professional to carry out Public Relations and to keep Mark getting better efficiency out of the mill.

Mark has 4 official titles and that is way to much! I have seen the phrase "micro manage" and he is every where. In the shop, out in field, in the office, behind close doors, editing pr's! my concern is if he is doing all these roles, how can one person do all of them well? They can't and we are seeing this in all aspects of this company. This is a realistic view from emails I have received and talking to family. I am long this company but I have the right to challenge the company, BOD's for its decision making.

I want this to be successful but I am not getting is transparency by the company.
We have some excellent DD by so many who have visited the site, plant and talked to the engineers, Kita and that has helped. The share price is the ultimate conclusion and a direct reflection of this company, period! IMO
