Great post.
What? Of course it's not news, but the fact that it is still pending is a concern - no patent by June 1, no revenue. The patent means exclusivity and protection from competitors - without it anybody can do this. Who's going to pay you for something that they themselves can set up and operate. Also, my ads will now include a 1-800 (at least until 1-800's become obsolete), a dot.com and a GO800. A lot of clutter at the bottom of my ads. Show me the patent.
Show me the patent approval - without it, it's over.
What is the status of the patent? Also, what is being patented - the call forwarding procedure, the name "GO800" (copyright?), some technological procedure - what? Anybody?
Essentially this is a call forwarding service which eliminates the need for remembering long 800 numbers. I'm not familiar with the technology involved so maybe I'm missing something, but just what is it that they are applying to get patented here. Also, what is the status of the patent? Anybody?
A voice of reason amongst the muck, thank you Mickeybritt. Waiting for 6/1 news, until then any movement other than a huge drop is OK. I'm seeing more positives that would indicate the word is getting out on this. Perhaps as someone said earlier they're waiting to put the ads out front until a big corp signs on, give it a major impact intro instead of a trickle.
Exposure of any sort - amateur, professional or however - is what's important. The more this is seen and explained, the quicker it moves into the life styles of the young, the people who will be accessing and using this most. 35 to 40 and younger have been weaned on this type of technology and anything new in this area excites the hell out of them (many of them). I spend my days with high school kids, they'll take to this like stink to poop once they find out about it.
I listened to the explanation on the mobile phone thing and read the article in the technology electronic publication - all very interesting and encouraging. Exposure - just what's needed.
So it acts like a search engine/secretary that finds your favorite bank, pizza joint, car dealer, etc, connects you then has them call you back - all in ten seconds?
An 800,000 trade that moves nothing is a pretty good indicator that the MMs are choking this horse. However the slow and low volume with a sideways - slightly south - move shows longs are resisting. Expect this to continue until there is substantive news or revenue. This is of course only my opinion and comments are welcomed - encouraged.
Curious. The only place I've seen "GO800" is on this board and a car dealer in NH who I'm told is a board member. With the "launch" in mid April one would think this would be all over the media. Also, maybe a little too much enthusiasum here given that this is the only place this company is seen. Are all these guys ambassadors - car salesmen? Show me an ad from a major firm that features GO800, make me a believer.

The PR was released by Minimar.
Billing begins in June for the 300 or so currently "signed up" and for others that come on board. I've seen on this board that there are some big names among the 300. Are these signed-up companies using this free period to test the marketing viability of GO800 or are they testing the technology or perhaps waiting for the "patent pending" to become "patent rejected" at which time they will adapt the process as their own. These big names - Chase, Pizza Hut and others advertise extensively, yet I have never seen "GO800" included in their ads? Doesn't it make sense that they would want potenial customers to be aware of another easier to reach them?
Why and why? Perhaps you could include an explanation.
I'm guessing that "first one's free" was the NH car dealer. Also, what happens when this takes off and everybody's using it - will lines get cluttered, response times lengthened, etc?
A "T trade" is essentially a large trade put through in small increments and concealed from the public for the purpose of protecting the price from fluctuating wildly, which a large purchase shown at once may provoke - thus the end of day release. The price reflects the price at which the increments were purchased. It's not an "after hours" trade.
I'm concerned about the patent approval. Just what are they patenting? The letters/numbers "GO800"? That would be a copyright. The connecting process? I've seen ads (AT&T for one) on TV that use the "text to" scheme but they use a five digit number that really just shortens the 1-800 process. However it does indicate that the process of expediently connecting consummers with sellers, which GOIP is marketing, is already in use. Can somebody enlighten me here?
Will close in the green but barely. No surprise with the selloff, when all the MMs bid and they get satiated they bring it back down. I have a feeling it will be like this until some substanial news is released. Good time to average down.
This is better - slow, steady movement sideways and north and moderate volume over several days or until news comes. Keeps the takers away for a while and let's things settle and consolidate. Am I right here: all contracts are free until June 1, at which time it becomes $500 a month and $.04 per call?
It's bottomed. It will walk back up slow and EOD in green. Can't control MMs here or on any pinks, best to just buy into them - such an opportunity here.
No PR tomorrow, nothing to indicate such, a rumor. Happens often on these boards - let it settle, it will pick up.
I too just "texted" PIZZAHUT (my first text ever) and got a menu machine -they operate 1PM to 10PM. Seems a bit of work - as I said my virgin text - but probably second nature to a hungry teen.
More importantly, if Pizza hut has it I'm sure others are in or watching closely.
Seriously - my question is DD. Why not just say "Salesperson"?
Also, what are you selling - keywords? If so does that mean that these 2000 keywords are still up for sale? Curious. I own here and am familiar with the product but not the procedure of marketing it.
What's an ambassador?
Correct. It will be the use of this gadgetry that will sell it. Placed in the right commercial areas and it's speed and shortcut features will surely be noticed and desired. The 15 to 25s, thats all they do - text. It will go.
Pros?? These guys?? I don't think so!! Pros know how to do a FS, know how to get through a FINRA inquiry and pros don't make elaborate plans and decisions without first DD'ing the consequences and possible outcomes. And most importantly, pros know how to bring a supposedly dazzling product to market without all the PR tap dancing. No, these guys aren't pros, they're simply feeling their way through this monopoly game, learning as they go. You're correct in that even an average lawyer - and they come cheap these days - could tie this up in litigation for years, which is one reason there will be no suits brought. As I said in an earlier post, a lawsuit presupposes some to be gained and these guys have nothing.
First rule of a lawsuit is to sue somebody that has something to be sued for.
Trading amongst insiders - note they went for .08 p/share. Often see the term "strong franchisee" in the PR's indicating a strict scrutiny and qualifying of those wishing to become associated with SPKL. Probably a good thing as it will limit store failures and the need for the company to get involved in buying them back. Also, locations in high traffic areas improves business chances. Seems to be a strong business taking shape deliberately and with patience. A wait and win. IMO
The info I posted yesterday is available to all on the Paradigm Polymers web site included in this site's ibox. The addresses are a small warehouse/garage type of building (manufacturing?) and a downtown Macon, GA office building (yes, probably a mail drop). I don't believe the phone # is a home phone (I would not willingly post such) as I once reached the now gone from AMNE Al Ward there. I have been following this company and on this posting site for well over a year and have come away very disappointed mostly due to management or lack thereof. In the beginning this was a flipping opportunity for me but as I DD'd it I saw a possibility for a strong long - good product, flavorful market, yadda, yadda. I did some flips, got on the free train and watched sorrowfully as it dissovled into what it is now, due to poor or no decision making and lack of aggressive management. I've been to the UPS mail drop in Hamden, CT and I've talked to Al Ward, one of the departed former salesmen (Bruce something) and to T. Mixon. Had I not known who I was talking to I would have made Mixon as maybe an asst manager at Walmart - evasive, not forthcoming with answers and not really that knowledgeable about business in general. That, IMO, is a big part of the problem here. Does AMNE have a possibilty of recovering? Yes, but it's a long, long outside low, low percentage posibility. Peach is right, it's a gamble - youse makes youse choices, youse takes youse chances. I'm out of it, luckily with a profit, but I'll be back in, right after the RS should it occur. It's a flipper again. All the best to all of you.
Let's get serious here. This is a company that has had estabished manufacturing operations thru Gary Gray's company, Paradigm Polymers in Macon, GA since late 2008. Why anounce a production facilities move to Texas and a month later announce a move to where you already are - Georgia? As I stated earlier this is standard for AMNE - make an announcement then change it with no substantive reasoning given for the change; Powerhouse, forward split, expansion of share count, ecosafe, etc. They don't communicate, they don't answer the phone and they are selling for .0001. How much do you have to know?
They will do the RS, then you buy, when it flutters upward, you sell. If you guys want to get something back, that's how this one plays. How many times have they announced plans only to have them fall apart or be rescinded a few months or even weeks later. They give credence to the saying, you can fool some of the people over and over again. IMO
Alaska; I'm beginning to recognize similarities with HGLC - Mixon and Lumb, from the same mold?
First time kid?
This may be the turning point of this issue - quality people from the industry coming in to stir it up and get it moving. Still waiting for the economy to lift. Highly optimistic!
The exposure is the news, they weren't kidding when they said they wanted prominent, up front locations.
I disagree. If a patent is held and a group has marketing rights to it, there are no secrets. Also, if there were aspects of the product that were to be kept under wraps then those discussions can be talked around, but to avoid any and all questions - as Mixon did concerning IR - would indicate that either the product doesn't exist or is not all it's cracked up to be. Either way, if it exists and it's good you don't waste time getting it to market. These people have failed like bad schoolboys in handling this "product".
I felt for a long time that the product as described was legit and superior to anything on the market, so my screaming question has been: "Where's the marketing plan?" The answer for several months has been: "There is none!" Either they are inept at marketing or they never had anything worth marketing to begin with, or both. Made some flips last summer for a profit and got out completely in Dec and Jan. Talked to Mixon on the phone twice in Nov and Dec - not inspiring. Everytime I mentioned Infinate R he tap danced away to another subject, didn't want to talk about it. That was the final straw for me. There's an outside chance it will bounce a bit but if it does it will be without me. Good luck.
