Penny, you've got nads of steel! All I can say is that I hope it works out for you in a huge way.
That goes for everyone else here as well. I'm so sick of all of the negativity here.
I hope everyone here makes some money and that no one will be left holding a worthless bag so to speak.
I don't think we have any inkling of what the end result of the value of FFGO will be.
Santini seems to take a lot of the insults and things personally and I would love to see him make FFGO into something that will hold it's value for years to come.
I on the other hand could use a few bucks to put towards a vacation. If this thing breaks out we should all do something to help someone in need...
Pennyprune... I'm jealous! I don't have PM capabilities, but let me tell you something, had I had enough loot to buy that many shares of FFGO I would probably have been too scared to go in to that degree... but I'm already kicking myself for not buying more.
Let the serial and biased bashers say whatever they want. I'm as concerned with knowing what's going on with FFGO as anyone else, but there's no rationalization that can explain away the fact that anyone that bought in at .0001 is not up 500%.
Lets kick this thing into overdrive Monday AM!
Shhhhhhhhhhh... ;o)
"Pledge means to use the shares as security for a loan."
In that case... anyone wanna spot me a few grand? I've got a wad of shares I'm willing to pledge as collateral. :O)
Didn't you already answer this?
"The Company will be entitled to mortgage or pledge all or part of its stockholding in Goldco from time to time."
I could be wrong, but... is promising the shares in a dividend the same as pledging it? I could be wrong.. I don't know legalize. :O)
Law has been taught in Oxford for some 850 years. For centuries law meant Roman law. The idea of bringing the common law into the university was conceived here in the eighteenth century and realized in 1758 when Sir William Blackstone became the first Vinerian Professor of English Law. Oxford has since been home to many of the key figures of the modern common law such as Anson, Dicey, Pollock, Cheshire, Cross, Morris, and Hart.
http://www.law.ox.ac.uk/
"Who is? btw, Oxford doesn't have a law school."
Do you just make this stuff up as you go?
"The only reason for NOT giving out the info is, as Janice said, because the TA is under a gag order not to say anything, which usually means the company has something to hide."
Or... the company wants to make a HUGE splash all at once.
"WaS Do you think tha maybe Lumb was out shopping for shares last night?"
That's possible...
But if he's sooo loaded and expecting the value to rise ahile being able to sell off for a profit, then why wouldn't he just buy at .0005?
For someone of his "stature" you'd think that a .0001 per share difference wouldn't make or break his ability or willingness to scoop up a multitude of shares.
That's my opinion anyway...
Who knows though? Like I've said in just about every post, I'm new to this game and I really don't know squat about how these things work.
All that I can tell you is that I'm holding the rest of my shares until we see a substantial rise or until a PR comes out that turns my stomach to the point that I no longer believe this thing is going anywhere.
I still have mucho faith though... But only time will tell.
I don't have much, but thankfully I've got time. :O)
"The Company trusts that its credibility will be on the road to recovery after we are proven not be "a bunch of liars and crooks" as posted on many a Message Board."
I read these PRs and I cringe. Part of me believes it's because as Lumb stated, Santini is doing this on his own and he's young and learning.
Then part of me reads what Lumb does on here and makes me wonder if the two of them just have no idea how to write...
Some of these PRs make me feel sorry for Santini, because he seems like he's got something to prove and desperately wants to do so. Then again, maybe that's all part of the "game".
Either way, this is so much fun to try to decode.
Maybe I'm wrong, but the email that was mentioned/re-posted here from Santini mentioned the PR today would address questions posed by shareholders.
I'd say this PR did just that. Maybe I'm nuts, but initially I was thinking this was going to be the big one but last night I came back down to Earth and figured it would be exactly what we got here.
At some point in the very near future I am expecting an all out onslaught of PRs. I sure would like them to be "concrete" factually though instead of "we think", "we expect", "we should', "we might" kinda of statements.
Just my opinion anyway. Especially after reading Lumb's "take profits at .0005 and .0006" last night. I half thought this PR was going to be something that might knock prices down a notch so they can sure up the rest of the buy backs... cheaply.
Then again... who knows?
:O)
Go FFGO!
"I haven't seen a single direct email from FFGO's CEO which actually answered any question."
Plenty of questions have been answered via email. Go back and do some research. For those looking for inside information via email, ehh come on now... Don't Be Ridiculous!
"Ordo ab chao?"
While I'm sure your little quote there will mean nothing to most, I for one am hoping for "Dollars Out of Chaos."
Riddle me this...
What are the chances that EVERYONE is expecting some kind of BIG news tomorrow, to the point of timing the Lumb hit piece to "break" a day prior, while have Lumb "get out of jail" on that same day/night just in time to come and post on here prior to the "Big Day"?
Personally , I was expecting big news and now I'm not so sure... but who knows, order out of chaos is typically order brought forth with controlled chaos, used to manipulate those without knowledge of what's actually happening behind the scenes. It's a dialectic I'm sure at least some of you have seen playing out in today's social and political climate.
I think both Lumb performances, as well as some of the more notorious bashers showing up here, along with ridiculous anti-lumb "news stories"/ihub rehashes are likely all part of a VERY VERY big campaign to get people watching FFGO.
I could be wrong here, but the drama seems too contrived, too perfect, and too digestible, even for an idiot like me.
Regardless, I am loving the action. Riding free shares on a show like this is just too enjoyable.
I dipped my toes into "pinkyland" for the first time with FFGO and I think I can describe it better by stating more accurately, "I REALLY STEPPED IN IT". I have a hard time believing that in years to come I will ever find anything as bizarre as what's gone down here over the last 2 weeks and I'll certainly miss it when all is said and done.
Goodnight and good luck to everyone with this play. Who knows, maybe Janice can even cash in and write a book about it later.
I just hope it turns out better than that ridiculous hit piece complete with it's closing disclaimer. Those familiar with legal speak and the concept of liable over PRing slander know what I'm talking about.
I wish you all the best. Go FFGO!
"Looks like just another fluffy attempt to suck in more investors into both stocks, imo".
That's typically what PRs are used for. Not too many, if any companies put out PRs to deter people from investing in their stocks.
That having been said, if someone likes what they read they can then decide to make a purchase, if they don't then they are free to walk away and/or ignore the company completely.
Some of you guys make it seem like by putting out PRs this company is somehow making secret deductions from the bank accounts of uninformed and oblivious folk tantamount to bank robbery or identity theft.
The thing is... People have to actually go out on their own and purchase shares in a company. That means they have to make a choice. That means they do it of their own free will.
No one is actually being "sucked in" to anything. That is a ridiculous notion as it implies there is no choice being made and those being "sucked in" are handing over their money by force.
Silly... very silly.
I know I wasn't sucked in and I'm already riding free shares. Hopefully we'll see an increase in value beyond the 500% or so that I'm already up with the shares I hold.
That having been said, had people actually been "sucked in" they'd probably all be dancing in the streets right now knowing their money is worth 4-5 times what it was before it was "sucked in".
It's still semi funny to ponder how you, and some others that cashed out at a profit are still looming here warning others of the evils of selling off their shares at a profit.
Kinda seems like we've got an awful lot of people here looking to "suck" cheap shares out of people's accounts so they can get back in the game before the big gains are made.
This is of course all just my humble opinion.
"The hype is dying. Boardmarks are topping out. Volume is dropping and the twice a day PR blitz is over. Think about it."
On the contrary... most of the naysayers here accuse the "twice a day PR blitz" to be nothing but lies. If that were the case the logical assumption would be that they would continue to pump them out on a regular basis.
The fact that there's been a lull between PRs means something is going on and if you believe these people know what they're doing, scam or no scam... then using simple logic it's obvious they're about to announce something big.
Alan claimed he had a lot of paperwork to do tonight. Maybe they're done with the buy backs. Maybe there never were buy backs. Maybe they're going to shock the world on Friday with something that will appear to be earth shattering...
No one really knows.
But if I were a dirt bag looking to keep my pump and dump in the want, you can bet your back side that I'd continue "pumping" out the PRs on a steady basis right to the end... unless of course I was looking to manipulate people in some way by NOT putting one out for a few days.
NEVER underestimate the psyop. Lumb's presence here, the presence of some renown bashers, each and every PR, every email response, etc... there's a reason for all of it. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think Friday is going to be a big day for FFGO and those who hold shares in the company.
I thought I was about to see vultures here too... then I saw hundreds of millions of shares move hands in a heartbeat. Something strange is afoot... but I don't believe for a second that FFGO is dying a slow death.
Thank me later guys....
Thanks V!.
Congrats to all of you. I'm telling you, you can mark my earlier post as the tide turning on FFGOs record setting run. Buckle up and don't forget to Tuck and Roll...
FFGO to the moon... or whatever it is that you crazy kids are saying these days!
This is going to skyrocket now... I promise.
I dumped some of my shares at .0005. The volume today was kinda freaking me out so I wanted to make sure I was playing with freebies... just in case.
Like I said, I'm new to this so don't all kill me. I sold at the ask, or at least had my order in to do so just like you guys always say to do.
I'm not lucky guy. My dad bought in on this when I did and I figured I'd take one for the team and sell some off, because that's a sure fire way to make sure it takes off for the rest of you.... and me too with what I've got left.
That's just how my life goes.
Good luck everyone. Lets get this thing booming before we close.
"I've talked to plenty of other CEOs of other companies, why would this one be any different."
Because you aren't a share holder... Maybe he has caller ID.
There are certain people/obsessive vigilante types I wouldn't take calls from either.
Seriously, I don't blame him.
"He has never answered or returned any of my calls...........another reason I sold."
I hear ya, I've been trying to get that geek Bill Gates on the phone for years. Glad I got out of that scam while I had the chance. The big dope wouldn't sit down for tea and crumpets with me.
I also feel that as CEO he should have mowed my lawn and shaved the spots on my back that I just can't reach. I'll never forgive him and now I spend my life insisting everyone buys Apple.
Maybe Santini heard you sold at .0003 and decided you just aren't worth his time.
"No one would have made a profit if someone hadnt bought at .0007, .0008, .0009, plain and simple. The pump is to be blamed for people thinking they could get in at .0009 and still make a profit. Anyone that claimed this stock was going to .002 or above can be blamed for the pump."
Unless of course they manage to sell their shares for a profit. Maybe your assumption is correct that this is on it's way out or maybe it'll go higher. Who knows...
I'll spare you and me both the pain of taking a look at how many publicly trading companies lose share value or go out of business. In each case, someone is left holding the bag.
There's never a guarantee that a stock will always rise in value. Just look at the USD. It's worth about 2 cents of what it was worth prior to the Fed.
What about filling your gas tank? You might pay more today than if you fill it tomorrow. That's how free markets work.
If a reverse split is announced tomorrow then you're talking about a whole 'nother can of worms. Who knows what'll happen to the value of FFGO between now and when all is said and done?
Certainly not you or I.
OT: Penny, I don't have private messaging, but I think you're probably right on all accounts.
By the way, I am religious. I do try to "Do Unto Others" and hopefully when we make bank here you guys will each buy a meal for someone less fortunate... preferably someone your not paying to go out with you. :O)
GO FFGO!
Not that I know anything...
But I've got to admit, I feel better about FFGO today than I did yesterday. I was fairly convinced another day without solid news would be a day we'd close at .0004 or lower.
I'm not convinced the decrease in volume is because of the buy backs, but...
Man o' man are we primed for a heavy duty PR. Something concrete would be nice tomorrow. Something to answer our questions so as to keep it from being "debunked" with more assumptions and questions.
I'm as sick of the "Trust Me" line as anyone. I think we're primed to floor a lot of people, myself included if they PR something verifiable, showing us why they're deserving of our trust.
Than again, that's just my opinion and what the heck do I know?
"you should've put $1 sell...i'm selling mine at .99 just in case there is a big sell off at $1"
In that case I'm dumping at .98. I don't wanna get lost in the shuffle. :O)
Good morning everyone... lets kick this one into overdrive. I wanna see big green today and for days to come!
For the record, I didn't mean to be REALLY negative with my post last night. I don't know if I'm lumped in with the "shorters" now.
My point in posting what I did was simply speaking my mind. I've got a good amount of shares I bought at the bottom and I've not sold one share.
But just as I believe V always says what she feels and is as honest as possible with us, I just wanted to put my recent concerns out there. Hopefully things will change today.
Only time will tell. But I'm rooting for all of you to make big bags of green.
Come on FFGO, lets get it in gear. Go FFGO!
"So my feeling is that unless you know something for sure, are riding free shares, or just have that much money to piss away for whatever reason (& that's a shame 'cause a lot of needy people/causes could use it much better), well, buyer beware! I know I'm getting jittery."
I'm starting to feel the same way. In my mind the next PR may well make or break this play. The cancellation of shares is a big concern. They've either "instructed" these shares to be whacked on a specific unmentioned date, which will play into a GREAT PR at some point in the near future, or as some have accused, they're lying through their teeth.
The divi to me in a non issue, only in that I'm not expecting anything of it. Those that are holding or that will buy based upon knowledge to come directly in correlation to news on on the divi.. well, that's another story all together, one that likewise worries me.
If we're sitting on another PR that says absolutely nothing new verifying the shares have been canceled and the #s are now officilly updated, or something concrete about the divi ie. the name of the company and/or the restriction status... well, I'm assuming that such a PR will hurt, not help the value of our holdings in ffgo.
It won't take much to make this thing move in a big way... up or down.
I'm not much of a gambler, but I feel more and more as if holding my shares is indeed QUITE a gamble. Ironically, it feels more like a gamble today than it did before the value moved from .0001. Guess that's cause I'm new to the game.
Hopefully we'll get some good news and soon... because without it I don't see this thing closing above .0006 and with the games we've seen recently, I'm shocked it's not hovering around .0003/.0004.
For now, the positive MOMO is gone. I hope I'm proven wrong in the AM but I don't see this thing moving green until we've got some GOOD news, not just NEWS.
Gotta wonder what Lumb's true intentions were by wasting a day ad a half running his mouth on here really were. I don't see how it was at all productive for the company or its share holders.
I'm assuming it was a psyop of some sort... though you may have hit the nail right on its head.
Anyway, goodnight everyone.
I'm praying we get some GOOD NEWS soon because the longer they prolong answering our questions/concerns in some verifiable way, beyond the classic "Trust Me :O)" the less faith the majority of share holders and prospective buyers are going to have, and with their dubious past... rightfully so.
Or higher...
But get out now, Santini has a Youtube account. That can only mean bad things. you don't want to make money from a stock with a CEO thats got a Youtube account. That can only mean one thing... He's got a Youtube account.
"...at 9:30 Monday morning FFGO will be at 0006."
"...if he has the time."
Right, if he/SHE has the time.
And that's not to say there isn't a stockpile of these things waiting to be kished at one time so as create a massive PR verifying it all... at once for maximum "pop".
FFGO is a .0005 stock right now. You want to see the value rise... I believe it will because these people know what they're doing.
Don't be greedy, take your profit as you see fit and move on. But just because there isn't "definitive" proof YET, doesn't mean it hasn't happened and that they aren't waiting for one moment to release the PS that will smack oodles of those focused on the "BUT TA's right now SAY.....!" right in the face.
Still not convinced half of those crying foul aren't playing their part in a carefully constructed setting of the stage type scenario to play out.
Just remember, Lumb stated he was here as a favor to Santini. Santini, we've been told, doesn't read this board.
The #1 detractor showed up attacking Lumb, setting the stage for him to show up with his antics.
This whole dramatic scenario, including the arrival of some of these "big name" detractors smells like something... pulled from the sea.
I'd say it's more logical that the shares have been purchased, but haven't been canceled so they can be dumped when as the value goes up.
But that's just how I'd play it if I were a devious insider...
"Considering they supposedly started buying back shares June 3rd and there still is no change in the OS, its pretty safe to say that the company is not buying anything."
The thing that bothers me about this, as someone banking on FFGO, is that the PRs all say something like they've "instructed" whoever to cancel the shares.
I don't know if that's standard, or if it's standard to read prs that state the shares have already been canceled.
Instructing someone to cancel them leaves the door open for mistakes or "accidents" that fall onto the responsibility of a third party.
I'm not too long on this stock... so I'm hoping it won't really make a difference, but if I was hard core and long on FFGO I would definitely feel the need to see physical proof that the shares have indeed been canceled.
Again... maybe I'm a follower, but I trust V. I actually trust her gut more than I trust FFGO.
Regardless as I've stated before, this stock's drama is more than worth my investment. I love a good conspiracy theory and what's gone down here over the past week or so has bown my mind and made me laugh even when I've seen a substantial decrease in my portfolio.
Hoping to see a rebound though! Ya know... something I can use to feed the hungry and cover the costs of my upcoming vacation would be nice.
Not the people that bought at .0005 or higher... not yet anyway. We'll see how it plays out. I just hope everyone uses their heads on this and isn't riding this out like me.
Take profits on the way up guys...
Go FFGO!
I'm up 500%. Who cares?
Well put...
As a chronic lurker here I put much stock into what you say and feel and if you still feel good, I still feel good. That's probably a stupid newbie mistake... but my gut says you're honest and knowledgeable. That's good enough for me.
Thanks for all you do V.
Conspiracy Theory...
I'm new to this, bought in at .0001 and haven't sold anything yet. I'm sure I'll be deleted instantly (again), but here goes.
For days I've been reading "But why would Santini RS?" "Why would he this or that... it would kill his credibility."
So J-Shell shows up and starts with "The Lumb Connection". Lumb shows up, "because Santini asked him to" and states, "I have a thick skin.. so say whatever you want, I don't care..." Then flips his lid over what someone says and buys control of the company?
The bashers are obviously not holding this stock. Yet Lumb reacts to them and decides to take the company over threatening to kick the price down to .0001 and buy it all up for micro peanuts.
I was cross eyed when Santini resigned from Hunt Gold, because as a self proclaimed "conspiracy theorist", I've been wondering if he would somehow be forced out or would resign as CEO of FFGO. He gets the ball rolling and leaves on a high note so that someone else assuming a Darth Vader like public persona can then show up to do the dirty work, leaving Santini's integrity intact.
So here's what we've seen so far...
1. The "bashers" (J-Shell) publicly establish the link Lumb to and plant "The Evil Lumb Connection Seed of Thought"
2. Lumb shows up out of nowhere
3. Lumb dares bashers to confront him and promises he's got thick skin... no worries
4. Lumb snaps over "Basher" comments and in turn threatens the shareholders with a takeover and crash of stock value
5. Lumb who appears to have been awake and posting on the board for 24 hours straight then takes over the company... thus possibly setting the stage to play the scapegoat for anything negative that comes in the future, i.e. Santini can say "I had no choice, the majority shareholder forced me to do it."
This is of course all my opinion... but it just seems a lot like the WWF I remember as a kid. Hulk Hogan says something bad about Andre the Giant who just happens to be standing right behind him with a big fat metal chair in his hand ready to thump at will.
I'm holding... at this point I've got very little to lose and as I stated in another previously deleted post, if this blows up in my face it's no one's fault but mine.
That having been said, THIS IS ENTERTAINMENT folks. There's lots of money at stake, I know... but when you've got this many twists and turns in an ever thickening plot, it sure as heck would be sweet to see these guys pull a rabbit out of a hat and give us a chance to ride on their wave... at least for a little bit.
Perhaps this is all naive, but man... this has been an exciting week. I hope everyone here makes some solid dime and enjoys the show... cause this is better than Jerry Springer reruns.
AGAIN... I STATE THIS IS ALL OPINION AND SPECULATION, ya know... aside from the stuff I've mentioned that actually has happened, which is most of it.
