The shares do not automatically become free trading when the one year restriction expires. You must file to have the restriction lengend removed from the issue. There is a cost associated with having them removed also, but not sure how much it is.
I thought about the same thing a long time ago lol.
Just needs a catalyst, but the consolidation in the 3's have been good
This explains what you are refering too.
http://cfd.net.au/home/article/dumped-brand-names-fight-to-stay-in-stores-20100216-45037.html
If you can't see growth then you certainly got this part correct.
Also what you refer to as hype is actually fact, and it would have no reason to be brought up again if others would stop trying to bring up the bad that has happened in the past. Just like the old news walmart thing lol.
Affraid not harleyboy, I have the right the defend with my position with fact just as others have the right to do as they wish. Yeah walmart hurt, but once again because of all the growth that occured it didn't spell disaster. That's kinda the point here bud, they will continue to build the company regardless of what you, I, or anyone else says.
I wasn't very clear on that post. I was refering to the states with the number of lowes stores located in them, not the number of stores on the WNBD locator.
A little history about what WNBD has been accomplishing during the waiting period for Lowes product placement. Now with the Lowes deal coming to fruition, coupled with these other accomplishments it looks like better days ahead.
I think the most important point in your post is that busisness plans don't always work out the way you planed. It lets us know that the retailer is in control of events and product placement as opposed to the manufacturer. It did get me to thinking just what has WNBD been doing while waiting on the Lowes placement to come through. Thank God they haven't been sitting around waiting for the phone to ring, but instead it seems they have been very busy and productive. Since the locator wasn't set up to do total store counts back in February of 2009 I just posted some of the important PR's from February 2009 to November 2009, the date when we exceeded 4,000 retail locations. I wasn't going to take the time to count locations added during this period, but anyone that wants to can do it. Basically it looks like while they have been waiting on the Lowes roll-out they have added all locations listed in the PR's below form February-November 2009, then added a total of 1,580 locations from November 2009 to current.
Now I may have missed some of the PR's but I would speculate we have added approx. 2,100 to 2,500 locations that we know of during this waiting period, and even though this growth is factual, it is only my opinion that things have been shaping up since the premature announcement.

It appears that only the states of California, Texas, Florida, and North Carolina have more locations than Ohio, so this seems to be a good place to start.
If I thought the share price was going to .0002 and I was already feeling like a bag holder while the share price was at .0006, that would make me rather foolish not to sell .0006 don't ya think lol. You can sell it, ride it up, ride it down, makes no difference to me. As for me, I'll wait on the PR they are sittin on to be released. Good luck to ya.
When I first read the memo I didn't realize the part about the three communities myself. I originally thought it said three stores.I'm not trying to speculate on the number of stores involved in the initial product placement, but to say it's only three may not be clear cut. In the city I live in there are no Lowes stores, but what is considered the community I live in there are 5 lowes stores located withing a 15-20 mile radius, so it's possible it could include more than three.
Oh you can rest assured there will be some problems with the press release lol. It's too long, too short, something is spelled wrong, the bottle is too big, the bottle is too small, it needs a funnel, I might lose the funnel, it's probably on consignment, the billboard might even be on consignment, ect.... I think everyone has come to expect it lol.
ezzy it creates a stronger move to let some peeps get out here, and bring new holders in at these levels. If it moves up too quick without allowing stock to change hands at different levels it will never sustain the run.
When you have such a large float it takes time to chew through the profit taking that occurs. Many people that bought in the .0001's are more than happy with 200% profit. As long as the buying pressure keeps up the levels will become easier to break through as the share price moves up.
I hope people that read that part of the filing understands the importance of this product. I'm affraid they may focus on the big picture of the gulf oil spill, and assume that a disaster like that may or may not happen again for many years. The fact is that oil remediation occurs everyday, and it's a very expensive project. Many homes in the northern US and Canada use oil for heating purposes. Spills and leaking tanks for oil heating are becoming a major concern, and it looks like WNBD is working on a cheaper solution to what is now an expensive/time consuming problem.
Today was a nice day of accumlation and consolidation. A meaty PR tomorrow would be perfect timing to break above .0004 then it could get excited around here.
Posting something on the board that you were told by someone you think is in the know, doesn't constitute credible DD. If there is more proof than that it needs to be posted.
Figure that lol, if there's a dipute over a topic, then proof should be provided if it's to be considered credible or not, or would you just take a traders word for it.
That was an old post "D" I re-posted it to explain what the EDI system was, for the benefit of the poster that seemed to have it confused with meaning of consignment.
No, this is what the the EDI is!!
I'm not sure of the details since I think it has only been addressed during the CC. My understanding is that during the time WNBD is allowed to set up in the stores there will be WNBD representitives there doing demos, and will sell the product at that time. I'm not sure if products will be left there after their participation in the road show is over, or if they will take them to the next location for the next road show demo. So, I'm not sure if consignment is the correct wording or not if my understanding is correct. If the product is a hit during the road show I would like for them to be able to leave what didn't sell with the retailer even on a consignment basis. With the demos being done in front of store personell I think they would help push the product.
I believe he settled the discussion in the memo, and it would be foolish to back himself into a corner if the situation arose to place products in a large retailer if that was the only way to get our foot in the door.
I think walking around with your head up your a$$ would be considered one lol. Seems he's been practicing that maneuver for a while lol.
At the time the discussion was going on here on the board, it read not normally shipped at that time. That is the reasons my post wasn't questioning the fact that some products may be shipped on consignment, but my rebutal on that topic was the statements being made by posters stating MOST products are shipped on consignment.
I know for a fact the original IDS that was filed stated goods are not sold on a consignment basis, but when they were re-released after the lawyer filing mess.. it stated it just as it is now, so that statement has been there since the updated version months ago.
I do feel sorry for some of those who invested more than they could afford to lose in this pie in the sky get rich scam, but for anyone to request that a judge use their authority to allow them to unload their bag of worthless shares into the hands of others only continues the scam.
haha, I guess if you want to trade for chicken feed that's the way to work it lol. The object of trading is to try to allow the stock go up regardless of who is selling it. So to think that it's smart to trade every two tics holding downward pressure on the stock while the 504 guy's will only buy cheaper next traunch makes sense to you. You really need to wake up, and realize this kind of trading is why none of the other good traders want you in their plays lol.
Nobody said anything about bringing it down from .012 but when the same people that are say news wont move the stock are selling for 10% then blaming the 504's...it's not hard to predict why it won't move lol
And everyone wants to blame everything on the 504's lol.
Yeah, data like that shows why we are stuck in a rutt lol, and that's just one of the two-tic traders lol.
LOL, yeah I don't think the problem had anything to do with looking at the investors page with a magnifying glass, it seems to be more of a comprehension issue lol.
I agree Ant, and I was suprised that the truth seekers posted this as a new developement, but then I just consider the source, and move on lol.
I believe this will be a non-issue in the immediate future, due to all the court cases this will bring about by firms much larger than WNBD. I do believe they will come to an agreement that will satisify the law, the consumer, and the companies affected. There are too many large companies with too much to lose if the law prevails as written. This would be like telling pharmaceutical companies that spend billions in research that there would be no protection from other companies producing your product. Just my opinion, but this would take years of negotiations as well as litigation before this will be resolved or inforced.
I would imagine the aggangements he will be making will be shuffling money into different accounts. I hope they will be keeping an eye on his activity while he's there.
Added so much to what? Seems she is really missed by some around here, and it just makes one wonder why.
You're welcome, they just need to keep making progress.
You may not have understood the key point of that post. Here I will bold it for you lol. That should clear it up haha.
I think if the newbies or existing shareholders that haven't done so yet, would view the client list of the Trinity Group at the link below they would see the importance of the PR today.

That is what I do when I wash the siding on my house Dennis. I use a bug sprayer to dilute the product in, and spray it on the siding before pressure washing it off. It does a great job!!
