I know of nothing that travels in a straight line. But an 11% move on less than 1,000,000 shares ain't too impressive to me. Remember...... the bid is what is important.
That said, look at t&s
05/14/12 09:58:53 0.0027 0.0027 0.0027 100000
05/14/12 11:53:29 0.0027 0.0027 0.0027 100000

05/14/12 16:11:56 0.0029 0.0029 0.0029 300000
Ya notice anything funny about this? Every execution was in-between. The chances are every single share was dilution coming online. Does that make you feel good?
LOL
There are plenty of new shares to buy without anyone selling. Dilution is ongoing. I can buy MMTC at .0001 in a few months. But it will be dead at that point.
99.99% sure??????????
MMTC has all the markings of scam:
- 2,500,000,000 AS with over 1,250,000,000 OS and counting
- Its only income is from convertible debentures that destroy shareholder equity
- Given timelines are proven errant
- Musical chair CEO's, the latest having been involved in stock fraud per SEC
- No confirming pr's from said joint partners. In fact, one said partner said do not believe anything unless it comes from them.
- Large unpaid bills - Said certification never paid for
- No peer reviews of product, no university commentary, no meaningful endorsements
- 100 units were built but no one has seen them
- A touted patent is over twelve years old and the patent brief states the device has nothing to do with what MMTC claims
- No major players in a said major device - no pr's from Toshiba, OSIS or anyone
- Said science outperforms existing science exponentially (cost, time, field performance) - too good to be true
- Bulletin boards full of exhuberant kool-aide claims
- No reputable financial backing
- the list goes on an on
With all the convertible debentures MMTC has converting and being sold in the open market, the share price has nowhere to go but down. Shareholder equity destruction will pull the share price to .0001
Those who know the market are quite aware the bid ultimately determines true direction. MMTC is going down.
All MMTC has to do is find someone who believes their lies and circumvent multiple government institutions. That should be easy.
I found this page full of MMTC misinformation http://boardreader.com/tp/Namsa.html
It seems this board is often referred to.
MMTC share price will drop for sure. The stock is being diluted nearly every day. It is natural for the share price to fall during this. MMTC has more than 1 billion shares left to sell. The price will fall nicely with that force in hand.
Yes. Nunez was found in stock fraud by SEC. The article was posted here.
Hecky. I have made friends here. I believe they understand MMTC. They are just not saying it. (wink)
I thought their name was Micro Imaging Technology. It does not matter - both have the same exact thing: nothing
i'll contact them too. give me the info.
Probably. You know how the government is. If you were the USDA and I came to you with a shoebox that I claimed that could do anything within your realm of potential approval, what would you do? Say, "go away kid, ya bothering me" or "thank you, we will look into this and get back to you"? This is what scams do. They put enough info out there to get people hooked.
All the greatness MMTC claims to have has no metion from anyone proving meaningful. No one, nowhere. Zero.
That is what the patent brief said. A "laser scanner with the capability to produce histograms from measurements". The patent said nothing about what MMTC claims the device can do - nothing whatsoever. The patent brief is quite specific and will not lie. MMTC has a laser scanner that produces histograms. Impressive, huh? LOL
give me the university name and location. i will check it out. if it has to do with the grocery scanner thing, forget it. the scanner only quantifies measurement to produce histograms, according to the patent. it is nothing more than a grocery scanner.
And no approvals having meaning, no peer reviews, no university involvement, no public endorsements and no pr's from those said to be involved. Looks like a scam to me.
Oh yeah...... a 12 year old patent on a grocery scanner that prints histograms. The patent brief states this is all the device does. Wow! I'm impressed.
gonna run the scam to new heights. yippee!!!!!!! eom
Their expectations are way too high. First, there has be be something that can do what MMTC claims and then it has to be real that belongs to them. MMTC fails on both elements.
Nunez, the MMTC CEO has been caught in stock fraud. What else has he done besides work for convertible debenture financiers who screw over shareholders? Wow! I just noticed a Nunez trend - he likes to mess over shareholders. Sign me up!!!!!!! I wanna get cheated by Nunez and MMTC too. LOLOLOLOL
Seems insider info is now on his criminal plate according to those on this board.
What a CEO he is!!!!!!!!!!!
MMTC is in serious dilution mode. You can buy all the shares you can carry while the price continues its journey downward.
"hopefully" is a doom word in investing. I have seen it a few times when MMTC is discussed. Hope is subjective and can be misleading.
Buy and hold MMTC. Exactly. It is going nowhere.
Alpine, Dutchess...... those are MMTC clients. Convertible debentures, dilution, shareholder equity destruction, new shares distribution...... That is all they do.
Technically, there is some prospect in the weekly MMTC chart if you are one to hang candles. On the other hand, the daily chart does not agree and suggests a journey to around .002 is probable.
I have been giving daytrade info which has been dead-on correct but they delete the stuff. LOL Coulda made some money with that iffin ya had the nerve.
Wanna see something cool as hell? My five minute Slope Tag technique will be available in a Word document (docx) after next week. Email easymedicine@lycos.com for a copy. I'll post a few trades using it here next week (very close to real time - within a minute).
If you try using the daily Slope Tag found here you will be disappointed http://stockcharts.com/public/1164099 While the technique is all mine its utility in stocks has yet to be mastered. The five minute ES is goosebump shit. Check it out.
Worker B template next.
As you know, all the signs of scam are with MMTC. They probably have some contraption in the hall closet somewhere but there is where it will stay. It has no value to anyone who is legit. Its only purpose is to con and steal from those who allow greed and lack of investing prowess to get the better of them.
You mention shorting. I know of no way doing that in the United States. If you can dig deep enough you should find MMTC financiers are located offshore or have fingers there which can short a cheapie. Panama, Bermuda and Cayman Islands are common resides for those who do. That is what financiers of cheapies do.
On the other hand, companies like MMTC sell the shares to financiers knowing the carnage its share price will suffer.
MMTC = scam. Plain and simple
My bad. Then MMTC is much worse off than I thought. Tisk.
If the OS is around 1,250,000,000 and AS is 1,500,000,000 and the daily average volume is 8,000,000 and the typical new share distribution is 60% of daily volume or 5,000,000 shares, it would not be until July that such a distribution could be realized.
But this is all an estimation. If the daily volume were greater or the daily distribution ratio were higher, June could easily be the target. Then the stock could go to zero.
Buyer beware.
Share price only down 10% today eom
C'mon now........ If it weren't for loose connections, MMTC would have no connections at all. LOL Except....... Dutchess........ Alpine......... The ones that cut your throat.
Actually, it is sad. We all have greed in us. And some have it so bad they refuse to accept really.
glta
e
No. The name of the game is vagueness and ambiguity. Mislead the hopeful and unknowing. Screw the knaive.
ya ever notice that nearly all MMTC connections are loose? LOL
Yes. New share distributions are typically 60% of the total daily volume. My estimation of average daily volume is around 8 million shares. So, just less than 5,000,000 new shares a day (on average) are being distributed. Not a lot, but considering every day..... that adds up quickly. 100,000,000 a month, etc
Outstanding shares, in relativity, can or cannot be a problem. When the number is escalting to very high numbers it is a problem to investors who care about a potential investment. Authorized shares lends to that capability and the history of the company affords probable future distributions. In other words, if you are a seasoned or knowing investor, MMTC sucks.
Yes. Dilution continues. Even KyMike found it occurring. They are diluting MMTC nearly every day in-between. Less than a year ago the os was under 500,000,000. Today it is over 1,000,000,000 and counting. Someone said it was over 1,250,000,000.
Remember...... they had a dilution deal for $1,000,000 and $2,200,000 and the $1,000,000 deal was cancelled. That is still a lot of shares, buckaroo.
Dilution continues. Nonstop. No mercy. Down the tubes it goes.
Yeah, you are right, I do. MMTC will be an empty shell and clean in five years.... ready to start the next scam.
Done fer the day. They were giving money away today.
Good luck with it.
e
I disagree. They have to have some little something but it not showing its face to peers, universities or those in the know sends up a huge red flag concerning it having any worth whatsoever. Throw in the stock fraud CEO, outstanding shares multiplying by 4 in a year for not enough cash to do much of anything with and another huge warning is sent up. Failed timelines, proven false pr's, a 12 year old patent on a grocery scanner, etc assemble more red flags indicating scam.
MMTC has nothing else it would be visible and in use, or in the very least, on display and reviewed by peers.
MMTC is shorted because it is going down in share price. People with investing knowledge know that dilution drives the share price down and makes the makers on the thin side drop the bid in disgust. If a pink or bb stock is shorted it is the financier, afterall, he controls the downward pressure and knows all the inside goodies.
A fella I know from Norway has his own small offshore financing organization pitched in the Cayman's. He lives in Rio and works maybe two months a year with the arrangement of a couple deals with companies like MMTC. He told me there are so many companies with nothing to sell that it is unbelieveable...... and laughs at people who try investing in them. It is all legal.
Caveat emptor and all that. My point is there are probably hundreds of companies and shells selling nothing for the sake of making money from knaive investors.
No. He is not involved with MMTC.
You can buy a shell for $750,000 and start your own scam. Anyone can do it.
If only they existed (sigh) eom
In my experience...... the typical new share distribution ratio is about 3:2 of total daily volume.
Now...... If you were a daytrader and MMTC was a real stock, the close print on Tuesday (spd) would warrant a long position within an hour of the Wednesday open. Do you feel lucky, punk?
