That is what the patent brief said. A "laser scanner with the capability to produce histograms from measurements". The patent said nothing about what MMTC claims the device can do - nothing whatsoever. The patent brief is quite specific and will not lie. MMTC has a laser scanner that produces histograms. Impressive, huh? LOL
