Except for the spike that closed in the lower 1/2 of today's range. Any HMGP holders that didn't take healthy profits today will regret it in the next few weeks imho.
I did and plan to add more here.

Nice print at 16:05:59...521,000 shares at .0603. MM probably had 1 million to buy at .061 in his pocket and then added up what he bought below .06 and threw a bone to the buyer by improving him to .0603 on the 521k he flipped to him. Disgusting.
It's such an im-material amount it doesn't matter. We're only talking ~100k worth of stock. Drop in the bucket when compared to big picture. I know I'm raising my bids from the .06's to the .07's.
Brad, thanks for the update. The minimal dilution verified should pop this to the next level .10/.12 area next week imo.
Vic
If anyone wants to post lame jokes find a comedy board and do it there. NOT HERE!
S/R, Welcome aboard! In the coming days and weeks things are going to heat up here and "extra hands" will be needed. As you may or may not know, I have over 50 positions to keep track of and it's not always easy for me to do a thorough mod job here.
Think of me as "emergency backup" if things start to get out of hand. ;)
Best to you,
Vic
I got so sick of reading the same signatures over and over that I turned them all off. Go to Tools, My settings...at the bottom of the page.
The big boys are buying size. Heavy volume climax low was the trigger to get serious.
The same scare tactics were used last year. Nothing is going to happen on 3/1/07 just as nothing happened 3/1/06.
It is clearly written that losing the ability to do business in the state of Delaware cannot happen before 3/1/08.
Anyone that sells because of this has been duped.
Vic
Sorry, I only looked at NWOG L2. You are correct, ATON is not in AURC and never has been as far as I know.
Vic
I just looked and L2 shows ATON at .0435. UBSS is Schwab and very common to see them on both sides of most issues. Same with NITE who represents Scottrade and others.
MKGP, the second well was better than expected and should send the pps to .10/.12 area next week or two imo.
That news is only at pinksheets and hasn't hit yahoo yet.
Vic
Yeah, someone (not me) has really pounded this one and it doesn't look like they are done yet. I'm wondering if a big bid at .05 will end up cleaning them up?
That's where I'm thinking of drawing a line in the sand to add size.
GL,
Vic
Still waiting for XAN payment at Etrade. They gave me 1.06 per share instead of 3.25. Called them to correct it. They sounded clueless. What a pain.
My thoughts exactly.
Xtra, you're welcome. I'm just a middleman here. That was the entire email from Keith, not just a segment.
As to your PS, I'm not from there.
Good luck to you,
Vic
PE, tempest in a teapot. This will be a non event soon enough imo.
Vic
Email that Keith sent me:
Vic,
I dont know if you post on the boards or not... but if you do I would appreciate you posting this email response, if you do.
We do not employ promoters, I get 10 to 25 calls a day from them on an average day, when they learn we arent interested in promoting and certainly arent paying for it... they move on to the next company, which is what I thought happened here... when I emailed a reply to boonmarket, I thought that was the end of it, I am not going to make excuses but lately with all the projects going on, I havent had alot of time to dedicate to email. I sort of filter important email, shareholders (such as yours) and other important things... and send most of the other to the trash bin. This included boonmarket replies to that email.
There are those that promote without needing a company's permission for instance on the pinksheets, that alot of times we arent even aware of anything being released, in other words as the stock makes a move, they attach themselves to the stock to generate a better "stock picking record" thus more clicks and followers. But Hemi has hired, paid or compensated anyone to promote the stock, if we were going to do that... Lowman would be my first choice LOL.
Boonmarket saw something they like, they think they will improve their track record and did this of their own initiative. I doubt this will be the last time it happens, because as we grow and get noticed I am sure others will follow suit. I dont know if it is a good thing or a bad thing... but it is what it is. But I will admit that press release surprised me more than it did you investors!
No harm no foul just another day on the pink sheets.
Keith A.
Seeker, you make a good point. Often times lines of credit are established to be able to quickly jump on any opportunity that presents itself. ie: a Klyon "maple" type of gold deposit comes on the market at a favorable price.
The company has repeatedly stated that they plan to continue acquiring properties.
All of the PR's state:
"Aurus seeks to continue to acquire proven gold and other precious metal reserves in Russia and other emerging counties and operate its mines through joint ventures and/or partnerships."
Imo, only a portion of funding will be used for equipment to ramp up production.
The rest will be held in reserve "just in case", and possibly never used if the right prospect never materializes.
Vic
Argyll, thanks for the update. Sounds like this was an IR decision and not HEMI mgmt.
Maybe the company felt it was time to spread awareness to the next level. Sometimes these things hurt more than help though.
The article states that co's contact them for exposure. It will be interesting to see if HEMI says they did NOT contact Boonmarket.
It is possible that a very large shareholder did it and not the company. Quite common these days.

Vic
Article about Boonmarket:
Student Finds Success in Trade Site
By Anastasia Alen, Staff Writer
Published Wednesday, October 18, 2006
Issue 17 / Volume 87
His background is in selling Star Wars collector’s cards and his major is sociology, but Jeff Gill, a fourth-year at UCSB, has a stock trading website that has made him approximately $40,000 since April.
The website, www.boonmarket.com, helps small, publicly traded companies gain exposure. Gill said the companies contact him, and he promotes their stock by sending e-mails and posting information and advertisements on the Internet. If the stock shares for the company rise, the company gives him money.
At 22, Gill is not only a student and a successful website manager, he is also happily married and teaches guitar and bass lessons in his free time. When he graduates in eight months, Gill said, he wants to manage the website and stock deals full-time. Currently, however, he said he is mainly concerned with the site’s foundation, and hopes that creating a firm structure will lead to endless possibilities for his business in the future.
“People have no idea that [the owner is] a 22-year-old student in his pajamas on the couch, eating cereal and watching ‘Saved by the Bell,’” Gill said.
If his business plans do not carry through as expected, Gill said he will continue to give guitar lessons until he can find a more successful track for this website. However, if his business plans do work out, he expects to earn over $100,000 during the next year.
“The scary thing is if it works out, I can make a sickening amount of money, but it’s the Internet,” Gill said. “Who knows how things are going to change in the next couple of years.”
Gill said he decided to major in sociology because the subject interested him, despite it having little relevance to his career, and he is hoping to fulfill all major requirements in time to graduate in June. He said he is not interested in working for Wall Street because of all the “money-hungry people.”
“I chose sociology because it was somewhat interesting, but not for a career, just to get a degree in something,” Gill said.
Gill said his prior business experience is limited and stems from a variety of sources.
During middle school, Gill said he collected “Star Wars” trading cards and when he decided to sell them on the Internet, he constructed a website and earned $300. Gill said this endeavor, in addition to an elective class he took in high school on web design, has been the only training he has had concerning the Internet and financial markets.
Along with this experience, Gill said he gained the necessary skills to launch his own business by observing a professional in this line of work for about two weeks. He said he was also inspired by mathematics.
Gill said he is currently looking for a group of Santa Barbara students to get involved with the stock picks. The endeavor could be quite lucrative, he said, and all individuals interested in getting involved or investing should e-mail him at bones@boonmarket.com.

Benz, fyi NVMG is being pumped by Shakerzzz. In edit, I see that you already knew that. Just something for others to be aware of too.

New 10Q is out. Workover rig is on one of the wells looking for other payzones. Co. still plans to raise funds for drilling the higher Working Interest targets and acquire/3D shoot additional acreage in Paradox Basin.

Only if the Convertible Debenture is "Floorless" as opposed to "Fixed price" on the conversion terms. Most converts are of the fixed price variety.
The fact that foreigners cannot own more than 49.9% of Russian Co's makes the floorless aspect extremely unlikely imho.
Also conversion cannot occur before a valid registration statement is filed. Until that happens...there cannot be dilution from the CD, regardless of the terms.
The standard deals I have seen were 20 to 50% above the current price. Also there is usually a 1 year restriction before any conversions can occur. The terms are subject to modification with each Tranche. Tranche 1 may be 5 mil on 2/16/07 with a .12 to .15 conversion feature starting on 2/16/08 would be my best guess.
Idle speculation. The vast majority of Convertible debentures are A) at fixed rate..usually a premium above the current price. B) Convertibility is restricted for the 1st year and then a registration statement needs to be filed before conversion can occur. C) No more than 4.9% can be converted at any one time.
Bottom line, it will be many months or a year before any conversion can take place and it is useless to speculate on the terms until they are made known in the upcoming audit.
Also the Russians would never allow their holdings to get diluted by a large margin. THINK!
I'm scooping them here and so are others I know.
GL,
Vic

Etrade still waiting too. But I've always suspected them of playing the "float" game to earn free interest on other peoples money for a few days. They've truly degenerated into a 2nd class broker imo.
Vic
Still no money at Etrade either.
Yeah but you would have to put up $100 to short $100 worth of stock. Your account would show $200 cash less the short of $100 would be $100 account value.
When you covered at $1, your account would now show $199 cash and $199 account value. Gain on short = 99%.
The old .35 to .40 high has no volume. There is no serious resistance there from old holders. Only profit taking by newer holders can cause dips now imo.
Vic
They let him out. He also has a website at Yahoo with 20,000 subscribers that get email alerts from him. ETLT was one of them. I get the alerts just so I'll know if something I hold is being pumped. Almost always a good idea to sell into it.
Vic
Shakerzzz promoted ETLT today. Fun when his group gets in. Not so fun when they get out.
Vic
The XAN payment of 321.75 hit my kids Ameritrade account 2/2 Friday afternoon. Still waiting on Etrade.
