Idle speculation. The vast majority of Convertible debentures are A) at fixed rate..usually a premium above the current price. B) Convertibility is restricted for the 1st year and then a registration statement needs to be filed before conversion can occur. C) No more than 4.9% can be converted at any one time.

Bottom line, it will be many months or a year before any conversion can take place and it is useless to speculate on the terms until they are made known in the upcoming audit.

Also the Russians would never allow their holdings to get diluted by a large margin. THINK!
