Bid did show at .035 earlier, today.
You guys are doing a good job IF .05 is maintained.

g.p.
Not that great for news.
I hear there is a large promotion coming soon, and the sudden board activity, especially multiple posts like yours, seems to
confirm this.
Will it be one of those quick in and out or will there be some substantial press releases to back the promotion?
g.p.
These are not cheapies, imo,
buy if you wish to be a new bagholder; again, just my opinion.
g.p.
Is that all they really saved, $5k?
Just to become part of a very speculative group,
was it worth it?
g.p. (a disappointed shareholder)
I wish you luck,
but with the past experience with the
Parent Company and same boss,
you could join us as bagholders.
Keep a little margin, just in case
your estimate does not realize.
g.p.
and yesterday's volume and gain
confirm your outlook!
You really believe that?
Good Luck!
There always seem s to be some extra shares coming out
of right field (lol).
g.p.
...and, of course, the obvious has happened.
Here's part of the last PR (3PM):
"CALABASAS, Calif., Aug. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, today announced that it has received a letter from the listing qualifications department staff of The NASDAQ stating that the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ Stock Market Listing Rules that require maintenance of a minimum $1.00 per share bid price.
Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and this matter is now closed..."
That $1.00 was the only requirement missing.
g.p.
'They' will not cut their losses by buying at .0001.
Buying at .0001 will just add to their losses.
g.p.
Go ahead, you deserve it.
Don't know if you've been here before, but
that is not the way it works here.
The pattern is fairly consistent and will likely
occur again.
Question is: who will be able to sell high.
g.p.
Your dream is coming true! 1000 shares traded yesterday,
a whole dime (+ commission) was spent.
It also means that Brokerages now carry the .0001 value rather than the inflated .001.
Ah! Maybe someone will again want the value to rise and will buy at .001. Don't expect shares to trade in the millions.
g.p.
.13 worth? You must be kidding!
Even the next trade is just worth about 1.50... what would be the point?
Volume is seldom high, these days. If I need a write-off for Income tax... (Cdn do not have to sell to claim...)
Again, at this point, averaging down would be, imo, throwing good $$$ after bad.
g.p.
You really mean throwing good money after bad, don't you?
This huge trade shows that Tissera is still in business (LOL).
No, some MM must be sending a message. Eighty cents worth of stock is not really trading.
I've given hope on this one, a big loser for me.
g.p.
WITHOUT SCREAMING, profits are not likely to be that soon.
Revenues will go up but so will expenses.
You're right about the A/S and the RS plausibility.
JMO, of course.
g.p.
(BTW, my opinion of the mother company is not high.)
The last requirement should be satisfied, following this 1 for 10 R/S:
why?
I presume you're correct.
Bought in in the low sixties and seen it come down to this.
There were promotions. Can't tell if it was pump and dump but, imo, it has some of the indicators.
A mega-market is nice but breaking into that market is another thing. Looks like this one did not make it, at least, for now.
(95% down)
g.p.
Congratulations! It closed at .045, much better than last week.
Did not expect a two-day wonder.
Still a far cry from last year's .70 to .90 eh?
g.p.
So, did anything followed?
I've received lots of comments from a consulting firm about this company. Am I one of the few?
g.p.
...and another sure sign of invasion is
the quick cover up of any board that points to a
possible P & D by posting anything.
Of note, the little content of those posts.
Actually, this was touted as THE stock, back when I
bought in recently, at well over .50 a share.

I think we have the same view.
Looks like a one day wonder.
Small volume, no trade since 9:50
and the ask is down to .032
(see my post no 955).
Even .32 would not make me a winner, here.
Anyway, the posting volume has already declined drasticzlly.
g.p.
Thank you.
My apprehensions look like reality.
g.p.
You're right. Sixty cents worth of shares is
not panic in the street!
As for the PPS going up again, not so sure (outside of an occasional .0004), especially the way things are now.
g.p.
What is the reason for the sudden commotion here?
Two posts in over two months and today...
I'm sorry, and I could be wrong, but this sudden activity rehashing basic dd has all the appearence of a P & D in the making.
JMO, of course, and I could be wrong ... but...
g.p.
You're right. I guess some promoters really do
not get compensation. Hard to believe, eh?
NTWK is again around .50. Those blurbs did not help much!
g.p.
BTW, as it drifted under .53, I did buy a little...
Thanks. That does summarize pretty well.
Surprised to find it is considered a P&D on those accounts.
My Broker still carries a signal on NTWK.
NetSol has about 2 months left to satisfy all
criteria to remain on NASDAQ.
There might be only one: Share price at $1.00 or over.
Meanwhile, I'm holding and may try to add a little, under .53.
Thanks again.
g.p.
See it but
no explanation whatsoever. Will have to wait a day or two to get what the P&D is all about?
First appearance today on that list...
Will wait and see.
Explain yourself.
Don't see anything on the pump and dump website.
Don't see any very recent news.
You must have a link of some sort.
g.p.
Never asked that question.
And the important thing? Not really. You could say that for about any other penny or sub-penny stock.
Optimism?
Feb in the .20 range (following a drop from Jan, after pumps) and falling, falling... Now, in the half-penny range.
GLTY!
I'm sure these last two bits of information will really impress the American Investors.
(Written in Sarcastica font)
g.p.
Yes, on the 15th and 18th, but no NET figures.
Assume there was no increase, this time. (Does not make that much of a difference anyway.)
News seem to show only the 'good' stuff.
g.p.
Really? Reading your post, I'm starting
to believe you really think this could happen.
Imo, increasing the bid size at that level should not change anything. There are so often other sellers appearing out of nowhere once some volume start to show up.
No, an official PR could change things ( but is not expected for now.)
g.p.
Aware that this board is practically inactive but
a Consulting group has been making publicity for this company.
Anybody here has a similar experience?
Just starting DD and will not make a decision for now...
g.p.
