This device has existed in the Brazilian market for over 20 years. Fullflex is the leading product in Brazil and has been installed on over 30,000 vehicles. Fullflex is the only product on the market that is willing to publish their patent number publicly.
Full Flex makes all the calculations automatically through software.
Full Flex doesn't have any sensors linked in the probe Lambda.
Full Flex doesn't have any switches, whether you are using gasoline or ethanol it automatically switches, Others on the market may require manual switching.
Full Flex doesn't need polarity tests.
They claim to hold the patent at the bottom of the page:

Interesting read here too:
http://www.fullflexint.com/pages/FAQS.htm
This is the company the Fuel Man started using. Going to ask how much their kits costs, and find out if they are undercutting XLPI.
The FAQ is basically telling people they don't need to use anything to prepare their engine to convert over to ethanol. Just as long as the vehicle was manufactured in the last 10 or so years, all they need is a new fuel filter and maybe a fuel pump ($200-$300+ BTW).

In case he changes it soon. Here is proof...
I sent him an email asking Y he changed products. I wonder if this company is going after Flextek distributors/installers after they are made public knowledge and offer them a sweeter deal or lower price...
Look at the page HE HASN'T change the entire site yet.
There is still "About Flextek" on there which of course takes you to Full Flex

Anyone care to comment on my American Bull post??
There are too many upsides to this company, and they are not in a tunnel-vision business practice, so I agree puppman...
I said it was speculation in my previous post, I was just relaying the info...

From latest PR...XcelPlus International manufactures the Flextek under license from XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc., which recently completed a merger with E4 World Corp. to form an estimated 2.1 billion dollar technology holding company.
I spoke to Brad today and one of the questions I asked was about the 2.1 Billion figure. He said that the company believes that Xcel+ Global is worth over 2 Bil by using small and very attainable market figures. This 2 Bil is a 10 year total of revs. He couldn't give me much more than this but to say that these numbers were not a mistake.
This part is IMO-If Xcelplus International XLPI is paying a reasonable percentage to Xcelplus global for exclusive rights to these formulas than what can the XLPI numbers be. I quickly figure that even if 40% of revs went to Global would mean that 2 Bill is 40% of $5,000,000,000. Which would be XLPI making 5 Bil over 10 years in revs or a $500,000,000 a year company and that's giving 40% to Global.
Most will still not believe this but I do and await many great things in the future and the start will be the next Q.
One more thing. Brad told me that the company and Bill's plan is being executed and the company is moving forward very rapidly.
I asked Americanbulls dot com: Will you add this ticker (XLPI) to your line up?
And their reply was:
For a stock to be listed in Americanbulls.com, it has to have a minimum 100 days of CONTINUOUS PROPERLY TRADED history. XLPI does not fullfil that criteria.

"CONTINUOUS PROPERLY TRADED" ??? What does this mean???
Someone touched on that with a speculation on HSM... can't remember who though sorry.
"I see," said the blind man. Good to know that you are "close" to the action. Maybe you could drive down to the mine and get a look at the scales to see how much they are pulling outta the ground.
Keep us posted.
I see a little here of what happened for me anyway the date in the PR is 8/7 for the meeting, so I guess someone posted 8/8 as the date the news would come out. Did someone read, or was told, about the meetings lasting longer than one day, I think that came up too.
The entire Board of Directors will be holding a meeting in Medellin, Colombia on August 7, 2006, in order to discuss and implement upcoming strategies which will ensure production value versus costs. The meeting will also enable MGM Mineral Resources to dictate all plans for management, production, extraction, and exportation for the remainder of 2006 and beyond.
See Below: Are these meetings going to happen, or have they happened already? Was this for sure a week long trip of meetings?
"There are several other meetings that are being planned and linked to our agenda while visiting Medellin, Colombia," added Ken Lamb, President. "We will share the outcome of the various upcoming ideas and projects once the trip is complete. We continue growing rapidly, while establishing operations not only at a national level, but internationally as well."
I don't mean for this to sound pessimistic, so where, why, how, and when is everyone getting their info about the PR news, as it hasn't arrived yet, all we know for sure that I know of is the 8/08 meeting(s).
Is there something out there that I missed, can it be posted here for us to see??
Please fill me (us) in...
Yes I believe they are trying the "intervention-less" version, since I think flextune proclaims to already have this product. But I'm not finding it at the moment, looking around...
www.flextune.com
How It Works
The Flextune bi-fuel converter is a computerized interphasing module that recalculates the pulse width command from the vehicle’s computer and relays the reformulated pulse width to the injectors. This allows the use of gasoline, any ethanol blends or straight ethanol. This versatility will ensure that in the event that you are unable to find an E-85 service station, you may easily use gasoline without complications. This unit was specifically designed to allow the operation of E-100 (straight ethanol), which seems to be a growing trend among home distillery operators.
Once installed, the convenient control pad may be removed and stored in a glove box or similar location. It does not need to be mounted on the dash, unless the user wants full control over the injector’s calculated pulse width signal.
Ethanol itself does not perform well in cold climates. Therefore, if you are planning on using E-100 (pure ethanol) to fuel your vehicle, it will be necessary to install a “Cold Start Kit”, which will prime your cold engine with gasoline for the initial start. Once your engine is running, the ethanol will perform well, and once your engine has been warmed up, it will restart without being primed.
E-85, which is a blend of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline, is an all-climate fuel blend that requires no cold start priming. Therefore, if you plan to use E-85 or gasoline with your Flextune bi-fuel converter, it will not be necessary to install a “Cold Start Kit”.
I'm liking iHub better than HSM, there are people that actually post here, and exchange info.
Where's my money @?
From what I know the current version of their kit is manually operated with a switch for either ethanol or gas. They are developing a new device that does not need to be switched, or where the switch can be located inside the vehicle rather than having to pop the hood when you switch back and forth... not much R&D needed for the latter of the two designs, just more wire and a panel mounted switch. Shouldn't take long to "develope" that!
How much more do we buy at these give aways??
I wonder if we will hear how far along they are on the 1M goal for next qtr?
You are 100% right I couldn't have put it better myself, I appreciate your concern.
I got in way before stockst*r, but don't worry I'm not too heavy in this one, I came to see the light when stockst*r tried to make a run and that is when I realized that I was stuck with it. I have resolved myself to go down with this ship, or if ever possible sell @ 0 profit, because I can't invest in a company that sells out their investors, in P&D scams.
Your crystal ball must work better than mine!!
I have since referred to QTCE as nothing but a PR mill with no real product or vision...
In the coming weeks?? You said next week!!
I move to nominate CUSAFR all in favor say, "Aye!"
You mean MGMX?
I'm ready beleive me, if it goes south its only money, and if it goes north I'd like to tell my mortgage company to shove their PMI, but hopefully I can tell the to shove the whole thing!! Then my next dream is a Harley...
Thanx Jimi, I did use a different user and their password, but the same email... If someone will let us know when an album has been created I might put a little more effort into my next attempt...
It would be nice to see something...
I tried registering, and tried loggin in which turned out to be a vicious cycle of logging in and getting nowhere. It was like putting an idiot in a round room, and telling him to stand in the corner.
I have to say this because I can't believe it, this is the only position I have that I didn't lose money on today. I'm sure it will continue its downward spiral Friday, but I was pleased to see at least one position hold @ 0%. I need to go wax my slide so it doesn't hurt so bad on the way down... GLTY
I didn't say you did, I was just making a reference that those issued stocks couldn't be the reason...
Since you made the statement then you show me where the dilution is coming from, either new issued stocks (don't know of any other than rstd shares), or insider trading which one is it?? There are inside trades that have been on the books for 2 years now that haven't sold.
R U gonna wait until after the CC, or go ahead and get out early? How long have you been holding these anyway, just curious?
There are almost 9M new insider shares on the chopping block as of 8/2 @ 0.0109 which should have sold, is this why the price has dropped?
That was my question, what R the terms on the RSTD shares...
This means that tomorrow is going to be even worse.
That's all you are hearing now from whom?
Tomorrow better be better haha!
When??
I think we are in a holding pattern on this one for a while. I've talked with Brad Novak and he explained to me that XLPI is in the final stages with Hyundai but he couldn't (wouldn't) give a time frame.
So again I think we might be looking at this news coming out the same time we get somewhere with the EPA. With these kits being bogusly called illegal, I bet Hyundai isn't going to announce, or promise anything until there is passage on approval. I still wonder to this day why we try to get things done through congress, which as we have all heard is the opposite of...???
That is what I was wondering, down 21.67% today... ??? Next week better be good.
