For a fact,
charges were dropped
I wasn't talking about OMDA, just what you or I could do with enough capital.
this company is still in a development phase so will be interesting to watch the rest of the year :)
Nice eh,
guess there was no substance to it all.
.45 three bagger in four days.
I'm not a corporation if I own 100% I become a sole proprietor. Then paying taxes on my income is no different than paying taxes as an Individual. A sole proprietorship essentially refers to a natural person (individual) doing business in his or her own name and in which there is only one owner. A sole proprietorship does not pay corporate taxes, but rather the person who organized the business pays personal income taxes on the profits made. A sole proprietorship does not have to be concerned with double taxation, as a corporate entity would have to.
lol if i own 100% of a company who am I looting money from ? me ? thats to funny man

"Global consumer response to the Call of Duty® and Guitar Hero® franchises and Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft® remains strong despite the challenging economic environment," said Robert Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard. "We exceeded our quarterly financial goals as the video game market continues to grow and our franchises continue to perform. This bodes well for our upcoming spring titles Transformers(TM): Revenge of the Fallen, X-Men Origins: Wolverine(TM) and Ice Age(TM): Dawn of the Dinosaurs, which are inspired by theatrical feature films releases, Prototype(TM), a new intellectual property, and the release of Guitar Hero Smash Hits(TM) as well as continued sales of our recently released Guitar Hero Metallica® game."
your just like miles, read to much and negative for that matter. lets make it simple. If I own 51% I cant be out voted on how to run my company.
If I buy 51% of GM then the CEO is out when his contract ends and I will be the new CEO by virtue of my voting shares
how who got 51% ? I didn't say anyone had that much. I said "if" I think you read to much into anything which causes a lot of confusion for you and others.
Traded about $280,000 worth yesterday :)
I think I would give it a shot :P
If you own 51% you are the driver lol
If a person buys enough stock then they should be able to do what ever they want. since it basically becomes their company and some minority holders
thats what,
I been screaming :P
I can see that,
to bad another company had to scam this one to try to stay afloat. people like Lanza are doing time left and right now. So when assets are allocated these shares wont be so cheap.
.005 x .0055 and that chart has shaped up beautiful :)
In the meantime the stock would be another ten bagger at least IMO which equals $$
If there was not going to be a judgment for a partial summery of assets then why even bother to set a date. Looks like Barnett was scammed and wins this one.
It also clearly stated that a judge determined that a ruling date will be set within two weeks concerning the motion for partial summary judgment.
This thing looks like a perfect rebound opportunity. closes green today then rest of week may trend back up
Looks like OMDA has some money coming soon :]
here is a decent chart,

At a recent status conference on March 23, in Harris County, Texas, the judge in the case of OMDA v. Lanza et al., determined that a ruling date will be set within two weeks concerning the motion for partial summary judgment. As stated in the June 18th press release, this summary judgment would establish that: (1) OMDA Oil & Gas Management, Inc. and OMDA Oil & Gas Services, Inc. were set up as subsidiaries of OMDA; (2) that as of September 9, 2003, the date that Adam Barnett acquired control of OMDA, OMDA was, and still is, the parent company of those two subsidiaries; and (3) OMDA, as the parent company of those subsidiaries, is the rightful owner of any and all assets that were on those subsidiaries' books as of that September 2003 date, including the oil and gas properties in both Texas and Louisiana, and any proceeds from those properties. The judge indicated that in the event that any further evidence is needed in this matter, he would give the parties a week's notice to come before him and present further arguments.
The May 4th trial date has been postponed and is expected to be reset shortly after the judge renders his decision in this matter.
"We are extremely pleased this motion will be ruled upon very soon," stated Adam Barnett, Chairman of OMDA. "This ruling could likely signify the beginning of the end of our long and hard fought legal battle. The outcome of this summary judgment proceeding will determine long fought ownership rights, and will greatly aid in the concluding disclosure process before the final trial. We are anxious to put the lawsuit behind us once and for all, and to put one hundred percent of our focus on growing our oil and gas business, as well as expanding into other profitable ventures."
Defense Solutions, Inc., an international project management firm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Defense Solutions Holding, Inc., reported that it has joined the team producing a NATO-compatible armored personnel carrier, the BTR-4, for the world military and police markets.
According to Defense Solutions' Chief Executive, Colonel Tim Ringgold, US Army (Retired), Defense Solutions will supply export approved American technologies to make this new production armored vehicle NATO-compatible. The BTR-4 will be manufactured in Ukraine and assembled in Macedonia. "Defense Solutions has joined the team because the BTR 4 offers the best price-performance ratio on the market and because both Ukraine and Macedonia are important American allies in the Global War on Terror, having provided soldiers to fight alongside US. forces in Iraq.
Defense Solutions will offer American technologies for integration into the BTR-4 so that our Allies can "communicate, operate, train and exercise with, and be supported by NATO forces in world-wide contingency operations." Ringgold said. To accomplish this goal, Defense Solutions can supply American engines, transmissions, communications, fire control upgrades and possibly weapons into the BTR-4. "This requires US Department of State approval," Ringgold added.
The BTR-4 was unveiled at UAE's International Defense Exhibition in February 2009 and attracted interest from Iraqi officials and officials from other countries. Even with fully integrated American technologies, the BTR-4 will be the lowest life cycle cost vehicle in its class and an excellent candidate vehicle for new NATO members and for UN peacekeeping operations. Ringgold estimated the worldwide market for the NATO compatible BTR-4 at 2500 - 4000 units over the next ten years with an average acquisition cost of $1.5 to $2.0 million each, depending on the configuration.
The layout of the BTR-4 represents a dramatic change compared to the older BTR family of vehicles. The BTR-4 has a conventional layout with the driver and commander at the front of the vehicle, the engine and transmission in the middle, and the troop compartment at the rear. It carries nine fully equipped soldiers in addition to the two-man crew. Soldiers enter and exit the vehicle either through the rear doors or the roof hatches.
The BTR-4 can be armed with a 30mm cannon, a 7.62mm coaxial machine-gun, anti-tank missiles, and an automatic grenade launcher. It can also be fitted with different turret weapons modules. The BTR-4 has a maximum road speed of 68 mph and can cross water obstacles at speeds of 8-10 kph.

Have a good weekend all!
Holding $11 on a Friday ;)
no I just think it sucks to see a group of people gang up to make a public display out of anyone who cant be there to defend themselves. If the company goes down so be it, if it prospers so be it. I understand the risk and the rewards in the stock market.
I think he told you what he believed to be true. I took someone to court two summers ago and every time I was ready to go seemed they had to delay it. Was because more important trials were going on or had to be moved up.
thats 15 years isnt it? , we had over 4,000 employees coming through 15 years. A lot were from up north just coming down to make a buck and go back. so they didnt care anything about the power companies in the south and would take advantage of anything they could.
squeaky wheel gets the oil :)
seems anytime someone has money people start getting in line with lawsuits. When I went into management with my company first thing they did was give me a key to the locked filing cabinet. I asked whets in there? I had always wondered anyway. The superintendent said, "That's all the lawsuits that have been brought against us and or pending." He said bottom line was everybody wants something for nothing. As I dug through there I was amazed to see how many people I knew that had tried to get money from my company
I even sent information on this company to USPS :) wrote the white house too lol... they just give the generic thank you note, swap the names of who ever is in at the time.
haha I hear ya, I did write a letter to the postmaster about six months ago. He has the authority to make the change.
I didn't reply to you,
it was in reply to miles... no matter how flat you make a pancake it always has two sides
actually still a 10 bagger
That was taking the R into consideration
I still cant believe they haven't converted postal service to NG.. at least in sections. In the late 60's NG companies had converted their vehicles. Think of all the money they have saved over 40 years.
certainly possible considering it had a four year stretch above .32
