Valens obtained B2B license Nov12, 2018. Valens holds only such license in Canada so everyone has to go to them for a quality confirm
Shook out a lot of weak hands yesterday, new money in here not giving up cheap shares. If everyone holds we will rocket by eom

RE:Will Quadron follow in Valeans footsteps?
I spoke with Rosy Mondin and their plan for 2019 is to deploy 5-8 processing labs of their own all across the country.
They have a LOI with GPI that owns a 25000 sqft state of the art pharma grade facility. They are aquring 33.3% of the company and once they receive their licence they are grabbing another 12%, so they will own 45% of the lab or so. GPI is using all Quadrons extraction equipment as well, 5-6 million worth of equipment.
Check out the link - It'll explain more..
Between owning their own processing labs to selling outright equipment, to mobile labs to vape pens, to their own brands etc, you can kind of see where they are going and what the future looks like. Just have to sit and watch the company execute.

Very transparent company good to see!!!
I am following up on your request to be added to the Quadron Cannatech (QCC:CSE) mailing list. Just making sure you have all the information you need?

Starting to get some action, timing couldn’t be better. Let’s see what next week brings.
Nice surprise today after big sell off
Agreed Dougivee, I see its potential and before buying knew it will not pay soo soon. Put my shares on the shelf and wait is my approach.
By the way, I’m trying to keep this board alive if you want to post some news here and there it will help: we are here before the crowd!!!
Any thoughts
Let me know if you hear anything gotta drive thanks
Thanks for the heads up!!
A little more info on VGW
Here is some interesting things I found and it makes me love this company even more !
1- They are building a 400 000sq.ft 75 million state of the art green house/growing facility that they expect will yield 56 000kg/year and they have the possibility to expand to 800 000sq.ft ! This is made in JV 50/50 ownership with their partner. The good part is VGW is not putting up any money for this and the profit will be split 50/50 once the partner recoups it’s initial investment.
2- They have a partnership with Speak Easy, and in this partnership Speak Easy will supply VGW with 2500kg to 5000kg of biomass per month...
3- They have a LOI with Colombian based Eticann, that own 150 hectars of land in Colombia, to become their extractor amd have the option to purchase 50% of the company (so VGW can go international!)
4- The many deals we have with LP’s!
Bureau of Cannabis Control California
https://www.metrc.com/california
Have a look at what this license actually is. It looks to be the Californian regulatory body for cannabis. "A bureau within the California Department of Consumer Affairs, BCC is responsible for licensing retailers and distrubutors..." This license is the real deal. Metrc is a solution providing end-to-end tracking and tracing specifically designed for government agencies regulating legalized marijuana. This is basically Californian version of getting a "Health Canada License" and not to be understated. There will be companies in California waiting months or years for this type of license.
Gotta be honest, I’ve almost skimmed a little off the top about 3X already to take some profit. At this point just gonna sit on all my shares. They are always moving forward gotta love it!!!
Right after the market closed, at 4:01pm EST, Halo Labs announced receiving its annual license and being fully compliant with California's new requirements. That fact removes a huge risk over them.
Yeah I added more today at crazy discount. Day traders or panic before earnings taking small gains. I am long and not worrying!!!
Will Quadron follow in Valeans footsteps?
For me this comes down to if QCC is the next VGW (Valeans)...I do like Rosy (CEO) and Quadron and see it as a potential buyout option for junior LPs that need and want to get into the extraction business. The market cap here isn't that high considering the potential, but I find most "potential" based valuations in the sector aren't really getting respected by an increase to the SP. If Quadron slips at all from $0.18 I'm buying more. The recent NRs make it seem like people are exploring their options and they do like the plug-and-play BOSS system over the higher cost options out there. Most mid to smaller LPs don't want to hand this stuff off to a processor, they simply intend to integrate a smaller extraction operation into their company for the benefit of producing items that will eventually be for sale in Canada's legal cannabis system.
I would like to see Quadron contracted by an LP to handle their extraction needs, that would give me a better vibe around QCC, but when Valeans got their license, and then Canopy and Organigram it just took off. Here we are look at RTI same thing today 41% day on the back of getting their license. Anyone know where Quadron is in seeking a license to have their own extraction facilities licensed with Health Canada?
Also like the Quadron vape pen skews currently selling in the cali market, could interest potential buyers down the line as well. Vape pens will be a massive market once they're legal in Canada.
Anybody here???
