Everyday some people on this board say to keep buying buying buying as the stock plunges ever lower. I think everyone should quit buying until we see those sellers leave. Let those asses sell out for .0001
Everyday they prove that no price is too low for them to dump more stock. Why should we make them rich?
This is absurd. This stock hasn't had an up day in over two weeks.
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!! I think datamangler must be writing the PRs. What a mess they are.
I didn't call you a name. Toss away.
Who knows for sure? His news is getting more and more ridiculous as time passes. He is proving people are idiots, that's for sure. All you have to do is look at one news story vs another and you can see he is completely bogus, but the stock keeps moving up. He's a genius when it comes to understanding many penny players do not have the brains of a roadkill specimen.
Have you seen a filing yet for the dividend details? Isn't that due any day now? Or is Downs going to try to jerk everyone around again?
The shareholder vote thing is totally preposterous! Downs has a majority interest in this company. What would be the purpose of a vote?
Can you imagine how witless a 100 million dollar plus buyer of 995ad.com would have to be? The site could be duplicated in its entirety for next to nothing.
I'm beginning to think this is nothing more than a huge money laundering operation for parties in Pakistan. It sure smells that way.
I guess the only thing that could prove me wrong would be verifiable filings that we could track down. With no names ever mentioned, this one stinks to the sky.
Karachi is a big terrorist enclave, according to many analysts.
Short selling? I doubt it. The stock is sub penny now. Who would short sell a sub penny stock that has only been trading for less than a month? My guess it that these are long shares being dumped into the market
I would agree with you there. This stock is trading like the company is about to file Chapter 11 or worse. Someone must know something, huh?
Millions of shares have been sold right out of the gate. Who had all this stock to sell and no patience to sell it is the question that keeps going through my mind. I'll tell you one thing, this is criminal in my opinion. Lots of people own this stock 5 to 10 times higher than its current price and I am one of them.
Do you really think the problem is with company performance? It looks to me like the problem is massive dumping before the company's story has really been laid out in detail.
Are the huge sellers telling us this company has nothing worthwhile?
Someone needs to tell those five sellers lined up at .005 and .006 that this is a good company.
If this were a Wall Street IPO and something like this went on, there would be lawsuits flying around everywhere. You could count on it. I don't blame them for talking to their counsel.
Sorry if you misunderstood me. I wasn't trying to insult you.
I am disgusted that a brand new issue would have such enthusiastic sellers from day one who were willing to sell down to levels only of only 1/10 of where trading really commenced and would do it all within 2 to 3 weeks.
This tells me that things were done very wrong here.
Great stories like this that get clobbered right out of the gate are the perfect example of why most people are reluctant to buy until they have seen a lot of trading.
I don't think the problem is investors wanting to buy. There have been a lot of buyers for a brand new trading stock. The problem is there was a huge seller would would not quit selling. Now it seems to be a race between this big seller and all of the people who bought his stock and who are trying to get out because it has never been allowed to close up for the day.
This is disgusting
What is the purpose of a shareholder vote? Downs owns more than 50%.
Do you see why I say he is a very deceptive person?
I think you're right. The selling has dried up and a bottom has formed on the charts. Now it's starting to roll up on a bid basis.
Wally. The point was quite simple. There are many who sacrifice principle in favor of money. It is probably true that when the FBI agent in El Paso started out, he operated within some semblance of an idealistic worldview. Something went wrong however.
Crossbow seems like a nice enough guy. Downs has proven there isn't much he will not do to accomplish his goals. Crossbow has been a supporter of this stock off and on since last summer. I just think it would be a shame if crossbow used any influence he might have to help Downs perp an obviously questionable ruse.
My post was not an accusation, but a reminder. The El Paso FBI man was not the first law enforcement offical who may have crossed the line nor do I expect he will be the last
Crossbow. How close are you to Downs? Here is a story about another former FBI man who was just indicted. I hope you haven't been "vouching" for Downs. You can get in a heap of trouble when the guy you are vouching for turns out to be a lying swindler.
Ex-head of FBI in El Paso indicted for lying
Wed Apr 12, 2006 9:07pm ET
EL PASO, Texas (Reuters) - The former head of the FBI office in El Paso was indicted on Wednesday on charges he lied about his relationship with a Mexican businessman who authorities suspected of links to drug traffickers.
Hardrick Crawford, special agent in charge of the El Paso from 2001 to 2003 could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted of the five criminal counts in the indictment, handed up by a federal grand jury.
The indictment said he accepted gifts including trips to Las Vegas and Mexico City, a country club membership and weekly lawn service at his home from Jose Maria Guardia, owner of a racetrack in Juarez across the border from El Paso.
Guardia also gave a $5,000-a-month job to Crawford's wife.
In return, Crawford "assisted Guardia with visa difficulties and vouched for (him) with American investors and suppliers," the indictment said.
It said Crawford, who has retired from the FBI, lied about the gifts and withheld information about Guardia when questioned by federal investigators in 2003.
The indictment charges that FBI agents repeatedly warned Crawford of reports that Guardia was involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.
Crawford had Guardia take a polygraph test which indicated he lied when he denied involvement in drugs, the indictment said.
A few days later, he took part in a press conference at Guardia's racetrack in which he said they were friends and he was not aware of his participation in anything criminal.
Guardia has denied accusations of involvement in the drug trade and has not been charged with a crime.
Neither he nor Crawford could be reached for comment.

Happy Easter Crossbow. Next week, St. Downs will have to file for his dividend again to meet the requirements necessary for the publicly proclaimed record date. At last, after close to six months of stalling and hyping, people will be able to see just exactly what they will get. It's going to be great to read the daily list and see the long-awaited details. People all over the net are talking about how they will spend the cash or how they will sell the stock to do such things as buy more IDWD.
Boy! Will they ever be suprised if they find out little to no cash is involved or that (if this is the option) restricted stock has no liquid value!
If Downs would combine pig latin with ebonics, no one could ever break the code.
Forget Windtalkers!
IDWD would have Yassarpigbonics!
Wouldn't that make a great press release!
Great news! This should bring even a lot more eyes to the story.
That's good to hear.
Yes! I broke the code. It took me a while and I had to go get one of those made in the USA CIA Code Breaker Rings from the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes people, but it was worth the time and expense.
As it turns out, the code is nothing more than a simple version of pig latin.
You might have done the right thing, but until I see those bids hold, I am on the sidelines as far as buying more is concerned. I'm not in the market to act as a punching bag for jerks.
Hatway? Iay Oday otnay nowkay hatway ouyay reay alkingtay boutay.
In case you missed the sarcasm, my post was about your claim of secrecy surrounding the technology and proposed purchase.
The point was this is no secret. From the very beginning, Downs has been hyping it to blue heaven, even going to the extreme of claiming IDWD received an award for it from the IEEE which the IEEE later stated was an outright fraudulent claim.
Maybe Downs is a secret project himself. lol You know. One of those cyborg warriors. All that's left to perfect him is a little tinkering.
A little work on the language program would go a long way.
That's got to be it! Good thinking crossbow. Ooops, I mean cuda. Opps I mean datatech. Opps I mean underhandedinvestor. Opps I mean JMH.
Oh. You are Fog? lol
That is much too complicated a thought for an IDWD investor. Give us some slack, ok?
Beats me. I'm still waiting on my October 12th letter to shareholders which was supposed to tell me what the dividend is comprised of. It must have been lost in the mail or maybe the dog ate it.
You'll probably never see that That is probably a government secret along the lines of the the location of the secret Dubai office. lol
High tech secretive? LMAO!!! There are 53,000 entries on GOOG for all the spam proclaiming the Downs HLS story.
If this is your idea of a "secret project" it is no wonder you FBI "analysts" missed the boat on 9/11.
And DUUUUUH crossbow. Didn't Downs issue two PRs already saying he was trying selling this "high tech secretive" nonsense to the Army?
Big secret? NAWWWWWWW!
Really Fog. Downs must think everyone is retarded.
Most unsophisticated investors know this. I'm not sure what kind of idiot is believing the Downs crap. Watch the progression of news events for legitimate companies selling to the government. Before they even announce negotiations, they announce a GSA Schedule event.
There is a lot more to selling to the US Govt than reading a news clip about disk drives being sold in flea markets.
It has to be on the GSA schedule or the seller does not get paid.
No vendor number, no money. It's a very simple situation.
Anyone who has dealt with the government knows you are spinning your wheels until this is accomplished.
They can't sell computer security devices to any US government body. Downs will have to open a mythical factory in Arizona to accomplish mythical sales to the Army.
IDWD is not on the GSA schedule. You can check it out yourself. So forget about any government sales.
The bids still get hit about as fast as they appear.
No end in sight to the dumping yet. Now there are scads of asks at .008 too. Between the four asks at .008 and the two at .01, this stock looks like .01 is now the new area of max resistance.
Up until now, buying has always been a mistake. I wonder if it will ever recover?
This one is starting to pick up. Volume is slowly building as more and more people learn about it.
It is looking like more and more people have been learning about it. This is one that could be smoking hot about the time football kicks off again at the end of the summer.
Can you spell opportunity?
JMH Why do you think Downs has been so untruthful with this?
Do you think he is dragging it all out so he can dump when his stock comes off restriction? The stock will be unlocked soon.
