New to this site and never started a board before so bear with me. Tinely Beverage is launching a new CBD type drink in California called Hemplify. They have done a production run and will be introducing and presumably doing demos in retailers that are likely to sell a restorative type drink for after workout booster. If any Californians see this brand of product on their storeshelves could you please let me know and if you have tried it , tell me what you think of it as a product. Thanks in advance. glta and dyodd
Tinley got some connections with EAT/Splif has a trial run of their Hemplify drink on the burner right now according to their propaganda to be released in California. Power drinks are the rage right now so I think they just ate SPLIF's lunch. jmho, dyodd and glta
about 250k shares traded today. lots of Cannabix ads on BNN. Seeing several a day. no insider sells in public. glta and dyodd
How facked up do you want to get? Full strength oils are looking for trouble and if they are essential to get you where you want to be then do them in your crockpot. CGC not getting their oil license in a timely fashion is concerning to me. Oils are value added, made from stocks and trim that would otherwise be discarded as the laws stand in Canada. Greenhouse grows have got to be cheaper than controlled atmosphere grow-ops and if International Trade in Marijuana is legislated the Canadian grows might be offshored to warmer climates where there is no need for grow lamps or furnaces. I'm good as a long investor with CGC but it is a changing playing field and the laws of supply and demand will affect prices to the point of disaster for some companies. There will be winners and losers and if we get rec pot in Canada this will be a boost for our shareprice if we are prepped for the demand. Mipps and Vapes will be another boost to the bottom line. jmho glta and dyodd
What happened to Colorado construction? These guys are just leaving a trail of broken promises and have lost sight of their original business plan. A bunch of half baked deals that haven't done a thing for shareprice. Their business buddies TINLEY have a couple of products in production (Hemplify) drinks they say which makes them the mover and shakers and the guys that can get things done. jmho, glta and dyodd
600k shares traded in Canada and over 200k stateside. We are getting several Cannabix ads a day on BNN but for the life of me I can't seem to link them for everybody. I have also seen some breathtec and they are both well done imho. I hope we are close to beta and still think this is the best investment for a timely return. Hound seem to be on our heels and are certainly getting some press but are not banging too loudly on their drum. I know our US friends like to be loyal to their American companies to our detriment as a Canadian company but we do have an American listing and there are a lot of Americans working on this Cannabix project who will be paid in shares. I haven't seen any insider selling in public since Cannabix Technologies took the reins and for me that would be the cue to bail. I remain long because I really like the concept as a device for the times as Marijuana becomes more mainstream. I am not anti-pot but I am anti-impaired driving. I witness far too many impaired drivers culminating in accidents as a professional driver for several decades. This device is needed now and the holy grail of devices would be one that detects everything and anything, impairment or health problems for road safety. glta and dyodd
those ads over at BNN are playing several times a day. must be working. volume up from increased interest me thinks. jmho, glta and dyodd
Awareness will drive shareprice. Anybody that is looking for a good potential investment might not even be aware of this invention or the need for it. It was very similar to the website video and the newsfactor will get this some free press. Those of us in the know have probably put up some cash because if this works this will go. The other inventors seem to have dropped off the radar but the fact that there are others working at this problem gives me hope that this is possible. A working product will be in demand as marijuana goes legal with some momentum by police forces and employers. glta and dyodd
Oils are the future and I can't see why we haven't got Cannabinoid oils (CBD'S) and hemp infused edibles being launched out of legal retailers as we speak. If we get some cbd products out with some customer satisfaction that would certainly open the doors for THC mipps when legislation catches up to what the public wants. That is one way with the existing bs regulations where you can't advertise your product to get some awareness. There are no major hurdles for CBD products almost everywhere in the world from my understanding and the CBD oils are already international sellers. Value added mipps even from outsourced CBD oils would open business channels for when rec pot happens and substituting THC oils in some good products doesn't strike me as being a big problem. If the existing storefronts have to go legal sources then we can expect a big boost in sales. I would expect all licensed producers would get the same boost. It seems to me that all the quasi-legal suppliers are getting the immunity idol which is lucky for them and common sense tells me that they will have to go to licensed growers. The ditchweed sellers will have to step up to compete or go back behind the dumpster to sell their product or step it up with dangerous additives to catch the dummies. I hope CGC is working on the mipps and they can do a dry run with CBD products. jmho, glta and dyodd
I just caught a Cannabix Ad/Doc/Promo on BNN. It was done pretty well. I've seen lots on breathtec but people seem to be steering clear of it like it's got fleas. jmho, glta and dyodd
The Malhi promotion team has got a lot of mileage (free press) because of this device. Somebody is going to nail this. I hope it's us. The good news is we have the promoters attention back on this and it seems that the Breathtec deal is a little slow out of the gate. Now is the time to hang in imho and see what surfaces at the sci/fi presentations. glta and dyodd
News presentation and video is news and news feeds are interested in this THC breathalyzer. Cannabix has gotten a lot of free press mileage out of this and this freshened up news has given new hope to shareholders as well as a little pop in shareprice. Marijuana legalization is the real news and concern over the stoned drivers has spawned the need for this device. Cannabix dominated the search engines and any potential competitors got their day in the limelight too. This company has sparked to life along with Breathtec and they have certainly invested some time and money into the website and promotion. I hope this is the launch pad for small investors. glta and dyodd
these guys it turns out are like a baby with a full diaper. Any balls they had are getting weighed down in all the crap they are putting out. Seems like a multi-layered in company full of a group of self interested investors without scruples. glta and dyodd
good volume today and an uptick to boot. The breathtec documentary that said 100% accuracy might mean that they are closer than we think for a device. The difference between the breathtec and cannabix devices is elusive and veiled but gives hope that THC may be close to 100% too. My dd tells me that the original alcohol breathalyzer wasn't 100% accurate but might have had a push to acceptance by demand for the product. The social acceptance of THC as medicine and a new vice for consumers is creating a need for a THC breathalyzer as the world is opening the floodgates for legalization. My faith is that most people of society will accept stoned driving as impaired driving and a device like a thc breatalzyer will be a deterrent to them that get stoned and drive. I haven't discerned any insider sells in public and I accepted my considerable investment in this company as a red or black bet which I am willing to let ride. Lifeloc flirted with $37 per share and I think there could be a $20 bill in this for them that are committed providing that we are first. This THC breathalyzer can stand alone as a one trick pony as an addition to the police arsenal to keep our roads safe. Those that are investing in Breathtec may be investing in the holy grail of a device that may be able to determine any type of impairment and disease too but that will take time. Investors might be realizing that this is closer to a return on investment. glta and dyodd
gremlins. link didn't work very well. i'll work on it if nobody else posts picture of device.
Breathtec ad on facebook shows a device. Very small hand held. Is this the mhttps://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=breathtec%20biomedical%20inciniaturized beta???
Good debating!! I'm trying to simplify a complex understanding of our company's product and business plan. I see the point of both companies achieving success on the back of Cannabix Technologies THC breathalyzer but it raises the question of who is going to benefit from this multi-layering in of all these companies with their fingers in the pie. Is the C.BLO shareholder going to benefit. Keep your eyes on the money because these shell games are dangerous to small shareholders. glta and dyodd
C. Parry wrote a push for Breathtec over at the SH site. He also mentioned Cannabix but not in a very good light imho. Seems to be excited over the Breathtec and the tech financier crowd that he thinks will be jumping in on the ipo on Monday. What I got from his writings was that they have back burnered Cannabix.
Breathtec showing up and queering the deal with Cannabix is a big po. I think that move was self serving for insider promoters and hurtful to public shareholders. I know some of you are excited about the Breathtec deal but I think it just stole the future potential from Cannabix. I'm not here to look for an argument but feel compelled to make my opinion known. glta and dyodd
Medchem, you are a lot more savy about the science than most. I was wondering if you can explain to us the magic behind the model that the Colorado police are working with that detects several different vices. Shell might be able to help in that regard too. The existence of a trial model gives me more hope than ever that the scientific community accepts this as a possibility or my guess is they wouldn't be wasting their time. Minaturization seems to be the issue. I remember in BC when they first launched the alcohol breathalyzer they used to pack it to roadblocks in a cube van called the BATMOBILE. I think it was the big model that they still confirm the roadtest with at the police station. I don't know if it was the cost or availability or just the fact that they hadn't made it small enough for every police car. They obviously felt the need for the alcohol breathalyzer so given the changing attitude of society towards pot i'm guessing we are in the same boat now. Nobody wants to deal with swabs and body fluids except trained medical professionals and the beauty of the THC breathalyzer if it only detects for the last few hours we won't lose half our labour force. That is just as serious an issue as driving under the influence plus the body fluid thing is putting your DNA on record and that is too much information imo. glta and dyodd
todays news is they have a product out in California.
i posted last post before i noticed somebody else had posted link. It is tough for me to consider Breathtec because of the promoters and the fact that I believe they are trying to cannibalize the technology for their own personal gain. Cannabix could be expanded to utilize their technology to branch out into the detection of disease field or detecting cocaine or whatever. The holy grail of breathalyzers will have a databank in it to detect anything and everything that anybody would want to look for. To launch the same device on the coat-tails of the THC breathalyzer is infringing on the technology and its potential imho. There are lots of people out there trying to utilize body fluids to rapidly detect disease so the market potential is recognized. It is true that all we need is a THC breathalyzer that works to make money but to give up the future of the product potential for all the same things that Breathtec is trying to scoop is dirty pool. Breathtec is taking energy and focus as well as money from the original business plan of a Cannabix THC breathalyzer. They are just slipping in more opportunity for personal gain through options and warrants with all these shell companies imho. glta and dyodd
buying the pot and buying the brownie mix and mixing them yourself is looking for trouble. Mass produced mipps (marijuana infused products) will ensure control of dosing and quality. When I watch the Colorado headshops hand dipping small batches of mipps it gives me the shudders. Edibles are a different animal than joints. They take longer to get effect and the effect lasts longer. Caution is needed in dosing so consumers get what they expect everytime. If you make a soda with 10 highs in it and zombify a patient for 3 days because they drank the whole thing in one shot, that's a problem. Letting home cooks mix their oils in a brownie mix or cereal or any other product is loss of control and spells disaster from a legal point of view. Mipps are highend products and consumers like convenience. If we let the competition scoop us then we deserve what we get. This company can't afford to ignore the huge market south of the border. If they do we will be the aquisited not the aquisitor. There has to be a couple of old Hershey guys hanging around that can come up with a good product or two. glta and dyodd
and that's what they get the big bucks for. or warrants/options. Their advertising is outdated as is the website and the no-bull press releases smell like chit. a great idea ever expanded to the point of non-achievement. They are eloquent with their words but telling a good story isn't the same as making a good story. I still can't find a product despite the announcements that they are launching. needless to say i fall in the disappointment category. glta and dyodd
Yea, that insider sell was almost a year ago. We really have to keep our eye on the ball with these private to public company vending in deals. We've gone from Westpoint to Cannabix Breathalyzer and we are now Cannabix Technologies. Malhi is a promoter and when i talked to him he told me he has done a bunch of company building and ipo's. I also think the Breathtec deal (the new baby) might be getting all the attention and they are dangerously close to technology infringement of Cannabix Technologies THC breathalyzer. It doesn't take much of a dubious mind to think that they could be trying to scoop the shareholders. The best thing that has happened in my opinion since Malhi launched this great idea of a THC breathalyzer is the Yost Group and University getting on board. I think they are totally capable of getting us to a beta model but I don't think they will blow smoke up our skirts like promoters do. It comes down to integrity and pride. These attributes are lost to a lot of promoters. Cannabix did lead the charge on this new invention imo and the alcohol breathalyzer guys didn't move on their version until Cannabix came along. The idea is sound. The business plan is sound and when we get to the beta stage then it is time for Malhi and team to crow. The race is on! Who gets the profit is yet to be seen. The biggest indicator for me is insider sales in public. If there is significant dumping by insiders that will get me running for the exit too. The breathtec deal is just too close to our invention albeit for a different purpose (supposedly) and leaves the door wide open for lawsuits if the shareholders of Cannabix think they are being slight of handed. Just like roulette this is a red or black bet. glta and dyodd
I thought i would check out the insider sells in public and............there's none! Their was a hotlink to the Cannabix website so I thought i would see if there are any changes. When I hit the "team" button there is a picture of an empty boardroom. Go figure! Maybe they are all hiding under their chairs. I chuckled to myself.
I'm guessing some of those illegal dispensaries could legitimize by buying licensed producers out with some of those fat stacks of cash they have been making by skirting the laws. I entertain the theory that rec pot users want to be able to see, touch and smell what they are buying and a little sales pitch from a knowledgeable individual might help them make a purchase. Then there is always the impulse buy that is less likely to happen through the mail. A bakery style setup to showcase mipps would certainly swing the impulse crowd. All things being equal people will migrate to government tested and safe product free from whatever the ditchweed guys are using for pest control and fertilizer, never mind they decide to spice it up with a little bath salts for the wow factor. Quality has its place and i sense that marijuana infused products are on the horizon. glta and dyodd
If I was running a dispensary I would be getting the lps to lobby so that I would have access to lp product. I would be trying to ensure that I could hit those high standards set out by Health Canada to ensure my viability as a legal dispensary. The rules that exist at present serve the pharma pot business and the big foot of government will come down on the unregulated when they change the laws to go rec. All those with personal grow deals will have to conform to standards or go back to growing it in their basements or garages. I would bet money their product won't be going out the front door of the headshops, compassion clubs, boutique style dispensaries. I do beleive that people want to be able to see what they are buying and the mail isn't going to allow this. glta and dyodd
I had high hopes for this. I really thought they were going to implement a decent business plan. Instead we appear to be a 3rd wheel, tagging along and trying to be cool with some real achievers. I was under the impression that we were going to grow, manufacture and sell our own product. That seems to be downgraded to getting some product wherever we can and re-saling it, hopefully for a profit. Doesn't seem very sound to me. glta and dyodd
This is shaping up to be a two tier system. At present it is a one tier system in Canada. The only legal game in Canada is pharmaceutical. Pharmaceuticals are sold in drugstores with DIN (Drug Identification Numbers) and there is no reason that pharma grade pot can't be retailed by this established system. If/when rec pot legalization happens the only reason for the government to legalize is to collect the tax revenue. The home growers with license will be held to such high standards that they will just grow for themselves and a few friends or give up. The boutiques pot shops and compassion clubs will be reigned in to buy from the licensed producers that have been set up and regulated. The underground ditch weed dealer will always be there in the shadows just like the moonshiners we see on tv but it won't be significant in the greater scheme of things. In Canada Health insurers are starting to recognize and re-imburse drug costs so I expect there to be a lid on the prices they will pay. The rec market I would imagine would be more expensive and the government liquor stores are already established to supply liquor in a controlled atmosphere to keep it out of the hands of minors. The liquor store is a good fit for a restricted product like pot. The ma and pa potshops might be a thing of the past or they may rise to the standards set by government to grow into chain boutiques for rec pot. Jmho of things to come the way I see it unfolding. CGC is locked, loaded and has both targets in its crosshairs. I think they also have a lot of influence in writing the rule books as they go because they know more than most of the government people do. glta and dyodd
http://www.cnsx.ca/cmsAssets/docs/Filings/2015/2015_10_22_9_13_44_EAT_NUTRITIONAL_HIGH_ANNOUNCES_PARTNERSHIP_WITH__CANOPY_GROWTH_CORP.pdf According to EAT's nr they partnered up with Canopy Growth to help with oil extraction. Google it up. Billy Morrison is supposed to be a oil wizard from his experience in California. Youhanna is supposed to be experienced at proper dosing of mass produced infused edibles from what I have read. EAT have been promoting with lots of optimistic hopes of where they are headed but delivery of said hopes hasn't happened according to their or our expectations. CGC is well set up in Canada for the here and now of medical marijuana and my guess is they are in oversupply of product. The demand will change if the government grants legalization and that surplus will turn to a shortage imo if they use it to supply the rec market. They are looking at Peace Naturals for cheap assets and they also realize that there is a great big market opening in the US. That's where EAT might be a good fit for fast tracking entry south of the border if they took it out. I think Posner has done some of what needs to be done to get going in the US and CGC's grow expertise could easily be integrated into a grow of government tested reproducable quality and strength thc and cbd that is essential for a mass produced mipp market. EAT has an ambitious business plan that is taking longer than planned and are desperately in need of focus that CGC could provide or possibly any other Canadian lp. Everything is for sale. The question is what do we have that is marketable. glta and dyodd
www.insidertracking.com for those of you who want to keep tabs on what the insiders are doing. i'm still looking for a good free site to follow insider trading on all the US markets if anybody could recommend one it would be appreciated. I'm hoping the delay in news releases for Cannabix is the Yost group keeping the enthusiasm of driving the share price on expectation rather than results. Keeping the promoters in check as it were. This isn't Yosts first rodeo with breathalyzers or electronic wizardry. I think if the liberal government moves on their election platform of legalization of marijuana that we will see a greenrush in the Canadian licensed producers and increase the demand by law enforcement and the workplace for this new age device. glta and dyodd
Kudos Shell for your persistent delving into Cannabix. The fact that there are other developers showing up means that it's not just us that think this is possible. The idea is sound. The best credible thing after the conception of the idea is getting Yost and the U of F on board. The least credible thing was the Breathtec concept being launched at the same time because it has raised the issue of trust with the promoters. These two concepts are very close and put fear into this shareholder of the promoter running away with the prize. Promoters promote and everything is always good in their perception. They will blow sunshine and rainbows at you until the very end. The best barometer imho is Insider sells in public and there have been none since Cannabix Breathalyzers became Cannabix Technologies. I am willing to leave my investment where it is for now mostly because of the Yost team being onboard. Technology is moving exponentially and necessity is the mother of invention. This device is needed. It doesn't have to detect everything drugs or dirty diapers. Just THC impairment. Like Arthur Brimley says "because it's the right thing to do!" The true stoners still want sanctuary on the highways and everything is good until it isn't. Everybody has the legal hurdles and politics to get around which is why it's important for this device to be simple and accurate before it hits the market. One thing I am sure of is that somebody will develop a handheld breathalyzer for THC and after my due diligence I will stick with C.BLO. glta and dyodd
google- benzinga nutritional high for latest nr.
News release this am from Benzinga. Got a million bucks on the back burner from Kodiak. This is the best news we have recieved yet. It isn't a product launch but it will keep the lights on while we wait. Sorry i can't put a link up but it is worth a search. I think i will pick up a few more shares on that nr. I'll try to get a hot link up but my computer skills aren't that good. glta and dyodd
livelier board over at SH. Seems production/distribution have been backed off for another 6 months due to permitting of the factory according to people that say they have contacted Posner. It's an ambitious plan what he has in mind but if he gets some tasty mass produced product to market it stands a chance. Everything always takes longer than it's supposed to when there are multiple parties involved. Everyone that has talked to him seems to think he is sincere, myself included. I thought this could be a 10 bagger but have gotten that idea out of my head for now. We wait. glta and dyodd
don't ever say never. CGC has Bedrocan under their umbrella and Bedrocan is straight legit no nonsense pharma grade medicine which is even being accepted by patients insurance companies in Canada. Americans have been coming to Canada for years for pharmaceuticals because we are Mexico north with our beat down dollar and quality products. I think the fastest track to get our product Stateside is to grow it there. Bedrocan division can grow safe quality consistently reproducable cloned marijuana and have been doing it for years. They imported their know how from the Netherlands and slipping some clones south of the border for the US market is doable. The political loophole to get this product to the American market is as medicine but the technology could be reproduced their in 16 to 20 weeks through a partnership with some grower/oil extractor. glta and dyodd
bigger volume today and good amount of shares on the bid. Canada's regulations are ambiguous imho but there are signs that they are going to allow more than just bud for sale. All the lp's are moving on the oil extraction market in readiness of different delivery systems (mipps, vapes, waxes et al) but all in the same vein of medicinal. The Canadian lp's have had a tough row to hoe with Health Canada about quality and several lost crops because of contaminants and other reasons. If Nutritional High has achieved some or all of what they claim they will have to prove it soon. If they have made those milestones and can get some thc (high profit)mipps on some store shelves then the sp should tighten up. If they execute on their business plan they could ultimately be in the drivers seat and grow bigger than CGC but they have to deliver on the grow, mipps line, oil extraction, vapes and all the other doors they have opened. It is a good red or black bet but increased volume and steady share price is indicative of something happening. It's not the time to bail imho. glta and dyodd
