Well, I believe that if they contacted the SEC in the time frame allowed to work with them, then I assume working with the SEC and filing the Financials is being done to get current for relisting.

Isn't a matter of getting current to go back to unrevoked. They were revoked for not being current I think. Also, they could register with OTC and get listed there. That would entail getting current there also with the necessary disclosures and securities information.
