It does....
In my dreams :)
MYEC making dreams come true this year
I believe Q1 revenues will be greater than the entire 2013 revs based on all the new deals signed Jan-Mar.
If we run equivalent to CYBK than .01 is a possibility with the right news given the SS difference.
Just hold for the news, we assume the CEO will sell some of that 12B on the way up, I'm sure he will get the PPS up first before selling any though. He can only sell a handful of shares at a time.
TGGI
I can see .25 a possibility in 4-6 weeks, definitely in 8-10 weeks.
By the time we get to dollars we'd have a completely different SS, <1B.
There aren't many pinks that went from trips to $11, no matter what their SS was, MYEC will be one of the 1st.
When Janice shows up its time to run for the hills. Good luck....

MMJ News Imminent
Figured you would've known by now that there are no after hours trading in the OTC....
You can watch all TTDZ shareholders go to $1 or you can join, simple as that
The chart tells a different story.
Know what you own, the shareprice tells you what investors think of management....
If for example the CEO did go bankrupt during a hardship, economic collapse or other unforeseen circumstances......How or why is that a funny laughing matter?
The CEO stuck through the hard times & didn't sell the company or let it get taken over & is rebuilding the company 1 day at a time as seen in the PR's
Lets clear out .002's before news hits this week, leaving an open pathway to .005+ by next week.
TGGI
Thanks, I was searching the VX site & couldn't find an MYEC reference.
Will be nice to see MyECheck being implemented into their infrastructure this week.

NASDAQ Listing Requirements for All Companies
Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly-traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more then 10% of the company. In addition, the regular bid price at time of listing must be $4, and there must be at least three market makers for the stock. However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3 or $2 if the company meets varying reequirements. Each listing firm is also required to follow Nasdaq corporate governance rules 4350, 4351 and 4360. Companies must also have at least 450 round lot (100 shares) shareholders, 2,200 total shareholders, or 550 total shareholders with 1.1 million average trading volume over the past 12 months.
In addition to these requirements, companies must meet all of the criteria under at least one of the following standards.
Listing Standard No. 1
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no one year in the prior three years can have a net loss.
Listing Standard No. 2
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. In addition, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.
Listing Standard No. 3
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of Standard No. 2 if the average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million, and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.
A company has three ways to get listed on the Nasdaq, depending on the underlying fundamentals of the company. If a company does not meet certain criteria, such as the operating income minimum, it has to make it up with larger minimum amounts in another area like revenue. This helps to improve the quality of companies listed on the exchange.
It doesn't end there. After a company gets listed on the market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting. Falling below the minimum required share price, or market capitalization, is one of the major factors triggering a delisting. Again, the exact details of delisting depend on the exchange.
The auditors started around the week of March 10th 2014 as posted on Facebook.

Looks like our CEO is back, going to be a wild ride. This should make up for not jumping in CYBK during its epic run to 37 cents from sub penny.
MMJ news on the horizon
You think it's even possible to cut corners on an app that will be responsible for the security & handling of everyone's money in millions of bank accounts?
You know Ed would be responsible of a security breach & is taking every precaution to make sure it never happens by paying the best certified professionals for the task at hand.
MYEC
I need $14.25/share to beat Jim Cramer, lets do this!!
Or we can get Jim on board with MYEC & we all grow together, I'd like that.
If by soon you mean a few months, I believe you :)
MYEC
The top will BLOW off TGGI, just watch how the MMJ News takes this to pennies.
As a long I'll take the risk of losing it all over riding free shares any day of the week, only because I know what I own. Not to say I won't take a small profit at every 25 cent increment.
TTDZ GCBD
That's some smart thinking there, train people how to start an MMJ business & show them that Green Cures products are a MUST HAVE in every store. Every student is a potential distributor for our products

Oren Dali is a person of interest for our new VP of Sales & Marketing.
Great find bro
MyECheck.com just got a makeover.....Looks great to me.
The MJ-Pay app/site will be handled by GreenPay LLC our licensee, MyECheck is not the owner MJ-Pay.com.
This is what you call a "Once in a lifetime" opportunity.
Life changer in the making.
We are at .05 which isn't far from .12 & we have a lot more going for us, hence why that CEO stepped down to work for us.
Check out the new VP's previous stock GDSI, he stepped down as CEO there to work for Ed.
52W range is .12-$1.39
Transforming MYEC into a NASDAQ Powerhouse
E-Mail Compliments of Stevzlux
This was my message to him...
"Hello Mr. William D.,
I am a long time MyECheck shareholder and I just wanted to say congratulations and welcome to the company. We are all very excited by the progress the company has made over the past year and we look forward to your future contributions. Thank you!"
I got a reply on linkedin from William,
INMAIL: ACCEPTED
William "Bill' Delgado has accepted your request.
Title: MYEC
Hi Estevan, First of all I would like to congratulate you on investing in
MYEC. I am very excited to be helping Ed and his team and I believe in the
next several months we will be transforming the company into a NASDAQ
powerhouse. I actually updated my LinkedIn account yesterday after the
news. Good luck in the future and thanks for supporting MYEC. Regards, W.J.

Or if you want to email it to me I can post & sticky.
That's awesome! My emphasis was always "several years" & if management thinks it can be done in several months,....I'm speechless

MYEC = "NASDAQ POWERHOUSE"
Remember this play last year GM?
Still holding from July :) Maybe this time we stay in .00's & continue upward

Fidelity or eTrade is what you want if your going to buy MYEC & or other penny stocks. The cheaper ones are cheaper for a reason. Sharebuilder is $6.95 but charge 15% on any purchase of shares under $1
Scottrade is $7 but charge an additional fee to buy penny stocks like Sharebuilder does, ST temporarily can't buy MYEC also.
The bigger bank brokerages like Merrill Edge or Wells Fargo only allow you to have 1% of your portfolio invested in penny stocks.
Merrill Edge only allows your portfolio to contain 1% of penny stocks.
It says April & we are still in April. The stat does not calculate days or weeks, only years & months.
eBay fees are ridiculous also, every time I sell an item they take 10% of the total.
Then another 3% is taken from the PayPal payment, it's ridiculous - 13% in fees which makes it harder to turn a profit without charging too much.
If we get enough merchants to complain to eBay they will either have to lower the PayPal fees OR allow the MyECheck app as a payment method.
I highly doubt eBay would list us as a payment method unless eBay & PayPal split.
If we are going to work with eBay we'll need buyer protection.

I'm assuming the run today was not iHub, did anyone here buy 10M or more of TGGI today? Most of us on iHub were already loaded on 1-3's so the sudden buys of .0004-7's were outside buys, meaning someone besides us knows this is going much higher soon.
News is imminent, probably a merger or acquisition MMJ related.
Something HUGE is brewing
