Bingo! The previous lawsuits were settled which means the cases were dismissed or in some cases part of the settlement is that they must agree that defendant did not infringe on the patent. I'm sure these companies also include non-disclosure agreements in the settlements.
Word only gets out when people like are us are following the cases and put it out there
Much more info to come. This is an exciting one!
Done! I'm not very good with twitter but I just put the link to the DD post here.
Thanks JM! Good to see you here!
It's a patent infringement case. From my experience they don't typically put a dollar amount on it. They look for royalties so they will need to figure out valuations and then negotiate.
From the past lawsuits it looks like they went the route of settling for a reasonable amount so the big companies will just settle and be done with it. They are growing their patent portfolios and need the steady income to pay off the patents and be able to fund their own lawsuits. Which means they keep more of profit for themselves. Seems like a solid business strategy to me.
Having 5 other companies already settle bodes very well for this round of lawsuits. I should also mention that this new group of defendants have a much higher collective revenue which should mean a larger settlement.
QPRC Suing AMAZON, ASUS TEK, LOUIS VUITTON, MICHAEL KORS,
KYOCERA INTERNATIONAL, TCT MOBILE INTERNATIONAL, and SHENZEN ONEPLUS SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
They recently won settlements using the same patents against Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics, Huawei Technologies, MediaTek and ZTE Corporation.
Given the recent settlements this next round of lawsuits should settle much faster and have substantially less legal fees.
The lawsuits are filed under QPRC's subsidiary Semcon IP. See the lawsuits below.

Way undervalued! I came across it and was shocked no one was taking any notice. There is more to this than just this set of lawsuits. I'm working on a big DD post.
Looks like the lawyers worked on contingency on the previous lawsuits. The funding company only gets 15% of the net settlement so most of the cost was lawyers. Now that they already did the legwork the legal fees for this round of lawsuits should be substantially less. Also if they can get to the point where they pay lawyer fees up front I expect they will be able to negotiate a much better deal going forward.
Way more solid! This company has several portfolios of patents and has had past wins. They have learned what works. All the wins help pay down on the costs of the patents so they get to keep more of the future settlements.
What are you talking about? These are lawsuits filed with the court. That is not a pump and dump! I supposed the prior lawsuits where the won settlements against big names like TEXAS INSTRUMENTS are pump and dumps too?
Ridiculous
Ahh and there is a reason this also went unnoticed. Some are scared of the AS however it is in place to protect the company and shareholders.
The company that is funding the patents and litigation holds NON convertible notes that will only become convertible in the event of a default. A default would be if they did not have enough shares available to cover a conversion in the event of a default. By having a large AS they ensure that they will not default.
That's right AVOI went to .20 and that was an initial lawsuit against apple with no other prior wins!
This is a goldmine bb! There is even more to this. They have other subsidiaries as well!
No one noticed it. Nothing on twitter, nothing on the big boards. Posters needed to get the word out since the company is not putting out press releases.
Awesome to know the company isn't pumping and selling shares.
Just found something else that is huge! Have to read more but will post it soon! Incredible!
Thanks bb that means a lot coming from you! I think it's my OCD haha
This will not go to trial. Settlement will happen quickly since the other 5 companies settled. Lawyers fees will be substantially less since they have already done all the leg work on the previous lawsuits.
Holy COW! That ask block at .02 got demolished!!
I am finding a ton of DD. I will get it all together and post it tonight. This is exciting!

Wow that’s impressive! I’ve never seen a judge write an attorney letter before.
I agree with so few shares available we will see people jockeying to load before the merger news comes out. We’ve seen this before. Things are going to start heating up
OTC market has been painfully slow lately but it could show current this week. Then merger news not too far off. I expect we will creep up in anticipation like we did on the last Arcaro ticker. Also,RGLG is trading much better than the past ones at this stage of the merger.
This is going to be a fun one!
Attorney letter out After hours! RGLG going pink current!
