Yes, yes...that's the stuff. Classic example of sucking...you neglected to factor in the 'or so' at the end of 'month' and also failed to acknowledge that it ran to .467. You're well aware that I've been in PHOT for much longer than a month considering I used to call you out well before .125. You started calling for PHOT's demise when it was around a nickel. It pretty much ten-bagged from there and proved you wrong. Even if it poops the bed from here and dies a slow bloated death, you were wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. Therefore, you suck and will continue to suck ad infinitum. The end.
Your ability to suck continues to astound me. Please continue to suck. It's like watching the slow kid with an unfastened bike helmet headbutting walls day after day after day after day...never gets old. Bravo, dude. I would tell you how much money I've made over the last month or so doing the opposite of everything you've advised through your incessant posted drivel, but you probably already know about it. Hotel California!!!!
Jason Bond's picture that accompanies the Seeking Alpha article makes me think of Eddie Haskell, used car salesmen, and the guy who got your sister pregnant.
Your new hit single, the follow up to 'Dilution is the Solution', is called "Third Day in Play, Collect Your Pay'? That's some next level shit, MC Extra Chromosome.
I was going to ask if you ever tire of being wrong, but I already know the answer, so...

Did you read the requirements, KG? It's definitely within the realm of possiblity for your home team to uplist, but best case scenario would be 2017. I'm all for it...as you know, I love your team, too.
Here are the requirements for uplisting. As always, your enthusiasm rules, but...

I just wanted to mark the one month celebration of this little nugget of wisdom. Happy days.
You the man, dude. Looking good down there. Well, I can barely see you from my floating pig in the big blue sky, but I assume you look good down there.
Hello down there...
http://taildom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/elephant.jpg
Buckle up, everybody...this might get nasty.
Has everyone here considered the possiblity that the negative sentiment of the filing will trigger a mild to medium selloff that will in turn be compounded by a year-end tax-purposes selloff? Seriously, isn't it entirely possible that tomorrow and Tuesday are a brutal bloodbath that send us crashing toward the 50 day? I'm not saying it would be rational or wise necessarily, but would it honestly be a surprise to anybody? Bear in mind, this is coming from somebody who has a healthy batch of shares. I've been a cheerleader for months, been knocking heads with Dude and Mullet and others in defense of my investment, but I haven't been able to make myself feel good about that 3B figure. Full disclosure, I've been preparing myself mentally all weekend for the absolute worst...lots of walks on the beach. Please tell me I have nothing to worry about.
link?
One last....
70 million volume. That's a huge number. It could've simply been profit taking. It was on a day when PHOT was in blue sky territory (a place that it still resides, by the way). We already know what the worst case scenario is for dilution with PHOT via their fully reporting SEC status and if that is what occurred, then they knocked out a large percentage of it in one day. Wouldn't that be a positive?
A couple rebuttals...
1. Rob, in the icannibasradio interview, said that they were backing off a bit on their previous brick and mortar goals because of the new focus on GIFT and the potential profits from GIFT making brick and mortar profits pale in comparison. This shows a nimble pivot and a smarter use of funds.
2. Projections falling short does not amount to a lie. It amounts to a mistake that Rob addressed, fessed up to, and explained. The market corrected severely and many, many panic sold because of this mistake. The market has since corrected quite positively.
In answer...no, no, hell to the no.
What's kind of hilarious is that if you zoom into that image of the Portland store that you provided a link to, there's a sign in the window that says 'Evergreen Garden Centers', which is exactly what Growlife claims it to be. It appears as if the 'for lease' sign in the lawn is for the other storefronts in the adjacent building. I wasn't saying that phone numbers or streetview maps are the end all, be all...you are correct in asserting that they can be manipulated. However, true DD has to start somewhere, and I was merely providing a link as a trailhead for not only you, but for other people as they swim through the vast sea of IHUB rumors. In Growlife's case, considering that they are a fully audited/fully reporting company, it would be out of character for them to be dabbling in the kind of subterfuge that you indirectly accused them of (indirectly, because 'your people' made the accusation), but I admit it's not out of the realm of possiblity. Since 'your guys' do 'real DD', I'm sure it would be easy for you to provide the fruits of their labors? Or would you want to keep that information to yourself in order to maintain that insider's edge you seem to have over 'youngster' investors like myself?
Ok. But a simple phone call to the numbers provided or a simple streetview map search of the addresses could accomplish sufficient DD, no? Just fact checking, dude.
...and the phone numbers.

Here's the addresses, Walter White...

Any and all GIFT recipients will be private companies that have crossed the green line.
That's actually highly illogical as a public company wouldn't be able to participate in a grow operation...remember how public companies can't cross the green line?
I just got back from a nice morning at sea on Bruce Perlowin's solid gold yacht. Our breakfast, which was served by pygmies dressed in velvet tuxedos, consisted of deep fried abortions on silver platters and the tears of HEMP bagholders poured into diamond encrusted glasses. After breakfast, to break up the ennui of the calm seas, we laughed maniacally at the painfully hopeful posts on this board. Man, that Bruce is a good dude.
When I was a younger man, I worked at a group home for people with disabilities. There was one particular resident, I'll call him Doug, who had been in a serious car accident many years before. Poor Doug's brain was on a perpetual loop and he would utter the same thoughts and phrases all day and all night with very little variance. It was so consistent that I can still conjure up the cadence and inflection of poor Doug's incessant rants. Dude, I suspect that many years from now I will be able to fondly gaze back at this time in my life and recall something similar in regards to your sad little loop. I must assume that you are head injured in a very profound way, for the similarities of your perpetuity with poor Doug's are uncanny.
Now, with that said, competition between tickers is so silly that I feel ashamed to have addressed it twice in a day (see my earlier post from this morning). However, ahem, MCIG is brand new and hasn't had a chance to dilute to the levels of your discomfort. Yet. But when it does, as they procure funds (why else do companies go public?), will you lob your various ticks and utterances at it as well and then move on?
One more question...what is your endgame, Dude? What is your motivation? I once thought that perhaps you played the part of the drooling fool in the corner as a front for a brilliant trader. I've since backed off of that assumption and have obviously written you off as merely a drooling fool in the corner. Perhaps I'm wrong? In the ensuing weeks, I've gone from annoyance to fascination to perplexity in regards to my attempted understanding of you and I just can't grasp it. Please enlighten me.
After listening to the webinar last night, I was very surprised by the lukewarm reaction that some on this board had to it. If you weren't excited about the potential of TRTC after hearing it, then you're either short-sighted or way too impatient. In simple terms, I refer to Derek quoting the great Wayne Gretsky...'skate to where you think the puck will be, not where it is.' As I had long suspected, Edible Gardens is a means to an end. Derek even referred to it as a hedge. So they are building up this company of produce, which is admittedly cutting edge and wonderful, but as soon as the feds give that green light (pun intended) that everybody is waiting for, they will switch over to the real cash crop. In the interim, they are building a nationwide growing and distribution network with the aid of the Vandervelde family. Doesn't everybody realize that a company with the agricultural footprint of Edible Gardens will have a massive advantage over the other companies that'll be scrambling when the feds say go? And if it never happens, even if somehow public opinion swings back (it won't), the produce will be lucrative regardless. It's brilliant and dare I say, safe? It's strange to think of any MMJ play as safe, but this is as close as I've seen. I've been long here for awhile, I bought initially at .26, but averaged down aggressively when it was in the .06's. I'm now averaged a little below a dime, so I'm currently in the green (again, pun intended) on this one and I feel good about the prospects of this for years and years to come. This is a long term play if I've ever seen one. One more thing, I adored the thoughtful aggression that Derek has in regards to the proverbial green line and his pragmatic ideas in regards to risk and perhaps even jumping a tick or two ahead of the fed's gun to gain a competitive advantage when the time is right. He's a very forward thinking individual with a perfect background to navigate this.
All this flexing about which stock is better is so counterproductive. If any of you have all of your MMJ eggs in one basket, then you're not thinking straight. With regards to the PHOT vs. TRTC...so, Rob and Derek are friends, they break bread together. Do you think when they do this that they argue over which one of them has the better company? I bet they do something more like an exchange of ideas. Or they talk about basketball. It's all silly message board speculation. Regardless, this doesn't necessarily mean that they're going to join forces, it just means that they're like-minded individuals that both have companies in the same arena. One thing that you are all forgetting is that this is a very big pie, plenty to go around. Perhaps years down the road these companies will find reasons to compete, but for now, their business models are pretty different and they are both growing independently of each other. In regards to PLPE and MCIG and others, it's ok to invest in these and to still be on the figurative PHOT train. As for you DMC, like I've told you before, I appreciate your non-stop cheerleading on the TRTC board, but perhaps you need to broaden your scope and be a bit less myopic. The fact that you were on this board a couple of weeks ago with very little awareness of PHOT at all seems strange to me. I think it's important to be well aware of all stocks in a particular sector, not just the one you really love. Just a thought.
Won't dignify with response. Wait, I sort of just did. Won't dignify with response starting...now.
Hey, have you met our friend, Dude? He's super into repeating inane things multiple times, too. I think you guys would totally hit it off. Here hold on...DUDE, hey DUDE. I just found you a boyfriend....come out and play.
I didn't think it was possible to have double digit typos/punctuation errors/misspellings in a four-line post, but you have proved me wrong. Bravo, sir.
Dude, I mean MC Extra Chromosome, that doesn't even rhyme. In lieu of this abysmal verse you've submitted, I'm going to have to pull the plug on your hip hop career. I had such high hopes, too. Also...
http://www.animated-gifs.eu/mammals-pigs-flying/0024.gif
Not bad, not bad...but i want the whole verse, not just a single line. If we're going to produce your hit single, we need to hear the whole thing. Here, I'll lay down the backing loop of the chorus...and 1 and 2 and dilution is the solution (ad infinitum) and go...
That's a catchy chorus, MC Extra Chromosome, but hit us with the verse...
Whoa...the dude is rhyming now. Hip hoppin' dude is like manna from heaven.
Dude, I was sad thinking that maybe you weren't around to watch our 'piggy' soaring up in this blue sky territory. I thought you were gone forever...so glad you didn't abandon us. By the way, did you just watch it bounce off the .12? Man, i wonder why it would do that?
DUDE!!!! I've been waiting all day yesterday and today for you to come on in and impart your bounteous wisdom. I had a feeling this wash out would do it, but I wasn't sure. So good to see you, genius.
Highest volume day in PHOT history. What a wild ride.
