The float is 20,434,834.
You need to look at both filings they did in the last 30 days, one is to have Riley Capital buy up to 9 million shares of stock from the company, then once they’ve done that sell it. It’s pretty convoluted, but Sidus will receive $30,000,000, when they sell the shares to Riley. The original agreement stated Riley can not short the stock.
Share structure was updated on the OTC: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KAST/security
True. I know I’ve been accumulating. I think after Labor Day we’ll see some fireworks here.
Lol, not hardly. Wait until after Labor Day!
Looks like a little short covering might be going on, before the relaunch of Artemis:)
Really? Huh I just did a lot of DD and it appears it took less than a year to complete it. Please post your DD supporting that statement.
Just took a starter position here. Looks like it might be a fun ride:)
Hopefully after Labor Day, we start seeing some life here.
I managed to add $2.71s today, of course they immediately dropped the PPS to $2.68, lol.
Divide that 5 million dollars by the 54 BILLION OS and what do you come up with? Hint: .00009 per share. Impressive, lol.
I totally agree!
I know, but it’s sure a heart stopper watching it drop. I can’t decide whether to average down (again) or not. Trying to figure out where the bottom is. I thought $3.00, but nooooo:)
3 billion aren’t restricted and they have 20 BILLION left in the AS they can dilute with! I don’t know what you mean by “heavily restricted “. Shares are generally restricted for either 6 months or 1 year. Nothing heavy about that!
Ok, since you obviously haven’t read it. Here is what it says they have a million dollars in convertible notes (how many shares does that take to pay with a PPS at .005 (hint: that would be 200,000,000, not taking into consideration the discount. I think you can figure 300,000,000 to 400,000,000 being the real answer). They have a NET OPERATING LOSS OF ($2,042,061) with an OS of 54,797,751,445! Now please explain what’s good about that!
Of course I’ve read the last Q. Why don’t you point out was so great about it.
They have a float of 3 BILLION and an OS of 54 BILLION. Good grief how much more could they dilute! The PPS is going no where without a massive RS.
I’ll be glad when Labor Day is over! My entire portfolio is in the toilet. If ENGA gets some volume we should see $2.00+ in a matter of hours, imo.
Got the 63’s filled:)
I waited over an hour for .06’s, raised it to .063, see if that gets hit. Verified—- They ARE NOT dumping!
Based on the News & SS, we should be trading in multi dollars, imo.
Ohh I see. I agree.
Now it has been over 30 minutes I have been bid sitting at .06. Hmmm
Because they updated it the day the finalized the Q.
Well if they were dumping you’d think they hit my 20,000 at .06, but they haven’t in the last 12 minutes. Hmmm
These low float stocks are always volatile, one guy decides to take his marbles and play elsewhere and we get a 20% drop.
Ya with less than a million in volume, some dump.
We know as of August 10th the Float was 20,436,210. The OS was cut in half between March 30 and June 30. I don’t think they’re dumping. Many perfectly fine companies update their share structure monthly. I suggest you spend some time reading the last Q.
It’s not post Labor Day.
TSNP was an outlier. To buy a stock thinking that’s going to happen is nuts. Plus even it didn’t have 54 BILLION OS.
That’s a good question with a 54 BILLION OS! Why would GGII deserve an 8.1 BILLION DOLLAR MARKET CAP? Good grief!
Why in the heck would there stock be worth $6.00 a share? Did you read the S-1?
Thanks! I think you are correct:)
You know that’s not true! Wtf?
This statement was taken this morning from Fintel.io regarding SIDU:
Off-Exchange Short Volume Ratio 58.63% - source: FINRA (inc. Dark Pool volume)
Awesome news this morning!
It was a good week to buy. I can’t believe SIDUS is trading for under $3.00, with the OS they have. I think this S1 they filled to have a company buy up to 9 million shares whenever they tell them to, might be not just to raise money, but to break the shorts, which have destroyed the PPS. OVER 50% of the float is shorted.
Yup:)
What are you asking? It’s down because someone sold into a 20% ++ spread. That happens with low floaters. Hopefully you actually know this, if not, you shouldn’t invest in low floaters. They have huge heart stopping swings. That can be a problem, but also the beauty, because when ENGA does start to head north, you can jump from .40 to $2.00 in a flash.
