4sleeddogs - MSFT A Test Case - On Target.
As I had Witten to Someone Recently:
MICROSOFT WAS A TEST COURT CASE, IMO, Even Though Microsoft got off cheap as SFOR was Stuggling with Debt and trying to stay alive with out doing another R/S at its ridiculously low stock price IMO.
SFOR won Big Time above the $9.7M settlement. (And who knows what the Licensing Arrangement was (trivial or bigger)) .
Strike Force won Big Time on that case, because it proven in a Court of Law, that even though it only ended in a Settlement and not on to a Court Judge Magistrate Decesion or Jury Trial, StrikeForce went Up Against MR. SOFTY, Huge Market Cap and came out Successfully with a Settlement.
Now it could be that Microsoft just paid the settlement, the way we brush off mosquitoes buzzing in our ears down here in Florida.
But then why was there some sort Licensing if that were the case.
So with those last two sentences above stated, the was a case of Real Patent Infringement and not handling over a small Settlement to avoid a more costly alternative of full case litigation expenses.
Pennydream - WRONG "All three have profited differently therefor should be tried individually ."
This is a patent Infignment case.
All Three infringed on SFOR Patent Claims, and therefor should be tried together.
If your theory were correct there would no need for Joiner in the first place.
Joinder of Multiple Defendants
Joinder allows a plaintiff to aggregate multiple defendants into a single lawsuit for cost, efficiency, strategy, and other reasons. Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a plaintiff can join multiple defendants to a single lawsuit only if any claim raised against each defendant arises out of the "same transaction, occurrence, or series of transactions or occurrences."
The America Invents Act of 2011 (AIA) raised the standard for joining accused infringers in a patent suit: Accused infringers can be joined to a single suit only if any claim "aris[es] out of the same transaction, occurrence, or series of transactions or occurrences relating to the making, using, importing into the United States, offering for sale, or selling of thesame accused product or process." Therefore, different defendants with different products cannot be joined to the same suit based solely on the fact that they have been accused of infringing the same patent. This new joinder provision from the AIA was designed to "address problems occasioned by the joinder of defendants (sometimes numbering in the dozens) who have tenuous connections to the underlying disputes in patent infringement suits." H.R. Rep. No. 112-98, pt. 1, at 54
It basically says plaintiff is willing to accept whatever they can lol . Individual discovery would allow them to sue for exact compensation per defendands infringement . All three have profited differently therefor should be tried individually . Consolidating is beneficial for defendant in this case
Just tying to keep the Troops Entertained while we await news.

Ahh, A Nugget Here a Nugget there, and then you never know when you'll run across
In literature, there are two nuggets that claim their status as the biggest gold nuggets in the world: the Welcome Stranger and the Canaã nugget. Considered by most authorities to be the biggest gold nugget ever found, the Welcome Stranger was found at Moliagul, Victoria, Australia in 1869 by John Deason and Richard Oates. It weighed gross, over 2,520 troy ounces (78 kg; 173 lb) and returned over 2,284 troy ounces (71.0 kg; 156.6 lb) net.[6] The Welcome Stranger is sometimes confused with the similarly named Welcome Nugget, which was found in June 1858 at Bakery Hill, Ballarat, Australia by the Red Hill Mining Company. The Welcome weighed 2,218 troy ounces (69.0 kg; 152.1 lb). It was melted down in London in Nov 1859.[7]
The Canaã nugget, also known as the Pepita Canaa, was found on September 13, 1983 by miners at the Serra Pelada Mine in the State of Para, Brazil. Weighing 60.82 kilograms (134.1 lb; 2,145 oz), it is among the largest gold nuggets ever found, and is, today, the largest in existence.
The main controversy regarding this nugget is that the excavation reports suggest that the existing nugget was originally part of a nugget weighing 5,291.09 ounces (150 kg; 331 lb) that broke during excavations.
The Canaã nugget is displayed at the Banco Central Museum in Brazil along with the second and third largest nuggets remaining in existence, weighing respectively 1,506.2 ounces (42.70 kg; 94.14 lb) and 1,393.3 ounces (39.50 kg; 87.08 lb), which were also found at the Serra Pelada region.

Yes near Titusville, I grew up in Rockledge from age 10 through graduation, move here when my dad came down to Install and build the Gemini, Apollo and LEM Flight Simulators. I Left joining the USAF a year after Gradation. Went around the would a few times both Air Force and a Civilian. Came back in 1990 with a dream of working on Main Frame Computers at the Cape.. Careful what you wish for.... Did you note the name of the Range Operations Control Cetera in the last post
(The ROCC)
Glad to hear from another SFOR Investors off of that Board. Literally.
What a mess, although there are a lot of good guys.
Oh no, your a Music Producer! I mean that in a good way. More on that privately. I would appreciate you sending me a copy of the new bands stuff, I'll give you this old Rocker's opinion.
With you mentioning their work as a mix of different groups, reminded me of a Group (GarageBand Band and some local gigs) I was in during High School. At the time we were named Enalpria ( thats Airplane spelled backwards) I sang a lot of Jim Morrison Stuff and a few others due to my voice could do a good imitation.
When I came home on Vacation from Germany in '86, I ran into the Lead Band Member, Randy. He gave me a tape of their Latest Album called Grab This. The band was named Grab. Hey the second tape was called Grab This Too. LOL, They also performed music that sounded like a few different Bands, I recall Jethro Tull being one of them. What I'm getting at is that one of the Songs on Grab This was called Rolling Thunder (can you guess what it was about?) hint, back in the day all our dad's worked for NASA OR A DOD Contractor.
I did not see Randy again until a Friends Funeral, and I told him what I did with Rolling Thunder and asked if I could have his Permission to use it for a Project, (of course he said yes), I planned on having it Presented to the KSC Visitor Center for them to use.
I have not Presented it yet, never took the time as of yet to get some Higher Res Photos, for the presentation. If they like it, we can create something Special( hopefully going from a slide show to a Video Version) to show in the IMAX Theater at the KSC Visitors Center as lead in to the Space Video shows there.
The song was created prior to the Space Shuttle Challenger Diaster. But it fit fairly well into a Presentation as a Tribute to the Challengers Crew.
Beginning to get an Idea what the Title of Rolling Thunder is about yet?, Since you Lived on the Space Coast. Yeah I think you can hear the Idea ! I have not really uploaded my Personal Videos on YouTube before.
But I set this one to Private so I could let you see its first Launch in Public. It won't be available for to long for obvious reasons.
But here it is. If for some reason it does not link correctly for you let me know, I'll fix it, but it seem Go for Launch, T-5 Seconds....
Your Welcome nagoya1, perhaps with a little prodding I will find the time to Find and and upload The Guess Who Concert that they performed at the Kenedy Space Center Visitor Center with the Rocket Garden as the Backdrop. I was close to the Stage, used a tripod, and if I remember correctly, there was very little if any people obscuring the video. The Concert was part of the Fall Concert Series that ran about 4 or 5 years.
If your wife is a Fan of TGW she'll love the lead Singer at the time they performed at KSC, I loved him myself because he sounded exactly like the Original Singer.
Not to get to side tracked, but I remember at that concert as I was approaching the Ticket Both a young boy from a family of five, dashed out to get ahead of me in line, there was no line at this booth.
As his family approached, the boys mother said "Billy let this man go in front of us, he's only buying one ticket.
It just so happens, working at KSC and Cape Canaveral Air Station, that I was given 6 tickets to the Visitors Center for Family Week.
All I had to do is show my Badge to get them.
I said I like one ticket and 5 more for the party behind me. I then turned and handed the Mother 5 tickets. I recall her saying, "I don't know who you are, but you must be somebody important out here, Thank you very much". Entrance to the KSC Visitor Center would have cost that family over $250.
Besides the actual importance of my Position being part of the Team of Range Safety Real Time Computers, at the Range Operations Control Center. Yes beside all that, it didn't matter, with her words, I actually felt like someone big out here.
One of the few times in my life that I can say, Nice Guys don't always finsh last. That day is forever etched in my memory, as the Astronauts Memorial is etched it to every Visitor's mind who has seen it.
In some states they grow wheat, Corn and Potatoes. In Florida we grow Oranges, Grapefruit and ROCKETS.
Sorry if there are to many pictures in this Post, but it kinda shows my Background since I'm new to the Board.
On the Silicon Investors Board my Alias is JW@KSC since 1995.
This video is the best I've found, it is done with a 360 degree camera, so if you don't see the Delta Rocket, Pan around.

I watched and listened to the whole video JD, Thanks. I may re-post in SI.
Wow! Haven't heard Ozzy in decades and I had no idea he was still Touring his voice is a little worse for wear, but so is Randy Bachman's, sounds like Ozzy is still drawing in a crowd, probably a lot todays younger Goth and Occult Generation too.
At least he ends with God Bless You these days.
What I noticed at the First Movie of this Title, was that as the Movie ended, everyone started to get up to leave as Black Sabbath began Play as the credits began Rolling. To which I actually yelled out where are you all Going, Ozzy singing !
Good Morning, to you too JD..
Love the music, I imagine music is just in my Grass Roots, as well as my

Thanks papa_p, although it maybe good, it was done fairly quickly on a Mobile Tablet. If I wanted an Advertisement Position with a Company I would certainly take a lot more time, and transfer all my Photos over to my PC and done a much more professional job.
As with my SFOR MidnighShift Series here on iHub, I try to use Graphics, Commentary, Facts, Cartoons and YouTube, that take a little more time than the the average Post, yet not spend that much time. The time is taken doing the research (for my own DD) and then Sharing it with the Board Longs. For the rest that post here all I can say to all the longs is:

this2shallpass, et al,
When it comes to cryptography ProductID is most likely a Great Service to have for the Enterprise.
As far as GUARDED ID goes it's a Good Product OEM Partners most likely enjoy adding it to their already popular Security Products that do other Security Functions.
Mobile Trust could use some definite upgrades, such as a Much better Keyboard and Browser which is very limited. Although for Keystroke Encryption, it performs it's Desired Function well. So far I tend to only enable the Mobile Trust's Keyboard when enteting in personal info, signing into Email, Paypal, and Financial Institutions, Brokers when they not using Biometrics instead of a Password, such as my Bank and TouchID on my Mobile Device which maybe infringing on SFORS Patents. Time will tell.
In a simple answer, I'm not worried that

Thank You for an excellent interim report and hope to see another Annual Report Next Thanksgiving.
In the interim in will keep my fingers crossed.
On a more serious note, that was an excellent run down on the past as well as the Status Que. I wish we had a few more posters who would take the time to write in such a manner.
Myself I have to stick to the tech end of of the Spectrum, and leave the it to the experts when it comes to fully understanding and braking the financials of a company. When translated into Intelligent and well understandable language, I and perhaps many others can fully grasp the real situation, Thank You.
Although though Graphics and sometimes massaged graphics I might seem a tad unrealistic in expectations, I'm also well grounded and realize the real world investment in any comapany. Especially when it comes to SFOR and the Technology behind it.
I must say that StrikeForce looks like it's making it's big move at the opportune time. Right Time, Right place.
But I also have my doubts in its domination in the Cyber Security Arena as it proports. True that companies are infringing on its Patents. But when one writes the company with a Targeted Question and does not receive a reply, then writes again asking the same question two weeks later and again does not receive a reply, you get the feeling they don't want to answer.
When there is a small percentage that they can't comment, and could simply acknowledge we can't discuss that at this time. True I could simply call and and ask, but I'm still researching the subject and may just go a different route to answer the question.
I think you might be getting the point that I (as well as the company) do not want to open a can of worms. Especially when the PPS may break upwards on news of Deals, Settlements or Buyout Announcements.
I will be looking forward to seeing the next list of 5 infrigers heading into litigation, looking for one company in particular.
Any one who has read to this point, I will say, it's pointless to write privately on this topic, as it will only result in a similar vague reply.
Although on any other topic I'm open and be glad to share what I might be able to help with or explain further privately or openny on the board.
I highly doubt anyone from StrikeForce might everfind this post in the mass of posts on the board, but just in case, does anyone know of any good Knock Knock Jokes.
To it sum up in the near term I'm ethusiastic about StrikeForce and it's looking for a buyout.
If it were to be a long term play and always maintaining/Holding a Core Position, I would be ethusiastic, yet sceptial of its domineering role in the future of Cyber Security Authentication, until some questions in my mind are answered.
In the interim I'm waiting for any good news.
There is No Agenda here for those others who maybe reading this post, other than for whom it was intended to (MarketM8ker), Just holding all my shares accumulated.

As I believe 4sleddogs mentioned nondisclosure clauses in contracts.
This could be the delay in the finialization of the Current Deals. As in We need to be able to announce these deals.. No you cant, but we need to, you cant.. as the legal pinball match goes on. Just a thought nothing to ready point to.
But if you had listened to or read George Waller's 43 minute Interview from Nov, 14, 2013 (which I keep posting over and over and include a link to in numerous posts. including a few times to day. ) you would have heard it or read the answer for yourself.
(No offense NioStar, forgive me, I'm just tired of posting this over and over, and over..... )
But it's Thanksgiving so
Roy: Are there any major companies that have purchased your technology, that are using it that you can mention?
George: Most of them, since it is a security product, most of our customers are all under contract that we can’t mention them because one of the strategies of any sound security professional is never tell the people what you’re using.
It’s hard enough to keep the bad guys out but when you tell them what you’re using you’re kind of focusing in on saying, ‘Here’s the lock. I dare you to pick it.’ I can tell you this, we have Fortune banks using it.
We have major healthcare institutions using it, we have universities using it, we have government agencies using it, we have SMBs and mid-size organizations. We’ve got one of the largest silicone chip manufacturers in the mobile space using it.
We have a lot of people using it around the world, using our technology to protect themselves.
Roy: Are there any names you can mention?
George: I’d honestly have to look into see, because I can’t divulge anyone’s name without approval.
Roy: When you say Fortune, you’re saying Fortune 100 companies.
George: No. I’m talking about we have Fortune 10, Fortune 50, Fortune 100. We have banks within all of those.
