....cut from the same cloth as the rest of the jokers that have been involved with this pos.
.0001 is not far away.....as soon as the pump renews, it will be around the corner.
That will look good in the not too distant future when this crap has hit the cellar....
That doesn't really suprise you, does it????
Finally, a voice of sanity on this addled thread....
Oh yea, you're a huge fan of his....riiiiiight. Classic pump n dump setup, Mikey. I hope you get what you need and scram before the music stops.
I don't think so...i think I'll stick around and watch the latest scam unfold....anytime pinky dividends are mentioned, something craaaaaazy is on the way for all the sheep to get all gushy about.
How soon til the train rains free shares all over everyone's parade?
...or a surreptitious attempt to generate interest for a free share dumping machination.....
not in a billion years....
What is it this year, a dime or quarter by Christmas???
Thats's just the normal course of business in the financial markets....
Yea, that is the problem with print. Kind of like posting on a message board where sarcasm and nuance can fly right over the reader's "dome." When I read that phrase I took it as once the requirements are met, the shares will clear. A sort of "if, then" statement. Spoken, it would be clear, however, as written it has a double entendre (quite possibly by design as is common with stinky pinky and otc prs). The optimists will read it one way, skeptics the other.
Semantically the phrase "has yet to conclude arrangements" along with "imminently" portend to the possibility that a deal has been reached but not yet finalized due to the need for an update in filings. The addition of the acquisition negotiations is used to give the message that there is a faint pulse left to the pos....whether this is "smoke-blowing" or factual remains to be seen, but imminently is just another word for "soon" which means time will tell, yada, yada, yada....more waiting.....possibly for nothing.
Well that theory is in the crapper.....next!
That's right, Mikey, keep hangin on to the rails of the S.S. Berkowitz....
......next stop no bidland.
That post means trip zero is a lock....
In the ezto/ccaj scam universe 4-6 is but a blip on the eternal hold positions of anyone silly enough to buy....you asinine post simply means trip zeros is assured.
don't hold your breathe
nope, i retired so I can concentrate on hobbies such as poker, googling and pointing out lying scammers.
So there you have it, Mikey finally agrees that Berkowitz was/is no good for this pile of dung....
That must qualify me as an expert....
Me too....
Just hearing or reading that "P" name makes me ill....
Yeah, but I just heard the economy is fundamentally strong....
I think you mean mantra....his moniker would be yellowdog. Sorry, I am a stickler for the trite and picayune.
Deregulation and gov't bailouts are great, aren't they....and I'm getting scared we are headed for 4 more years of this garbage....yeck.......Hi
well done.
Mikey, you know it's free share selling, that's what happens down here. Someday the real numbers will magically appear and a reverse split will follow. Same old, same old and your neighbor is smack dab in the middle of it and you know it.....SCAMALANGADINGDONG!
Are you serious???? You mean in the midst of one of the most closely watched and contentious Presidential elections in the history of this country, Lou Dobbs isn't really interested in devoting his time and effort to a penny stock with a checkered history??? I thought for sure that e-mail would do it.....
Exactly, he has plenty of other scams to work, why waste his time on this one....
I agree, berkowitz is/was a failure....oh, sorry, thought you had come to your senses....read it wrong.
prediction....gut feelings.....semantics, semantics, semantics.....predict away or "gut feeling" on.
I wasn't doubting your "source," just pointing out that when you confidently post bold predictions based on your interpretation of a word and then backslide a bit, you serve to set yourself up for cynical retort. These boards are rife with posters with extremely weak batting averages when it comes to predictions.....
That has nothing to do with my point. I referenced a case of backsliding that has become all to common for those prone to making predictions, which in the end only serves as fodder for those that are labeled naysayers.
So now you are saying that you're "next week" assurance last week was based solely on your interpretation of the word "close" and not factual information you were provided? You just love proving the point of the folks you cast as naysayers, don't you?
Happy? No. Mildly amused? Maybe....
trip zips anyone?
Doubt he has any concerns at all....I'm sure most, if not all, CEOs are connected to hedges.....they're all dirty to a degree.
no, that would be called a slight coincidence....
