Incase anyone didn't notice, there was an extended hours trade that was marked for 3:56pm but went into extended hours rules... it's sitting at .0078 extended hours on etrade :)

Doubled my position on all of the dips today, Staying long on this! IMO, we will see .02 this year, but as far as the big gains everyone wants to see I don't think you'll see nickel and dimes until earliest, spring when Phase I is complete :) GLTA and Stay Strong!

SREH and ENTI were run by two brothers... One created a video sharing site and the other proposed apps and one to aid the video sharing site. They ran off each others news. It was very... scammish haha. Needless to say at this point, but both crooks are long gone :/

The Abraham investor group purchased majority stock of the company from My Pleasure Ltd for $18.3mil

Joanna was paid $1.35mil to leave because she sucked.

So the numbers...

500,000,000 preferred shares(53%) sold at .036 to Abraham

$1,350,000 paid to Joanna to go away (from Abraham not ACDU)

So in essence you can obviously see from simple math and general Situation Awareness that the other 430mil+ shares are worth around the same price if someone is willing to put that kind of invesment in the company.

Hence where we sit today. Purchase has been confirmed by form I posted earlier, and now we lock up the float and enjoy pennyland :)

although... why is the transaction date 2003? Anyone with actual filing knowledge rather than my no-knowledge lookover? lol

Contacting CEO does nothing when the company does nothing... What could they have been possibly doing the last 3 years? All they did was change the SS so they could dilute the OS all over again etc.etc... This company was in mobile apps in 2010. A "mining" company in mobile apps. It's a shell :(

I've done plenty of DD on this... I even have plenty of Restricted shares sitting in my account. buy my .0008s if you want them :) Until ENTI does something, SREH will do nothing. They are connected. once ENTI does an R/S, then SREH will do something too! Either way, this is going nowhere fast :/ Whose the CEO right now? Has anyone contacted them? For the first time in 4 years, Etrade wont even let me change my sell order because it's "Pending at the market center" at .001 I always have a sell order in because I'm deployed and don't always have internet... something is fishy! Was going to increase it for next week but now I can't. Hmmmm

highly doubtful they spent that much. I sincerely think it's just another ramp up... look for this to hit the .006s again next spring just to fall back to 1s again late in the year. If you look at these types of companies historicals, it always goes like this with company revivals between 3-5 years after a complete dilution to oblivion.

Great question. I wanted 1mil just cause and then it filled at .00005 and the ask didnt go down. Some traders allow 5 digit trades, not etrade though (as far as selling). I can't complain though, only spent a couple hundred and it says it's worth 400 lmfao. If ENTI does a 30:1 and goes to .002, it's still money in the bank :)

Pretty much like shorting right? Next question then... What if they run into someone with deep pockets that soaks up the float hypothetically. Potential outcomes from that?

I'm not a basher, trust me... as someone who came into ENTI back in 2010 before they diluted it that summer, I've followed the path of this stock. Have you seen those websites? They are not pulling in money... They are about as generic and vague as the information they put out :/

The only thing you can hope for, is share structure change, play on news and bounces, and that's about it. I learned the extremely hard way what shell companies are, pump and dump, and this and that over the last 4 years. ENTI was my biggest killer, and although I have false hope that this company will actually do something... I am the one that bought up some .00005s LOL. GLTA

Yea that's me... I've had sreh since 2009. No idea what to do with these restricted shares either lol. Etrade told me to go blank myself with them. Why SREH gave out a divy for anything, I have absolutely no idea... It was in ENTIs scheme so I'm shocked this thing is above .0001 even after they did a split, but it would be nice to see something happen :)

I've had this company since 2009 until they diluted all of it's shares along with ENTI's. It's a tagteam of two scheming brothers who dilute as much as they can to rake in some dough... it's tax season so they put in the effort to get back into the game for people to get conned into a little more dilution before it plummets yet again. If you can catch some quick 33-50%s go for it but heed my warning, I got creamcropped on both stocks... I just hang onto my shares to remind myself to do EXTENSIVE research into the people behind these volatile stocks...

They need to lock the stock up. They said the restriced shares were 1.6b, doesn't look like that whatsoever. It's published so, they need to be investigated...

no ive just been averaging down the whole time... havnt sold a single share since may. had orders up and if i had sold I coulda tripled my shares by now but I am a long after all. Got back last month and moving to san diego so i havn't been very active lately, but still reading all your posts :o)
