Yeah I don't put much real estate into what they guy says. Lets think about what he said for a second. They are going to acquire location 1 for $2.5MM and generate $5MM for it and purchase the larger location for about $2.5MM and generate 14MM off of it??? Why would anyone lease a location for in this case twice to 5 or 6 times what it would cost to buy it? Unless I am missing something Loren is not making sense...or I should say the script he reads off of is not making sense. PLEASE prove me wrong on this but not seeing the brighter side here.

Where did you get this $20MM annual income figure from with regard to the two locations they are purchasing. Do you have any links to these? I hope they are not from John Loren's mouth?
Oh yes WAY WAY WAY better. I think we see a 100 bagger out of this once all deals are finalized. Hey FITX ran from trip area all the way to .12 in no time and that was based on nothing.

could very well go to .001 but I am not in this for .001 moves. I will wait till deals are inked and look for MUCH higher prices
yes companies do that to raise money. they are going to close on 2 locations in the next few weeks. you need money to close. there are fees associated with that. last I check it cost about 5% of the total cost of a real estate purchase to cover closing fees. So if the company is looking to close on about $5MM worth of real estate (give or take) it would cost about $250k to close. At todays current stock price that would take about 150MM shares at .0018ish.
Again that is a small number. That does not mean they are going to use all 1B shares (short or long term). Yes they cover the debt that way but again a VERY small A/S and even smaller O/S. We are fine
Yes we all know that. That is no secret, has been out there for some time now. Even if they raise it to 250MM, still VERY small. Any news will move this GREATLY. Now, on the other hand if a company like this were diluted with 20 or 30 BILLION (with a B) then that would be troublesome. But 200,300, even 500MM shares is not a lot at all.
Just some old convert debt coming due. O/S has not increased all that much. Went from 82MM to 107MM as of two days ago. VERY low share structure here.
5 short months ago this was 50 cents. No brainer hold and accumulate here.

Looking at trading history I would think that news of a closing would push this to .05-.06 instantly. As for .50, I can see that happening within 90 days of a release...sure :)
Let's hope for the best and hope management is being quiet because they are working on getting these closed. I think management knows that this is it for them and that if they don't make this happen they will be finished.

Looking for continued base forming at these levels with upward trend starting this week in anticipation of DUAL CLOSING of real estate deals. Note selling seems to have ended. Buying pressure to increase.
Honestly that was a mistake. Selling is now over of notes that were due. It is up from here. Your timing was off to say the least.
how quickly you flipped on this stock...if you don't have the stomach you shouldn't be in these.
The two buildings that they are working to close by end of this month will be leased to companies THAT ARE LICENSED to grow so MDCN does not need a license themselves to do so. The closing of the buildings will be the start to providing companies with licenses a turn key solution to set up shop, grow and sell.
MDCN is also looking to acquire companies that do have a license so then MDCN will have a license since it will be bought along with the sold company.
So the short term is to provide lease space and then acquire those that have licensing in hand as opposed to going through all the leaps and hurdles to get approval from the government.
Agreed so lets give it a few weeks and see what happens.
With some SOLID news I cant see why this does not go higher than its all time high. Share structure, even if it was diluted a bit is still VERY attractive. Looking back at the chart in Sept 2014 it went from .015 to .50 in a day or so. That was all on hype of the dealings with another company that have not come to fruition YET. Imagine if they really do ink a deal with real revenues. Hmmm maybe $10 is not out of the question...
If they close both locations on or before March 31st then sure $1.00 plus is easily possible given the TINY share structure. Last we can see is that the OS is 82MM shares (might be a bit higher) but don't think so as the current selling was older note debt that was sold off. But even if the OS is 250MM shares, lets say for arguments sake a sudden rise in the PPS to $1.00 puts the market cap at $250MM. THAT IS NOT ALOT OF MONEY. Hell look at FITX with all there issues and scams there market cap is 40MM.

Nice! I am at 1.5MM myself. Looks like the selling is over for those convert notes. Should see more upside now that that wave is behind us. I would suspect as we get closer to the end of the month we run higher in anticipation of the closings (both closings). Hopefully the company stays in touch with shareholders. I have emailed the CEO directly as well as IR explaining it was important to be transparent.

As I understand it they are looking to lease out the space for those that have license in hand and want a turn key location to set up shop and away they go. I also know MDCN is looking to ACQUIRE companies that already have a license that way they do not have to go through the rigorous process. I believe there double approach to this is what makes them unique in the field. I see revenues coming from multiple directions, starting with the real estate leases followed by acquisitions of those already licensed.

MasterHuge we all know this is WAY UNDERVALUED here at these prices. According to what I found out the company did not sell any shares so the share structure should still be intact. There were some notes that came due as that is the selling we have seen lately. The company is looking to finance BOTH buildings via conventional mortgages. This will be seen as good debt and more so revenues will begin to pour in one closings are complete. Add a nice PE to that coupled with an ULTRA LOW float and we are off to the races.
What was up with yesterdays late day run? Hope we see another 50% upward movement today. Elevator is going up boys! Two closings on deck. MM's brought this down on your dollar to ride it back up into end of month closings ALL WITHOUT INCREASING SHARES.
